The KonLin Letter, published by Konrad Kuhn, cited the following reasons for its follow-up "Strong Buy" recommendation on EFSF:
EFSF is financially stronger having eliminated $300,000 in debt and over $100,000 in monthly expenses
Acquisition of MedElite, Inc. headed by Dr. Richard Goldfarb, M.D., FACS adds credibility to the management team and brings to the company a proven revenue-generating product, Talsyn(TM)-CI/bid Scar Cream, with limited competition in this niche $4 Billion scar cream market
Knock-Out Technologies, Ltd.'s Big Six Germicidal Plus and Anthrax Sporicidal products are moving closer to commercialization and ultimately sales
Dr. Goldfarb, the medical director of Bucks County Clinical Research Center could prove to be an important key for testing new products developed by the Knock-Out and MedElite subsidiaries, a hidden gem that Mr. Kuhn believes investors haven't come to realize yet

eFoodSafety.com, Inc. Subsidiary MedElite, Inc. Projects $8 Million in Revenue on Initial Roll-Out of Talsyn(TM)-CI/bid Scar Cream; First 18 Months of Sales Projected to Reach $8 Million
Dr. Richard M. Goldfarb, M.D., FACS, President of MedElite, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of eFoodSafety.com, Inc. (OTCBB: EFSF), announced today that he is cautiously optimistic that the first 18 months of sales of the company's Talsyn(TM)-CI/bid Scar Cream within the U.S. alone will be approximately $8M and that although international numbers have not been projected to date, the company anticipates that international sales could easily eclipse domestic sales.
Talsyn(TM)-CI/bid Scar Cream (www.talsyn.com) is a specially designed compound for the management of Keloids, Hypertrophic Scars, Erythema, and Surgical Incisions. Talsyn(TM) has been clinically proven to facilitate healing and improve the appearance, redness, and strength of scars.
"The scar cream market in the U.S. is over $4 Billion and growing. The $8 Million projected in sales revenues only reflects a fractional percentage of that market's size. With the number of commission-based sales representatives working for MedElite, Inc., now at over 40, we are cautiously optimistic that we can reach or exceed our projections," stated Dr. Richard M. Goldfarb, M.D., FACS.
"We anticipate that the company's 3rd quarter ending January 31, 2006 will begin to reflect sales revenues from our Talsyn(TM)-CI/bid Scar Cream, while we further project double digit sales revenue increases for the remaining quarters of 2006," added Patricia Ross-Gruden, President and CEO of eFoodSafety.com, Inc.

Broke heavy resistance @ .30 and formed one hell of a candle today. In @ .28 btw.
EFSF: Bullish engulfing candlestick pattern formed last two day's signaling a strong Buy signal! Broke key resistence today of .30... Should show up on a lot of peoples stock screener's tonight as a buy... Also possible bird flu possibilities in the works!
From what i have researched looks very promising. The technicals if .40 breaks seem to suggest a run up to levels on 3 yr.

Big Six Germicidal Eradicates Bird Flu Virus
Tuesday March 29, 8:01 am ET PALM SPRINGS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 2005--eFoodSafety.com (OTCBB: EFSF - News), a company that provides effective methods and products to ensure the safety of fruits, vegetables and meats, today announced through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Knock-Out Technologies, Ltd., that the Company's "Big Six" Germicidal product has demonstrated conclusive results in completely eradicating the Avian Influenza (Bird Flu) virus with 100% efficacy.
The "Big Six" Germicidal, constructed entirely of food-grade materials, is non-toxic, non-carcinogenic, and has completely eradicated all strains of the "bird flu" virus during independent laboratory testing.
According to Dr. Julie L. Gerberding, head of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in a press release dated February 21, 2005, the avian flu epidemic is the most important threat that the CDC is facing right now and that scientists believe that, "it is highly likely that the virus that has swept through bird populations in Asia will evolve into a pathogen deadly for humans."
"Knock-Out Technologies has the product ready at the right time, prior to this virus mutating to a human form of pandemic proportions. We anticipate the number of lives that could be helped by this product's early use could be staggeringly significant," stated Mark Taggatz, President and CEO of eFoodSafety.com, Inc.
According to Mr. Taggatz, representatives of the company have been, and are, currently in contact with selected Asian countries to clear the way for immediate testing of this product in their regions.
About Avian Influenza Avian influenza, or "bird flu", is a contagious disease of animals caused by viruses that normally infect only birds and, less commonly pigs. While all bird species are thought to be susceptible to infection, domestic poultry flocks are especially vulnerable to infections that can rapidly reach pandemic proportions. Such an outbreak could last years and be extremely devastating to the economic conditions of developing countries or where poultry raising is an important source of income. Further, the particular strand of avian influenza that is circulating presently has jumped the species barrier, causing severe disease in humans, even death in Thailand and Vietnam.

eFoodSafety.com Inc. Subsidiary, Knock-Out Technologies Ltd., Receives EPA Registration on Its Big 6 Plus Germicidal Product
February 02, 2006 12:30:01 (ET)
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb 02, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Robert Bowker, president/CEO of Knock-Out Technologies Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of eFoodSafety.com Inc. (EFSF, Trade), announced today that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued Registration No. 82723-1 for the company's Big 6 Plus Germicidal product.
Laboratory testing of the Big 6 Plus Germicidal has proved it eradicates E-coli, Listeria, Pseudomonas, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, and Streptococcus. Recently, there has been laboratory documentation that proved it also killed a strain of Avian Influenza, Candida Albicans, the most common fungal infection in immunosuppressed patients, as well as Stachybotrys Chartarum mold spores (Black Mold).
"The functionality of this completely safe, broad-spectrum germicidal product allows us to pursue various health-related issues and markets, such as industrial areas, schools, veterinary facilities, hospitals, nursing homes, health facilities, and restaurants," stated Bowker.
During the review of our application, the EPA assessed the hazards that may be posed by the Big 6 Plus Germicidal to human health and the environment, as well as examined the ingredients, the site on which it is to be used, the amount, the frequency and timing of its use, and storage and disposal practices. The EPA's evaluation concluded that the Big 6 Plus will not have adverse effects on humans, the environment and non-target species.
"Through the extensive approval process by the EPA and its subsequent issuing of the registration number, we now have the recognized credibility to market the Big 6 Plus Germicidal product. We feel our company continues to document and seek the necessary credentials for all of our products to assure our customers and our shareholders that eFoodSafety.com will only produce and market proven technology," stated Patricia Ross-Gruden, president and CEO of eFoodSafety.com Inc.

eFoodSafety.com, Inc. Completes Bird Flu Formulation; EFSF Believes It Has Formulated the 'Total Solution' to the Potential Bird Flu Pandemic
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 27, 2006-- Patricia Gruden, President/CEO of eFoodSafety.com, Inc. (OTCBB:EFSF), announced today that eFoodSafety.com, Inc. has completed its product formulations on what it calls the "Total Solution" to the potential Bird Flu pandemic. eFoodSafety's Citroxin formulation has definitively proven in independent laboratory testing to eliminate the H9N2 virus, which is the surrogate organism used in all laboratory testing for the Bird Flu, on both hard and porous surfaces.
eFoodSafety's Citroxin formulation can be sprayed on bird cages and hen houses without it being harmful to animals or humans in surrounding areas if ingested.
Humans who have contracted the H5N1 virus, commonly known as Bird Flu, can rely on eFoodSafety's Citroxin O2 formulation, an ingestible product that the company believes will prove to have dramatic effects on the Bird Flu virus. The Citroxin O2 formulation is currently undergoing human clinical trials on the Influenza Viruses A and B, however testimonials from humans who have taken the product with influenza-like symptoms indicate very promising results.
The company further reports that interest in the Citroxin formulations from large multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical corporations has been very encouraging and anticipates pursuing all opportunities presented.
"It is eFoodSafety's contention that these two products can prevent the spread and effectively treat the potential pandemic Bird Flu virus. We anticipate the product will soon be ready for mass production and distribution," stated Mrs. Gruden.

More news out on Cinnergen(TM) this morning!
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/070116/20070116005585.html?.v=1
Cinnergen is sounding more and more interesting:
Good Morning,
My husband was diagnosed with type II diabetes four years ago. He has been using the Cinnergen product for about 1 maybe 1 1/2 years. There is a marked improvement in his numbers. In the recent press release there is information regarding libido, beleive it! When he has slowed down in taking this product, because of the cost to me, I have noticed as his wife would notice such things. I then re-encourage him to not worry if there is such an improvment.
He now takes it faithfully and I take it to for the cholesterol lowering properties.
Spread The Word.
