hey saffesysite1,

just to let u know my luck today...i have been holding msep for a very long while now at a very high price. so, thinking it wasn't going anywhere, i left in a limit price of .012. I stepped away from my computer for a few moments...as i came back, i saw that msep jumped suddenly and ate my shares!

THat is the 3rd stock i've been holding for a long while, that i finally decided to let loose today, only to see it jump right after my sell!

I can't seem to get it right.

Working on it though....I will get better at this..thanks to your and everyones help on this site.

You could look at it this way.  It could have gone down.  At least you sold your shares.  You met your objective.  Next time shoot a little higher.  Aret seems to be rebounding.  Strong close today.
The market overall had a huge shakeout this week and is rebounding, so hang in there.

Post by: doyerdiligence on July 22, 2005, 11:22:47 AM
i've been watching MM activity for awhile on this one, it has finally retraced into a nice buying range and i'm looking to accumulate under .01. Insider buying has been present and much higher levels than it is at now. i don't think we will see under a penny last too much longer. My posse and I are loading up as we should see its uptrend continue. First test will be the MA to break, then we can run more. Nice positive divergence built up on the chart indicators.

Good news today for MSEP.

I have been holding this stock for several months now at a price of 0.042...another high price i managed to snag! ;D

So these prices now are very good..and i think it will eventually make it back up there....hopefully sooner rather than later.  Perhaps the small rally near end of the day was an attempt.

good luck to us! ;D

MSEP Officially Enters High Performance Brake Fluid Market; MSEP Signs Exclusive Agreement for GS610
via COMTEX

August 12, 2005

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug 12, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

MotorSports Emporium, Inc. (OTCBB: MSEP) a fast track motor sports company specializing in die cast collectable cars, automotive and racing art, original equipment racing memorabilia and product licensing announced today the signing of an exclusive Licensing and Consulting Agreement for GS610 high performance brake fluid with Michael G. Wachholz, consulting expert and creator of Prospeed GS610 Maximum Performance Brake Fluid.

David Keaveney, President and CEO of MotorSports Emporium comments, "This is a very momentous occasion for MSEP as, we are now officially in the high performance brake fluid business! We have spent several months determining the viability of the brake fluid industry and assessing the existing distribution network. Needless to say we have validated its many positive claims and it became evident GS610 was the only brake fluid of choice. The marketing campaign, to be headed by Michael G. Wachholz, is going to be a very aggressive and direct marketing program with very encouraging sale projections. Under the terms of our Agreement, MSEP has the exclusive rights to market, advertise, design and sell high performance brake fluid under the brand name Prospeed GS610. Though we will continue to focus on ScaleCars, DriversDigs and PitStop Studios, the higher potential revenue projections of GS610 will be the driving force for larger transactions and future earnings growth for the company."

Michael G. Wachholz comments, "Brake fluid is the last consumable in the functional fluid category (as defined by the AAIA) of which there has been no new developments offered in over three decades and for which no one has attempted to market as a premium product with a commensurate 'premium' price point. Prospeed GS610 Maximum Performance Brake Fluid exceeds the performance of all brake fluids currently on the market and sets a new price point and profit margin for both distributors and retailers. The product also has a unique marketing angle; it's the Official Brake Fluid for the American Le Mans Series and the Speed World Challenge, with expectations to expand into other race venues and several other markets in the near future."

Keaveney continued, "It's important for MSEP to focus on a product line that can contribute almost immediately to our company's bottom line earning growth. As I have stated before; Prospeed GS610 Maximum Performance Brake Fluid is a unique turn-key solution that could deliver the desired results of increased value to our shareholders."

Wachholz continued, "MSEP with Prospeed GS610 will work exclusively, nationally and internationally, to penetrate the lucrative motor sports and auto enthusiast market. Our collective relationships and contacts offer many new opportunities to leverage. The market penetration and growth potential are impressive given MSEP's driver relationships and the product's successful track record of use in winning race cars. We plan to establish Prospeed GS610 as the premier high performance brake fluid in the automotive industry."

Keaveney concludes, "Prospeed GS610 has already made a name for it self in the high performance market, commanding a premium price and performance status. With the "hard core" racing enthusiasts market being 2-3 million potential customers, with an additional auto enthusiasts market greater than 72 million in the U.S.A. alone (according to SEMA - Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association- 2002) Prospeed GS610 has a great potential to grab market share with a typical retail customer spending between $40-$80 annually for a complete flush/refill. Our goal is to develop the infrastructure and distribution network to ramp up the previous successful sale efforts to a much higher level commensurate with our revenue forecasts."

"Over the next 4 weeks we have 76 dedicated runs of our commercial, each lasting 30 seconds in length. The scheduling of the commercials is parallel with peak viewer ship of our test market. Keaveney concludes, "To date ScaleCars.com has been our largest revenue generator which also required a great deal of attention. However, since the implementation of our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaign, which drives traffic to ScaleCars.com and its eBay store, we now possess adequate time to concentrate on additional revenue producing applications such as Prospeed GS610. Anyone still holding MSEP?  I'm thinking about jumping in, but wanted to get more input.  What drew my attention to this stock was insider buying.  Looks like 52 Windsor Deluxe might have these guys figured out.  Today the CEO and COO filed their purchase of 1million shares each at .011.

Here's the insider history for the last year:

Nice insider buying.  And it looks like the CEO and COO may be husband and wife so the money is coming out of the same pocket (don't I know it!!!) although it's not a huge amount.

The stock has been bouncing off a bullish trendline.  The lower shadow on today's candle is a bullish sign if the close stays above the trendline.

It's not on fire but the chart looks pretty good.

Not a lot has gone on since my 9/9/05 post.  Wednesday the stock had its strongest advance since in awhile; up 21%.  Insider buying contines at the .011 price levels.  Does anyone have an idea on the cause for Wednesday's run up?  Perhaps a delayed response to the 9/27/05 PR?

Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks!

MSEP Takes Delivery of GS610 Brake Fluid and Receives Its First Purchase Order

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Business Editors / Automotive Writers

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 18, 2005--
MotorSports Emporium Inc. (OTCBB: MSEP) a fast-track
motor sports company specializing in die-cast collectable cars,
automotive and racing art, original racing memorabilia and exclusive
product licensing through GS610 Maximum Performance Brake Fluid, takes
full delivery of its brake fluid.
David Keaveney, president and CEO, commented, "Over the weekend we
had the first run of our GS610 brake fluid completed. Total production
was 22.8 pallets (3,200 cases or 38,400 bottles). Concurrently with
the delivery of the product, we also received our first purchase order
for one pallet of brake fluid (140 cases or 1,680 bottles)."
Keaveney continued, "As we began the implementation of the
proposed marketing campaign for GS610 we quickly discovered that there
were significant flaws in the overall marketing and distribution
strategy for GS610 brake fluid. However, we have successfully
re-engineered that strategy to focus more specifically on specialty
publications, product validation and associations with grass roots car
clubs, racing series and sponsorships. Additionally our sponsors will
partake in ad and marketing campaigns. MSEP is extremely grateful to
the many people that have openly contributed their time and expertise
to see us succeed. Special recognition needs to go out to Andy Boyd,
Jeff Swoboda, Bryan Herta, Arie Luyendyk Jr., Sean Jones and Bruce
Bakke.
"Our immediate goal is to establish credibility from within the
motor sports industry. We will continue to utilize our relationships
to build the trust necessary to create a long-term relationship that
benefits both MSEP and its strategic alliance partners. Credibility
will be derived from product validations that are key components to a
successful venture," continued Keaveney.

In other news:

MotorSports Emporium has filed legal actions against Michael
Wachholz. This legal action includes the failure to repay a loan to
the company and the following other issues:

-- Breach of contract

-- Breach of fiduciary duty

-- Interference with existing and prospective business
relationships

-- Bad faith

-- Preliminary and permanent injunctions

Wachholz is also posting false, misleading and unverified
information on public message boards for the sole purposes of
negatively impacting the company's stock price and wrongfully
interfering with our business. MSEP is very confident that we will
prevail in our legal actions filed against Wachholz.
Keaveney concluded, "Without a doubt we believe our new campaigns
will create the synergy needed to open many doors for additional
business opportunities. We have a full production of GS610 and are
well on the way to a very exciting fourth quarter. These are the days
we were looking toward." An 8-K will follow hereafter.
