has this been a multi day runner in the past when it had news, or just one day and then falls back?
In the past that i have noted it went up a little for a couple of days then would fall back...it was a good channel play then....hope it still is now...but, not sure if this will go much higher...i will sell at .001 if i can. Who knows what monday will bring?
However, keep an eye on it as you never know which way these pennies will go.
If you got in at .0005....perhaps think about taking some off the table just in case...this penny in my experience has been volatile..and you have an opportunity to take profits at this point. Be cautious.
sometimes better to be safe then sorry...just my opinion.
good luck

2 news releases this morning... hopefully make this puppy move further today...im in at .0008.

Great West Gold, Inc. - Restructuring Update
Company to Complete on Windsor Resources, Inc.
NEW YORK, Sept. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Great West Gold, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GWGO) confirms that is now completing the sale of 49% of its owned subsidiary company, Western Gold Limited to Windsor Resources, Inc. The Company is disposing of its additional 51% interest in Western Gold Limited to a recently created subsidiary company of Great West Gold, Inc., Western Diversified Mining Resources, Inc. Western Diversified Mining Resources, Inc. will remain as a wholly owned subsidiary company of Great West Gold, Inc. at this time.
WINDSOR RESOURCES, INC.:
This company will obtain a separate quotation on the OTC Market as soon as is possible. It is intended that this Company will raise additional cash to develop this Mining Property. All of the shares in this Company will be distributed to the shareholders of Great West Gold, Inc.
SHAREHOLDING STRUCTURE OF WINDSOR RESOURCES, INC.:
Western Diversified Mining Resources, Inc. will hold 102,000,000 shares of restricted shares of Windsor Resources, Inc. The Company has for some time recognized the fact that its dismal share price performance required a major corporate restructuring and to this end, the Company has examined countless possibilities to unlock value for its shareholders. The rationale was a 'Reverse Split' of the Company's stock coupled with a financing of the Company would not be in the interests of shareholders
ACQUISITION:

NAME AND TRADING SYMBOL CHANGE:
The Company will shortly be effecting a change in its name and its Trading Symbol to reflect the acquisition.

Hey Julia sorry to hear about your broker horror story I have had a few also. You might want to try etrade, low commissions and they are pretty good at routing orders. Better luck to you.
Wow is this true that the takeover bid could be as high as .055. Holly @#&%. What a score!
Hmm... doesn't make sense that someone would pay a 3800% premium for this company. And if this is good news, why is the stock selling off? Maybe people haven't heard the news yet? I'd like to buy based on this news but I'm puzzled as to the news item and the stock reaction. ???
A lot of people have been in since .0001 and .0002. I am sure a 10+ bagger was enough for many

I still don't get it. Take a 10 bagger when if the news is true, it's a GUARANTEED 380 bagger. Am I missing something?
In case I am missing something, I'm trying to get an order filled at .0013. This just seems too good to be true (so it probably is!) but I'll bite. ;D
just bought more on the dip back to .0011. Whoo Hoo lets go GWGO.
OK, time to ROCK AND ROLL!!!! Filled at .0013 for 2.5 mill shares. Good thing I don't need the money. ;)
I am loading on dips for the next few days. I will buy this rumour for sure. ARCA has backed off his little games. No risk no reward right >:D
would you say save here at 0.0014? what would be your target? credence in the pr?
I Would say this thing will probally go past .01 with the rumor and then depending what happens there continue to .05 or drop back to current levels.
If this news is true then it's safe up to .05. People do stuff to pump though so watch out. This is HIGH risk stuff here! Buy at your own risk!

at 0.01 would be a 7 bager at 0.05 a 35 bagger. why would this bank pay such a high premium? couldn't they just buy the shares in the open market?
I don't understand. Is this stock less than a penny? I don't even know how to enter an order on such a small amount - how much = $2000?
I am sure this is a pump. I read that GWGO will not verify the release. Once again trades don't get much more risky then this. The reward could be so sweet though. Anyways I am not putting in more then 2500$ of my cash into this thing just in case.
I would start with 500-1000. Add when you are already banked on dips. That is how I usually try to do it with OTC

assuming current pps of 0.0013, $2000 would buy you about 1,538,461 shares. so careful, some brokerages charge you by the number of shares.
Look at the following yahoo article. Supposedly they gave a dividend in December for 1.8 cents per share. Is that right?

nah homie just keeping the facts straight
Hey, anybody else have comments on this stock?
I sold when I found out it was a pump and dump. I am suspicious that a Portuguese bank would actually pay $.05/share for this company. I figure if this does make another run, there is still plenty of green to be made. >:D
I guess I might sit on the $650. It is pretty interesting - there is a conglomeration of gold mining companies that seem to have created a 'holding' company which will be listed on the London stock exchange in a few weeks. They own the mineral rights to major land accumation that contains gold and other minerals. It is an interesting concept. Anyone ever seen anything like this?
keeping an eye on this one...
Great West Gold, Inc. - Update on Purported Takeover Bid
By BusinessWire
Last Update: 3/2/2006 5:34:01 AM Data provided by
NEW YORK, Mar 02, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Great West Gold, Inc. (GWGO) announced on March 1, 2006 after it had been alerted by a substantial number of shareholders, to a Press Release in respect of a purported takeover of Great West Gold, Inc. by Banco Comercial Portugues (BCP).
Great West Gold, Inc. wishes to stress that it has no proof of this takeover bid being genuine nor has the Company received any communication from Banco Comercial Portugues (BCP) in respect hereof. Great West Gold, Inc. is attempting to obtain a response from this Bank as to its intentions (if they indeed have any) in respect of Great West Gold, Inc. Great West Gold, Inc. is not taking this Takeover Bid seriously at this time primarily due to a lack of solid information and certain suspicious dealings provided to the Company by various third parties which do however, remain unsubstantiated.
Great West Gold, Inc. is at this time attempting to verify whether or not this is a real takeover offer and until such time as the Company has all of the facts, shareholders are urged to exercise caution in their dealings in their stock in the event that this Takeover Bid is not genuine; and even if it proves to be a genuine Takeover Offer, it may well not be acceptable nor of any interest to a number of substantial shareholders of Great West Gold, Inc. which means that any Takeover Bid for Great West Gold, Inc. would fail.
Furthermore, any takeover of Great West Gold, Inc. would require the consent of substantial shareholders in the Company and in particular, the consent of St James Capital Holdings, Inc. which has a substantial interest in the Company as well as a financial exposure to Great West Gold, Inc of circa US$12 million after the acquisitions that are being announced on Friday March 3, 2006. There is no guarantee that any genuine takeover offer would be accepted by these parties who are the opinion that the Company is enormously undervalued and are committed long term holders of the Company's Stock.
The Company is continuing with its Stock Distributions, Company "spin offs" and its restructuring as well as the completion of the first series of acquisitions on Friday March 3, 2006.
Statements contained in this press release, which are not historical facts, are forward-looking statements as that term is defined in the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. These forward-looking statements are based largely on the Company's expectations and are subject to a number of risks and uncertainties beyond the company's control, including but not limited to economic, competitive and other factors affecting the Company's operations, management team effectiveness, expansion strategies, available financing, market prices and recovery costs, government regulations involving the Company, facts and events not known at the time of this release, and other factors discussed in the Company's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
These statements are not guarantees of future performance and readers are cautioned not to place undue reliance on these forward-looking statements, which speak only as of the date of this release. The Company undertakes no obligation to update publicly any forward-looking statements.

I was reading some other message boards and read after the acquisition happens it will all be merged under a new name/ticker. Seeing as this company actually paid dividends I think we might have some room to play here. USXP started in a situation just like this (stock price + activity). You just never know. cha-ching $$$$$$$$$$$ >:D
On a side note USXP!! I almost bagged on it already from the dip yesterday. Now fresh news on the wire. Buyback of public float. Drool.
I've looked everywhere this morning for something either, confirming or disputing, the take over bid. i still only understand, that they have said they haven't heard that. so, can we assume the only reason for the run up, is speculation of that news, and a bit of news of those 3 acquisitions? any thoughts?
so, i've been watching the Level II and trying to figure that out, on an active stock, and obviously the MM ARCA has a big influence on a stock, but, what determines the movement if that MM is at the top of both the bid and the ask, w/ huge blocks listed? seems to be a conflict of interest, yes?
I'm curious about this market maker activity also. ARCA was pushing the price up at the bid and then they turn around and start pushing it down from the ASK effectively squashing the upward move. Are they trying to close the gap and pick up cheaper shares on the way? Are they trying to liquidate some of their position? The latter doesn't make sense because if they are just trying to unload some shares, then they should let the price run and sell the strength. If the prior is correct, then once the gap is closed it should move again. Any thoughts?
Either way ARCA having the spread locked makes money for them. People buy and people sell. If it starts going negative the price will get pushed up or down by him. On hyped stocks like this intraday is only good for adding on dips. USXP and GWGO are prime examples. Odds are both will be unleashed to run on there own around 3PM as usual. Rest of the day is to take nervous traders money ;-)
well, i've heard a coupla places that ARCA does that to keep things in check, and i'm sure it's to keep the stock price moderated to some extent, but why is it ARCA that does it? Which MM is it and why is it that they do it???
Well, of course we would all prefer that they just let them run. ;) But if they want to wait until the end of the day, that's fine with me. ;D

Feel free to call >:D Anyways when I see ARCA on bid with a huge block I add.. They create support and they create resistance. When you see them minipulating a stock you know it isn;t a pump and dump.
In your opinion, does an MM like ARCA usually move a stock in one general direction such as going long or will they do the short side of it also? Can they even short a stock at such a low price as GWGO? I mean over a period of days or weeks, not on an intraday timeframe.
I think they go long and short. I believe the clipping of GWGO is to get cheap shares to cover the naked shorting that has plagued this stock for so long.
Wax, based on what you are seeing here with the ARCA action, the news out on acquisitions and all of this buyout speculation (which I believe is false) what do you think is going on here? Are we looking at a real bull run in GWGO? Or do you think this will be a short lived run until some numbers start coming out?
IMO it will be a gradual rise. I have been refining my OTC game hardcore. I have been buying dips like crazy. I will compound MUCH faster then someone just buying and holding. Look at what USXP did this morning. I added when it was down 20% I bet it closes at least +20%. That is ontop of everything else I am banking on. I guess it all depends on your trading style. I am single/no kids or much responsibilty so I am about as high risk as possible >:D
well, w/ those thoughts, i'm wondering, currently there's an ARCA bid for 9999 @ .0020, and the ask is .0021, and according to ameritrade, there's consistent buying at that price...what is keeping the price at this point. haven't seen hardly any sells at .0020? just trying to understand what causes what...
MMs aren't letting this run. Unless you want to sink millions of $$$$$$'s to buy out ARCA you will have to play the game. Look at USXP history. MMs played the same game. They are essentially keeping this a multi day maybe multi week run opposed to a 500% one day pump and dump.
Big money going into this one they wont be able to hold it down much longer. My quess this is going to run big time Monday. Ive seen this kind of situation and then all of a sudden they push it up 400%. Im in I will not give up my shares to the MMs. This could turn out to be a USXP situation 1000+% Good thing this is play money for me and I will just hold.

Very interesting read. I highly encourage people to follow the nicknames mentioned in the article on GWGO and many other stocks. Shorts are getting very very nervous. The names show up with many of the other big runners. Lets get people covering this week >:D
What GWGO? I keep hearing about news and dividends soon, anyone have any comments..
Looks like GWGO is now moving. I belive they purchased a few gold mines and split up into 5 or so different companys. They will be listing these companies on the European stock exchange this week. Anyone else holding this?

A simply math
from the homepage
http://www.greatwestgold.com/index3.htm
#
Great West Gold, Inc. shareholders retain their shareholdings in the company and become shareholders in six additional quoted Mining Exploration Companies. This will result in a huge increase in shareholder value for shareholders.
#
Shareholders will be kept advised as to developments as well as all of the details of the share distributions as they are executed.
#
Shareholders remain "on board" to reap the rewards of the Company entering into a new and fast growing Industry segment whilst retaining shares in six independent and quoted Mining Companies.
#
The "break up" value created through the distribution of the shares in these six companies should equate to not less US$600 million of value to Great West Gold, Inc. shareholders when compared to Great West Gold, Inc.'s current market capitalization of circa US$30 million.
600mil divided by 18.66bil o/s = .0321 per share value. It's just simple math. I hope you didn't sell your shares today because if they file the 8k before open Monday you probably want get in on the runup. Good luck!
;D
Yes, I agree completely. Thanks so much for the math!
