CALI Holdings, Inc. ("Company" or "CALI") (OTCBB:CALI), announced today the financial results for its current underground utility acquisition candidate for the four months ending April 30, 2005.
The underground utility firm's first four months revenue are $12.9M with an adjusted EBITDA of $563,809. The firm is currently on track for revenues of approximately $35M for fiscal 2005 with an adjusted EBITDA of approximately $2.8M. It was previously disclosed that the firm had forecasted approximately $30M in revenue with an adjusted EBITDA of approximately $2.6M. The firm has a current backlog of approximately $26M.
James Jenkins, CEO of CALI Holdings stated, "Management is happy with the financial results and anticipate the acquisition candidate will hit the previously announced forecasted numbers. CALI is currently performing its due diligence and will keep the investment community informed as we move forward."

this is the 3rd time this week it is spiked up. The other spikes take it to .06. Why are you guys not jumping on board now?

My chart doesn't show this as hitting .06 since back in April.

Yes this is a great play. Look at the revenues and backlog. Finally get a real penny!! Most of the pennys on here you really have to dig on because the if your only doing TA on pennies your going to get burned without fundamentals. If you notice most of the pennies are brought up after increase in volume and price for what one day. : ) Need to look at the fundamentals also.

second of all I am not getting a good read on this company at all. Where are you getting the information on this bad boy? Do you really see this stock that sits near 0 every day of the year has potential to raise again? I am doubtful, but then again I can not find the info on this one.

yes high, i see the news, but I dont see this info that was earlier discussed on the group buying and the such. I bought at .011 and seeing where this takes me. I just did it with 500 so i could learn this style of stocks.

Can't say I like it, but am intrigued by the continued heavy volume. Has tried to move up a couple times, but nothing sustained. Any thoughts ?
Drop continues on very high volume, hitting new lows each day. Obviously much more than just "walking the price down". Don't if it's going out of biz. Would have expected straight drop. If this company is legit, then it is dreadfully oversold.
This stock is generating big volume on the last weeks... prices have reached new lows on the last sessions, and now the stock is up +33% with increasing volume...
I'm not sure if this data is correct, but I saw the Outstanding Shares on www.OTCBB.com and they were just 2M ???? So the market cap is something like 31k ????!!!!! LOL... I don't think this data is correct...
But the chart is catching my attention.... A Falling Wedge, still in development stage, give the $0.0074 level has the main resistance, the floor is just $0.0019... since the volume is been increasing this may give a good chance of short term pullback, at least to the resistance zone. A breakout would lead the stock to higher levels, but that's only speculation...
I'm putting some money over here (little money, this is EXTRA HIGH risk)...
Any thoughts ?

Don't know if this one has a bottom. Steady decline for quite some time. This one has proved to be a short term trading stock (you'll see a nice bounce on the chart every 2-3 weeks.
Cali is suddenly moving UP....after a long decline...being pumped at 'shakerz' because several of it's subsideries are making major moves up. Might be a big mover here. Time will tell. ;D

Up...............and down. Very scary stock. Any upward move is no longer than a day or two. Even today's jump has given back over half the gain.
