Oh, I forgot it's absurdly low @ .0005 currently.
Looking for a nice pop due to being oversold/undervalued or contract news
I bought a 1 mil. shares today at .0005. I see it as all reward and little risk at this price. Plus the forward split.
Hope they get the contracts from FEMA, this could be the big bagger?
To be cont....
I'm in this too...good potential. ;D
interesting price action today
some people were eager to dump at .0003, but also as soon as ask drops to .0004 the shares get scooped up
According to some posts on RB, the O/S is something like 6-7 billion. It does have some potential still at this price however....but I think I'm going to sit this one out unless the ask falls to .0003. It's a little too tempting for me at that price.
Yeah, .0003 didn't seem to last very long and only a few trades executed there. I know I wouldn't be able to buy at that just from my experience with AMTD.
I'm going to try calling the PR dept. and finding out what their OS is and why they're doing a F/S.
Will post anything I found out that may be of interest!
News out http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050919/195740.html?.v=1
Currently .0005.
They seem to be well positioning themselves for winning contracts/financing deals.
Nice little gain today, 25% and up and down between .0005-.0006
Avg'd in @ .0005
I just noticed this thread so I will delete the one I started. I loaded up today as I believe a solid run is very near. ;D
Yeah, this thing held up well today and most trades were @ .0005
Should be a great base forming here.
I'm curious to see what happens with the split, if it rises before, sells afterwards.
Never seen a forward split on a penny stock this low.
One thing that is unfortunate is that it takes huge volume to get this thing moving.
Now that Rita is really growing we could see additional interest here. I have played a bunch of these low subbers and sometimes it is surprising how much they can run. This is a multiple bagger for sure imo.
New today

Commonwealth American Financial Announces Final Joint Venture Negotiations
Wednesday September 21, 9:17 am ET
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 21, 2005--Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CWMF - News) announces that it is partnering with two demolition and environmental rehabilitation contractors to bid on rehabilitation work in the New Orleans, Biloxi Hurricane affected areas. The Joint Venture negotiations are being finalized between Hawkesbury River Funding of Texas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Commonwealth American Financial, and two existing corporations from the Texas and Kentucky regions. Both companies have extensive experience with demolition and environmental rehabilitation, and have existing materials and equipment established in the affected areas.
While the mission of Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc. is to invest in land development projects either as developer, joint venture partner, or lender and create mezzanine financing opportunities, the opportunities that are presenting themselves are such that companies like Architects, engineering companies, and debris removal companies need partners to fund their work which will be paid by either FEMA or private insurance carriers.
Damian Guthrie, president of Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc. said: "Whilst it is early days in the clean up effort much work is yet to be carried out in the regions affected. Commonwealth American Financial is looking to establish a satellite office in the next few weeks in the New Orleans area to utilize as our communication point for contract negotiations and project management offices to enhance our presence."
The company will also grow by acquiring subsidiaries in related fields such as construction, real estate brokerage-appraisal-management, in Florida, Texas and Louisiana. The Company has established a website http://www.cwmf.net and trades under the symbol (Pink Sheets:CWMF - News).

No Changes in forward split -
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050928/285620.html?.v=1
I'm in, this is super cheap and we're getting a free dividend of shares
I'm waiting for my free shares here ;D especially since it's standing still....needs some good news to go with the share give away to cause a runup. ;D
I even bought a few million more at .0003 today just for fun. ;D
So did I, just another mill @ .0003
I figure this -
Think of this - You buy $300 of CWMF pre-split = 1,000,000
Divide that by 100 = 10000
Multiply that by 50 = 500,000
So your total shares = 1,500,000
So to get to even, you only need .0002 which is .0001 above the lowest possible price without the stock totally disappearing and .0001 below the current .0003.
I would think this is a good entry if anything or anytime, but that's just me.
I'm in 8.2 mill shares soon to be 12.3 mill post split. Avg pre split was .0005, avg post split is around .00033 about.
Hoping for some awesome news here sometime
Exactly...downside risk w/low price and split make it attractive to me also..one good PR about some storm related revenue coming in and it may make a little run....post split w/a PR, this stock might have a one billion share volume day...that will be fun to watch. ;D
For everyone who bought this stock...and are wondering about the FS and free shares, here's a link to some info...ex date is 10-03-05 and the symbol will change to CWFG. ;)
