Fellows Energy, Ltd. engages in the exploration, extraction, processing, and reclamation of coalbed methane, natural gas, and oil projects within the western United States.
Keep on watch.
Saffey,a nice looking pick.
From looking at the chart.
Does this appear to be an Inverse Head and Shoulders Pattern.
Would the new support line be .71 ? Would we need another candle to show this?
Would the new resistance be .88 or .90?
Or would it have to break the .88 High to show support at this level. I got this from when it reached this point back in April with Lower Volume?
Is any of what i said make any sense or do i just not get it!
Appreciate all your help!

Anyone ever check out the financials on this one? Followed it a while back and it was pumped by a mailing and it climbed to a little over a $1 and went down again while energy stocks have been climbing. Just got another mailing the other day on it again pumping it again. Supposedly it will be starting to pump product in several weeks.
If it does go it may take off on the oil bubble theory David was saying for AMEP.
Any more input?
Had a nice day. Good volume and price action
Maybe their pumping is doing the trick.

Fellows Energy Doubles Production at Carbon County from Workover Operations to Date
Monday July 10, 5:52 am ET
Additional Workovers and New Drilling Planned
BROOMFIELD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 10, 2006--Fellows Energy Ltd. (OTCBB: FLWE; "Fellows") an early stage oil and gas company focused on exploration and production of natural gas and oil in the Rocky Mountain Region, announced today that it has doubled production as a result of its recently-completed preliminary workover operations on its Carbon County project, along with its joint venture partner, MBA Resource Corp. Fellows performed preliminary work in early May on the GCS 1A-18-14-8 well. Recently completed work on the GCS 1-19-14-8 included repairing parted rods, exposing previously perforated formations, and repositioning the pump. Production in the GCS 1-19-14-8 well has increased from around 65 mcf per day to over 525 mcf per day. The field now produces a total of approximately 40 million cubic feet of natural gas per month, up from 20 million per month at the time of acquisition by Fellows in March.
Previous work on a third well performed by Fellows, consisting of preliminary replumbing and reconfiguring of the water and gas systems, has increased gas production in that well by 50% to date. In all, the project hosts eight previously-drilled wells, four of which are producing. Fellows plans to perform additional workovers on the shut-in wells prior to drilling on the undrilled acreage, which will consist of up to 20 additional wells on 160-acre spacing.
The Carbon County project comprises 5,953 gross acres (4,879 net acres) with production derived from the Ferron sandstone, the same formation from which the adjoining Drunkards Wash field operated by Conoco/Phillips derives its production. The project also includes an associated gas gathering system and a six mile pipeline and compression facility. Gas is marketed into the transmission pipeline operated by Questar Gas Resources, which crosses the project acreage.
Sproule & Associates of Denver, Colorado completed a "Reserve and Economic Evaluation" of the project in October 2005. Sproule reported that production from the four currently producing wells can be significantly enhanced through operating improvements and that the four shut in wells also have potential to be brought into profitable production similar to the adjacent Drunkards Wash field. Sproule also concluded that the acreage contains potential for up to an additional 20 wells on 160-acre spacing, with total proven, probable and possible reserves of 20 billion cubic feet ("Bcf") and a net present value of $65 million. In addition to the acreage for which the $65 million valuation was returned, Fellows also owns rights to adjacent acreage, covering in excess of an additional 5,000 acres, which it believes will also has similar potential.
"We are proving our theories about the potential of the wells and the effectiveness of our inexpensive workover operations," said George Young, President of Fellows Energy. "We believe we are well on our way to increasing cash flows from production and proving up the $65 million value determined in the Sproule report. We have doubled production in the short span of four months since acquisition, and have learned valuable information to prepare us to drill new wells this fall on the open acreage of the project."

Fellows Energy Restructures Holdings to Refocus Project Development Activities in Two Transactions Valued at $6.5 Million
Tuesday June 5, 9:58 am ET
Provides for Redemption of Floating Rate Convertible Debentures
BROOMFIELD, CO--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 5, 2007 -- Fellows Energy Ltd. (OTC BB:FLWE.OB - News), an early stage oil and gas company focused on exploration and production of natural gas and oil in the Rocky Mountain Region, announced today that it has entered into two transactions with Thunderbird Energy Corp., its joint venture partner, valued at $6.5 million. These include the sale to Thunderbird of its interests in the Carbon County project and joint venturing for further development on the Weston County project.
The sale of the Carbon County interests is expected to close on or before July 15, 2007, for a total sale price of $3.0 million, payable in cash and the assumption of debt. Fellows will retain its interests in the 5,242 acres held in the adjacent Gordon Creek project. Development drilling on the Carbon County project by Thunderbird after closing the sale will be in relative proximity to the Gordon Creek acreage, potentially enhancing its value and serving to promote its ultimate development.
In addition, Thunderbird and Fellows have agreed for the expenditure of funds by Thunderbird for the drilling and completion of three wells to the Dakota formation on the Weston County project, upon its final acquisition of a 50% interest in that project. Fellows estimates that the cost of such drilling will be approximately $3.5 million. Upon the completion of such expenditures within the next 24 months, Thunderbird will receive an additional 25% working interest in the Weston County project. Fellows will reserve the option to commence drilling under the previous joint venture structure if Thunderbird does not commence drilling by May 31, 2008.
Fellows has further negotiated, subject to final documentation and applicable approvals, to redeem the outstanding balance of its floating rate convertible debentures held by Palisades Master Fund, L.P. and Crescent International Ltd. (including those formerly held by JGB Capital L.P.). The redemption will take the form of a cash payment from a portion of the funds derived from the sale of the Carbon County interests, and the conversion of the balance of the debentures at a price of $0.1375, well above the current trading value of the Company's stock. Upon closing, all of the floating rate convertible debentures now owed by Fellows will be fully redeemed.
In addition, Fellows continues its leasing activities on the Bacaroo project in Colorado, and now holds interests in over 16,000 acres in an area delineated by Thomasson Partner Associates, Inc. on the basis of over 4,000 line miles of seismic data. Fellows is currently reviewing further joint venture proposals for the drilling and development of the project with industry partners.
"We are excited to retire the debentures through the sale of some of our interests," said Fellows president, George Young. "Not only does the sale price represent a significant gain over what we paid for those interests a year ago, but it will also strengthen our capital structure, improve our balance sheet by retiring debt, and at the same time provide for the potential development of our properties, including the adjacent Gordon Creek acreage. We now expect to have three quality projects advancing in their development through the expenditures of joint venture partners."
