in @ 0.020 !

tks for the pick !

I think this is just great news for the company, and the intraday chart is going to breakout the .023 and after that goes straight up to .030 +++, but is this is a more extensive move, tomorrow may be the real day, I see only a resistance near 0.049

good luck to everyone here ! I'm sure it's a mover !

Lofigus,

My humble thoughts are that it would depend upon what you are looking for.  I sold out of Tyria, and have all of my epyh at 2.4.  Ty has the momentum, while epyh seems to bee basing.  Ty has not had that "pull back thing" following the run to any great extent, while epyh recently coughed up 40 percent after a run. The sole reason I sold the Ty was my experience with epyh, however, I have my doubts that Ty will be coughing up 40% any time soon, but I just didn't want to part with my gain this time.  If it does come back, I will probably take another run at it.

Oh yes. Small market cap and people holding is doing some great things to this one. This closed WAY to strong to not have at least one more run in it. Also the level 2 on this stock today would have removed any doubts if I ever had any.

Revenue of 1 Million in one quarter.  I can't wait for the next quarter.

Unlike 99.99% of the pennies out there, I think this one can be held long.  That's nice it had a good spike on good news.  But long term, the deals with IBM and the required EDI for medium size biz is going to make this a solid hold.

Don't watch interday trades if they make you nervous.  Do as David said, buy it, be confident in your buy and analyze at the end of the day.

TYRIA released news this morning of closing a software transaction with a major export company: http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/050726/nytu004.html?.v=15  ::)

TYRIA has been building a G pattern within a G pattern.  Watch today to see if it can break through the first, which is at about .043, and then the second, which is at about .045.  Could be an interesting day if the news brings good volume.

Trey Resources Secures Major Sarbanes-Oxley Assignment
PR Newswire - August 17, 2005 06:30

Company Is Engaged To Conduct SOX 404 Technology Audit For Division of Multi- National Advertising Agency

LIVINGSTON, N.J., Aug 17, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Trey Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TYRIA) announced today that SWK Technologies, its wholly- owned subsidiary, has been awarded an assignment to assist management by conducting a technology audit for Eden Communications Group, Inc. as mandated by the current Sarbanes-Oxley legislation. These types of engagements represent a rapidly growing profit center for SWK.

Eden Communications is a full-service agency specializing in pharmaceutical marketing and medical education. Eden is a subsidiary of one of the largest multi-national advertising agencies in the world.

Sarbanes-Oxley (commonly known as "SOX") was enacted largely in response to the large number of corporate and accounting scandals in the last few years involving some of the most prominent companies in the U.S., like Enron, WorldCom, and Global Crossing. It establishes new standards for corporate accountability, as well as penalties for corporate wrongdoing. According to finance executives who participated in a recent CFO magazine survey, 48% of public companies which need to comply with SOX will spend at least $500,000 on compliance. SWK Technologies intends to be a significant player in this marketplace.

"We view Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 compliance to be an enormous opportunity for SWK," stated Jeffrey D. Roth, Chief Executive Officer of SWK. "SWK Technologies' core competencies lie in the planning, testing, and documentation of IT systems for compliance with the new regulations. We assess the environment, network, and applications of the client. The market for SOX compliance, which is growing very rapidly because it is mandated by law, is in many ways reminiscent of the demand for Y2K solutions that were presented in the mid-1990's."

"SWK is well-positioned to perform these mandated technology audits," added Mark Meller, Chief Executive Officer of Trey. "Their expertise in information technology and financial software and reporting makes them well- suited to performing these critical and expensive reviews. What's exciting about this market is that most public companies have no choice; they must perform these audits or risk violating the law. As more and more of these public companies are required to phase in their compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley in the next 12 months, we expect this market opportunity to represent a large and lucrative profit center for SWK."

Trey Resources Closes Series of Software Sales

LIVINGSTON, N.J., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Trey Resources, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: TYRIA) announced today that the company's wholly owned
subsidiary, SWK Technologies, Inc., the premier total solutions provider
specializing in business software, has closed on a series of new software
sales this past week. The total value of these transactions, which includes
sales of both the Company's proprietary MAPADOC EDI solution and MAS 200,
exceeds $153,000.
Lynn Berman, President of SWK Technologies, said, "The 4th quarter is off
to a very strong start. Our sales organization is doing a tremendous job in
initiating and closing transactions, and our pipeline continues to grow. We
are building great momentum as we head into our year-end. "
Dane DeSantis, channel sales manager at SWK Technologies, said, "The

purchasing and implementing the software of our competitors. That is a very
powerful statement about the superiority of MAPADOC."
