Nuclear Solutions Announces Formation of Renewable Fuels Subsidiary
Tuesday August 23, 8:48 am ET

WASHINGTON, D.C., Aug. 23, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Nuclear Solutions, Inc. (OTC BB:NSOL.OB - News) announced today that it is in the process of forming Future Fuels, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary intended to pursue business in the renewable fuels sector. Future Fuels, Inc.'s mission stands apart from that of Nuclear Solutions, Inc. because the new subsidiary plans to focus primarily on developing renewable fuels technology together with constructing and operating facilities to convert waste -- trash, raw sewage, discarded corn stalks and other agricultural byproducts, etc. -- into renewable fuels such as clean-burning ethanol.

``Nuclear Solutions has identified attractive opportunities to enter the market and produce value within the realm of renewable fuels. The passage of the recent energy bill mandating the increased use of and subsequent demand for renewable fuels is stimulating the tremendous potential of this market.

``In recognizing that potential, Nuclear Solutions also realizes that the business model required to successfully operate in the renewable fuels field is significantly different from the model we use in the fields of technology development in which we currently engage.

``The business dynamics of nuclear technology and renewable fuels are clearly and vastly different. Because of our understanding of these key differences, forming a wholly owned subsidiary, with its own focused and dedicated management and personnel teams experienced in the industry, is the most strategic and effective way to proceed. This approach ensures that resources are not diverted from Nuclear Solutions, and the subsidiary receives the expert attention it needs to fully develop and grow,'' explains President and CEO of Nuclear Solutions, Inc., Patrick Herda, on the creation of Future Fuels, Inc.

Future Fuels, Inc. is being formed to operate as an independent subsidiary with a separate board of directors, management team and operations personnel. Nuclear Solutions, Inc. will retain an oversight role and report Future Fuels, Inc.'s operations and financial results on a consolidated basis within its public filings.

Nuclear Solutions, Inc. is an innovative technology development company committed to exploring, developing and commercializing viable product technologies in the areas of nanotechnology, environmental technology, as well as homeland security and defense. Seeing some positive news!

Nuclear Solutions, Inc. (NSOL) held steady at $1.05 on Friday with a volume of 158,346.
Nuclear Solutions, Inc., a development stage company, engages in the research, development, and commercialization of product technologies for homeland security and defense, nanotechnolology applications, and nuclear remediation. It develops a technology to be integrated into a passive primary portal system that would screen trucks and shipping containers for the presence of shielded nuclear weapons useable materials, such as Uranium and Plutonium. It also develops embeddable nuclear micro-batteries [HOW COOL IS THAT! - Gman] that can supply power for computer chips, micromotors, remote sensors, implantable medical devices, and other defense and aerospace applications.

Setravis are you still in this one?
When are you thinking of getting out?
This looks like a good one for the long haul.

Thanks!

The symmetrical triangle, which can also be referred to as a coil, usually forms during a trend as a continuation pattern. The pattern contains at least two lower highs and two higher lows. When these points are connected, the lines converge as they are extended and the symmetrical triangle takes shape. You could also think of it as a contracting wedge, wide at the beginning and narrowing over time.

While there are instances when symmetrical triangles mark important trend reversals, they more often mark a continuation of the current trend. Regardless of the nature of the pattern, continuation or reversal, the direction of the next major move can only be determined after a valid breakout.

Edwards and Magee suggest that roughly 75% of symmetrical triangles are continuation patterns and the rest mark reversals. The reversal patterns can be especially difficult to analyze and often have false breakouts. Even so, we should not anticipate the direction of the breakout, but rather wait for it to happen. Further analysis should be applied to the breakout by looking for gaps, accelerated price movements, and volume for confirmation. Confirmation is especially important for upside breakouts.

Prices sometimes return to the breakout point of apex on a reaction move before resuming in the direction of the breakout. This return can offer a second chance to participate with a better reward to risk ratio. Potential reward price targets found by measurement and parallel trend line extension are only meant to act as rough guidelines. Technical analysis is dynamic and ongoing assessment is required.

Nuclear Solutions Names Jack Young Interim President of Renewable Fuels Subsidiary
PrimeZone Media Network (Fri, Sep 23)
A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Mr. Young has an extensive professional background in the energy sector. After submarine service and experience as a reactor engineer with the Atomic Energy Commission, he became Vice President of NUS Corporation, where he managed plant construction, operations and regulation of nuclear fuel cycles. He was President of International Energy Associates Limited, an energy engineering and consulting firm where he specialized in plant technical development, regulation, construction, and operations. As Vice Chairman and co-owner of Holifield Exploration Cooperation, he developed and implemented oil production agreements in Russia and Kazakhstan. Mr. Young currently serves as a Principal of Firth Alliance, LLC, an emergency management and planning company, and holds the position of Vice President of Development at Nuclear Solutions, Inc. Before his selection as the interim President of Future Fuels, Inc. Mr. Young held several important positions during the Nixon, Ford, Reagan, and Bush administrations including the post of Deputy United States Commissioner of the Panama Canal.

``Jack Young's experience and know-how in the energy field, not to mention his impeccable credentials and professionalism, make him the ideal candidate to lead Future Fuels during this initial period before a permanent president is selected. Jack's selection as interim President is another positive event in bringing together the necessary components to propel our operations forward. It is our belief that Jack's management of the subsidiary will play a promising role in charting its future course,'' states President and CEO of Nuclear Solutions, Inc. Patrick Herda

Falling Wedge (Reversal) Pattern......
The falling wedge is a bullish pattern that begins wide at the top and contracts as prices move lower. This price action forms a cone that slopes down as the reaction highs and reaction lows converge. In contrast to symmetrical triangles, which have no definitive slope and no bias, falling wedges definitely slope down and have a bullish bias. However, this bullish bias cannot be realized until a resistance breakout.

The falling wedge can also fit into the continuation category. As a continuation pattern, the falling wedge will still slope down, but the slope will be against the prevailing uptrend. As a reversal pattern, the falling wedge slopes down and with the prevailing trend. Regardless of the type (reversal or continuation), falling wedges are regarded as bullish patterns.

As with rising wedges, the falling wedge can be one of the most difficult chart patterns to accurately recognize and trade. When lower highs and lower lows form, as in a falling wedge, a security remains in a downtrend. The falling wedge is designed to spot a decrease in downside momentum and alert technicians to a potential trend reversal. Even though selling pressure may be diminishing, demand does not win out until resistance is broken. As with most patterns, it is important to wait for a breakout and combine other aspects of technical analysis to confirm signals.

Futher investigation since it has only been on a downtrend since the beginning of the year.

NSOL is a SCAM??

If anyone that supports this POS, can answer the following questions, then this POS might not stink so much.
1. KFA is a paper corporation; no office; no employees; just developed with 1000 shares (wow). Show me where KFA has done work before, their address, employees, and revenues. I have called to check on KFA and only reached an accountant, who (as I have found out later) has started other shell companies (i.e., no employees, no revenues, just paperwork).

2. Where is the NSOL office????? Its not at the address listed on their profile (YAHOO), or the address on the SEC forms. Suite 191???? What is at the address that NSOL uses: 5505 Connecticut Avenue NW, Suite 191,Washington, DC. My DD and personal phone calls reveal it is a UPS Depot, and the people I spoke with say they never heard of NSOL, and they DO NOT have any offices at that location. He said they might have a mailbox there, but there ARE NOT any suites!!

3. Where is the 2 million coming from for the coal liquifaction plant(s)??? Who is the sponsor for these potential developments that have given first rights in the entire U.S. to KFA? How much of the deal is NSOL entitled to in this "deal"?

4. What happen at Toms River? Dead in the water?

5. Why did they hire a Russian, Boris Muchnik? He has no nuclear background? How could he possibly replace Brown or Qi Ao? He was given over 3 million shares for his work (on what I cannot determine since he is not a nuclear scientist).

6. How come the stock has fallen 30% since they announced this "new" deal, and Herda and Faith bought shares? Don't you find that a bit strange?? Is it just coincidental, or is the stock purposely being manipulated?? Why?

We'll start with those 6 set of questions. Any answers or clarifications would be helpful. And if your DD consists of repeating newspaper articles, maybe you should become a teacher in grade school.

This company is likely to be a fraud. what else would you assume based on the empty press releases, downward turn in stock value, no assets, no office, no cash on hand...

I recently emailed them to find out what the patent # was for their great development: Semiconductor Laser Based Specific Density Detector. Since I couldn't find it listed on the U.S. Patent website, I thought they might help. I got no response, and expect none because these guys are all BS. That's another thing you can write the SEC about.

I suggest anyone holding a position in this POS, call their offices and leave a message (since they will not answer the phone), send several emails, complain to the SEC, and spread the word on other boards.

You wanna fight back, here's your chance.

It is a scam.  Stocktiger.com was pushing this a few months ago.  The stock has links to Russia, but no information is verifiable and is highly manipulated.

Recommendation = Stay away (stay far away).  Unless if .pk stocks are your fortay, of course.
