Title: MXXH.PK
Post by: David Randolph on May 25, 2005, 09:08:46 AM
After selling NAUC.PK and AMRE.OB with enormous profits I feel I must have at least 1 penny in my 15 stock portfolio. So I'm buying another one, this time the lucky chosen is VNBL.OB.

Here we have the long term chart:

The stock was at $8 just a few months ago. Now it's sitting at the $0.20 level, with 2 million stocks changing hands and making beautiful white marubozus.

If it rises above $0.23 in today's session I believe we have at least a 100% short term move in our hands. But I'm putting just 6.66% of capital in this pick (like in all others), and I'm prepared to lose a lot in percentage terms if things go bad.

A speculator must know there's risk in the market. But he's not a speculator if he doesn't put some money in his beliefs. So I'm buying VNBL.OB at today's open.

Everyday our team scans and filters 11000 stocks to come up with the 3 best stocks to buy on a short term basis. We run a diversified public portfolio which is up 95% this month (it started this month). Yes, these penny stocks have these liquidity problems. Today I hadn't time to study many stocks but I loved this chart at first sight.

Altough the stock is a lot higher from the open (and I believe a 100% move will happen today), this is different from AMRE. This is more of a gambler thing, and AMRE was plain speculation.

I want to lead this community to high profit speculation, seeing a move coming and grab the best part of it. That's why I asked Ramsburg to open a new Forum where we'll discuss the story behind the moves. Just like the pick you had with LAVA and the one with NAUC and AMRE, there was a speculative story behind the white candles ... understanding the story helps determining the extent of the move or at least better interpret the behavior of the stock.

Todays action isn't good, currently a high volume failed breakout continuation, Large shadow on top of candle never a good sign. Look for buying volume to come back in, because that is what is currently missing. If it can close above 0.25 then that will be positive.

you a got a point..............
but it could be also closing this gap, this things happens sometimes. the first 20m of trading, was panic buying, followed by panic selling, now ppl is waiting to see whats happening, but i'm sure tomorrow could be the big move.
Title: Resistance was $0.23 ...
Post by: David Randolph on May 25, 2005, 02:21:19 PM
... now support. If the company had good financials of course it wouldn't be at these levels.

Probably when the stock was at $500 had good financials, or at least good perspectives.

Now at $0.23 she's garbage, you might say ... suckers buy good companies that turn into garbage. Speculators buy garbage that turns into good stocks.

I don't know if this piece of shit will turn into a good company, I guess not and I don't care.

But I believe VNBL.OB will be 100% higher in the short term. And the only way to test this believe is with money. For a sucker play I'll get a sucker pay. A speculator knows these things happen from time to time, he'll just admit the mistake, stop being wrong by selling the stock and move on to another speculative venture.
Title: Anyway ...
Post by: David Randolph on May 25, 2005, 02:36:36 PM
... diversification guarantees that I can't lose more than 6.66% in one single trade, even if the stock suddenly gets delisted or something.

Big potential, big risk, but not putting all the eggs in the same basket, of course.

Title: Sorry David.....
Post by: Gordon Gecko on May 25, 2005, 03:09:02 PM
but let me say 2 or 3 things about this POS.......

1) In november the company name was Ohana Entrprises. Traded in the OTC under the ticker OHNA. It goes to 0.0003 and at 2004-11-19 make a RS 1 to 500. Makes a reset and start again.

2) The chart has that configuration because the reverse split (lots) they made from time to time.

3) Never in is lifetime the company was at 500 bucks.

4) The work force is 1  >:( >:( ???

5) get a look www.vinobleinc.com the company's site????

But like you said is only a short term trade with a goal. GLTY

Title: You wish ...
Post by: David Randolph on May 25, 2005, 03:39:07 PM
... I would discuss this company's fundamentals with you. I won't, I say you're right. Absolutely right in everything you say.

But that doesn't mean, at all, the stock won't go up 100% in the next few days.

I would like to see it close above $0.23 today, if it doesn't perhaps tomorrow I'll have to sell.

Title: Sold @ $0.19
Post by: David Randolph on May 26, 2005, 10:25:53 AM
Arrrrghhh, big loss on this one, 24%  >:(

There's nothing I can do, the stock had such a strange behavior yesterday, I had a paper profit of 52% and ended up losing 24%.

Like I said, for a sucker play I get a sucker pay. Good lesson. I need to be much more carefull when buying penny stocks, AMRE had a good story, so I've profited 1200%. VNBL.OB had no story, I was a gambler and lost.

Take my loss and move on ...

David, you're the wiser, as I have decided to ride this roller coaster.  We're on the way backup slowly, though.  Not a believer that we'll see .30 again, but if I can breakeven I will be out.
Title: The market has no mercy ...
Post by: David Randolph on May 28, 2005, 05:46:17 PM
... for that kind of wishfull thinking atalltexan  :-\

The stock doesn't know what price you bought, she doesn't even know you exist.

I wish you luck, but the best luck you can have is to learn the lesson of not thinking about the price you bought when it comes to selling a stock. The stock doesn't know, the market doesn't know so your analysis shouldn't consider the buy price.

The road to big profits comes from this trial and error process, keeping track of mistakes, understanding them and try not to repeat them.

Let me give you a point in your rating for encouragement  ;)
