EYII announced news of a letter of intent for the sale of $210mil worth of its Code Blue filter, and the stock is up more than 100% today. http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/050812/83792.html
Looking at a June 17 pr from EYII, "The portable water filtration product's name is Code Blue(TM) and is exclusively provided to EYI by MARTI (OTCBB:HYRF - News)." http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050617/175077.html?.v=1
Yet, HYRF is up only about 13% today. Has the market failed to put 2 and 2 together?
You are right. ;D I fervently believe the market has not put 2 & 2 together.
HYRF volume today is the highest its been in over 12 months, and this baby only has a 20.93 million float. I'm sure we'll see a lot of 'chatter' over the weekend on this one. I've scanned other msg boards such as Raging Bull, and they are perplexed as well but the overall consensus is that the news will eventually hit the market and we might see action that EYII is enjoying.
Charles
I spoke to IR this afternoon and they confirmed that HYRF sells the Code Blue filters to EYII. HYRF will enjoy a significant stream of revenue from the deal announced by EYII today, yet, I don't think the market has fully caught on yet (just look at how much EYII rose today versus HYRF). I think HYRF is going higher in the days to come. ;D :o ;D
Once word gets out about the magnitude of the revenues that HYRF will receive from the EYII $210mil order, I really think this stock will start moving. If it can take out the 50dma and the 200dma, it looks like it can get back to the .30 cent level, and then who knows how much higher from there. Next week should be interesting.
I placed this on my watch list...

Just an FYI, some dudes on RB, said that they talked to the CEO and he confirmed HYRF will issue a press release sometime on Monday detaling the China deal. It's amazing how the market has not put EYII and HYRF together yet.. EYII up 150% and HYRF up 13%? yet EYII purchases all the filters from HYRF.. strange.. :-\
Odds are, the guy was smoking something and never talked to the CEO, but I guess its worth keeping on my 'watch list' for monday...

HydroFlo Portfolio Company Customer Receives Letter of Intent for $210 Million Purchase
Monday August 15, 8:00 am ET
Wholly Owned Subsidiary MARTI Agrees to Provide Water Pitcher Filtration Systems to Meet Increasing Demand
RALEIGH, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 15, 2005 -- HydroFlo, Inc. (OTC BB:HYRF.OB - News) today announced portfolio company Metals & Arsenic Removal Technology, Inc. (MARTI) received an agreement amendment with Essentially Yours Industries, Inc. (EYI) to provide the corporation with an undisclosed amount of water pitcher filtration systems to meet the demand received from recent transactions in China. The total value of the order is expected to exceed $210 million. As the demand for MARTI products grows, the contract will be reevaluated to ensure adequate product supply.
The Letter of Intent (LOI) includes an undisclosed number of patented Code Blue(TM) filtration systems to be supplied by MARTI throughout 2006 and 2007. These units will be privately labeled and will contain an exclusive formulation for EYI distribution.
The agreement covers sales over a 2-year period with the Guangzhou CEIEC Enterprise CO. LTD. (Guangzhou CEIEC), a subsidiary of The China National Electronics Import & Export Corporation (CEIEC). CEIEC, located in South China, is the largest exporter and importer of electronic products in China and was the first Chinese enterprise to establish sales and cooperative relations with foreign brand name enterprises such as Hitachi, Sharp, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Siemens, Casio, Phillips, Hewlett-Packard, LG and Samsung. Currently, the CEIEC is under the direction of the Chinese government and has extensive business relations with nearly 100 countries and regions and imports/exports over $1 Billion in products every year.
The Code Blue(TM) portable water filtration system removes arsenic and other contaminants from drinking water to a negligible level. China's large rural population and poor infrastructure in those outlying regions have created a huge demand for the Code Blue(TM) system which will facilitate the removal of harmful toxins from water, making it safe for human consumption.
Under the terms of the LOI, Guangzhou CEIEC will acquire agency rights from EYI Industries to distribute the Code Blue(TM) filtration system throughout China, and will commit to the purchase of $210 million worth of product as per the following schedule:
Fiscal 2006 (US$42,000,000)
Quarter (Q1) = $700,000
Q2 = $2,800,000
Q3 = $14,000,000
Q4 = $24,500,000
Fiscal 2007 (US$168,000,000)
Q1 = $31,500,000
Q2 = $38,500,000
Q3 = $45,500,000
Q4 = $52,500,000
George Moore, Chief Operating Officer of MARTI explained his expectations for this agreement amendment, "MARTI management firmly believes that everyone in the world should be able to obtain clean water. With this and future additions in the EYI agreement MARTI will form the foundation which will allow both the EYI team and MARTI to provide access to quality water in all homes world wide. The opportunity to work with EYI with global goals to improve world health parallels our own goal to improve the human condition through quality. The Letter of Intent will ensure that people in Asia as well as the western hemisphere will be able to drink clean healthy water in their homes. This will be an excellent opportunity for all involved."
About EYI
EYI Industries Inc., through its subsidiary Essentially Yours Industries, Inc. (EYI), markets products that promote health and well-being. Recently, EYI launched a consumer product that removes arsenic and other contaminants to a negligible level from drinking water. The portable water filtration product's name is Code Blue(TM) and is exclusively provided to EYI. In addition, EYI sells dietary supplements and personal care products. EYI markets its products through an extensive network of Independent Business Associates. Their sales force is staffed by knowledgeable, experienced men and women and supported by comprehensive training programs.
Dennis L. Mast, CEO of HydroFlo stated, "I am pleased to see an order such as this one. I feel as though my strategic business objectives are beginning to be realized in that people all over the world will be protected from harmful contaminants in water."

guess the guy on raging bull knew what he was talking about.. nice press release this am... I might try to buy some on the open if it doesen't gap up too much right away
nice gap up to .25, and now consolidation to the .21 area. this stock still has a market cap of around $6mil. low float of around 17mil shares. yet, the EYII deal ALONE will mean something like $150mil in revenue to the company over the next 2 years. undervalued???
This had a lot of action yesterday after the news, and was a great swing trade for those who got in before Monday's press release. The stock is now back down to levels close to where it was prior to the news that they will supply EYII with some $210mil worth of Code Blue filters for use in China. My understanding is that this will mean something like $150mil in revenues to HYRF. HYRF has also announced other recent significant orders, and because they have the only water filter on the market that removes arsenic, they are expecting substantial new orders. Yet, they have a current market cap of around $6mil. Anyone else think that this company is undervalued at .17?
8/16/05 press release from EYII -- they're going to China and Hong Kong to hash out the details of the $210mil and hopefully secure more sales of the Code Blue filter. Keep in mind that every Code Blue Filter comes from HYRF, who currently has a market cap of around $6mil, and expects revenues of about $150mil from the current EYII China deal:

EYI Industries Announces Key Personnel to Visit China and Hong Kong to Expand Sales Channels
Tuesday August 16, 4:05 pm ET
BURNABY, British Columbia, Aug. 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- EYI Industries Inc. (OTC BB:EYII.OB - News), (http://www.StopDrinkingPoison.com), a marketer of products that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, is pleased to announce its executive management team comprised of Dori O'Neill, Chief Operating Officer, and Eliza Fung, Chief Consultant for Asian Development, will be traveling to China to meet with officials from Guangzhou CEIEC on August 25th, to discuss details of the US$210 million Letter of Intent announced last week. In addition, the EYI team plans to meet with various other potential strategic partners in Hong Kong who have expressed great interest in purchasing and acquiring the rights to sell the Patented Code Blue(tm) water filtration systems.
The Asian marketplace, currently over 1 billion people strong, represents the fastest growing consumer economy in the world and provides an incredible opportunity for the sale of the Code Blue(tm) filtration system, as already evidenced by the US$210 million Letter of Intent.
In addition to meeting with Guangzhou CEIEC and other interested parties, Mr. O'Neill and Mrs. Fung will be establishing the necessary infrastructure to support future sales in both Hong Kong and China and will be establishing the foundation for network marketing sales. As such, the EYI team will be meeting with various banking officials and will secure office space to establish an EYI office in Hong Kong which is anticipated to be up and running in the fall of 2005.
EYI Industries Chief Consultant for Asian Development, Eliza Fung, stated, ``This trip to Asia will also allow us to introduce a number of other EYI product lines to the Asian marketplace, such as Calorad and Prosoteine. Our experience tells up that these, and other EYI nutritionals, are well received by the Chinese.'' Mrs. Fung added, ``I would recommend that investors review our nutritional products website at http://www.EYIbusiness.com for our complete product line.''
Upon the conclusion of the scheduled meetings, Mr. O'Neill will return to North America to execute any sales negotiated during his trip, while Eliza Fung will remain in Hong Kong for an indefinite period to focus on building additional sales in Hong Kong and within the rest of China.
EYI Industries Chief Operations Officer, Dori O'Neill stated, ``The opportunities available to us at this time in Asia are simply incredible. The Code Blue(tm) filtration system is exactly the right product at the right time in the right market. The Code Blue(tm) filtration system is not a luxury, but rather a necessity for many living in the rural areas whose drinking water is simply unfit for human consumption.'' Mr. O'Neill added, ``We have already made critical inroads into the Asian marketplace through our strategic alliances and believe that once we open a permanent office in Hong Kong in the fall of 2005, we will see a further boost in sales.''

This is finally starting to get noticed. The CEO, Dennis Mast, did an interview at the wallstreetreporter.com yesterday and stated that HYRF will be doing $500mil PER YEAR in revenues in just 2 years. Yet, the marketcap is still around $7mil. :o
Link to the interview: http://www.wallstreetreporter.com/profiles/HYDROFLOINC.html
Here is the deal.
Had a long conversation with the CEO of HYRF.
I am Buying a ton of shares for HYRF and EYII here because :
- The EYII Executives have been in China this week to in the words of the HYRF CEO,
To try and Finalize the deal. Said Letter of Credit is what they are there to get.
This would be huge news for the price.
- NO Other Companies are up for the bid, just HYRF product thru EYII
(Also Buying alot of EYII here as 50 Day Moving Average)
They get the Letter of Credit and no telling how high we go.
- ONLY company with the MARTI system for the water
- Now, HYRF is fine with or without the deal, so bought regardless
So many patents and deals in process
- HYRF just had a large order (PR) that will hit the books
- Chart came down from 38 cents or so recently
- Great selection, David !
All I can do is go off of the conversation. Recommend that you call him with any questions.
Many things can happen for a deal to not go thru, but he said very positive about the LOC.
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/050815/093063.html
Maybe a PR when they return from China. ;D

The chart just keeps looking better. We tested the 200dma Friday and then retraced a bit. With another volume day like Friday, we should have the momentum to take out the resistance at .24. With the strong fundamental story developing here, this should find its way back to the .30s in short order.
Nice move today on big volume......the news>>>
Sep 06, 2005 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) Metals & Arsenic Removal Technology, Inc. (MARTI), a portfolio company of HydroFlo, Inc. (HYRF) today announced a new contractual agreement with a major international plastics injection molding firm for production of MARTI pitcher and filtration units. These units will initially be manufactured in a highly automated, 100,000 square meter facility located near Shanghai, in amounts of up to 1,200 pitchers and 4,000 filters daily.
It doesn't take a genius to figure out that if they're going to make 4000 filters/day in China, they probably have gotten good news on that letter of intent. The above news item is only for HYRF and does not mention EYII. Might be a good idea to add some more there, also.

MARTI Provides Details Regarding China Manufacturing
Wednesday September 7, 3:38 pm ET
North Carolina Production Contract
RALEIGH, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 7, 2005 -- Metals & Arsenic Removal Technology, Inc. (MARTI), a portfolio company of HydroFlo, Inc. (OTC BB:HYRF.OB - News) continues to expand on released information regarding their new agreement for pitcher and filtration system manufacturing contracts. Yesterday the company announced an agreement with a major Chinese international plastics injection molding firm for production of their water filtration units. MARTI went on to confirm speculation that the contract with their European contractor, WAL S.A., based on a mutual agreement between both parties, was terminated to ensure increased production through the current distribution channel.
Yesterday's release of information also declared initial production estimates in amounts of up to 1,200 pitchers and 4,000 filters daily; however, after further negotiation and discussion with the manufacturer, these numbers have increased by more than 5 times their original projections. The company today announced that approximately 8,000 pitchers and 25,000 filters will begin the initial daily production goal. The new manufacturer will produce over 2 million pitchers and 6 million filters per year; providing the company more opportunity for order fulfillment than ever before.
MARTI also announced that contracts are complete with a textile firm in Eastern North Carolina to manufacture the ARTI-64(TM) media for their filtration units. The company will provide an abundant supply of inserts for each of the water filtration units with the patented arsenic and bacterial removal technology.
Dennis L. Mast, Chief Executive Officer of HydroFlo, has always held a strong desire to bring jobs back to North Carolina. "After the recent devastating textile industry outsourcing to Central America, I have desperately wanted to bring not only jobs, but greater prosperity into the eastern region of the state. I am pleased to be able to work with multiple manufacturers around the world and right here in our own back yard to help provide these opportunities for people everywhere."

And 5 times volume today ! :o

EYII is ready to run after HYRF, imo.

Thanks, setravis. HYRF has been by far my most profitable trade ever. I'll always remember this one because, in addition to the money, its one that I uncovered on my own through due diligence back on August 12 -- it just makes the trade feel a little bit better, as though I actually earned the money. ;D
Good luck and great weekend.
I applaud you too, stocksquire!
And I really think you EARNED the money.
Cheers to you! ;D
[applaud] stocksquire ;)
Bought some today @ $0.82
There's a ton of support underneath and not much resistance overhead. So HYRF can run.

eyii_hyrf__,
Thank you for your inquiry. We have received the answers to the questions you asked.
Q. NO other company or distribution channel can sell the MARTI system anywhere in the world, unless it goes through EYII ?
A. No other company can sell CODE BLUE with the MARTI technology that removes nitrates, nitrites and arsenic.
Q. For how long in each area
A. EYII have signed an exclusive agreement with MARTI for five years.
Q. Did EYII pay HYRF for the exclusive rights ?
A. No, EYII did not pay HYRF.
Q. What was in it for HYRF to give this to EYII ?
A. Nothing.
Q. Can HYRF change the filter a little and sell to other distributors ?
A. EYII have an exclusive contract with MARTI for the sale of MARTI technology that removes nitrates, nitrites and arsenic.
Regards,
Looks like the intraday trend is changing and the attempt to fill the gap from thursday/friday will fail????
Ehos,
Called Dennis, HYRF CEO.
Nothing is Inked.
All projections.
He has not even visited the facility.
I questioned the size being the equivalent of over 1 million square feet.
He wasn't even sure ?
And has heard nothing since the purchase order for the 210 million dollar order when I directly asked him.
Obviously, the market sees it as not being " inked ".
That said, the logical conclusion is that the deals will go through.
But saying it does not get any clearer than that, the market needs it to be officially inked.
Hopefully soon.
Call Dennis with any questions, he is receptive to investors.
Perfectsage:
I am always learning - trying to learn anyway - what do you mean by the failure to fill the gap on the chart - the thursday friday gap - - Is this a bad thing? Is this an indicator ? Of what? I guess I am missing something.
I sold 2/3 of my HYRF today for a 200% gain - I feared ar gap down - but I am keeping a full position of EYII and will get more if it goes to 7.
Thank you,

nberski, the significance of gaps is that they give you a hint of whether the line of least resistance is up or down for a stock.
In the short term, the failure to fill the gap up between Thursday's high and Friday's low is a good thing. You can look at the down days on Monday & Tuesday as short term profit taking or as an attempt to fill the Thursday/Friday gap.
http://stockcharts.com/education/ChartAnalysis/GapsandGapAnalysis.html
http://stockcharts.com/education/TradingStrategies/gapStrategies1.html
You'll also notice on the chart that the gap down between Monday's low and Tuesday's high was filled today. At this point in time the most logical guess I can make about HYRF is:
1) That it's going to attempt to break out above the recent $1.06 high.
2) The 53 cent low on Tuesday & the 60 cent low of today are points on a ascending trendline of support for HYRF
I bought some more HYRF at 55 cents cents yesterday, so... ... cross my fingers and hope my guesses are good. :)
I got back into HYRF today. For me, two very important things happened that prompted me (after exiting with a somewhere around 600% profit a few weeks ago) to get back in, one technical and one fundamental. First, the stock filled the gap at .48 that was left from its run a few weeks ago. Second, the CEO, Dennis Mast, gave an interview today at www.wallst.net during which he discussed upcoming milestones for the company, including his projection that the company will do $250mil in revenues in 12 months. I highly recommend listening to the interview if you are considering investing in HYRF.
I did see it bidding up in the afternoon after the interview was posted, si evidently you weren't the only one that liked it. I'm watching it and may get in. ;D
We are going to rock tomorrow ;D

EYI Industries, Inc. Signs Chinese Agency Agreement With CEIEC
Monday September 26, 4:10 pm ET
BURNABY, British Columbia, Sept. 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- - EYI Industries, Inc. (``EYI'') (OTC BB:EYII.OB - News) http://www.StopDrinkingPoison.com, a marketer of products that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Essentially Yours Industries (Hong Kong) Limited, has entered into an agreement for the sale of an undisclosed number of Patented Code Blue(TM) Water Filtration Systems over a 2-year period with China Electronics Import and Export South China Corporation (``CEIEC'') through its wholly owned subsidiary.
Subject to the provisions of the agreement, CEIEC may purchase up to an estimated US$210 Million worth of product as per the following Purchase Plan:
Fiscal 2006 (US$42,000,000)
---------------------------
Q1 = US$700,000
Q2 = US$2,800,000
Q3 = US$14,000,000
Q4 = US$24,500,000
Fiscal 2007 (US$168,000,000)
----------------------------
Q1 = US$31,500,000
Q2 = US$38,500,000
Q3 = US$45,500,000
Q4 = US$52,500,000
Under the terms of the agreement, EYI will issue an Exclusive Agency Certificate to CEIEC, thereby granting CEIEC the exclusive right to distribute the Code Blue(TM) Water Filtration System throughout China for a period of two (2) years. In order to maintain exclusive agency rights in China, CEIEC must purchase a minimum of $21,000,000 in product in each of the years 2006 and 2007. CEIEC reserves the right, upon reasonable notice, to increase, or decrease, the number of Code Blue(TM) units that it purchases under the Purchase Plan, based on its evaluation of market demand in China. CEIEC will commence purchases under the Purchase Plan commencing in October 2005, and will place subsequent purchase orders on a quarterly basis.
The CEIEC, located in South China, is the largest exporter and importer of electronic products in China and was the first Chinese enterprise to establish sales and cooperative relations with foreign brand name enterprises such as Hitachi, Sharp, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Siemens, Casio, Philips, Hewlett-Packard, LG and Samsung. Currently, CEIEC is under the direction of the Chinese government and has extensive business relations with nearly 100 countries and regions and imports/exports over US$1 Billion in products every year.
The Code Blue(TM) Portable Water Filtration System removes Arsenic and other contaminates to a negligible level from drinking water. China's large rural population and poor infrastructure in those outlying regions have created a huge demand for the Code Blue(TM) system which will facilitate the removal of harmful toxins from water, making it safe for human consumption.
Essentially Yours Industries (Hong Kong) Limited President and CEO Dori O'Neill stated, ``As evidenced by this agreement, our recent trip to Hong Kong proved to be very productive. Not only have we established the infrastructure to support our sales initiatives in Asia, we have inked an agreement with a well established and reputable company in China.'' Mr. O'Neill went on to say, ``We are extremely excited to see this agreement with CEIEC come to fruition as it opens up the world's largest consumer base and fastest-growing global economy to EYI.''
EYI's President, Jay Sargeant stated, ``This agreement with CEIEC represents many months of hard work and negotiations by the entire EYI team and we are very proud to finally announce that we have an agreement in-hand with CEIEC, which, if successfully completed, will be worth up to an estimated US$210 Million in sales over 2 years.'' Mr. Sargeant added, ``As always, we would like to thank our loyal shareholders who continue to believe in EYI and the EYI business model. I can assure you that we are doing everything in our power to create shareholder value.''

About HydroFlo
Bidding up this AM....looks to be heading toward that $2 target price. ;D
I guess Granny is going to have to wait a while longer for those new store bought false teeth that I promised her.
If HYRF continues at this pace she will get them in time for the Christmas turkey 2006.
We need more media attention - I may go to town later and holler out about HYRF down at Babe Yocoms general store.
Your other cousin Jethro
WOW! This was a HUGE drop.. Didn't expect that or otherwise I'd take some profits..
Hm... not very convincing close today.. I'm averaged at $1 and thinking should I exit on Monday if it start heading south and reenter at a lower level or just hold it longer whatever the price does.
I had almost 30% profit today in my hands and didn't take it because I want to keep this company for awhile but didn't expect that it will go down THAT much.
Hopefully next week will be better for HYRF.
Here are my thoughts on HYRF.... I previously sold approx. half my shares to cover my initial investment, so I'm running on free shares now. Based on what I see on the chart, the ascending trendline was broken today, and with a disciplined approach, I should sell. However, I'm willing to give HYRF the benefit of the doubt. If it closes above $1.09 on Monday, I'll hold. Otherwise, I will finally take the rest of my profits!
HYRF is trading at the bottom of it's linear regression channel and it's holding as of now.
Looking at level II it looks like MM is trying to keep it down but ask is @ 1.01 and up..
WIll see how it closes today.

About HydroFlo
Good luck.
Evgeny.
Still holding averaged @ $1. DOn't like to be down but looking at the company I feel pretty good about their long term. I just hope they'll be over $1 soon 'cause don't like to have my money trapped for too long.
yup, I sold out at the bottom of that big pullback (typical!!) and then bought back in yesterday, when their (somewhat manipulative) "analysts" re-iterated their price target, too high of course, at about .95 (talk about stupid - it went past .89 and I put in a market order that got filled at .95 :P)
Oh well, you live and learn, and pay for your mistakes. So I agree, am not selling HYRF until I see a positive return, which is entirely likely in the not too distant future. All we need is some positive news about the CEIC deal....
I'm really trying to learn from my mistakes and I promised to myself that I will have a trading plan before I jump in but... That just doesn't work with momentum stocks and it's changing so fast that there's no way you have time to think about it (talking about catching a momo play). That happened to me the day before yesterday when I tried to scalp GNBT after an initial retrace and lost 15% on it. Again, I'm glad I cut it off right away than to hold and hope to see it up again.
I'm waiting a LONG time for a couple of stocks I bought a year or so ago to go back up and regret that I didn't cut it off when it was 10-15% down. Now it's 50-60% down and who knows when will it go up again.
Daytrading is more interesting and more dangerous but I just don't like classic "investing" and waiting for years to see return.
I look for this one to start a run north on Monday......IMHO.
Support @ 0.72...0.59...0.36
Resistance @ 0.90...1.18...1.30...1.44

Oct-20-2005 Bearish Harami ,but as always we have to get conformation.
Don't quite know why this hasn't went up the past several days...target price was uped to $2.25 by some firm today. If I had it...I'd wait a bit on it...I think it will run much higher soon, but that's just me thinking. ;D This is one penny I wouldn't mind being stuck in a little while. ;D
I feel pretty comfortable with being in HYRF as long as they perform like they did so far.
Man, I bought PANC like a month ago on a virge of a breakout around $10.90 and now it's $8. Just cannot believe I held it hoping to see it up soon.
That's what I still need to learn. If a breakout doesn't occur then GET OUT!
Can anyone tell me whats up with HYRF now ?
HYRF is moving in sympathy with EYII, it is not pretty. Read the threads on EYII for details.

I think HYRF has bigger problems now........ ugh, I hope nobody here is still holding. Can someone please correct me if I am wrong -- the following basically states that HYRF spread misinformation and the independent report is full of lies?
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/051026/099293.html
Holly s....! I'm still holding but now I need to get out ASAP no matter at what loss.
They pretty much had to correct EVERYTHING!!
This will cause a massive dump tomorrow..
it's gonna be horrible... say goodbye to the baby and the bathwater :P
All I can say is that this is exactly the reason that David's rule particularly with big winners is "once sold, never look back" I made exactly this mistake too - thinking if its been up there, what's changed? It's gotta get back up there. Not any more, and belive me, this also means that Wasserman's projected value of $2.25 is out of the water too, as they were basing this on inaccurate numbers.
I expect we will see an opening drop back to .20 or thereabouts. Ugly. :-[
David,
You may be correct, but:
How can investors believe either of these companies? The PR's were false. And EYII is nothing without HYRF. And the deal they just signed is already ' Delayed '. Couple that with EYII wanting an increase to one billion shares. Along with Cornell's involvement.
How can any investor know that a deal even exists ?
Both companies have issued ammendments to their PR's.
Remember when EYII clarified the Agreement as the prior PR was incorrect ?
Too many companies out there to speculate on people that are caught in a lie.
The opinion is that PR will now be few and far between. Lawsuits are an issue too.
Dennis Mast never made any sense on the phone. He is a walking contradiction.
What a drop!! :o ...got lucky i got out early before that happen ;)
Some are saying that EYII dumped the 58 million shares while knowing the PR's from HYRF and EYII were incorrect. This could come back to bite them. Millions of dollars were generated knowing the public was being deceived. They even lied to me saying NO shares were sold and the share count remained the same.
???
Evgeny,
It does look like there is support at about .21-.22 though. I have been toying with trying to get back in at this level, if not at least to trade the small swings (which are pretty big actually 4c here is 20% ;D) But I do think we will see a similar meteoric rise once the first order comes in, so might be worth getting in low while the stock is depressed and just hanging in there for a while.
What do you think?
i would never buy a stock from liars...how could you sleep with that.....eyii tooo....i was out with profit weeks ago....i look at hyrf and eyii they are hooked together and eyii has debts 8 millions.....just watching for entertainment. Cheers
Hi ScottishTrader!
I think as you and I am possible today shall buy HYRF ;)
Good luck.
Evgeny.
;) ;D
+15%
;)
If breaks 0.35, probably goes above.
Good luck.
Evgeny.
Now I wish I followed my intuition and got in on this one last week at the low .20s - even the analysis I did over the weekend suggested today would be a strong mover, but I slept in and didn't buy at the open. Oh well, looks like I may have to look for a dip tomorrow.
But today's action was pretty strong, despite being on relatively low volume - It seems to me that there are few sellers, and a small speculative buy at this stage should be worthwhile. Will look for a position tomorrow am.
Hi !
HYRF +25% ;)
Good luck.
Evgeny.
Hi !
Indicators look at the north, but for 70 % of increase in the price indicators very weak ???
Good luck.
Evgeny.
Hi !
???
If today does not break 0.34 that probably HYRF will go on the north (only my opinion).
Good luck.
Evgeny.
Hi !

Good luck.

Jennifer Trevitt in EYI IR claims a shipment will go out this week.
We will see.
If the China deal remains intact, it may be the time to take another look at HYRF & EYII.
Adding some of both here knowing the risk involved.
Hi Jeff,
We received a shipment today for our US and Canadian customers. Product has already been shipped to China.
Thanks
Jennifer

Jennifer,
Are you referring to product outside of the 6 units that were delivered ? Or a new shipment to China ?
Will any press be released on the domestic shipment ?
How many came ?
Domestic is good, but we need China news to move forward.

HydroFlo Announces Planned Stock Dividend of MARTI
RALEIGH, NC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/12/06 -- HydroFlo, Inc. (OTC: HYRF) today announced the
company's plan to dividend a certain shareholder interest of Metals and
Arsenic Removal Technology, Inc. ("MARTI"), a wholly owned HydroFlo
subsidiary, to HydroFlo shareholders as part of an overall plan to increase
shareholder value to HydroFlo shareholders and create a public market for
MARTI stock.
Dennis L. Mast, Chairman and CEO of HydroFlo, stated, "We are excited to
have the opportunity to reward HydroFlo shareholders for their continued
support and investment. MARTI's recent successes and potential for growth
make it an ideal candidate to become the first of what we hope to be many
future opportunities for HydroFlo shareholders. Separating MARTI from
HydroFlo may allow HydroFlo shareholders to reap the immediate benefit of
having a more visible and direct ownership interest in MARTI while allowing
MARTI to avail itself to independent financing on terms and in a structure
that may not be otherwise available."
Under the terms of the announced planned stock dividend, the HydroFlo Board
of Directors approved a proposal to consider a distribution of up to ten
percent of the equity ownership interest in MARTI to HydroFlo shareholders
of record as of January 31, 2006. Further details of the transaction will
be forthcoming.
Anyone remember HYRF's run last year?
She's moving again, still at low levels, but the volume shows some action. Any opinions? I took a small stake already, just in case :)
Edit: Up already... from .017 of my intial call ;D
HYRF.OB > Is now > HYRF.PK
Today's chart.......
I'm out... Nice gains, but I'm uncomfortable with the low volume today. This could swing either way at a moment's notice.
