Title: TYRIA.OB
Post by: David Randolph on July 12, 2005, 07:52:20 AM
About Trey Resources, Inc. (TYRO): Trey Resources is involved in the acquisition and build-out of technology and software companies. The company's growth strategy is to acquire firms in this extensive and expanding but highly fragmented segment as it seeks to create substantial value for shareholders.

Just follow me on these Press Releases:

1) Trey Resources Reports Record Revenues for 2004 (http://www.marketwatch.com/tools/quotes/newsarticle.asp?dist=&param=archive&siteid=mktw&guid=%7BA5F0C321%2D5B10%2D48B4%2DA61F%2DFE9C00CB3321%7D)

2) Trey Resources Announces EDI Sales Continue at Record Pace (http://www.marketwatch.com/tools/quotes/newsarticle.asp?dist=&param=archive&siteid=mktw&guid=%7B9A8AD6D2%2DF227%2D4754%2DA557%2DEB8B5057D0A4%7D)

3) Trey Resources Reports Record Revenues in Excess of $1MM for First Quarter (http://www.marketwatch.com/tools/quotes/newsarticle.asp?dist=&param=archive&siteid=mktw&guid=%7B4DA4F8ED%2D8DF4%2D4812%2D8033%2D50B390CE94EF%7D)

4) Trey Resources Announces New Sales of Proprietary Software (http://www.marketwatch.com/tools/quotes/newsarticle.asp?dist=&param=archive&siteid=mktw&guid=%7BD334DA85%2D7644%2D4D16%2DAD4B%2D83E946F1A020%7D)

5) Trey Resources Closes Five Deals Under Business Partner Agreement With IBM (http://www.marketwatch.com/tools/quotes/newsarticle.asp?dist=&param=archive&siteid=mktw&guid=%7B188F1A3B%2D505A%2D4C10%2D8103%2D2A0745CC6498%7D)

Now, I see $1M in sales for just one quarter, and the market cap of TYRIA.OB, according to marketwatch.com, is just $1.87M. Is this too good to be true? Possibly.

I guess the nature of the PRs, from what I've read, show they are effective news, and not some kind of expectations or talking about future developments for the company. So, what we see is, I believe, what we get. I think the PRs are true, but I'm not sure.

The thing that might be false is the number of shares outstanding and it's correspondent market cap. I'll dig into the recent SEC filings.

Hum, I found the President and CEO sold some shares in December 2004 (http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1236275/000107261305001575/xslF345X02/pro_13507ex.xml).

I dug some more and couldn't find the SEC filings for TYRIA.OB on www.sec.gov or at the company's website (http://www.treyresources.com/home.aspx).

I would like to see the SEC filings because of two things. I want to see the results from a more reliable source and I want to check the number of shares outstanding to have a precise calculus of the market cap.

We have the entire weekend to search for these filings, if anyone finds them please put it on this thread. Thank you  :)

Before moving on to the 6th stock on the Top 10 for Monday, let me leave the TYRIA.OB long and short term charts:

This analysis was part of the Top 10 stocks for Monday (http://www.3stocksonfire.org/trading/index.php?topic=1368.0). At the end of the thread I concluded to buy 3% of capital in TYRIA.OB (http://www.3stocksonfire.org/trading/index.php?topic=1368.msg8320#msg8320). Now I've started this new thread to update my analysis on TYRIA.OB everyday until I sell the stock.

This is important: Considering your feedback (http://www.3stocksonfire.org/trading/index.php?topic=1368.msg8235#msg8235)

It's not easy to trade penny stocks, and TYRIA.OB of course is a penny stock. I have just 3% of capital in it, due to liquidity concerns (by the way, the percentage of invested capital and cash is not right on the homepage - the open trades portfolio considers I always have 6.66% of capital in each stock, but now there are many stocks where I have less than that. This mistake will be corrected when possible).

I believe the fundamentals in TYRIA.OB suggest a much higher price than where it is currently trading. But I'm owning a lot of stocks now, and I need simple rules to follow. We have a resistance level around $0.049. TYRIA.OB should break through that level in the short term.

Anyway, I won't let a profit turn into a loss, so if the stock falters at this resistance level and starts to fall to my buying price of $0.031 I'll have to sell it.

But I'm letting the profits run, as long as they continue running ...

This ah ah trading (like a friend of mine says) in penny stocks really annoys me. Yesterday I was asleep and I didn't think of putting a stop on TYRIA.OB, so you devils didn't throw me out of the boat  >:D

In fact, I'll change my plan a bit ... I've studied the fundamentals of TYRIA and they are very attractive. Of course the stock was up more than 200% in just 3 days so a pullback is normal.

I'm not thinking of any stop on this 3% position. I believe TYRIA.OB is a true story and I'll hold it for the medium term.

Hi David,
I got into this very late on Monday at .04. Only with $1k investment.
I will hold this for a while. Doesn't matter whatever direction it moves. I think it has a good potential to move up soon.
Best of luck to all, who are holding this share.

Thanks for your post Stock_Finder  :)

The news on TYRIA.OB are awesome. There's no way with those fundamentals the stock will trade for long at current levels. I've checked the story with time and I'm sure it is true.

So, what happened, why didn't the stock take off to $0.10 right away?

Well, stocks don't go up in straight lines, not even when fundamentals suggest a much higher price is coming. There's always doubt in the market and TYRIA.OB was at one point up 314% from the lows set on 29 of June. So profit taking is normal and welcome, to give a chance for new buyers to come in at short term confort levels and pump this stock way up.

The 50% retracement level is at $0.0285. It would be nice not to see TYRIA.OB close below this level again.

Bounced off the 60% retracement level, and sitting around the 50% mark at present.

I will personally continue to hold because there is no way a company making so many deals in a REQUIRED business area (EDI) is going to stay at 3 cents/share.

Home Depot, GM, Walmart, IBM are online.  Right now they're selling one by one, but when they get a mass order for the whole shebang, it will be nuts.

They've almost tripled staff and adding more.  This is the 'ground' floor.  They've started to make deals, and this is the real first quarter that they've closed them.  The results are good, 1 million, in one quarter.

It's not all great news, they need to convert more of that revenue to good ole profit.  But I think they'll get it ironed out.

Like David said, not everything can go straight up.  Today was a selling day.  Maybe tomorrow and day after as well.  But the stock price isn't always indicitive of performance.

I am holding until end of next year or until I get confrimation of adverse news (which I doubt, IBM doesn't partner with fly by nighters)

I personally sold mine off early on Tuesday. I knew the direction it was headed for now. I however believe in the company and think the next earnings statment will pop this thing right back up. I am however going to wait fo it to stabalize a bit before I get back in. I will at some point soon take a small position in this though and actually hold the thing long term. Hopefully it turns into one of those forget it and check it in 6 months while cracking a big Kool Aid smile.  ;D

Considering the magnitude of the red candles compared with the white ones and the volume involved, I believe it is just a matter of time before TYRIA.OB makes a shot for new highs.

Cool hammer on TYRIA.OB shows short term inversion, from bearish to bullish. I've checked the company's story and it is true and really bullish. Of course, the stock shot up 314% in 8 days, so  some days of profit taking are perfectly natural.

But profit taking seems to be over, with this white hammer the stock has now the technical conditions to attack the highs around $0.046 over the next few days.

I'm in at $0.031, confident about the future for this stock.

It's true, it's true !!!

We've had this press release today:

Trey Resources Announces the Rapid Expansion of its Master Developer Business
Sales of Company's Custom Programming Services Sets Record Pace (http://www.marketwatch.com/tools/quotes/newsarticle.asp?siteid=mktw&sid=1686017&guid=%7B485BDC59%2D6635%2D410F%2DA991%2D6DD09AF7D6B0%7D&symb=)

«We are closing on deals both large and small. We expect to be in a position of announcing additional, substantial transactions in the near future.»

The stock held at the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement level and is now coming back. I expect the fundamental background of TYRIA.OB to provide a shot to new intermediate highs, above $0.046.

Tyria recommended by otc reporter today :

Trey Resources, Inc. (OTC-BB: TYRIA)

Current Price: $0.039
52 week range $0.20-$0.01
Float 71.74mil
Average Daily Trading 629,620

This hi-tech publicly traded holding company specializes in the development, marketing and licensing of financial accounting and supply side management software. They are a premier total solutions provider strategically focused in business software for the small and medium size business market. They are a value added reseller and master developer of Sage Software's MAS 90, MAS 200 , and MAS 500. Trey's growing business revenues are climbing fast!

Trey has excellent appreciation potential for the experienced investor

Trey Resources (TRYIA –OTC BB ), became an independent public company in February 2004 when it was spun off from iVoice, Inc. (IVOC OTC-BB )

It didn't take long for veteran CEO Mark Meller to implement Trey's prime objective in its business plan. In June 2004 Trey Resources acquired SWK Technologies , a New Jersey based company, for 2,750,000 shares of Trey Class A Common Stock. SWK is now Trey's principal operating unit and initial platform acquisition.

SWK Technologies is the publisher of the award winning MAPADOC EDI (electronic data interchange) integrated solution, which is used seamlessly with the MAS 90, 200, and 500 accounting software.

Manufacturers and suppliers need to be in "technology sync" with their big box customers (K-Mart, Home Depot, Target, Wal-Mart and others). They must have back office technology which communicates with the paperless environment now found with most large retail companies like Wal-Mart and Target. There is an urgent need for this technology. These large companies realize that they lose profits every time a piece of paper needs to be handled and dealt with by a human being . As a result, they are basically telling suppliers to either get EDI, or they will no longer be able to do business with them.

Trey Resources is clearly the most undervalued EDI software company on the street with huge upside potential!

TYRIA.OB released this yesterday:

Trey Resources Announces the Rapid Expansion of its Master Developer Business
Sales of Company's Custom Programming Services Sets Record Pace  (http://www.marketwatch.com/tools/quotes/newsarticle.asp?siteid=mktw&sid=1686017&guid=%7B485BDC59%2D6635%2D410F%2DA991%2D6DD09AF7D6B0%7D&symb=)

The stock went up 20% and it will make a second attack to the $0.046-$0.049 resistance area. Probably bears will fight there, but bulls have nothing to fear, fundamentals are on their side.

I've read this: «Trey Resources (TRYIA –OTC BB ), became an independent public company in February 2004 when it was spun off from iVoice, Inc. (IVOC OTC-BB )» on the Stock_Finder post, I wonder if IVOC.OB still has any position in TIRIA.OB?

I'll leave both charts, I like IVOC too ...

Dave I don't believe IVOC.OB has any position in TYRIA.OB any more.

"SEPARATION FROM IVOICE

Trey was incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware on October 3, 2002, as a wholly owned subsidiary of iVoice, Inc. Trey had no material assets or activities until the contribution of the Automatic Reminder software business was transferred to Trey pursuant to the spin-off transaction of Trey from iVoice. Since the spin-off, which occurred on February 11, 2004, Trey has been an independent public company, with iVoice having no continuing ownership interest in Trey."

David Is TYRIA still a buy?

I always have trouble answering this kind of questions Gurukul. Since I'm holding the stock I think it will rise in the short term, but I've bought at $0.031, the stock traded some days below my buying point, why didn't you buy then?

At this time there's no technical signal to buy, that is, I wouldn't consider this stock to buy now. But, if we get a close above the $0.049 resistance level, which I believe, considering technicals and fundamentals, will happen, then it is definitely a buy.

Strange answer, isn't it?

Back to TYRIA.OB, volume and price are rising in tandem, I hope the stock breaks the $0.046-$0.049 resistance level on this move.

TYRIA.OB made a doji candlestick yesterday which reflects indecision by traders. Indecision when confronting a resistance level is not a good thing. It is possible for TYRIA.OB to pullback now, I would like to see it hold the ascending trendline.

But we never know, with the kind of fundamentals TYRIA.OB has, anything is possible and a white and powerful marubozu can come anytime now.

I'm holding the stock for the medium/long term.
Title: Re: TYRIA.OB. Is it true?
Post by: David Randolph on July 25, 2005, 05:07:33 AM
Friday's pullback was fully expected. And it did hold the ascending trendline. So what a bull wishes now is for the stock to consolidate a bit around these levels and then a powerful white marubozu with great volume to break the $0.046-$0.049 resistance level.

Let's see if TYRIA.OB can deliver, I guess so.
Title: Re: TYRIA.OB. Is it true?

Perhaps the following news will give power for TYRIA.OB to break the $0.046-$0.049 resistance level: Trey Resources Closes Software Transaction With Major Export Company
Company Continues to Make Major Inroads in Sales of Financial Accounting Software (http://www.marketwatch.com/tools/quotes/newsarticle.asp?siteid=mktw&sid=1686017&guid=%7B42B31851%2D9737%2D407B%2D9F75%2D0F8E04A0EEE6%7D&symb=)

Well, it's just $67,000, but the market cap of the company is just $2.4M too. At least they're moving in the right direction, and so will the stock price, after the current minor correction:

Gurukul has a point, but we must remember TYRIA.OB is up 200% in less than a month, so some consolidation is normal behavior, even when we get positive news like the one we got yesterday.

So I take it as normal that the stock couldn't hold this second attempt at the $0.046-$0.049 resistance zone. If TYRIA holds around current levels for some time we have a good possibility for breaking higher in the near future. Considering fundamentals that's what will happen for sure.

Title: Re: TYRIA.OB. Is it true?

TYRIA.OB will probably have revenues higher than $4M in 2005. The market cap is just $2.27M at this point, and I've checked this with the SEC filings.

There's no way this company will stay this low for long. Probably TYRIA's fundamentals have been unnoticed because it is a recent IPO.

Not yet, it seems TYRIA.OB is still fighting with profit taking. I think we'll make somekind of an ascending triangle formation before the resistance at $0.045-$0.049 is taken out.

Patience is a virtue in the stock market, and I will have some patience with TYRIA.OB, because fundamentals warrant a much higher stock price, as I've explained in previous posts on this thread.

From this day on I won't be able to buy anymore pennies for the 3 Stocks on Fire Portfolio (these will be on the 3 Pennies on Fire Portfolio), so I want to take care right of the pennies I got, and sell them real high, if possible.

We'll see, the market has the word now.
Title: Re: TYRIA.OB. Is it true?
Post by: David Randolph on August 02, 2005, 03:31:17 AM
TYRIA went down a bit more yesterday and now I'm flat on the position. But I will keep the stock, based on fundamentals ($1M in revenues in just one quarter for a market cap of just $2M  ???).

Yet, it is possible something is going on behind the scenes, something bearish, that I don't know. That's why I always need to have a safety net, even when there's reason to believe fundamentals are sound and a much higher stock price should come.

What is my belief? I believe TYRIA.OB is on a consolidation phase before it breaks out the $0.045-$0.049 resistance zone. What would need to happen for my belief to be no longer valid? Well, if the stock closes below $0.025 this was no consolidation phase, in fact we have a double top in place, and that double top would have a technical target of $0.004  ::)

Holding 3% of capital on TYRIA.OB, hoping for the best, but prepared for the worst.

Nothing new on TYRIA.OB, I'll continue to hold the stock since I'm expecting more good news  over the coming months. The market cap on this company is too low, I believe this won't go on for long, not with the products and sales this company has.

Trey Resources Reports Revenues in Excess of $955,000 for Second Quarter
PR Newswire - August 08, 2005 06:30
Sales for the First Six Months Top $1.95 Million

LIVINGSTON, N.J., Aug 08, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Trey Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TYRIA), the premier total solutions provider specializing in business software for the small- and medium-sized business market, today reported its financial results for its second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2005 in a Form 10-QSB filed with the SEC.

For the quarter ending June 30, 2005, the Company reported revenue of $955,527 as compared to $215,075 for the second quarter of 2004.

The Company reported, on a consolidated basis, a net loss of $334,203 in 2005, as compared to a net loss of $312,654 for the quarter ended June 30, 2004, primarily due to increased corporate overhead, including additional sales and marketing expenses.

For the first six months of fiscal 2005, the Company reported revenue of $1,964,941 as compared to revenue of $215,075 for the first six months of 2004. This nine-fold increase reflects the revenue from the acquisition that closed in June 2004 of our SWK Technologies subsidiary.

Net loss on a consolidated basis for the first six months of fiscal 2005 was $852,491, or $0.02 per share, versus a loss of $1,268,179, or $0.25 per share, for the same period in 2004.

Mark Meller, CEO of Trey Resources, said, "Our second quarter results were solid. Several major transactions that we had hoped to close in the second quarter were delayed, which impacted our final results, but we expect them to now close in the third and fourth quarters of 2005."

Meller continued, "All indications point to a very active second half of the year. Our sales activity and pipeline continues to grow at a rapid pace. Market acceptance of our MAPADOC EDI solution has taken hold, and our MAS 500 initiatives have resulted in several very substantial deals being quoted in the second quarter. We anticipate that some or all of these deals will close by year end. We are working on becoming a significant participant in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Our deal flow for potential acquisitions continues to grow. All in all, we are optimistic about the future and look forward to delivering superior financial results in the coming quarters."

Great news fill_the_gap, in line with what I was expecting. Now tell me, how come a company with estimated $4M in sales in 2005 is worth only $2M?

Revenues were up ninefold from the same quarter year ago and the net loss per share was reduced from $0.25 to $0.02. Probably in the next few quarters this company will be profitable.

I hope the market sees what we're seeing and the stock breaks the $0.046-$0.049 resistance level, I have it for a long time now in the 3 SOF Portfolio.

Hi Yuyjust,

May I suggest Mozambique. They have some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and great wildlife as well.

I am ready to go with a minute warning. BNT, CRYP and DNDN are down even though they all beat the estimates. Maybe we should try to find stocks that are going to disappoint. hmmmm... would be a hell of a lot easier  :D

Thanks for your posts folks, Mozambique is really a beautiful country, one of my best friends is from there ... it's a shame it's so poor  :-[

I have a hard time understanding TYRIA.OB  ??? Results were good and the stock went down: this is terribly bearish behavior !

But sometimes, even when the stock is good, the market is not on the right mood ... the time wasn't proper to rally, so when traders saw a rally wasn't coming on the news, they sold off.

I have to give a bit more room to TYRIA, fundamentals are great and we know how a single white candle can change the all picture. But I can't lose much on this trade, though I have just 3% of capital allocated to it, so I'll keep a close eye on this ... but I'm not selling today.

Just had a quick look at their financials...

It's true they made 5 times revenue over last years quarter, but their cost of sales has increased from 50% or so to around 66%  On top of that they doubled their operations loss.

They're making MORE revenue but less profit (the bottom line).

I think from a fundamental point of view, once they get their losses down, they will rocket up.  I'm curious why a software company has such high operations losses?

Thanks for your input ehos. Me too, I'm curious about it and don't have a clue ... TYRIA.OB is starting to get on my nerves. I have only 3% of capital in it, but I was absolutely convinced the stock was going up, and it didn't.

So, probably I'm wrong, I don't know, I'm confused.

What should I do in this situation?

Take a deep breath and design a technical trading plan that takes me out of this if the situation worsens. I see a Dragonfly Doji or Takuri Line on the chart, and the candlestick theory says that after a downtrend, if we get a takuri line, that's extremely bullish.

So I'll hold the stock a bit more ... if this candlestick pattern fails to lift the stock tomorrow I'll probably sell on close and forget about TYRIA for a long period of time.

Tyria is in good business but they need to improve their financial position.
I am not too sure about this management but I think they can play a big role to improve company's margin.
I am confident on Tyria's future growth and holding for a long term.
I don't see it as a short term play.
That's my two cents..

55 Million shares x .025 cents = 1.4 Million Market Cap.

For a company that makes 1 Million PER QUARTER in revenue, it's a bargain.  There is literally a TON of stocks that make much less revenue and are worth way more.  (I know it's a falacy to rely on the market, but, it's my rationalization I guess)

Technically it should be easily worth .04 to .05 cents (if only those operation loses weren't so high).

Can't have it all :)

Hello ehos  :)

Yes, I had to sell TYRIA.OB, according to plan. I agree with you on everything you said, I don't know why the stock was going down with what I perceive to be attractive fundamentals.

I always fear my losses grow and hope my profits rise (these are actually good emotions to have, but not in the way the «not very experienced market man» does, which is to hope losses disappear by magic and fear to lose the profits he has).

Anyway, I was approaching my loss limit level of 30% and took a 22% loss on TYRIA.OB. I sold because of a matter of discipline, a belief that the market always knows better. I had a theory, but the market didn't agree with me. And, at the end, when you finally count the notes, the market is always right. The only way for a man to prosper in the market, well, perhaps not the only, but the best, is to be humble and respect the market. Unless you're Warren Buffet and buy the whole company and turn it around if you please, you need to be humble, go with flow and always respect the market, regardless of what you think it is right or should be happenning.

I wonder how many people lose a lot of money thinking the way Buffet does, ignoring that he has the power to control events, and the average man does not.

Good luck ehos  :)

Post by: David Randolph on September 13, 2005, 06:55:30 AM
I've been holding TYRIA.OB for some time on the 3 Stocks on Fire Portfolio because fundamentals of the company were just great. But in the end I had to sell the stock at a loss because a strong resistance level didn't let the stock advance, despite improving fundamentals.

More than a month has passed now (you can see the thread on TYRIA.OB here (http://www.3stocksonfire.org/trading/index.php?topic=1368.msg8320#msg8320)), and fundamentals have kept on improving and the technical picture is different now.

The stock made an accumulation base and seems to be breaking out now. Yesterday the company announced another acquisition on the software space:

Trey Resources Signs Letter of Intent To Acquire Wolen Katz Associates (http://www.marketwatch.com/tools/quotes/newsarticle.asp?siteid=mktw&sid=1686017&guid=%7BA212D13D%2D5972%2D4BB7%2D82CF%2D8587C3EA1DC9%7D&symb=)

I know $2M market cap is just too low for the revenues this company is generating and the expansion it's enjoying. I don't have time now to say more about TYRIA.OB, but I'm buying $1,000 of it for the 3 Pennies on Fire today.

Thanks for posting the news basonista  :)

I was sorry I had to sell TYRIA.OB the last time I held it, this time I'm willing to be much more patience with this penny stock. I know how hard it is to find a fundamentally attractive penny stock, so I want to stick to those. TYRIA.OB is one of that kind, just read the news and the SEC filings and then  compare them with the market cap of the company.

I hope your internet problems at work aren't permanent as you said in your cesy post.  I'm an IT person and I know how much of a pain in the butt it is not to be able to do work from your normal location.  Maybe a laptop with wireless is in order?  That way you can hang out at your local Starbucks, have a java and do your updates!

Strabucks? Never been to one ...  ::) I have two laptop with wireless connection, the problem here is that the internet connection has many flaws ... it goes down a lot of times even though I have the top service. But this won't be for long, I'm thinking of moving to the US soon  ;D

Considering TYRIA.OB, the stock needs time and I'm willing to give it to her. $1,000 parked here to become 3 or 4 or maybe 10 thousand dollars in the future.

Today I have the chart for you, $0.020 is a strong support, we'll probably won't see the stock below that level again.

TYRIA.OB is another case where the stock is very undervalued but the market still doesn't recognize this, it will probably need to see the numbers on their face to react. Not a problem, I'm willing to wait for the stock to appreciate.

Perhaps these news will help, the company continues to sell its software products and services:

For the quarter ending June 30, 2005, the Company reported revenue of $955,527 as compared to $215,075 for the second quarter of 2004.

The Company reported, on a consolidated basis, a net loss of $334,203 in 2005, as compared to a net loss of $312,654 for the quarter ended June 30, 2004, primarily due to increased corporate overhead, including additional sales and marketing expenses.

It made more and had a greater loss. Something is fishy.

Cookie,

This happens frequently when companies are growing.I don t know the specifics of it but if they are investing into growth,  losses will get bigger or gains smaller. What is not good is the fact that they state that their overhead was higher. This I think is negative and maybe something to look at.Maybe David can opine on this one.

jmo and good luck to everyone.

Lol Cookie, forgive me for saying that the expression «something is fishy» is really funny  ;D  It doesn't make any sense if we translate it by the dictionary but I'm aware it is an expression used in the US.

Anyway, I agree with Cookie and with ultra1066. You two made good points about the company. But it is impossible to decide based solely on that information.

What I see here is a company with less than $2M in market cap, a company with a real product and real sales. Good Lord, I've seen so many companies worth ten times more than TYRIA.OB and they didn't have any product or service to sell ...

I will continue holding TYRIA.OB.

For the first six months of fiscal 2006, the Company reported revenue of $2,907,706 as compared to revenue of $1,964,941 for the first six months of 2005. This 48% increase reflects the continued growth of the Company's operating subsidiary, SWK Technologies, Inc.
