Keep an eye on this in the morning trading tomorrow. L2 after close today indicates a best bid of 0.008, about a 30% premium to today's closing price. Those that got in, stay in :) Something's up and the MMs are on it.

noticed the movement on PHOX today...I am intrigued.  Goodluck nutsterrt :)

Continue to keep this one on the radar...seems to be a lot of MM interest in the stock, but people don't seem to be interested in selling at these levels. I'd look for it to make a significant increase from here...JMO.

Nice percentage gain here today.

It has exceeded its 52 week high today and volume is great.

Is this not a g-pattern, g2 achieved?

thanks very much

Is PHOX operating as a blank check IPO ?? Any chance that pre-news release accumulation is pushing this up higher?

Quarterly Report

ITEM 2 MANAGEMENT'S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL CONDITION AND RESULTS OF OPERATIONS
This section of this report includes a number of forward-looking statements that reflect our current views with respect to future events and financial performance. Forward-looking statements are often identified by words like:
believe, expect, estimate, anticipate, intend, project and similar expressions, or words which, by their nature, refer to future events. You should not place undue certainty on these forward-looking statements which apply only as of the date of our report. These forward-looking states are subject to certain risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially from historical results or our predictions.

We currently have limited working capital. We may have to rely on loans from our officers and directors if we deplete all of our capital until we complete an acquisition or merger. On a long-term basis, liquidity is dependent on commencement of operation and receipt of revenues, additional infusions of capital and debt financing. While we may be receiving sufficient infusions of capital from our officers and directors, we will not be generating any revenues until the completion of a merger or acquisition and we will not take any action to acquire debt financing other than infusions of capital from our officers and directors.

Plan of Operation.

We are in a development stage and have not conducted any operations since we ceased our internet operations over 36 months ago. We will be relying on cash on hand and infusions from our officers and directors in order to pay accounting and legal costs associated with filing our reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission and any fees due the State of Texas. Other than the foregoing, we do not anticipate spending any money.

We anticipate that until a business combination is completed with an acquisition candidate, we will not generate revenues and may continue to operate at a loss after completing a business combination, depending upon the performance of the acquired business. We seek acquisition or merger candidates with ongoing operations.

The Company did not have any revenue for the past two fiscal years. The Company has been financially supported by officers/directors and shareholders by causing those individuals or entities to make short term loans to the corporation. There can be no assurances that these individual/entities will continue to fund the operations. Management of the Company continues to seek a potential acquisition candidate.

thx doug, interesting thought... well this play could potentially portray the theory of how people know things before they are public knowledge creating a chart pattern..in this case the lovely G.  It may end up being nothing but I am willing to risk it.  Some live research  >:D

A quick company look up

Photonics Corporation has no business operations. It formerly designed, developed and marketed integrated device electronics and small computer systems Interface disk controller cards and input/output cards for personal computers. For the 3 months ended 3/31/05, the Company reported no revenue. Net loss fell 75% to $7K. Results reflect a $22K decrease in general and administrative expenses.

Not much of a potential here, from what I can see.

heres a link for a quick read on blank check IPOs / Reverse Mergers.  From what i found the value of a shell is between $300,000 and $600,000. Divide that range by the outstanding shares (??) and that should give the target (from what i have read on other pages)

Elite G,

That's what i am talking about.  No operations, no revenue, no news, but a whole lot of volume!!!! too much fun to sit on the sidelines.

UVCL is another reverse merger/blank check IPO looking around.  Take a loot at their chart right before (may 20) the announced acquisition by Bigstring and right before the agreement was terminated (6.15) you will see heavy volume and associated stock price movement.  Just shows another example of the stock moving before the news.

finally, understood the G thing! 37M share traded. for a shell company it could mean only one thing...the reverse merger must be very attractive.

Elite, Q....what if the chart shows multiple Gs??? is that good or bad?

following up on the blank check IPOs.  Below is another chart for a successful reverse merger - XDOGs Inc.  It was up 75% today on the following news: XDOGS, Inc., to Change Name to Avalon Oil and Gas, Inc.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 21, 2005--XDOGS, Inc., (OTCBB:XDGI - News), announced today that it has changed its corporate name to Avalon Oil and Gas, Inc., ("The Company"). The Company is actively seeking to acquire and develop additional oil and gas properties in Kansas and Oklahoma.

The name change is effective July 22, 2005. Additionally, a corresponding symbol change will become effective July 22, 2005. The new symbol is AOGS.

About Avalon Oil and Gas, Inc.

Avalon Oil and Gas, Inc., owns an eighty percent (80%) Net Revenue Interest in certain oil and gas leasehold interests located in Montgomery County, Kansas, and is actively seeking to acquire and develop additional oil and gas properties in Kansas and Oklahoma.

Title: Re: PHOX
Post by: mix_master_mike on July 22, 2005, 10:36:56 AM
I reckon it's rather hard to tell. Don't watch too closely as we seem to be in the early g2 stage.. and from history I wouldn't be surprised if this thing topped out at 0.03 or maybe 0.04 next week. If your fortunate enough to double your money let some free shares ride it out.
Title: Re: PHOX
Post by: nutsterrt on July 22, 2005, 10:39:22 AM
Yeah, watching it too closely will make you go cross-eyed. This will move a LOT today, up and down...shakeout as we speak, in fact. MMs have played a lot in this stock and will continue to do so. Just don't fall victim  ::)

Out at .13 for about a 35% gain on where I bought.  I am not risky enough to let money ride on a company with almost no prospects or potential when I have a chance to get out for a 35% gain.  Time will only tell if I will regret this, but at least I'll sleep better tonight.  Use caution everyone.

Oy Elite... I mean g3 :)

Thanks for the tips. Good luck with this one sir.

slomo007 - nothing wrong with pulling out with a nice gain. 35%'s a winner in my book.

Juuust an update on PHOX.

Moved upward very quickly into the close today on quickly increasing volume. A few interesting notes:

1) Nice volume improvement the last couple of days, though not high enough. If it really moves on Monday we could be on to something.

2) The RSI(14) has really started climbing. Always a nice thing  :D

3) MA50 looks like it's thinking about crossing the MA200.

Any thoughs, spill 'em. I'd like to hear all input. Good luck out there!  ;)
