LODI, Calif, Jul 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- PayStar InfoStations, Inc. a PayStar Corp. (Pink Sheets:PYST) division, is pleased to announce it has signed a five (5) year joint venture agreement with SMO Multimedia Corp., a subsidiary of Strategic Management & Opportunity Corp. (Pink Sheets:SMPP) to jointly market the EZpix photo kiosk and multiple products and services offered by both parent companies. Terms of the agreement afford for the immediate funding by PayStar to SMO Multimedia for the deployment of its US Military AAFES Photo kiosk project. This contract (announced May 16, 2005 by SMPP.PK) calls for the deployment of 118 of the companies technologically enhanced Photo kiosk units into 115 military installations (www.ezpixkiosk.com). PayStar will receive a fifty-percent (50%) interest in this Military project.
Strategic Mgmt. and PayStar's kiosk division have begun marketing each others technologies into their current customer bases. Ongoing Photo kiosk shipments now exceeded 16 deployments all across the country in both US Army Forts and Air Force Bases. The entire 118 photo kiosk deployment is anticipated to be completed within the next 60 days.

Each photo kiosk has anticipated Media (digital photo processing and specialty items, such as photo cups and T-shirts) revenues after market acceptance of approximately $4,000.00 per month. Additional revenues are made available by SMOC's innovative 17" LCD kiosk display header, which advertising agencies currently in negotiations with the JV partners have valued at over $1,000.00 per month in recurring ad revenue. That amounts to a healthy return on investment and when viewed within the five (5) year AAFES agreement perspective, results in a project forecast of potential revenues exceeding $35,000,000.00.

"As I have stated before, Strategic Management has clearly proven their best-of-breed technologies in the Digital Photo kiosk space with the award of this AAFES Military contract," commented W. D. Yotty, Chairman and CEO of PayStar. Mr. Yotty continued, "PayStar and SMOC's JV agreement has already resulted in identifying over 300 additional EZpix photo kiosk retail vending deployments in North America, all coming right behind this AAFES roll-out."

Hey ftg...sorry about the new PYST thread as I didn't see yours. I can tell you that I have heard that more news is supposed to be hitting next week. This stock has been on the reg SHO list since 7/18/05 so I think we are still dealing with a fairly large short position. It started getting hammered back in the Fall and has never recovered. Management is inking deals left and right so I don't expect these sub-penny levels to be around much longer. Short term resistance is @ .0022 and once that hurdle is complete we should be clear until around .0042. If we can get a continuation of the solid news releases I believe pennyland will come our way. As always JMHO... ;D ;D

Good Luck.... :D :D

Not a big deal.  Goal is to all make money.

Been thinking that we may have a shot here.

Will begin buying tomorrow.  Wonder if it will drop below .001 ?

Your comments are appreciated.  Let's figure out a plan together.

Will be monitoring tomorrow.

Someone please tell me if we are missing something here.
Cannot get financials ?

.0005 is 52 week low.

Will watch for entry.

The MM are messing around with the bid-ask and making a nice spread.

I have limit orders on the .001 range.
No fills.

Will jump in with some movement.

The MM want this down so I am looking for a better price.  Each move down mean a large % when you talk .0016.

Will look to buy more Monday.

Well the word is still more news to come. The pps is way to low imo and a good reason is because PYST is still on the reg SHO list. Next week should be interesting.

My orders always take forever to fill.  They sit while it trades both much higher and sometimes much lower than the order.

I will not be surprised if it heads back to .0006 range before moving up.
News did not help it before.  Not sure I am willing to wait around.

We will see.  I am being cautious here from the bid-ask spread being such a gap.

ftg......0006????..dude are you smoking crack?...lol..Seriously where do you get that number?  We were up 23% today on good volume and you are saying .0006...

Today was a solid day...volume often precedes price so we are sitting pretty right now imo.

All we need is some solid news and this one goes blue sky!
Title: Re: PYST
Post by: fill_the_gap on July 26, 2005, 07:17:10 PM
First of all, I have not reason for bashing a stock on a thread that I started.   ???

I hope it goes up.  But my sell orders would not fill even at .00012 when the last was .0018 ?
That is something that I never like.  The MM would change all around whenever I would put up the shares.

But you asked why I feel the way I do about PYST.

Look at the overall chart.  Go back for several months,

It also hit .0011 today.  The fact my orders sat all day is not good.  And the giant spread is not good for trading the volume I trade.

My opinion is that it will go back into the quadruple 0's before moving up.
The share volume was not that great being that 20% of the shares traded were my sell orders !  And the volume versus the price was not that much money.

If news of being set for 35 million or more did not move it, it is going to take hard numbers.

The numbers will not be here for awhile.  Shorts and MM know this.  They will play games with pressing it down until solid numbers are released.  They have time and know that it will take alot of buying pressure to let it go up again.

It was down to .0005 and then moved up.  My opinion is that there was some covering due to news coming.  The news did not entice alot of buying pressure, so down we go again.

Just an opinion.  Hope you make alot.  I will watch from the sidelines.

When it seems so obvious to buy, it is ironic that it trades at this level.
Something is wrong here and it is going to be pushed down further before moving up.

Fighting the trend has never worked for me.  You asked my reasoning.  Hopefully for you I am wrong.
Title: Re: PYST

ftg..I never said you were bashing, so are you feeling guilty?...lol

You sure did have a quick change of heart on this one, but everyone has their own way of trading.

Best of luck to you and I am sure I will see you around. ;D
Title: Re: PYST
Post by: fill_the_gap on July 26, 2005, 09:47:18 PM
I will watch closely.

But been in these many times before.

It will ultimately go up.

But just think there will be opportunities in the quad 0's.

Unless something is released, it may stay down.
Because that last PR with the outlook and revenue forecast did not do anything.

And I was willing to see if that may move it.

Now, I may be wrong and will jump right back in.

The beauty of this board is differing opinions.
I am with you, Drug, this should spike higher.
Someone is holding it down.  For how long is the question.

See you again here in the future.

Where do you see that ?  I welcome your exuberance about the stock, but don't see many facts to back up your statements.  As another holder of shares, would welcome more specifics (or posted chart references) to your speculative statements.   As it stands, stock has opened down again.
Title: Re: PYST

texan...For one we continue to be on the reg SHO list so we know that there is a shortage of shares per NASDAQ. The other factor is more of "trust me when I say I know what I am seeing"....lol...in all seriousness from what I have been seeing on level II over the past few days I feel very confident that the makers are doing their best to suppress the price as much as possible. It is so obvious at times...we will have several nice blocks of trades at the ask and then one small trade will go through at the bid and they collapse the pps down which then induces some additional trading at the bid.

Obviously I really do not know for sure that my perceptions are correct, but I have seen this scenario played out several times before right before a big run so I guess we will just have to wait and see. ;D

Post by: drugtester on July 29, 2005, 06:37:23 PM
Well the news I expected to see this week didn't happen. No big deal as I know more is coming, but what it did allow was the makers to cheat as many people as possible out of their shares. If anyone watched level II the past few days it was very obvious what was going on. I know of a few people who got scared today and sold into the total manipulation. Until the company puts out some solid news the shorts will not cover and the weak will continue to fold. I don't blame the makers for doing what they are doing. Yes it is illegal, but they are making an absolute killing and they know no one will do jack chit about it.
The only thing the reg SHO list does is advertise the fact that the makers are doing it.

In this case I am betting that the company will come through and induce their removal on the reg SHO list. .001 was hit and it held firm.

Here is to news next week and a solid climb. ;D

Have a good weekend.

PayStar Corporation Issues Clarification On JV Agreement
Friday July 29, 4:31 pm ET

LODI, Calif., July 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- PayStar Corp (Other OTC:PYST.PK - News) wishes to clarify previously issued press releases relating to the JV Agreement between PayStar and SMO Multimedia, a wholly owned subsidiary of Strategic Management & Opportunity Corp (Other OTC:SMPP.PK - News).

PayStar has determined that the projected forecasted revenues in the previous press releases were derived from information from industry sources which is thought to be reliable but cannot be confirmed. Additionally, actual results from the EZPIX Photo Kiosks deployed by SMO Media prior to the AAFES contract have not been generating $4,000 in monthly photo revenue but were deployed in significantly less desirable locations. The JV Partners recognized from the anecdotal evidence available, that photo sales at the military locations should significantly exceed the revenues attained at pre-AAFES locations.

Additionally, the JV Partners are providing advertising and additional photo processing options in this new rollout. The additional revenue sources are expected to exceed the revenues projected in the July 12th release of $24 million in photo sales. The variation in projected revenues indicated in the two previous press releases is a result of the additional sale of advertising on the unique LCD header attached to all AAFES locations. When this increased Ad revenue is added to the photo and other media specialty sales income, the combined revenues are anticipated to reach up to $35 million in total for all revenue streams.

Well I was glad to see management did put some news out after hours on Friday, but the timing and content were lacking. Hopefully it was done to set up several additional news releases for the coming weeks. The one and only way for the pps to rise will be for the company to continue to demonstrate it will be a profitable entity. Then the shorts will have to cover and the suppression of the stock will cease. ;D
