ASP Help Desk SQL Ticket System?
I work for a company who has a Help Desk in IT I am the network guy and I do most of the asp programming for internal apps such as our ticket system for the Help Desk to assign out tickets. We have told this guy (Help Desk) repeatedly not to use a specific grammatically incorrect word when describing problems.
