This chart caught my eye too, in fact it is one of the 11 penny stock charts I'm considering and studying today.

The medium and long term trend is down, as we can see on the chart below with a standard error channel attached. Probably SQUM.OB needs a big fundamental shift for this downtrend channel to be broken on the upside. Do you read something very powerful on the fundamental front?

If not, probably this is just another test to the upper limit of the downtrend channel.

Since the stock can't go below 0, we need to consider the semi-log chart, or eventually any downtrend or downtrend channel would be broken on the upside. I see an important resistance coming on that scale too.

We'll dig some more, I hope I get your help  ;)

Hey Set  :) Its been a good week.  How are you doing?  Any Katrina issues for you?

Today I knew the market would suck but I couldn't figure out how to take advantage of it.  I think we are in for a serious decline Monday(Nasdaq).  So I am mostly cash, but I like SQUM.(nice transition huh)

So SQUM looks really slick.  Great chart.  I will do some TA and get it up in this thread.  If my feeling is correct(a feeling based on TA, experience, market conditions, and the flipping of a coin) this thread will be very popular next week.

Going to work on the chart.   ;D

Let EliteG " The Wizard "do a TA on the chart. He will get it posted soon.
Let him lay some of that knowledge on us.

Hey gmarc66, I have found that penny stocks can move on their own and not pay much heed to the market.  In fact one of the concepts I have noticed is "the diamond in the rough" philosophy.  A stock showing strength(diamond) in a downmarket(rough) actually can do better as a diamond is more easily noticed in the dirt than in a jewelry store  :D

But enough of that philosphical doodoo.. how do u trade that?  You could start a position today and add on or see what happens next week.  Just make sure you have a plan for taking it off.

I'll put up some charts soon.  ;)

Allright, I really like this chart.  I'm thinking this is .50 easy next week, but I'm looking for $1 at least.  :o

-classic G-pattern(stacked g-patterns are very powerful).
-OBV showing us that volume is in play and we are movin with that volume.
-broke a serious downtrendline perhaps implying that a fundamental shift has occurred.
-RSI buy signal(recrossing of 70..now we should stay above 70 for some time).
-cupping volume and cupping price action, rounded bottoms forecast price rise.
-strong trend support in place.
-consistent upwards price action the past few days(it tried to sneak by but I caught it in a scan today).
-recently crossed over 200 mvg averages, also further implying a fundamental shift has occurred.

Lets rock!  >:D   8)

The charts for your viewing pleasure:

Was wondering if we missed G-spot pattern or its still going to happen?

Press Release Source: Sequiam Corporation

Sequiam Biometrics, Inc. Delivers Its Multilanguage BioTime Secure Biometric Access Control Software to Distribution Network
Tuesday September 6, 7:00 am ET

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sequiam Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: SQUM - News), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Sequiam Biometrics, Inc. (http://www.sequiambiometrics.com), a premier provider of biometric technology and services, announced today the delivery of its updated Sequiam BioTime(TM) access control, time and attendance software (http://www.constellationbiometrics.com/biotime.asp) to distribution channels in the United States, Canada and Mexico. The Company said that it estimates initial annual revenue of approximately $1 million, and that sales are expected to ramp rapidly through the remainder of the year.

Currently, BioTime has hundreds of successful installations in businesses all around the world to enhance security and combat payroll fraud. The current version of BioTime can be used in facilities with up to 1,700 employees saving companies up to 35 percent in accounting costs per year because it eliminates the need for tedious calculation and verification of payroll records and prevents "buddy punching" (which the US Census says causes the average business an 11% annual loss of income). BioTime also makes business more secure, insuring that employees (and others) are where they are authorized to conduct business.

Sequiam Biometrics distribution partner Nat Sprague of BioMetAccess said, "We are pleased to carry the new Sequiam BioTime software and have discovered numerous sales and marketing avenues in both the United States and Latin America for biometric access control and time and attendance. This is the product we have been waiting for as it supports most of our popular lines of biometric access hardware. BioTime is updated with new versions as they become available, thus protecting our clientele from obsolescence. After extensive testing of competing products, we have determined that the Sequiam solution is extremely user-friendly, and among the best on the market." Sprague continued, "The new pre-licensing system allows us to distribute the software directly and easily keeps track of copies that have been installed at the end-user level. This gives us a great level of confidence in end user penetration through our dealer network."

Kevin Henderson, President of Sequiam Biometrics, said, "We are very fortunate to have such a dedicated distribution network for our biometric security applications. We are committed to the continued deployment of improved software to fill the particular need for secure and easy to use biometrically enabled applications. All of our partners are enthusiastic about the products we have in the pipeline for this rapidly growing market."

The software is designed to support numerous biometric technologies including Sagem, Hectrix, Axim, Suprema, Digital Persona and others for full compatibility in a wide variety of biometric applications. In addition, a new distributor/dealer friendly licensing system was simultaneously released making distribution of the application trouble free for Sequiam partners and distributors.

Sequiam Biometrics, Inc. Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement for Its New Biometric Home Healthcare Tracking System, BioCareTrack(TM)
Tuesday September 13, 7:00 am ET

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sequiam Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: SQUM - News), through its wholly owned subsidiary Sequiam Biometrics, Inc. (www.sequiambiometrics.com), a premier provider of biometric technology and services, announced today that it signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Kelimo Incorporated for Sequiam BioCareTrack(TM), Sequiam's new biometric healthcare tracking system. The Company said that it estimates initial annual revenue of approximately $1.5 million.

Another Golden Cross looming........ ;D

"Much More Powerful Enduring Bull Market Golden Cross" with the "50 /200 DMA" ..............

When a shorter moving average like the 50-day crosses above a longer one like the 200-day it is a major buy signal. In Japan this signal is called a "Golden Cross." The reverse is called a "Dead Cross" and it is a sell signal. Using moving average crossovers takes the subjective part of chart reading, as this is just pure math in determining the trend. When the 50-day crosses above the 200-day it's a signal to go long. The Japanese may buy up all the company stock .........

Sequiam Deploys BioClinic(TM) to Stellenbosch University in South Africa
Thursday September 15, 7:00 am ET
Biometrics Will Assist Researchers in Gathering Accurate Diagnostic Research Data on Tuberculosis

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sequiam Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: SQUM - News) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary Constellation Biometrics Corporation (www.constellationbiometrics.com), a premier provider of biometric technology and services, has delivered its BioClinic(TM) biometric clinical diagnostic management support system to the Stellenbosch University in South Africa (http://www.sun.ac.za/index.asp). BioClinic(TM) is designed to ensure that patients are correctly identified and correlated with their laboratory test samples.

The Stellenbosch University Department of Medical Biochemistry has initiated a project using BioClinic in a clinic in Lawaaikamp near George in the Southern Cape Region of South Africa. The aim is to use "real time application of molecular epidemiology tools" to improve the management of tuberculosis patients. This will provide laboratory test results, which comprise a more comprehensive and more accurate sample analysis than routine laboratory procedures with a faster turn-around time. In addition, samples and data will be collected for research purposes. To facilitate the identification of all clinic visitors, including the tuberculosis patient, everyone entering the premises will have their fingerprints biometrically recorded using technology and software designed by Constellation Biometrics.

Gian van der Spuy, Department of Medical Biochemistry, University Stellenbosch said: "We are excited about the prospect of using BioClinic in an innovative way to enhance our work. This will help with the correct identification of patients, the correlation of patients with their samples and together with molecular investigations will provide information regarding the possible nosocomial transmission of tuberculosis at the clinic. Data is stored in a MySQL database backend, which is synchronized daily with the main database at the University. The project is headed by Professor T. Victor."

Shane Griffin, Managing Director of Constellation Biometrics South Africa said: "This is a wonderful and exciting project, as it is a first in South Africa where biometrics is used to assist researchers in gathering accurate diagnostic research aimed at tuberculosis. Moreover the same concept would be rolled out to the rest of the country after the initial project concludes. The success of this project could have enormous positive consequences in the diagnostic collection of data and its accuracy."

I dont think anyone has noticed the following release today.

" Form 8-K for SEQUIAM CORP

19-Sep-2005

Entry into Material Agreement

Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On September 13, 2005, Sequiam Corporation (Sequiam) entered into a five-year, Exclusive Co-Operative Development and Supply Agreement (the Agreement) with Black & Deckers subsidiary Kwikset Corporation (Kwikset). The purpose of this agreement is to establish the business relationship between Kwikset and Sequiam in respect to the development, marketing and sales of biometric enabled security door hardware and systems. "

I think anyone can move around his/her home and find stuff from Black and Decker. The financial terms will be worth looking for. Corresponding release will be a spike day. IMHO..

Any comments

I see a Symmetrical Triangle pattern nearing the "decision time."  Given the medium term ascending trendline, and the fact that it seems the stochastics have bottomed out, I'd consider buying into this one. It's also interesting that volume is so low recently. The quiet before the storm?  I'll wait for confirmation of an upwards break in the triangle though....

Sequiam Biometrics and Coca-Cola Announce Deployment of BioDriver(TM) Biometric Access and Tracking Control System at Largest Canning Plant in South Africa

ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sequiam Corporation
(OTC Bulletin Board: SQUM), through its wholly owned subsidiary Sequiam
Biometrics, Inc. (www.sequiambiometrics.com), a premier provider of biometric
technology and services, announced today that it has deployed its Sequiam
BioDriver(TM) biometric access and tracking control system with Coca-Cola
Canners of South Africa.
Africa's leading soft drink vendor is using the BioDriver biometric
fingerprint system to track all activity of the independent truckers entering
the canning site. The system verifies the identity of any third party trucker
entering the site, tracks their time of arrival, verifies inventory pick up
and departure time. The driver's details are captured through name, ID,
license, transport company, fingerprint and photo. On recurring visits,
drivers entering the plant will be recognized by their fingerprint and photo,
which is displayed for verification by plant security and recorded in a
database. Upon exiting, the driver is again recognized by fingerprint and the
security boom is opened automatically producing an un-forgeable, time-stamped
and lasting record of all activity on the site which effectively reduces the
opportunity for illegal access or on-site fraud.
Shane Griffin, Managing Director for Sequiam Biometrics, South Africa
said: "We are excited about our partnership with Coca-Cola Canners of South
Africa. Our technology is a perfect fit for this type of environment because
it makes the plant more secure, allowing security to monitor who is on the
plant at any given time."
Kevin Henderson, President of Sequiam Biometrics added: "Biometrics can
make tracking and access control simple, practical and cost-effective. There
are no passwords to forget or keys to lose. The Coca-Cola system simplifies
ease of use and brings security to a new level. The security office knows at
any given time what vehicles are on the property and immediately knows if they
authorized to be there. This information is invaluable."
About Sequiam
Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, Sequiam Corporation develops, markets,
and supports a portfolio of proprietary security, biometric, Internet and
secure enterprise-class software and hardware products that enable users to

About The Coca-Cola Company in South Africa
Coca-Cola entered South Africa in 1928, when a bottling and distribution
plant was established in Johannesburg. Now, three quarters of a century
later, Coca-Cola products are produced and sold in every country on the
continent. The beverages are produced locally by South African citizens. The
product range and marketing reflect the tastes and lifestyles of South Africa
and the company is deeply involved in the life of the communities in which it
operates. Today, the company employs over 10,000 people.

Sequiam Biometrics, Inc. Introduces BioTot(TM) (Biometric Authenticated Tot Dispensing Unit) - A Unique Biometric Innovation

ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sequiam Corporation
(OTC Bulletin Board: SQUM), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Sequiam
Biometrics, Inc. (www.sequiambiometrics.com), a premier provider of biometric
technology and services, announced today the release of its latest product
offering, BioTot(TM), a biometrically authenticated system for use in the food
and beverage industry to prevent fraud and shrinkage when dispensing tots
("shots") of liquor. The Company said that annual revenue for the BioTot
software solution is initially estimated at approximately $600,000.
George Saunders of E-TOT Manufacturing and Marketing said, "We want to
take this opportunity to thank the staff of Sequiam Biometrics in Cape Town
for the fine work in developing the software and hardware for our patented
dispensing system. It is extremely compact and cost-effective and we feel
confident this very unique product will be well received within the
On-Consumption-Hospitality industry as it will interface with many Point of
Sale (POS) systems currently in use."
Restaurants and bars using the E-TOT system have secure dispensers
attached to each bottle of liquor. Bar staff can only dispense tots after
biometric authentication. Tots dispensed are debited to the accounts of
staff members for end-of-shift reconciliation. Transactions are then uploaded
to the office for reporting purposes. The system pushes video marketing
material from the office to the BioTot(TM) units for automated display on the
BioTot LCD panel. Bar management can determine at any given point in time the
stock levels, turnover and shrinkage of the liquor inventory.
Shane Griffin, Managing Director of Sequiam Biometrics, South Africa said,
"We are excited about this project, for a very unique product in the food and
beverage industry. We already have received tremendous responses from the
market. This new E-TOT dispensing unit is compact, robust, and cost-
effective. In addition to internal control of the inventory in bars and
restaurants, liquor companies can receive inventory information on a daily
basis which can be immediately interpreted into marketing information and
demographic statistics."
