It's up +112% with record high volume of 74M
Market cap, according to Yahoo Finance is just 167k

Technically speaking, the stock has been accumulating between $0.0007 and $0.0013 for the last few weeks... Today we watch a breakout with crazy volume...
I'm not sure what's going on here, and I have to do some DD over here...

Preliminary July Numbers Show Continued Success.
JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 5, 2005--Phoenix Interests, Inc. (OTCBB: PHXI - News) announced today that BetBarn66.com, the online wagering site operated by its wholly owned subsidiary Online Enterprises, Inc., is showing continued growth and success, again setting records in handle. Phoenix Interests remains extremely optimistic about the site's prospects for growth.
With the buildup to the Kentucky Derby and through the Triple Crown, BetBarn66.com repeatedly posted record numbers for new customers and total handle. Following the conclusion of the Triple Crown, the site has seen consistently high levels of play and has avoided any dropoff.
During the second quarter, ended June 30, 2005, the site saw record handle amounts each month, leading to an overall record period.

In addition to record handle, the site also added 463 wagering accounts, representing for more than 72% of the total number of accounts at the end of the second quarter.
Preliminary numbers for July 2005, indicate the site has been able to maintain the level of play, with total of handle of $107,054.80. These numbers are particularly impressive when considering that Churchill Downs closed during July. Churchill Downs' handle accounted for nearly 39% of the site's handle during May and June. The site was able to move those players and that handle to other tracks.
Going forward, Phoenix Interests expects, but cannot guarantee, that August numbers will exceed July numbers, with both Del Mar and Saratoga featuring six days of racing each week. This will provide opportunities for increased handle and growth.
The site is on pace for annualized handle of just under $1.4 million. With continued growth and success in attracting new account holders, the annualized handle could exceed $3.5 million by the end of 2005. The site now has 650 accounts; if the number of accounts continues to increase at the current rate, by June 2007 the total number of accounts would exceed the site's previously stated goal of 3,000.
Much of the site's improved performance was achieved by boosting midweek handle. The site worked aggressively to increase handle by promoting upcoming events and featuring particular tracks and races. Overall, the site combined radio, email and an expanded direct-mail campaign to encourage play from potential and existing customers. In addition, the site is sponsoring a weekly radio show that aired in the Louisville market and may air in additional markets in the future. Jim D. Aussie, how do you read the big pullback during the latter part of the day ? Do you see it as a lack of confidence in the move having legs, or just daytraders taking their quick hit ?

Well intraday it went up 100%, so a pullback is natural. Most of the vol went through on the way up and above $0.0015.
I use intraday day 5 min charts when looking for entry and exit points and PHXI has drifted back to the 200ema (on a 5 min chart). From my experiance that is usually a solid support point for strong stocks on the pullback. This chart shows what I mean (hopefully).
