Title: HOMS.OB
Post by: David Randolph on September 13, 2005, 07:08:52 AM
I can't tell you why I'm in such a hurry, but believe me it is important.

I want to buy CESY.OB at today's open and I need to say why in the next 5 minutes and then let Ramsburg take care of the rest, because probably I won't be able to be here before the opening bell.

So, let me explain why CESY.OB should be bought here:

1) The chart shows a G-Pattern. Look for the definition on this website's boards, specially the $1,000,000 board.
2) The company has secured financing worth a lot more than its current market cap, so financiers trust the company (they possibly trust the CEO - Cornell said something about it, look for it yourself).
3) The CEO bought a big chunk of the company when he took over some days ago.
4) The company will change its name to Homeland Security something (to help www.marketwatch.com is down now), it is moving to Washington and the CEO has great political influence (so they say).

All said, it's enough for me to commit $1,000. I hope I'll get back in time to say more, if I don't, on the next update. Ramsburg will buy these shares for me, I won't be able to do it.

Good luck  :)

OhadOnFire, I experienced the same problem. i called Scottrade, They said they can't make a trade on the security because they need immediate settlement upon buying as opposed to the normal 3 day settlement. I've experienced this same problem before on a sub-penny.

OXFV will go through.

Good luck,  John

The stock has already opened, I don't like to think or talk about stocks with the market opened, all I can say for now is that I will continue holding CESY.OB.

Tonight I'll start updating pennies first instead of stocks, so I can make more detailed updates about the penny stocks held on the 3 Pennies on Fire Portfolio.

Thanks for your post stout7735, at this time I'm unable to consider and investigate your comments, perhaps on the next update.

CESY.OB has a lot of fire for speculation and the chart is bullish. I will hold the stock for now but still need to research some more to know if this is a medium term play or a short term speculation.

I apologize but I'm unable to post a chart, I'm at a friend's house, connectivity at the office went down for good.

Post by: stocky on September 15, 2005, 10:31:39 PM
It never happened before. But today yes. Scottrade called me to let me know that the order that I placed [quite bfore morning] would not be executed.

Reason: CESY has some problem with registration.

Bottomline: You can't trade CESY if you have scottrade. Check it out if any of you have the same broker.

Now this sound too much of a warning to me. I have CASH ONLY account, so no question of marginalable or nonmarginable.

I was able to buy the stock, but I have a margin account, though the problem doesn't seem to be the type of account. Good luck on other trades stocky  :)

I think the speculation around CESY's future isn't over yet, I'm waiting for another push higher. We'll see.

I have been accumulating.  McMillan has his own money tied to the deal.  1.5 billion shares worth.  Any news of a hire, board member, name change...etc.  will spike it quickly.
Tom McMillan will take this price higher on his name alone.

Tried all week to get below .0026 and could not.  So bought more at .0026.  Not going to miss this one.  Each tick adds up to a large %.

Not sure about the brokerages ?  Call and ask why.  I also use AmeriTrade.

Here is the Yahoo CESY link.  http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=CESY.OB
Seems to be working.  What are you referring to ?

I did not read the earlier post otherwise I would not have posted about the scottrade thing. Well goodluck all who are holding CESY, I am just not comfortable with most of the penny stocks these days. BUT if its on 3PF then it must be very good.

Scottrade always has number of penny stocks that are NO BUYS/SELLS ONLY or NO BUYS/NO SELLS. So no need to worry too much.  I will take up the matter with scottrade.

And all OB and PK stocks always have only 5 days of previous history. I saw few exceptions like BRVO.OB. But my guess is that it has something to do with the market cap though not sure why some OB stocks has more then 5 days history and why MOST of the OB and PK stocks are limited to 5 days only. So again thats not the issue.

I strongly believe that if insiders are 'meaningfully' buying then at times its the best signal.

C. I think I will pass on buying this stock...(Now watch it become a 10 bagger!!! Then I will cry...:'()

Hello all Glad to see CESY is alive on this board and others.  I have a friend that worked for the New CEO.  To make it short as soon as my friend found out he bought $5K dollars into CESY he is in an an average of .0017.  I am in at .0019, and finally got more money cleared and I'm buying on Monday.

CESY will for sure see .03 by October 18, 2005.  Price has held above .0025 without any news since Aug 30th.  Now with news imagine where it can go.  My friend told me, "don't be amazed if we get a pr with announcement of retirement of shares soon."

Great DD here, all we need now is a good PR to get this going.  If you are in congrats, anything below .003 will get you a x10 when we hit .03 MM's will manipulate this, but I do agree and believe we will see THREE Pennies

=================================================

It seems clear that this is the ground floor.
So you agree we are headed to much higher levels.
See HISC for an example.

And this is Tom McMillan.  Powerful bio on this guy.
HISC is run by a billboard ad salesman.  If HISC touched 15 cents, then
CESY can rise from .0027.

Here to make money.  No need to overanalyze it yet.
News of any hires and or board of directors will spike the price, imo.
The initial article had a one day rise of 160 %.  Imagine some exposure.

Not worried about CESY.  Alot of money at stake with powerful names involved.

Expect some news very soon, IMO.  Find me another with penny with such explosive potential.  I will buy it too.   ;D

CESY.OB is much more a speculative play. The stock held the $0.24 support level, which was previously a resistance. If we get a breakout of the $0.32 resistance level the technical target of that breakout would be $0.32-$0.24 = $0.08 + $0.32 = $0.40.

I will be looking to sell at $0.40 if this scenario plays out. If not, if the stock fails to advance and breaks $0.24 on close, I'll take my loss, my lesson and move on.

You know what? I will sell CESY.OB today. $11.85M seems to be too much just for a fancy name.

From a technical point th stock failed to make a new high on this latest short term advance phase and volume was lower than on the previous advance phase.

I will sell it around the open, about $1,000 of it.

Yes I did la-onda, as previously said. At $0.0027. I'm sorry I took so long to post on the 3 Pennies on Fire page, I'm having some troubles with these pennies, since it is little money I don't pay so much attention as I do with stocks. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

David,

You may be correct, but please address:

This is the first time I have witnessed you fail to trade the plan?  It closed .0028, not .0024 ?

Confused as you held AMRE, TYRIA, etc. for months.  Not sure why you did not at least trade the plan as usual ?  Selling pressure is gone.

My thoughts remain for CESY.  Not enough history yet to do TA with.   Short term news will bring the volume.  It has held over .0026 with low volume.  Limited selling at this point.

No reason to move yet without news.  But they are ramping up.  Think the sale may be premature.  Tom McMillan did not buy his shares to keep the price under a penny, imo.  Although future dilution with Cornell may occur, they will not be dumping at this level.  And McMillan does not plan for a reverse split at this point.  He needs investors to move the price.

Prior to October 26th, I anticipate CESY to climb to .004.  They should be hiring a PR firm and affiliates to the company.  The name change alone will generate interest.

I was in HISC near the beginning.  CESY is much better as they are a reporting .OB and not pinksheets.  HISC touched 15 cents.

Why would there be a rush of buying without news ?  Any day now, McMillan will announce a hire and/or Board of Directors.  And these will be powerful people for sure.

I am buying the rumor here.  And will hold as news is coming very soon, imo.  We know October 26th is a meeting.

You saw the 160% explosive day.  And Ramsburg is up near 50% with no news yet.  Did you sell too ?

McMillan has his own money in CESY.  Sharp guy.  He has a plan.

No reason to try and convince anybody here.  I make a living projecting short term news.  CESY is explosive, imo.

Agreed. Lots of good news surrounding this one. The future looks bright. My projection is CEAT will be $0.025 to $0.03 going into the new year.

Rumours that the PPS may go lower before then. I dont see this happening with big money at large. Even if it does, time to load up on some more.

Good Luck to everyone in CEAT and elsewhere (fill_the_gap)!

Remain very confident with CESY.

The selling was light volume.

No reason to rise until we have some news.
Any day now based on my research.

You saw the initial 160% move.

Tom McMillan has his shares .002 market adjustment.
He will add some powerful names to the company.
And Tom did not buy 1.5 billion shares to sell at this level.

I will add at this level.  Best time to buy is before the news.
The plan is to hold until news and/or re evaluate on the October 26th meeting.

This is my # 1 holding as of today.  FCCN is # 2.

Any plan and CESY moves over 1 cent, imho.   :o

fill-the-gap,

Have been looking around for news about CESY. Still none. When do you expect news? And more important do you think it will do better than FCCN did yesterday? Do you consider CESY a longer term hold? And if you do how long? I'm not happy about the chart, but for me that is not the only thing. I'm still willing to take a couple % loss if I find what you base your opinion on.

Ket1390 hope you noticed that the chart is not similar anymore!

Looking forward to your input.

I expect some announcements about Board of Directors, etc. prior to the scheduled October 26th company meeting.  They will vote on name change and more at the meeting.

My plan is another giant move with any news.  I add at this level because McMillan is in around .002 adjusted.

Even if it is a P&D, the ride will be much higher than .002.

They need a higher price to sell from.  Letting this play out through the name change, website, etc.  People will buy with any news of a plan.

I reference the 160% move on the initial article.  The chart means nothing as they have not become the new company yet.  And it moves quickly so I am all in before any news.

And there is not any selling pressure here.  Limited volume moves it up too.

This is my kind of trade.  Bargain basement pricing.  Will add tomorrow before it gets over .003 again.

Do what you feel comfortable with.

The meeting to issue the name change, etc. is today.  McMillan says 2-3 deals in 2006.  It can rise quickly at any time with the MM's.  The number of shares is an issue along with Cornell.  But a trade from this level may still work as publicity comes to surface.  I remember the 160% day and think a nice return from here is worth a chance.  I got in much higher and could not sell as there was light volume.  So going to hopefully ride it up over .003.   ;)

Hawk is great at pumping up a company.  Go back on all of the companies they represent.  Multiple bags on the run up.  Then they come back down.  I am in this for the ride up.  It is just beginning.

This is great as long as you get in and out at the correct time.   ;)

* I am adding here because of Hawk.  Let the PR spin develop.

Tom,

As a shareholder, recent events are in serious question.

- What is happening with the BDC status? The delay?

It was announced in December that BDC status had been eliminated

- What tangible progress are you making as a company?

We are working on a number of deals..stay tuned. We have assembled a world class board of individuals who have successfully invested billions of dollars

- You still going to complete a deal(s) in the first quarter as stated?

That is our plan

(it is of the highest importance to follow through and keep your word with investors)

- The ticker issue does not add up. What is happening with the symbol issue?

Waiting on NASDAQ...will happen at the latest next week

I presume you were an investor prior to my arrival. If so, the "cows were already out of the barn" with respect to this company. I am not responsible for the past. We are steadily making progress...Hope to have good news soon..Thanks for your interest Tom McMillen

I'm still holding HISC from last June when they were at .108. HISC  just announced they're looking into a possible merger/acquisition.  I'm wondering if CESY might be a player. Seems like a fit to me. Any thoughts?

HMSC has been a nice trading stock.

Worth a look as they also use Hawk Associates as a PR firm.  The CEO is very interested in moving the stock price.

It should never be an investment, but you can do very well trading HMSC at the correct levels.
