The excellent ibd #s brought PETS to my attention - 98/99/92 a

Could be a $12 stock, but can't seem to get over 10!

People spend crazy money on their pets and this internet/phone pet medicine ordering is working.

PETM also looks good at this point - I can see it doing 5 points more!
It is good to go with the leader in the group, but PETS for sure has a nitch!

So sayeth the book of Matthew.

got in at $9.06.

wished i bought more as it dropped but i wasn't sure of the direction in the short term.

pets did not move UP after a great earnings report. that is when i bought.  then it went down to $8.75 and i did not buy more.

then it took off almost like a delayed reaction after the great earnings report.

Good pick. Applaud. Both fundamentally and technically this stock is a winner. Though I think it will be a creeper then a climber. So need patience with it.

also looking at "OPCO" (www.OurPets.com) though the volume is so low. the financials on OPCO are nice for a penny stock.

what do you do when the volume is low on a penny stock?
do you pass or buy and wait?

i was very sorry when dave sold PETS.
i wanted him to do good on one of my picks.
along with michael i had recommended GIGM which did go up but ended up being a loser for many of us (me included) who held through earnings.
lately my picks have been doing good.
the fundamentals on PETS is very strong.
i would not be suprised to see it go to $15 as someone predicted a while back.
i don't know TA so i can't be sure I am picking a stock that will go up in the short term.
i can only pick a stock whose fundamentals suggest it is undervalued and wait.
i am getting better at recognizing TA graphs though.

On its way to 15 - which will give it much exposure on the IBD 100

(BTW, two IBD 100 stocks, CUTR and SRLS took MAJOR hits the past two weeks - down about 50% each!!  Youch!!)

So does the wolfwave say it will go up to......say....15 and change then drop back to 14.  That seems to be the channel it is trading in.

Is it a wolf wave because a wolf can be a pet?

Smashed through 15.  If it holds the price through Friday, it will be on the IBD 100 giving it added exposure and a boost in price & vol on monday.

Look at IFO to see how the IBD maniacs go crazy over these stocks.
