Elite, how about technically. I looked at it in the last hour of the day, and was concerned about jumping in after the big runup. For those not yet in it , how do you see the entry point ?
I think the good thing about this stock is that people are buying at the ask price. Any thoughts
Moving again big!!
Dropping. Any thoughts at an entry point ?
What's next with this stock, is it going back to 0.007. When are the results?
Please give me information. thx in advance
flanders
Not sure, but wish I had jumped in when it dropped to .33 today.
Now we should see a run. That dam group shakerzandmoverz on yahoo pumped this stock today. Well at least it will be good for the stock and bring in new buyers. Holding strong.
Will be interesting to watch today. I could have jumped out yesterday with a very nice profit, but am more interested to see what happens and I am willing to pay for the education. Was wondering if any of the senior sawbones here look at or use american bulls website?
Thanks.
This stock will be huge. Nice news today.
more news.
KAMLOOPS, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 14, 2005--Greyfield Capital, Inc (Pink Sheets:GRYF - News) today launched its operations in Merritt, BC. The new automobile dealership shall be open to customers as of Monday, July 18th.
Greyfield is aggressively expanding its network of dealerships throughout Canada. Each additional dealership will increase revenue and profits and increase the company's customer base.
The company shall either open or partner with existing dealerships in population centers with a minimum of 50,000 people. This will give the company a substantial strategic advantage. By locating its dealerships in small to medium population centers, the company would be following the same successful business model of Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart opens stores in cities with a minimum of 10,000 people.
Yes I bought this stock at .0007 and bought again at .0025 and .0045. I think this is a long position. I just wish that the dam penny stock pump and dump forums would leave the stock alone. I love the momentum of this company for the future.
bilding support ;)
This is a good long position I believe.

KAMLOOPS, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 21, 2005--Greyfield Capital Inc. (Pink Sheets:GRYF - News) will be releasing its unaudited financials Friday, July 22. This will be followed up in mid- to late August with the release of the audited financials.
New management of Greyfield is committed to having an open relationship with all of its shareholders.
;)
I love this play tommorrow and into august. Posted earlier in June that projected revenues are up over 300% for the year and were only half way through. Also a good play on trying to get on the OTCBB.
Finally got in, had to go higher than I had wanted to though - .0038.
Started a position in GRYF.
Like the future opportunity.
We will see.
-Jeff-
Hey Fill the gap, can i ask what u picked up GRYF at?
thanks,
julia
good luck
It's nosediving this afternoon.
Intraday reversal. strong close.
The more I research this company....the more I like it. I bought at almost the high of the day (.0038) but I'm not worried that it will be worth much, much more than that in the near future. For some reason, the market doesn't seem to care that they are a PROFITABLE sub-penny pink sheet stock. Not only are they profitable, but they are improving and growing (2 new dealerships opening soon, one as early as this month). This may turn out to be a buy and hold stock for me....it's definitely worth a lot more than .0025 or whatever. I will try to do more valuation research this weekend, but I see no reason to be hesitant to buy if you haven't already.

Depends where you bought in. I am down over 25% already.
Julia,
.0033 average so far.
Hope your day went well.
Have you seen or heard about this company in Canada ?
What I truly like about this site is the honesty of the posters.
Most are losing on this play and are willing to post their buy price being in the Red.
Yahoo and other boards always seem to have posters that always buy at the exact low and sell at the exact high. Kind of makes you feel inferior until you realize it is BS. >:D
I am holding. Need to know more before averaging down. Convince me....

Hi Fill the Gap,
No, I have never heard of this company before seeing it here on the 3sf board...unfortunatley, can't supply with any further insights into it.
Thanks for sharing your pick up price...and hopefully this will turn around for all you this week and satisfy you with some nice profits.
I'm keeping my eye on it...have no money to play with right now.
Good luck everyone!
thanks very much,
julia :)

Jeff, you nailed it. No more of the (I am up 10,000% on this one) comments. We still have the occasional "20 bagger" comment, but they are few and far between. There's generally more behind postings, and folks here are looking for more.
This is an excellent play! I am still holding bought at .003 I feel that that this is a good long play. I have been researching gryf. Better managment was a must for this company and it looks like they are really committed. The company plan is sort of like walmarts business plan in the early years. The thing that really sticks out to me is they are growing very fast along with revenues so we should see the stock price move with the companies growth.
Very good. Thank you.

Wow Texan very observant.
Does anyone know what's going on with GRYF? Pinksheets.com shows the status as "suspended" I had read that they planned to move to the OTCBB in the near future, but wasn't aware it would be this soon....think that's what it is? This is awfully strange.

Wondering the same. No action on Ameritrade. Perhaps a symbol change ?
News from earlier this month: http://www.theautochannel.com/news/2005/07/13/137377.html
Basically it says they plan on filing the paperwork to move to the OTCBB. Perhaps they have been doing this behind the scenes, but you would think they would be announcing this in order to pump the stock price. I am not sure if this is what happened, but it seems to make sense that is what is going on.

Yikes, not good news at all. Even when it does get off suspension, I would suspect share prices will drop significantly. This pretty much sucks. :(
Notified by my broker trading is suspended until Aug 9
No reason could be given so sounds suspicious.
Will give investors time to evaluate at least and if postive results the price will spike or if negative it will drop and if this a good long term pick it will be a good buyin point.
Anyone like waiting while holding the bag?

Thanks for the update. Hope they put out some good PR in that timeframe, to offset the message of this morning.
Ok I have the low down on the suspension. They are checking into the recent news alerts about the dealerships bought and the revenue numbers. But I was told not to worry that everything mentioned in the press releases is on the up and up. And they are in the middle of an audit, which will backup there numbers. So I am a little relieved now.
I can add one lesson here:
"Never buy a PR, buy a stock. That way you can atleast sell something".
Hope others have better opinions and comments.
I lost $500 on GRYF but I think the lesson was worth it.
What lesson? Never buy a PR, are you kidding? What do you think makes a stock go up? If no PR then the stock will not rise. Every investor the movers at least want to hear what is going on with a company. If they dont release PR's then the stock will certainly go down because the investor thinks no news is bad news. I have no idea what you are talking about.

Thanks for the update. Maybe my money isn't down the drain afterall. At this point, I'd be happy to get 50% of it back. I'm afraid that even when it resumes trading, the price will take a severe hit due to many investors (like myself - most likely) just trying to dump it.
If nothing else this is a good learning experience....as suspensions aren't exactly common, even among pennies. :-\
When the price does go down I will most likely pick up more shares in my regular portfolio. I stll believe that when they come out with audit results and otcbb news. The stock will most likely go up. I mean this company sounds like they are interested in there stockholders. Look at back in May instead of a reverse split they expired 10,000,000 shares.
I'll applaud you for your confidence and bravery......but I don't think I'll be brave enough to add more. Perhaps I will hold on to my shares, but it will take some amazing PRs between now and then in order to convince me to buy more.
We need to just hope this is just a big misunderstanding.
Thx I agree it will take some amazing pr and I would never suggest or say to anyone hold on to the shares because I have no idea myself where the stock will be. For me I am holding on because of my experiment and I believe the stock is undervalued and will move up eventually. Good luck on whatever you decide to do and future investments.
any idea why there was no volume today?
has the selling finally ended?

Well we like it or not but PINK SHEETS are risky, though with very high reward potential also. Dont know what may come out of SEC finding. However, if SEC validates the numbers/PR and clears everything then this stock may shoot up [suspensions at times give lot of visiblity to the stock]. Rest I dont know anything about the company. Goodluck to all holders.

This whole suspension was from a disgrunted investor. One little email:
From: Alexandra (Sandy) Triffo
Sent: July 23, 2005
To:
[email protected]Subject: File No. 4-500
I am not really writing on the ease of short selling on the Pink Sheets, but rather to alert at the complete brazen fraud of a pink company.
Greyfield Capital (GRYF) is a complete fraud for a company. Ron Pilling and Barry Ching resigned from the company in 2000. They just issued themselves shares and altered the incorporation to a different state through the transfer agent United Stock (Executive Transfer); Jack Donnelly. Is this legal to do? Can I just take a company like Greyfield and simply because it is not actively trading or shorting and assume it and issue myself millions of shares?
Can I see how much the transfer agent was paid off to do this as well? I think he probably makes a pretty good living doing this kind of thing.
Please respond, I am eager to hear some feedback on this matter.
S Triffo
Wow! Good DD, HigherrStocks!! Amazing what one little letter can do!! One disgruntled investor makes thousands of investers lose money!! There has to be something said for Karma!
Good luck to all who got stuck in this. Hopefully it will be back trading soon!
Well, it looks like it is trading again. Of course it's at $.0001 so that's not much better than zero.
Stock has begun trading again (.0001).
Well, either this stock is officially dead, or else no one knows it's trading yet.
If it does get back up to it's last level, that would make it about a 20-bagger at this low level. Unfortunately, it looks pretty grim.
At this point I might as well hold it. ???
I can't even sell my shares, my commision would be more expensive than the proceeds (100,000 shares)
Being that it appears the suspension was caused by an upset investor, and may not be anything to worry about....does anyone think this might present an attractive buying opportunity? I mean, if you throw $100, it could turn in to $2,000+ (remember, this was trading in the .003 range before all of this) with the results of the current audit (which was already going on) showing that the company was wrongfully accused of wrongdoing.
I don't know if I'm brave enough to try it, but at .0001, I think the market sort of overreacted. I'd like to kick that guy who wrote the email in the balls. :)
Does anyone notice that it has traded at $.005 ?

Yes, going to have to watch this closely. Was sitting at .0001, and I tried to make a buy, but nothing was going thru. Then it jumped to .005. There were already 2 mil + shares showing traded, so it wasn't a large purchase.
I've seen 3 separate trades go through at .005
Strange.
I also tried to buy at $.0001 and it didn't allow it.
Maybe it's going to settle at a better price, I would be ok if it traded around $.005 ;D
apparently you can only trade this by calling your broker.
That makes at least four trades at .005 ???
Well the spread on these trades is ridiculous. I guess we just have to wait to see what price the market decides is fair. I have a sell order in at $.005 anyway, just for fun.

GRYF otcbb news coming soon.
Somethings going on. Maybe something big. Trade this morning for .005 up over 1000%. >:D
up 150%
Volume is too low at this point, not putting much faith in this move yet. (500 shares at $.001 is only $0.50)
Anyone know why no PR from the company ? ???
The suspension was lifted.
GRYF Breaking out!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey Higher, did you see any news why up 400% today
I see 2M shares traded. Wonder if anything got settled.
I'll look but haed to find news on GRYF anywhere.
Please post if you find any
TY
No news that I can find, but maybe somebody knows something we dont. It looks as though there were 4 500,000 trades one I think went for .0007. So lets see what happens.
Anybody else still hoping to recover? Today 27,000 share purchased, last purchase @ .003. Can't find any news. Maybe a fluke?
TD, I had a GTC order for my million shares at .001 and nothing went ? Had to be a fluke order? ???
