though I am not in this stock...and today's action was not encouraging, I like the trend and also how the stochastics and Williams % are at an oversold level, indicating time is ripe for a move up....and the vol. has definitely picked up the last 2 days...could be higher for sure, but this looks like the beginning of a trend...

if u are not holding a large position, and not in need of the money right away, I'd suggest you sit tight and wait and see this take off sooner than later.

good luck nevertheless.  ;)

PTS Inc. Subsidiary Signs with Major Restaurant Chain for ADA Compliance Inspections
Business Wire - August 30, 2006 09:00

LAS VEGAS, Aug 30, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Disability Access Consultants Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of PTS Inc. (OTCBB: PTSH), has executed a Letter of Intent agreement with a major international Quick Service Restaurant chain (QSR) to conduct Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance inspections for a significant number of stores. Although confidentiality provisions prohibit the dissemination of the name of the QSR, the Letter of Intent does initiate commitments for inspections for up to several thousands of the QSR's locations.

"Based on terms of the LOI, inspections of the quick service restaurant retail stores have started nationwide," stated Barbara Thorpe, president of DAC Inc.

"With this work, and other contracts in various stages of execution, the revenue growth is expected to be significantly greater than last year for the same quarter, and with extremely positive expectations for the balance of the year," commented Peter Chin, CEO of DAC Inc.'s parent company, PTS Inc. He continued, "The revenue generation over the life of this initial agreement is expected to be approximately $5.2 million, and will continue to strengthen DAC Inc.'s position as a leader in ADA compliance inspections."

"Consent decrees and other litigation against businesses and public entities to provide equal access for individuals with disabilities have stimulated an increase in the current market demand for ADA compliance inspections, which is a core competency and major business of DAC Inc.," commented Thorpe.

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires businesses to provide equal access to goods and services for individuals with disabilities. Public entities are held to a higher standard of access to programs, services and activities, and are mandated to have developed a transition plan and self-evaluation that determines if any facilities, programs or services are discriminatory in regards to individuals with disabilities.

Hyun Won of Korea Enters Into Manufacturing Agreement With VIASPACE Subsidiary Direct Methanol Fuel Cell Corporation

PASADENA, Calif. and SEOUL, South Korea, Oct 11, 2006 VIASPACE Inc. (VSPC), a company dedicated to commercializing proven technologies from NASA and the US Department of Defense, announced today that its subsidiary, Direct Methanol Fuel Cell Corporation (DMFCC), has signed a cartridge design and certified manufacturer agreement with Hyun Won Inc. of Daegu-city, South Korea.

Hyun Won Inc. manufactures distributes portable multimedia players with the brand mobiBLU. The company also produces image processing systems, glass encapsulation for optical light emitting diodes, and controllers for automated machinery.

"Direct Methanol Fuel Cell Corporation is establishing a global network of partners to manufacture and distribute fuel cartridges," reports Dr. Carl Kukkonen, CEO of both VIASPACE and DMFCC. "I welcome Hyun Won as a partner and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship".

Hyun Won CEO, Mr. O-Shik Song stated, "The portable electronics industry is moving toward fuel cells, and I believe that fuel cartridges can be one of the growth engines for our company. The $5+ Million contracts are for 2 years...

... as per the DD I have done!

Let\\\'s do some quick "math":

So, consider $5M+/year and divide by 350M x[1,300/1,810] and you get $0.02 EPS in PTSH.

Multiply by PE=3 (i.e.), and you get PPS= $ 0.0600 in PTSH.

That is a x10 Bagger from here, and only considering 2 bi-annual $5M contracts only, and no other revenue, no other expectations, no "China", no "gloves", no "nothing" but these 2 contracts.

DBYC has 1,810 Million shares;

$5M / 1,810 = 0.0027 EPS

if we consider EP=3, then PPS in DBYC = $ 0.0083

DBYC shares slightly undervalued (we still know nothing about revenues from PWVG, whose shareholders own 28% of DBYC).

PTSH shares very undervalued, due to its past R/S and dilutive history, and more than probable NSS history !

Wait for POSITIVE EBIDTA, and the Shorts won\\\'t know in what direction to run !

The MM\\\'s will gather cheap shares until a +10Q with profits, or another big contract hits. And then, they won\\\'t know where to hide.

If you know how much your investment is worth, you know which PPS is cheap and which is not.

It seems that $0.0045 was the dry volume tax sell-off lowest PPS. From that PPS I accumulate, and this $5+ M contract gives me more confidence about other contracts that shall come in the future.

Do your own DD about this security. This is based on my own DD, and based on which I buy/sell/trade this stock.

Answer from the CEO:

I have two more questions and hope you can answer them so we have a bit more facts here in our German board:

1. Can you approx. guess how much (pure) profit the 5,000,000 revenue will
bring to PTSH?

My own guess only approx. $2,000,000

2. Right now, you´ve got 6 people working for PTSH, right?!
How many people do you think will be necessary to fulfill the contracts
of the year 2007?

We will need approx.between 8 to 12 inspectors for now and may increase every 2 to 3 months as we increase more clients.

PTS, Inc. Announces New Contract with Major Hotel Chain for Subsidiary, Disability Access Corporation

Tuesday , March 20, 2007 09:01ET

LAS VEGAS, Mar 20, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- PTS, Inc. (PTSH-OTCBB) today announced that its subsidiary, Disability Access Corporation (DAC) (DBYC-Pink Sheets), has been selected and contracted to provide American with Disability Act (ADA) inspections for a major international hotel chain. Confidentiality provisions restricts the release of the client's name, along with other contract details, however, this addition to the company's client list adds additional large client diversification to DAC. The initial engagement is expected to be completed within the second quarter of 2007.

The company is also delighted to announce that current first quarter (Jan./Feb./March) revenues for DAC have already well exceeded the entire first quarter of 2006.

As of March 15, 2007, revenues were approximately $190,000. This compares with first quarter 2006, posting revenues of $134,347, representing an improvement of over 40%, with some of the quarter still to go.

The revenue growth trend the company has enjoyed thus far in the current calendar year is expected to continue for the balance of the year.

In reaction to the continued increasing demand for the company's services, the company continues to expand its professional service team. To accommodate the expanding demand for the company's inspection services, the company has had to expand the Las Vegas office accordingly.

PTS, Inc. & Disability Access Corporation (DAC) Updates ShareholdersLast update: 4/19/2007 9:01:00 AMDAC Expects to Show Profit by Year End LAS VEGAS, Apr 19, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Management of PTS, Inc. (PTSH) in conjunction with its subsidiary, DAC - Disability Access Corporation (Pink Sheets:DBYC), wishes to update its shareholders at this point in time. "Over the recent few weeks we have received a number of questions regarding our subsidiary, Disability Access Corporation (DAC). In order to respond fairly and openly to these questions, we have elected to take the most commonly asked questions and respond to them in the public forum of a press release," stated Peter Chin, President of PTS, Inc., the parent company of DAC. Will DAC generate positive cash flow and realize a profit in 2007? Based on contracts in hand, and the expanded services and efforts of the enterprise we fully expect DAC to generate a strong positive cash flow and show a profit by year end, barring unforeseen events. If DAC generates positive cash flow, what will DAC do with any excess cash? DAC is still a young growing company and as such, depending on the amounts of excess cash, the company will look to first continue its growth to meet the growing demands for its services, second reduce debt and third depending on funds availability consider share repurchases. Will DAC expand into other business areas other than ADA inspections? Though DAC's business model naturally extends itself to other business areas, for the current and near term the company will focus on its core business of ADA inspections, but will continue to review and consider new business opportunities as they present themselves. However, should an opportunity that is complimentary to the core business present itself with the attendant ease of synergy and commensurate high profit margin then of course the company will do the practical and prudent thing. Has there been inquires by outside companies or individuals to buy DAC? We have received inquires to that affect, but given the bright future of the company and the prospect for continued business value enhancement, we feel that solicitations based on historical earnings will not properly reflect the true value of the company. That said serious proposals and offers will be given the full and proper considerations as they should have, but such offers will have to be reflective of the real future potential of the business. Will the recent growth trends of the company continue? The company regularly receives unsolicited requests for services stimulated by the growing demand for ADA inspections, which as a result of capacity constraints the company has to decline. As the company continues to grow more of these requests for services will be met with acceptance and as demand does not appear to be diminishing the expectations are high for continued high growth in both the near and long term. "We thank our shareholders and other interested parties for making the above inquires and trust that our responses satisfy the posed questions. In order to keep our shareholders informed, we further commit to periodically taking the most common questions and answering them in this type of forum," said Mr. Chin. Further commenting, Mr. Chin stated, "We are delighted by the growing success of DAC and are looking forward to its continued promising future under Ms. Thorpe's leadership (Barbara Thorpe is President and founder of Disability Access Consultants). "Finally, concerning PTS's Glove Box business, we have, in recent weeks, received numerous inquiries about the Glove Box and we will report on this later, in future news releases," concluded Peter Chin, CEO of PTS, Inc.

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

PTS, Inc. (OTCBB: PTSH), reported today that they have filed Form 10Q-SB for the quarter ending March 31, 2007. Select highlights of the filing are as follows.

PTS, Inc. sales revenue for the period was $292,323 for the three months ended March 31, 2007 compared to revenues of $126,598 for the prior comparative period in 2006. "This represents a $165,725 or a 130 percent improvement compared to the same quarterly period in 2006. In addition, total operating expenses were reduced as was the net loss, for the first quarter," stated Peter Chin, CEO of PTS, Inc.

"The revenue growth is attributable entirely to the performance of Disability Access Corporation (DAC). The improvement of DAC's operating revenues is a reflection of both the need for DAC's services and the skill of DAC's talented professionals lead by industry expert Barbara Thorpe, President of DAC," said Peter Chin.

Chin concluded, "With the pace DAC is on, we fully expect that DAC will continue to report positive net income in the coming quarters of the current year. We are very proud of DAC and anticipate its continued rapid revenue growth rate, and pending profitability."

On another front, the Company decided to cancel the acquisition of the Strategic Healthcare Systems. It was determined that, based on the continued impressive growth prospects with Disability Access, the Company has decided to focus on DAC so as to optimize these opportunities.

"This represents a $162,000 or a 130 percent improvement compared to the same quarterly period in 2006.
