Acquisition of Skystar by Cyber Group Network
XI'AN, China, Sept. 20 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cyber Group Network Corporation, a publicly traded Nevada corporation (OTCBB: CGPN.OB) (''CGPN'') has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Skystar Bio-Pharmaceutical Company Co., Ltd., a Cayman Islands Company ('Skystar').
The CGPN Preferred Shares issued to Skystar shall be convertible, in the aggregate, into a number of shares of CGPN common stock that would equal to 89.5% of total outstanding shares of CGPN common stock, if the CGPN Shares were to be full converted at the time of completion.
Skystar is mainly owned by the shareholders of Xian Tianxing Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereafter ''Xian Tianxing''), a Chinese company located in Xi'an China, which was established in July 1997. Skystar will enter into a set of agreements with Xian Tianxing to manage all of Xian Tianxing's businesses and to control Xian Tianxing.
After 8 years of research and development, Xian Tianxing is now a high-tech bio-pharmaceutical enterprise, engaged in research, development, and production of bio-pharmaceutical products. Xian Tianxing's principal products comprise of veterinary drugs, fodder additive, microorganism preparation products and it has a veterinary bio-pharmaceutical research and development center located in Xi'an, China.
Mr. Weibing Lu, Chairman and CEO of Xian Tianxing and Skystar, and will be the Chairman and CEO of CGPN, upon closing, is confident about the future development of CGPN, ''I believe that our Chinese company will become one of the largest veterinary bio-pharmaceutical companies in Northwest China, and CGPN will be a fast growing company in the veterinary bio-pharmaceutical industry.''
This was as high as .02 this morning at 10am so be careful. The ride up was fast and the ride down was fast.

Once CGPN sales start to circulate. Earnings from their patented technology will be growing a. Their technology will be a Networking bonanza. All businesses will be needing this type of internet security, Big or Small.
Computers, business or personal,Phone companies,Big networkers,financial, Etc.....This is a high speculation play. Once the big players get a hold on this stock ,well you think about that! Internet security is a must have in this day and time.

I was just monitoring it...I saw it do a nice pullback...that's when i should have bought in...then i saw it do a nice rise...and here we are?
Just don't want to buy at the high again....but, if things continue in this manner....well...than this may no longer be the high....hmmm.....need a big winner...could this be it? Possibly ;D

Mine is thru ameritrade. Yahoo and cnn say yours. ??? why is mine so wrong. The difference is the previous close price. Big difference between .0018 and .012.

High today = 0.017........low has been 0.0123
I guess they made a mistake entering the previous closing price.

The Board of Directors, effective upon Mr. Cramer's resignation as Chief

Ascending Triangle (Continuation)
The ascending triangle is a bullish formation that usually forms during an uptrend as a continuation pattern. There are instances when ascending triangles form as reversal patterns at the end of a downtrend, but they are typically continuation patterns. Regardless of where they form, ascending triangles are bullish patterns that indicate accumulation
Because of its shape, the pattern can also be referred to as a right-angle triangle. Two or more equal highs form a horizontal line at the top. Two or more rising troughs form an ascending trend line that converges on the horizontal line as it rises. If both lines were extended right, the ascending trend line could act as the hypotenuse of a right triangle. If a perpendicular line were drawn extending down from the left end of the horizontal line, a right triangle would form.
In contrast to the symmetrical triangle, an ascending triangle has a definitive bullish bias before the actual breakout. If you will recall, the symmetrical triangle is a neutral formation that relies on the impending breakout to dictate the direction of the next move. On the ascending triangle, the horizontal line represents overhead supply that prevents the security from moving past a certain level. It is as if a large sell order has been placed at this level and it is taking a number of weeks or months to execute, thus preventing the price from rising further. Even though the price cannot rise past this level, the reaction lows continue to rise. It is these higher lows that indicate increased buying pressure and give the ascending triangle its bullish bias.
There was some avian news today that made this stock dance a little, closed up 17% on good volume. Every now and then i notice this stocks bounces around. Wondering if it will continue tomorrow.

Skystar Bio-Pharmaceutical Developing Avian Influenza (H5N1) Vaccine for Humans and Animals XI'AN, CHINA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/14/06 -- Skystar Bio-Pharmaceutical (OTC BB: CGPN), a leading Bio-Pharmaceutical Company in China, announced that they are developing the highly efficient Avian Influenza Inactivated Vaccine for poultry, birds and humans.
The challenge in making an effective Avian Influenza Vaccine is to solve the issues around the mutation of the actual virus. Once an antigen (vaccine) is introduced to the virus, the virus will mutate rendering the antigen ineffective. For example, a bird or chicken may not show any signs of clinical symptoms after inoculation, but the virus can still hide in its lungs or beak. While hiding, the virus will mutate and become immune to the vaccine.
