Applaud for bringing this ticker to the board !

The chart looks great, a powerful breakout with plenty of volume after some accumulation...

Great news today, CESY is moving to a hot sector now, and it has great perspectives with the new CEO. The company will change its name from Celerity Systems to Homeland Security Capital and makes plans to be a player on this huge market.

I believe we have a good speculative opportunity here... This stock was almost dead, and this is great news.

It's important to break the .0020 level on the next sessions, because it represents the only resistance level so far... I believe we'll watch a breakout...

I've bought some shares to my personal penny portfolio @ $0.0018

Best regards,

Was just wondering if stock should be sold early tomorrow or kept for a few days.

Eduardvs...you posted this stock roughly the same time I did...did u get in? ;D

in regards to BCIT...i had it on watch (as its Setravis pick!) and i found this posted on another site by someone who contacted their broker and this was their response:

BCIT

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How does a broker have the right to do this ?

Dear Mr. xxxxxx:

We appreciate your response regarding this matter.

Trading has been restricted for symbol BCIT. We are not allowing any trading in this security because DTC (Depository Trust Corporation) has informed us of an issue with clearing the certificates.

Sincerely,

David Holder
Apex Trade Resolution, Ameritrade
Division of Ameritrade, Inc.

Perhaps once this issue gets cleared up, BCIT will be good for another ride..and at these prices...could be great...ay, Setravis, Rams...?

This McMillen guy is good !

I'm not seeing McMillen entering as CEO of a $0.0020/share company just to let it slide again...

This guy has the right connections, he moves on the right political lobbies, for some reason CESY jumped 150% today... A lot more to come I believe...
CESY, should change its name to Homeland Security, and probably will change ticker as well, and very likely it would be trading much much higher in just a few months...
Just read this article, and ignore the predisposed tone of the author, analyse the kind of astute guy McMillen is, and think what he's he doing as CEO on this company ?
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A5721-2005Mar27.html

Now think about his connections, and take in consideration that for this to be just a pump and dump, they needed to have accumulated much more than the volume is showing up for the last weeks.
I believe this is a genuine move, with a lot of mid term potential; it will be difficult to watch this stock on yesterdays levels again.

Let's think, $51 million capital commitment on an $8M market cap company should make some difference, especially when operating on such a promising sector as the security industry.

This capital will be raised by Cornell Capital Partners, the same guys that raised 50$M to MOBL, by the way MOBL is doing great.

Unfortunately I didn't buy all my position yet......... ARRRGGGG I was only half filled at 20 !
Good luck to all holders!!! I'll join you guys with some more $$ tomorrow if I get the chance to get a good price.

I think thats great news, and that explains everything:
QuoteMr. McMillen also purchased 1.25 billion shares of common stock of the Corporation from Cornell Capital Partners, LP, an unaffiliated private entity.

Thats what I think is a major Insider buying ;) McMillen entered as the new CEO and bought 1.25 Billion shares of CESY.

The way I see it technically speaking:
After a 164% rise yesterday, the fact of CESY is maintaining this price level today is bullish...

I'm holding this position ;) I just need to see the rest of the show  >:D

best regards !

that would be nice!!

lets hope it goes to a very good place. ;D

Someone on another board wrote this in reference to McMillen's 1.25 bil. share buy:

"Great news is nice but be careful. there are 4,796,102,805 shares outstanding with 5,000,000,000 authorized. What makes this ominous is that the company lost $371,786 last quarter and must continue to issue shares to meet obligations. You may be able to do very well in the short term but I wouldn't hold too long."

Does anyone agree with this his comment?

thanks very much,

julia

Of course this is always a risky play ;)
Otherwise we weren't talking on the «Penny Stock Picking» board ;)

But what I see about CESY, is that it will turn into Homeland Security, a completely different business, with a completely different business plan, strategy, etc... I don't think we should think too much about the past of the company since this is like another company, or some kind of rebirth on a different form of life.

People, who are buying CESY right now, are thinking on the new business, and new direction of the company, not on their past business.

Anyway, we all know the risks of putting money into some OTCBB, and we shall be careful with our exposure. But as far as I can see, it looks like a very good play...

Tuck this one away.

Simple news of a name change will do the trick.

Not selling a single share.

The CEO will not let is go below his purchase price, we hope.  ;D

You will wake up to a great move with any news.

CESY.OB is much more a speculative play. The stock held the $0.24 support level, which was previously a resistance. If we get a breakout of the $0.32 resistance level the technical target of that breakout would be $0.32-$0.24 = $0.08 + $0.32 = $0.40.

I will be looking to sell at $0.40 if this scenario plays out. If not, if the stock fails to advance and breaks $0.24 on close, I'll take my loss, my lesson and move on.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

David,

You may be correct, but please address:

This is the first time I have witnessed you fail to trade the plan?  It closed .0028, not .0024 ?

Confused as you held AMRE, TYRIA, etc. for months.  Not sure why you did not at least trade the plan as usual ?  Selling pressure is gone.

My thoughts remain for CESY.  Not enough history yet to do TA with.   Short term news will bring the volume.  It has held over .0026 with low volume.  Limited selling at this point.

No reason to move yet without news.  But they are ramping up.  Think the sale may be premature.  Tom McMillan did not buy his shares to keep the price under a penny, imo.  Although future dilution with Cornell may occur, they will not be dumping at this level.  And McMillan does not plan for a reverse split at this point.  He needs investors to move the price.

Prior to October 26th, I anticipate CESY to climb to .004.  They should be hiring a PR firm and affiliates to the company.  The name change alone will generate interest.

I was in HISC near the beginning.  CESY is much better as they are a reporting .OB and not pinksheets.  HISC touched 15 cents.

Why would there be a rush of buying without news ?  Any day now, McMillan will announce a hire and/or Board of Directors.  And these will be powerful people for sure.

I am buying the rumor here.  And will hold as news is coming very soon, imo.  We know October 26th is a meeting.

You saw the 160% explosive day.  And Ramsburg is up near 50% with no news yet.  Did you sell too ?

McMillan has his own money in CESY.  Sharp guy.  He has a plan.

No reason to try and convince anybody here.  I make a living projecting short term news.  CESY is explosive, imo.
Title: Re: CESY-Homeland Security co. Up over 100% with news
Post by: fill_the_gap on September 28, 2005, 07:32:02 PM
Remain very confident with CESY.

The selling was light volume.

No reason to rise until we have some news.
Any day now based on my research.

You saw the initial 160% move.

Tom McMillan has his shares .002 market adjustment.
He will add some powerful names to the company.
And Tom did not buy 1.5 billion shares to sell at this level.

I will add at this level.  Best time to buy is before the news.
The plan is to hold until news and/or re evaluate on the October 26th meeting.

This is my # 1 holding as of today.  FCCN is # 2.

Any plan and CESY moves over 1 cent, imho.

You can't take your eyes off anything...becasue when you do...thats when they jump! :)

I looked at it earlier today and noticed it below .002...thinking..hmm....this may be a nice low  now...but, lets not jump the gun..may go lower...so...i leave it alone for a bit...then just before close I take a look and notice the nice moves!!! Nasty when u miss it...isn't it? lol

I had sold mine a couple of weeks ago at .0028 and was waiting to get back in at a nice low price..well...i blew that one.

Keep your eyes open!

good luck

Expect some announcements about Board of Directors, etc. prior to the scheduled October 26th company meeting.  They will vote on name change and more at the meeting.

My plan is another giant move with any news.  I add at this level because McMillan is in around .002 adjusted.

Even if it is a P&D, the ride will be much higher than .002.

They need a higher price to sell from.  Letting this play out through the name change, website, etc.  People will buy with any news of a plan.

I reference the 160% move on the initial article.  The chart means nothing as they have not become the new company yet.  And it moves quickly so I am all in before any news.

And there is not any selling pressure here.  Limited volume moves it up too.

This is my kind of trade.  Bargain basement pricing.  Will add tomorrow before it gets over .003 again.

Do what you feel comfortable with.

Meeting has been delayed until end of December.  The number of outstanding shares and Cornell relationship is not appealing.  But not enough volume to sell.  McMillan says the SEC has delayed in going from BDC to company status.  Who knows.  Sticking to companies with a product.

Spoke with Tom McMillen this week.  He said that the delay has been with the SEC and filing to relinquish BDC status.

Tom claims that it should be cleared up in December.

I do not like the Cornell connection and dilution coming.
Tom nor Cornell can sell at this level.  Any shares hitting the bid move it down quickly and vice versa.  So no money can be generated until there are buyers.

But this price being so far under the radar is a buy for any willing to take the chance.
.0013-.002 where McMillen is in can happen in a day.

I am taking the chance here for a run up first of the year on news. It must move up for these people to make the money with their shares.

The meeting to issue the name change, etc. is today.  McMillan says 2-3 deals in 2006.  It can rise quickly at any time with the MM's.  The number of shares is an issue along with Cornell.  But a trade from this level may still work as publicity comes to surface.  I remember the 160% day and think a nice return from here is worth a chance.  I got in much higher and could not sell as there was light volume.  So going to hopefully ride it up over .003.  ;)

Hi Fill the gap,

I'm ready for some company pumping ;)

I never got out of CESY and still are at a 35% loss  :-[  I look at pennies basically as a loss. I either step out with a good profit or keep them. I only put in little per pick so my loss is limited but the gains as we know can be multiple. This 'strategy' on total brought me a nice profit over 2005 of app. 28% on my penny picks. On average $ 10.000 invested. GZFX was the last great one.

Well, I'll be watching CESY closely with you and the efforts of Hawk  ;D

Great trading,

Tom,

As a shareholder, recent events are in serious question.

- What is happening with the BDC status? The delay?

It was announced in December that BDC status had been eliminated

- What tangible progress are you making as a company?

We are working on a number of deals..stay tuned. We have assembled a world class board of individuals who have successfully invested billions of dollars

- You still going to complete a deal(s) in the first quarter as stated?

That is our plan

(it is of the highest importance to follow through and keep your word with investors)

- The ticker issue does not add up. What is happening with the symbol issue?

Waiting on NASDAQ...will happen at the latest next week

I presume you were an investor prior to my arrival. If so, the "cows were already out of the barn" with respect to this company. I am not responsible for the past. We are steadily making progress...Hope to have good news soon..Thanks for your interest Tom McMillen

Sir,

Several people bought in on this when it was in the 3Pennies Portfolio.

Tom McMillan bought the shell in a deal with Cornell.

Cornell has roughly 800 million shares and Tom 1-1.5 Billion cost average .002.

Celerity was a shell with 5 billion shares.  Tom just authorized many billions.  He claims they are for deals.

It has been sitting here at this level for quite some time.

I have held all this time simply because I have too many shares to get out with no volume without tanking the price.

So the plan is to have him announce a deal or 2 and then sell with some volume.

It is a pure trade and not an investment.

It ran over .003 not too long ago, so a nice return is possible from here.  Who knows.
But read the thread and you will learn some.

But it is a new company as of today with the ticker.  Watch the CEO video, etc.

He is not doing a Reverse Split at this time.  And there has not been any selling pressure for a few months.  Cornell and Tom will not dump here.

So I am in for the pump job coming, imho.

Glad to finally be out at .004 for a very nice gain.

Had to hold for months because there had not been any volume.
I felt like the only shareholder for the past few months.   ;D

The combination of 25 Billion Authorized shares and Cornell is a toxic combination.

Per my past notes on the CESY thread, I am now out of the CESY-HMSC jail.

Traders are lined up, so no telling how it will trade from here.  But fundamentally speaking, it makes little sense.

Good Luck.

HMSC has been a nice trading stock.

Worth a look as they also use Hawk Associates as a PR firm.  The CEO is very interested in moving the stock price.

It should never be an investment, but you can do very well trading HMSC at the correct levels.

Buying here for a short term run up.   ;D

Homeland Security Capital Corporation Acquires SecurityInc and Affiliate Companies
Total Deal Expected to Generate Revenue More Than $7M in 2007

ARLINGTON, Va., Aug. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Homeland Security Capital Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: HMSC), a company engaged in the acquisition, development and consolidation of homeland security-related businesses, announced today that it has acquired Milwaukee-based SecurityInc, LLC and two affiliate companies in a merger transaction with Security Holding Corp., a newly formed subsidiary of Homeland Security Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

SecurityInc is a single-source manufacturer of electronic access control solutions using active radio frequency identification (RFID) technology. These systems are designed for use by the commercial and government sectors. The company markets its products through an established network of system integrators and authorized distributors.

As part of the transaction, Homeland Security Capital will also acquire SecurityInc\'s two affiliate companies Cyberlynk, an IT support company for enterprise applications, and AAID Security Solutions, a Georgia-based leading active RFID solutions supplier. Homeland Security Capital will own a controlling interest in Security Holding Corp.

In total, the acquired companies generated approximately $3 million in revenues in 2005 and are expected to produce more than $7 million in 2007.

Joel Konicek, founder of SecurityInc and CEO of Security Holding Corp., said, \'We expect to continue building profitable market share in the fast- growing RFID solutions sector, which we believe will exceed $4.4 billion in sales by 2008. With more than 2,000 installed systems, AAID already has one of the largest installed bases of active RFID product solutions in the United States. This is an outstanding platform from which to build a significant RFID-enabled solutions company in a highly fragmented industry.\'

We are particularly pleased to have Joel Konicek as part of our team. As founder of Northern Computers, he brings not only proven operating experience but substantial knowledge of the industry that will be invaluable to us going forward.\'

Konicek said, \'I will work with Tom to build our companies and help create shareholder value. We have numerous opportunities for growth. Being part of Homeland Security Capital provides us with valuable new resources that should enable us to expand and take advantage of consolidation opportunities and participate more effectively in the homeland defense effort.\'
