Title: GZFX.OB
Post by: David Randolph on October 24, 2005, 09:27:06 PM
Profile: GamezNFlix, Inc (GZFX.OB). Formerly known as Point Group Holdings, Incorporated.. The Group's principal activity is to rental on-line DVDs and video games to it's subscribers. The Group provides a large selection of video game rental choices to its customers on a monthly subscription basis. The Customers can sign-up via the web page and get the games shipped to them through first class mail. The Distribution centers are located in a home-based office space in Franklin, Kentucky, with VeeGeeZ maintaining one location and a distribution center in a home-based office space in Santa Clarita, California. The Group operates solely in the United States.

I've seen their website and concept: http://www.gameznflix.com/ (http://www.gameznflix.com/)

Oh God, I just wish I lived in the US, you guys have everything there  ::)

The company already has revenues:

«The Company reported gross revenues of $243,982 and $405,755 for
the three and six months ended June 30, 2005 of which substantially
all of our gross revenues were derived from monthly subscription fees.
During the three and six months ended June 30, 2005, our subscriber
base averaged approximately 3,000 subscribers per month. »

Revenue growth from the first to the second quarter was about 50%. If the pace of subscriber growth continues at 3,000 per month (it may accelerate), their revenues would grow to about $4M in a year. With gross margins of 42% the company would have a gross profit of $1.68M.

It's current market cap is $7.59M.

A couple of weeks ago this news was out:

Circuit City to Offer GameZnFlix's Online Video Game and DVD Rental Program (http://www.marketwatch.com/tools/quotes/newsarticle.asp?dist=&param=archive&siteid=mktw&guid=%7B9EEEDC07%2DC370%2D4AF7%2DA424%2D366F418D0415%7D)

I think subscriber growth for this company can go from arithmetic to exponential. The business model makes sense to me and not only to me, since they're already adding about 3,000 new subscribers per month.

The risk here is that recently they increased the number of authorized shares from 2 billion to 4 billion, and for now they have "just" 925 million shares issued and outstanding. But I see costs being diminished from the year ago levels, so maybe, just maybe, with increasing revenues they won't need to dilute the value of shares so much.

I believe in this company's business model. If I lived in the US I would be a subscriber.

So I'll buy 10% of the 3 Pennies on Fire Portfolio at tomorrow's open on GZFX.OB.

Hey Dave,

This one just popped up on my filters recently and ive been watching it as well. I'm fully invested right now so im not sure if im gonna be able to make some room for this one, i hope so cause i think we all can make some money off this one, if not short term like were hoping then definatley long term.

Heres just a copy/paste from my analysis i made on the stock picking board yesterday:

I think there could be some great potentail in this pick. Revs have been increasing steadily over the last couple years. with cheaper rates than the industry leader netflix which is on the NASD and selling for 26/ share. I see the potential for much higher stock prices for GZFX. The fact that GZFX provides video games for rental gives a significant advantage over netflix, allowing it to have potential for a larger customer base. Will that ever happen? who knows, netflix is a solid company that has been doing great since its debut in 99'. GZFX is a newer company and has had significant sales growth in the recent years. I don't think we will ever see this one up with Netflix at 26.00. But with out a doubt i see potential for it being much higher than it is right now at .0082.

Netflix offers 50,000 titles with a market cap of 1.46 billion. GZFX offers 30,000 titles with a market cap of just 7.59 million. I see much room for growth for this company.

Heres some recent financial growth charts.

Looks to be another gem in the rough.  There will be a CC this Thursday (10-27-05) at 10am central "to discuss the state of the company."  I'll attempt to listen but EOQ craziness has me running around like a chicken with my head cut off.

More great news, IMO.

if this lot size doesn't increase then might I be charged extra commission?

Here are the terms to the agreement with circuit city and GNFX. If this deal pans out it will be huge for the growth and advertisement of GNFX as well as the stock price.

Basically its a trial contract set forth to measure potential performance, lets hope it works out.

ITEM 1.01  ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT

On October 4, 2005, the Company entered into a Services
Agreement with Circuit City Stores, Inc. (see Exhibit 10).  Under the
terms of this agreement, the parties will run a pilot program, to
commence on November 1, 2005 and ending on January 15, 2006, in 17
retail stores and on the Circuit City website to promote the service
offered by the Company.  If the pilot program is deemed a success by
both parties, the parties will expand the pilot program to the
remaining approximate 600 retail locations of Circuit City in the
United States by adding 55 Circuit City stores per month.  Under the
terms of this agreement, the parties will share in the revenue from
the sale of Company memberships through Circuit City.

I plan on buying in sometime before Nov 1st and will continue to hold for long term, depending on the success/failure of the circuit city deal.

This is my 1st posting, and it's not going to be a technical one (since most of you are better trader than I am).  However, I do want to share my view on the online rental industry.

I work @ a national video rental chain in Canada (as an analyst), we also have online rental services (game & movie).  Thus I work closely w/ the industry data.  There's a reason why Netflix is not in the online game business.  Because the market is very small (sort of like a niche market).  One of the top video game title this year is Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (release back in OCT 04), and the total rental revenue is ~18M (over 9 months) - a movie rental can gross that in 2 weeks.  Just for comparison sake, a top rent title can generate ~0.5M US in revenue while a top movie rental can generate at least 7-10Mill US per week.  And there are tons of more titles for movies to choice from.  Realistically, people will not play a game that is over a year old (except Pac-Man), while classic movies will always have a market.

The point I wanna bring out is the only competitive advantage that GZFX has over Netflix, Blockbuster and other online movie rentals is that they offer game rental.  However, this advantage is extremely small.  Except for Netflix, there are no other online rental business is making $$$, the cost is too high (postage, lower turnover = higher inventory cost).  GZFX does not have the titles & inventory to compete w/ NFLX & BBI.

The only potential it has is that it snatches the biggest piece of the game rental pie and hope that BBI & NFLX will takeover them in due time.

I hope this will help you guys a little :-)  Happy Trading!!

Roc914,

Thanks for your posts and honest assessments. After thinking about your market knowledge and insight I see how this is a very competitive landscape for a small player.

I applaude you for the extra look.

I also applaud Roc's comments, but don't agree with them. We're not expecting GZFX to take over the market and/or compete head to head with netflix, etc. It's a penny stock, we expect it to do well, specially with their Xbox 360 rentals (this is cool!), and hence appreciate healthily.

Just like we're betting on BRVO, not because we think they'll ever take on Nestle or Yoplait, but because they have a good product with a lot of potential for growth.

I played this pup back when it was PGHI and a few times after it became GZFX before the stock price died.

GameznFlix ran a commercial last year during the Super Bowl http://xrl.us/e2cp  (http://xrl.us/e2cp). Have a look! IMO it was one of the worst Super Bowl commercials b/c (a) they didn't say anything to differentiate themselves from Netflix or Blockbuster - "No late fees, rent for as long as you like" is the same thing you can do with the bigger players, and (b) it was just an incredibly lame commercial. But that is just one man's opinion (my favorite was the GoDaddy commercial).

The Circuit City news was a big deal. Gives GZFX street-cred. Now they have to capitalize on it.

I'm staying away for the moment based on the chart. About a billion shares were bought above today's close on those two big days in early October. Short term overhead pressure like that scares me. I'm looking at possible entry when the pps meets the lower bollinger band. Not sure when or where that will be b/c the lower BB is off the chart right now. I do wish I'd bought the bounce off the center BB at .005 a week ago. Had it on my watchlist but passed on buying it. So hard to pull the trigger on the way down. For me at least.

Irod & Basanlas,

thx 4 yr support!!  Irod, not trying to get into a debate, but GZFX is not a product stock.  It's a service.  I agree with you that XBOX 360 (don't forget PS3) will be huge.  But that will only affect GME, BBY, WAL & MSFT not GZFX.  The margin on games are much lower than movie (cost is at least 2x DVD), titles are less (which means everyone will want to rent the same thing = high inventory).  With no late fees, I will hold onto the game as long as I want and the turns (# of times disc being rented) will be extremely low.

I will recommend GME if you think XBOX & PS3 going to be huge (I really think they will benefit the most w/ XBOX launching and Christmas coming up).

Anyway, the growth will take years b/c at the end of the day.  It's a service provided to a niche market.

Product, service, you know what I meant. :-*

That's funny you meantion GME, because I bought their stock this morning. ;D

With the incredible amount of Xbox 360 pre-orders they've been getting (they're sold out now), this will turn into a huge profit.

http://www.gamestop.com/gs/360/360_omega.asp

You have very good points, and they're very valid concerns. I appreciate your comments. I still think this should be treated as a penny stock, with the potential the company has for revenue. I'm sure it probably won't be a smashing success story with massive inventory and rentals, but I believe it has somewhere to go. Hopefully it will! Otherwise we'll move on. :)

I inquired about pre-ording XBox 360 at GME about a month ago. They had completely presold it already. Then I went to BBY, but they weren't accepting any pre-orders. But the sales guy told me they were going to have 3x as many 360's as their competitors. I'll be in line at Best Buy the night of the release (I'm guessing there will be a midnight release) to get mine.

Thanks for your interesting comments around GZFX.OB. I think I've never seen so much interest on a $6.48M market cap.

The company doesn't need to be a big player like NFLX worth $1.34B. If it is worth just one twentieth of NFLX it already made 10 times my money.

fousc gives us a strong motive for speculation:

I also appreciate Roc914 industry insider's comments - probably that game rental won't bring much profits to the company. But it doesn't matter, in my view, the video market is large enough to accept 3, 4 or even 10 competitors. How many traditional video rental chains exist or existed in the US? Well, I don't know, but probably there were plenty (in Portugal we have Blockbuster and dozens of competitors and there's space for everyone).

The main point I want to make is that this company is way too small and it doesn't need to be a market leader in its industry to be a great investment.

Technically the stock came down and touched an ascending trendline yesterday. I will continue holding this penny stock.

I discussed GZFX on the board when this site began.  I did alot of dd on them.  I have made some money trading in and out.

The authorized and outstanding shares are in the billions.  The Circuit City thing is only in a few stores.  And Chip happened to know a couple of the owners. One in middle tennessee and the northern stores have the same owner.  So not sure how this is going to help much as most people visit Best Buy, etc.  It is a start if it can go national.  But the next few quarters should not be that great.

They only had 3,000 subs last month when I spoke with management.  And they spend alot.

The financing is toxic too.

I had the service for months and then cancelled.  New releases were always ' On Order ' or ' Very Long Wait '.

Chip is a 33 year old that ran a personal website company that made no money.  The balance sheet is improving, but has been a mess.

Check out the Super Bowl ad from last year.  http://www.gameznflix.com/press.asp?pressID=27&archive=0

Please do not sell based on my information.

GZFX may be a good trade because it has fallen down from touching near 1.6 cents recently.
My comments are for fundamental action and not TA at this time on GZFX.

If GZFX can figure out how to go national with Circuit City, it would certainly shoot up over a cent.  So may be worth tucking away if you want to speculate.  And with the launch date and site it may move near term.

* Disclaimer, I will only buy if they get a national deal and/or come close to a profit.

So make your own decision as I would hate for it to shoot up.  The volume has been high, but so is the share count.  Good luck.   ;)

GZFX says that www.circuitcity.com will have GZFX on their national site by tomorrow.
Circuit City will advertise on the site for GZFX.

Based on this new information, I bought .0085 for a quick trade.

Still believe the fundamentals are not good, but may hold until the Circuit City website shows GZFX.  And management says the 20th is a key date for them too.

Will be watching closely and may sell at any time because I do not like the company.  But, they are pennies for a reason.

www.MarketGainer.com: Market Gainer issues reminder to Investors of GameZnFlix Inc.
Wednesday, November 02, 2005 03:37 ET

Nov 02, 2005 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- MarketGainer.com strives to find dynamic issues that are unknown but because of their technology, approach, executive team, recent discoveries or other key factors, could advance in the market. MarketGainer.com has identified the following company based on these criteria.

GameZnFlix Inc. (OTCBB:GZFX) Last Trade: $0.0075 Change: down $0.0003 (3.85%) Prev Close: $0.0078 Open: $0.0094 Day's Range: $0.0071 - $0.0095 Volume: 192,849,503

GameZnFlix could have an exciting month of November, Market Gainer would to remind shareholders and potential investors that the company revealed last week that its primary distributors will have rental inventory of Xbox360 titles to GameZnFlix for delivery to its members beginning on Tuesday November 15th. The Xbox360 console will be on store shelves beginning Tuesday, November 22nd. GameZnFlix is making the titles available in anticipation of the release so that their members can have the games in hand ready to play when they receive the new console. Shares in GameZnFlix trade at an astronomical rate, thus making this potential small cap hidden gem a company that investors might want to keep high on their radar.

I like this concept too especially since the new game boxes are coming out.  Even if the margins for game rentals are low (and why not make them higher as there is no competition), people will subscribe to GZFX instead of  Netflix because it gives you that extra option of renting games.

It is also no great revelation that playing video games is no longer just for kids.  Anyone my age or younger (30) grew up with games and will continue to play them.  I've been seeing more and more video game comercials on TV (something that could not be imagined 5 years ago).

I think that the biggest thing holding these companies back is the fact they have to use the postal system for delivering their service.  Shortly, they will just send the movie or game to you as a file which will expire when you "return" it.  This will revolutionize the renting process.

Does anyone have any reservations investing in a company trading under a penny.  I have a hard time pulling the trigger on this.  Just seems too close to zero.  Does this extreme low price mean anything?

Great day for GZFX.

Big White Marubozu candle was formed today on above average volume to breakout of the prior high resistence at .0095. Looks like an ascending wedge is forming so i wont be surprised to see another retracement from the top of thise wedge, A breakout from it is always accepted though ;D.

I will continue to hold as long as it closes above the ascending trendline which stands at .00764 tomorrow.

Lets make some bags Amarens  ;)

Decent day for GZFX. Up 11.6% on above average volume. It was a fairly wide ranging day with both the top and bottom of the ascending wedge being tested at some point during the day. Meaning that there is solid support on the ascending trendline, yet solid resistence on the top of the wedge. Volume was still above average today so theres still interest in this one, especially with the uptrend heading towards the top of the previous spike early in oct.

I will continue to hold above the ascending trendline wich stands monday at .008.

Price action gapped up today in increased volume above average. Price action bounced off the top of the ascending wedge today. The highs have become quite friendly with the top of the wedge over the last 4 days, keep up this volume and i think we could be breaking out of the wedge in the near future.

Don't know if anyone listened to the audion interview with wallst.net, but heres a little summary of whats going on.

-The Ceo stated that the circuit city deal is going better than expected and is in the process of trying to make the deal go national sooner than planned in Jan.

-He stated that they are also in the process of beta testing their on demand movie and video game rentals. That is instead of waiting for the movie to come in the mail. You download it to your computer.

-planning on expanding there distribution centers in the US and possibly hawaii.

I would reccomend to listen to the audio interview to get the full details. Its short only about 7 mins long, but 7 mins of great stuff  ;)

Im planning on purchasing a bit more on the next dip.

Great day we had for GZFX. And upside breakout of the ascending wedge on increased volume.

December could be a big month for GZFX price action as they begin to start their major ad campaign in early December.

good luck to everyone holding. Lets make some bags  ;D

Rising Wedge (Reversal) Pattern.
The rising wedge is a bearish pattern that begins wide at the bottom and contracts as prices move higher and the trading range narrows. In contrast to symmetrical triangles, which have no definitive slope and no bullish or bearish bias, rising wedges definitely slope up and have a bearish bias.

Even though this article will focus on the rising wedge as a reversal pattern, the pattern can also fit into the continuation category. As a continuation pattern, the rising wedge will still slope up, but the slope will be against the prevailing downtrend. As a reversal pattern, the rising wedge will slope up and with the prevailing trend. Regardless of the type (reversal or continuation), rising wedges are bearish.

The rising wedge can be one of the most difficult chart patterns to accurately recognize and trade. While it is a consolidation formation, the loss of upside momentum on each successive high gives the pattern its bearish bias. However, the series of higher highs and higher lows keeps the trend inherently bullish. The final break of support indicates that the forces of supply have finally won out and lower prices are likely. There are no measuring techniques to estimate the decline -- other aspects of technical analysis should be employed to forecast price targets.

From looking at this chart from stockcharts.com
I see something different. Not to take away from the outstanding work fousc has did.  ;D
I always applaud his fine work.  ;)

I see this thing as a:
Ascending Triangle (Continuation) Pattern
The ascending triangle is a bullish formation that usually forms during an uptrend as a continuation pattern. There are instances when ascending triangles form as reversal patterns at the end of a downtrend, but they are typically continuation patterns. Regardless of where they form, ascending triangles are bullish patterns that indicate accumulation.

Because of its shape, the pattern can also be referred to as a right-angle triangle. Two or more equal highs form a horizontal line at the top. Two or more rising troughs form an ascending trend line that converges on the horizontal line as it rises. If both lines were extended right, the ascending trend line could act as the hypotenuse of a right triangle. If a perpendicular line were drawn extending down from the left end of the horizontal line, a right triangle would form.

In contrast to the symmetrical triangle, an ascending triangle has a definitive bullish bias before the actual breakout. If you will recall, the symmetrical triangle is a neutral formation that relies on the impending breakout to dictate the direction of the next move. On the ascending triangle, the horizontal line represents overhead supply that prevents the security from moving past a certain level. It is as if a large sell order has been placed at this level and it is taking a number of weeks or months to execute, thus preventing the price from rising further. Even though the price cannot rise past this level, the reaction lows continue to rise. It is these higher lows that indicate increased buying pressure and give the ascending triangle its bullish bias.

Thanks for your comments sox guy, As far as going to 2 or 3 cents theres not really anyway to know for sure.

But if this circuit city goes national, i see this one going above and beyond 2 or 3 cents.

Price action is also on the verge of breaking out of a G-pattern. Todays price action on heavy volume approaching the G-spot at .143 is a bullish sign. I'll be looking to buy some more in anticipation of a G-spot breakout. I just gotta get my lazy ass up at 6:30 am for the open  ;).

I usually post my chart in linear scale but that error spike totally through my chart out of wack so this is a semi log scale chart.

Hi Fousc,

You're not really lonesome, I've followed it everyday and agreed with your analysis  :) So I don't really see a need to go into that much further. It's like David with his updates on pennies. No news is sort of good news  ;).

However, I've decided to change my plan a little. I want to let the profits run, but I also don't want to lose present profits. I've decided to bring in TL 2 (TL1 was for me the one ascending $ 0,0002 per day like yours). If it breaks this TL2 I will sell, maybe to get back in at a lower level. I'll continue to hold as long as price action closes above TL2 rising $ 0,0005 /day. For today that trendline stands at .0105.

Lucas Scott,

Does the fact that the volume bars are much heavier and much higher on GZFX vs (The Deva) MSO have any  bearing? Looks like less volume on MSO as it rose and more on GZFX....would appreciate a reply by someone....I see the similarities in the chart.

The key factor that is driving price action is the possibility of the deal that GZFX has with circuit city to go national.

Currently serving 17 circuit city stores, we will find out in mid january whether or not circuit city will decide to promote GZFX to its 600+ retail stores nation wide. They're starting there major ad campaign in early december as well.

Price action is met with resistence at the G-spot of .143. Im looking to nibble on a few more shares on the next dip or if there is a break of the .143 resistence.

Profit taking is still small and news around GZFX remains. I'm still holding strong since it did not break my TL2 yet, which stands at $ 0,0135 today. Didn't even come close  ::) ;)! (See chart 1 below)

I've decided to bring in TL3, even steeper. I'm unwilling to lose profits. TL3 rises $ 0,0015 a day and stands at $ 0,02 for today. If it is set to close below I will take profits and maybe look to get back in at a less steep TL  ;).

Good trading,

I have traded GZFX for over a year and am very familiar with the company and management.

The company is shaping up considering what it had been.  My past posts will show history and thoughts along the way.

Agreed, from the price here, it is a buy anticipating Circuit City news.
And then momentum will take it over 2-3 cents again with earnings in February.

It could be the classic, " Buy the Rumour, Sell the News."

I am in for the ride as traders love GZFX and will propel it much higher.   :o

I am accumulating GZFX here as the selloff was an over reaction.  The Circuit City deal would be huge.  And nothing changed with it except the trial period date.

In fact, I visited a test store today in Tennessee for the purpose of checking out the presentation for the pilot.  (Cool Springs) It was Better than expected.  Large poster displays in multiple locations.  And they have nicely packaged DVD cases with the GZFX logo. You buy them at the register and on the inside is the code to sign up.

The management and 2 salespeople on the floor said it is selling very well for just beginning.

Guess we will not know until filing and/or deal is announced.

I cannot imagine Circuit City not wanting to have a partner in the field.  GameFly and Best Buy are partnered.  The other players in the arena do not have BOTH DVD's and games.

And Circuit City has GZFX link on the FRONT page of their website when clicking on Rent Games-movies link.  www.circuitcity.com

The best part was the stickers on the new X-Box and various game systems.  The stickers were advertising GZFX and were fairly large on the front of each box for sale !

Perfect time to buy is when doom is in place.  I love all the negative posters on RB and other boards.  Risk-reward is amazing from this level based on what I saw this evening.

An e-mail from the CEO says the new website is 93% ready for a launch.  It will contain more than DVD's and games.

Willing to take the chance on GZFX as my pick of the year.  ;)

This all banks on Circuit City at this time.

A new website is expected this quarter but all eyes are on the March 15th Circuit City date.

I called Circuit City managers today.
What they will not tell me is how the relationship will be evaluated.

-  Is CC out any money (aside from valuable floor space) in marketing GZFX ?
-  How much is GZFX paying CC to be in the pilot program ?
-  What are the factors that will determine success in the pilot program ?

I would call this an educated gamble.  We will not know more until it happens.

Thinking that sub penny wil certainly be tested without any news.  .008-.009 is not out of the question.  Plenty of traders sold big are looking for a buying opportunity, so the TA is out of whack for now.  And under a penny will cause another panic selloff, imho.

Watching closely.  ;)

GZFX is now my # 1 holding. Added more .0086.   :o

Best time to buy is when the highest level of panic is in the air.

Expecting it to do very well this year.

Nothing has changed except the date! After visiting the pilot store, I feel confident in the decision to make it the # 1 holding moving forward.

Listen to the recent President interview.

Do not be afraid here.

Circuit City does not partner with just any company.
Mutually beneficial.

Front page of www.circuitcity.com
Click the rent movies and games link.

The advertising goes out in various Sunday Advertising Circulars (newspapers) to millions paid for by Circuit City.

This is the time to buy, imho.
Any news and it will breakout of this panic mode.
Shorts are playing on emotions and fear.

Imagine every .0009 being up 10% gain on your initial investment.

So far, I have visited the Tennessee location and also called the Operating Managers in the 22 Circuit City stores said the feedback is very positive.  Rolling it out all at once would be too much to handle.  The gradual rollout is perfect.

=======================================

GZFX in 6 different areas on Circuit City website.....we have been and continue to be all over the Circuit City website....

1) GZFX is once again listed on the Circuit City website on the front page. Look in the righthand column under the "Just what I needed" section under the title "Rent games and movies". This just happened this morning, Sunday, Jan. 8th....

http://www.circuitcity.com/ccd/home.do

2) Check this link for the Circuit City national weekly circular in which GZFX has an ad at the bottom of page 21.....

http://weeklyad.circuitcity.com/circuitcity/default.aspx?action=browsepageflash&storeid=2397057&....

3) Starting from the Circuit City homepage......heres the link for the CC homepage.

Nice thought about tucking GZFX away.

I bought a large portion for the IRA's and business SEPP at .009.

Now is the time.  Announcing the national roll out with Circuit City will result in an immediate double or more, imho.

Find another penny with such a giant retail player partnership.  The arena is cutting edge.

I did not like GZFX in the past for many reasons.
But current research has given the green light to buy and hold.

This could be bigger than you may even think.
They are setting up for the rights to download the games & dvd's.
This way your rental option will be instant.

The new website is anticipated.

My thought is that they will announce the national deal in March but roll it out in a controlled manner.  But I have been wrong many times before.  So please do your own dd.

From december 1st press release transcript:

Another thing that is very strong for us is what is the evolution of rental business?
We are aggressively looking at a download model or paper view model, one that would allow us to offer to our members a title that is electronically delivered, you know that is the next stage of this business. And whether that be through a computer, to a media center PC that is attached to the television, or satellite system of some sort, or an IP based television, that is something we are aggressively looking at because the technology and more importantly, the market for that may not be here right now, we know that some of the things that has happened in and around the business, that it is absolutely coming, and we want to be ready for it in anticipation of what that is.

from webcast

...(interviewer)does the company have any plans to develop an on demand platform?

(john fleming)Not only do we have plans, we are ready to beta test, we are in fact we are so close to beta test right now, we got everything in place and we are running internal testing right now before we take it out to the outside world for beta testing. We believe that the industry is going to lead in the next years to the direct download, and so we've spent probably the last year working on that portion of our business and getting ready to move forward in it. One of the hurdles of that industry in the direct download is going to be the studios recognizing that its a real market, and their going to have to address it and address it with the vendors like ourselves.

(interviewer)And when do you plan on rolling that platform out?
(john fleming) As soon as my legal department says I can roll it out, as I said were already testing it internally, and we just have a couple more hurdles we want to make sure, because we at all times want to make sure that we are maintaining our copyright protection for the studios and ourselves, as well as the users who are going to be using it so we have a few more legal hurdles to clear and then we are ready to bring it out to actual beta testing in the public.

hi fill the gap,
why do you think cc extended the trial period ? why would this be positve , maybe cc is not sure if it is going to work?
thinking of getting in.

Circuit City got Netfix started in 2001 with a similar deal.
But they unleashed the program too quickly and Netflix was not ready for such volume.

From what some CC managers stated, the extension is nothing more than buying some time for the news.

They want to iron out all kinks and be ready with the NEW WEBSITE that is near completion.

More stores have been added to the pilot program and 50-60 per month are expected when they announce the deal.

The extension can be perceived in many ways.  It is a perfect opportunity to add shares.

Hope this helps.

thanks fill,
gonna take a small position and hold no matter what happens in the short term. it all sounds good to me but looking at the pennies lately like eyii , hyrf , brvo (although brvo still looks pretty promising long term) that it is hard to see pennies going strong ,. all the hype about amep. from one of our members then he disappeared, then same member pushing glif then he disappeared again so i am cautious.
but it will be so small a position that if it went zero i wouldn't cry over it but if it went to 5bucks long term i'd be happy.
sorry to ramble on here.
thanks again,
maxi

Nobody knows what will happen this week but all eyes point to March.
And momentum will begin ahead of the March date and many traders will not want to run the risk of having to chase.  The website and/or other news can hot the wire any day.

Heading into March the speculation is that GZFX will run above 2 cents.  Probably at least 100% from here if I had to guess.  Then the news will decide the fate.

Remember, a website is due any day now.  And GZFX is on alot of radar screens with traders waiting to get in.  Fridays news was positive as it was unexpected.

I am in for a full position as timing GZFX has not worked.
This could really be big soon.

The photos below make it real for many investors.  The presentation within Circuit City was well planned and the speculation is a National rollout to all stores very soon.  It is just a matter of ramping up to handle the traffic.  Circuit City learned what not to do when it launched Netflix in 2001.  Too fast and all at once caused more damage with service issues.  GZFX and Circuit City know how to do it correctly this time learning at the expense of Netflix.

And the President enforced buying other companies in this interview.

All potential investors should listen to the President as well as read the CEO transcript...

Some key events ahead:

-  Quarterly numbers (Feb. 15th? or they may wait until end of March to file it with the Annual) will show numbers with a few months of Circuit City pilot

-  New website  (My best guess is this will come before a Circuit City national deal as they will want it to be in place for the new traffic ahead if the deal happens

-  March 15th was the extension date for the pilot program (CC and/or GZFX have 10 days before the 15th to terminate the agreement)

-  The golf deal should have an updated PR soon as it will be televised

-  If it hit the lower end of the trading range .0085, I would add more shares.  But I add in phases and added yesterday at .0103.

Give GZFX some time to develop into March.  Best guess is that it will either more than double from here or be down heading to .0026 (only with a cancellation of CC deal).  And I am willing to roll the dice that the deal happens.

* Do the dd to make your own decision as nothing is ever considered advice.

Seems like a great plan.  I am with you fousc.

I sold most today when it fell through 100ma support and will wait for a breakout indicator.

Until Circuit City news happens, the dilution factor really bothers me and lower levels are going to be seen.  I believe in the company IF they get the national Circuit City deal.  And we probably will not know until March.

The fear lies if the 10K hits before the CC deal.  This may bother people with the share count.

And only CC nationally can overcome such a number.

There are more than a Billion shares added since the last filing, not 20 million.
Read the filing closely.

Very lucky to have sold yesterday per the post below anticipating the 10k and I hope some others did too.  If not, maybe they can pull off the Circuit City deal, military deal and website soon.

Still not sure why they did not wait to file it ? The past 2 years filed near April.

Stock suicide to issue this without any news at this time.   ???

Glad that it helped.

I fully expect GZFX to be well over a penny into March on a string of positive news beginning as early as next week.

Currently watching the chart to begin an entry.

The worst is behind but trading will remain choppy until some substantial news hits.

The Annual filing (10K) came end of March, first of April the past few years.

There must be a few reasons that it was filed early this year.
And we shall see soon enough.

This did not drop nearly as much as expected based on the 10K.

I bought a half position Friday and will have a full position Monday.

Too much news coming, worst is behind us, imho.

Circuit City remains a go, and the pilot ends March 15th.  They have 10 days ahead of the 15th to cancel.

It would double on the news of a national deal minimum, imho.

Great time to enter here in the .008's.  Will be over a penny heading into March 15th.

But pennies are risky, so do what you feel comfortable with.

Will be my # 1 holding again into March.   :o

The website will come before this quarter ends which is really not that far away.

Some other news to consider:

-  The military online and store deal would be huge
-  Another PR about the golf partnership
-  Of course Circuit City national deal
-  Acquisitions
-  GZFX partnering and/or being acquired
-  It was confirmed that a European investor purchased 100 million shares at 3 cents average.
(3 million dollars).  Perhaps, international expansion news.

There has to be some reasons that they filed the 10k at this time.
We will all have to stay tuned.

From another recent interview.

Is the company currently capitalized to achieve strategic objectives through the next 12 months?

Absolutely, through our investment partners, we are very well capitalized and GameZnFlix is now at the point where we are no longer a startup business. We are absolutely in the growth and expansion mode and we are well capitalized to take on that state of the business.

How much growth through acquisitions can the investors expect in the next 12 months?

I think more than anything you will see that this industry is at a point in time where consolidation makes a lot of sense. There has been a lot of people who have been in the business for a number of years. A lot of companies that are privately funded who are not public, and are really at the point, in order to take the next step, they need access to capital and/or partners. What we look for in a company is for any type of acquisition target, is someone who is just that. In order to get to the next step, they need money. They've done a good job getting it where it is, but they just haven't been able to break through ceiling of some sort, whether it be marketing expense, inventory expense, growth expense, infrastructure, so on and so forth.

Another thing that we look for in a company is that is the company on-line rentals of movies or on-line rentals of games? Do they make good fit for us strategically? Are we like minded in the way we approach the business philosophy around the business do they have sound membership base? Do they have good inventory on hand that we can bring into our fold and help us expand the inventory that we have? You are going to see from us, that we are very aggressively looking for acquisitions right now in over the next 12 months, you are going to see us very aggressive in that side of the business.

Tell us about the company's management team.

Number one, we got a great management team. We got a core group of five individuals that cover the gamut when you are looking at the business, obviously finance, operatins, marketing, technology, human resources and the core people we have, Mr. Flemming, myself, Chris who runs the web operations side of the business, Arthur, CFO everybody has unique experience in and around the on-line business. We obviously been working to get to this point now for two or three years. Mr. Flemming has laid the ground work for us. So, our management team is really one where we got the right people to help us grow. We are looking for additional people to help us grow in other parts of the business. As we keep continuing to grow in member, We are looking for other parts of the business continue to grow in membership, the number of title, the number of distribution centers we have to continue to bring in good people to take us to the next level. We are obviously not done, and we will be adding others as we grow as we see fit and as the need arise. But as far as the core, we are very sound and have a great team to work with to get us where we are looking to go.

What are some milestones over the next 12-18 months the investors should watch for?

Number one, we already hit on, which is acquisition, in finding companies that are good fit companies to help us grow, can bring subscriber number to us as well as inventory as well as good people Probably in the first quarter is going to be the revised website. We were looking to get that out sooner, but we were counseled that releasing a new website during the holiday season was not a good thing for us to do at this point in time because of all the issues that surround releasing new technology out into the market.

The other thing is expanding our advertising and marketing. And really getting to the point where marketing and advertising is more science. And we understand exactly how people come to us, what drives them to us and what drives people to stay with us, for as long we can serve them, as long as they have a need for on-line subscription. We are looking at things like sponsorship and endorsement programs at different levels. Different sales channels we can look at for offering our service. We are looking at things like, is there potential for us to offer a way for groups and organizations to sell our service as a fund raiser, and are those kinds of things possible?

Obviously the other thing is expansion. Where do we go with distribution centers? How do we expand the business in a smart way in line with membership growth so that we are closer to pockets of members; therefore, so that our turn around time is better Another thing that is very strong for us is what is the evolution of rental business?

We are aggressively looking at a download model or paper view model, one that would allow us to offer to our members a title that is electronically delivered, you know that is the next stage of this business. And whether that be through a computer, to a media center PC that is attached to the television, or satellite system of some sort, or an IP based television, that is something we are aggressively looking at because the technology and more importantly, the market for that may not be here right now, we know that some of the things that has happened in and around the business, that it is absolutely coming, and we want to be ready for it in anticipation of what that is.

Another strong thing for us is expansion into Europe and what that may entail, either through organic expansion or through acquisitions. And really the next things that are internal to the business is you got two new game platforms coming on-line in the spring, Playstation 3 [and Revolution]. You also have, probably in the summer or fall time frame, HD DVD, which is whole new world for us in respect to DVD and its technology. So, those products as we see them are going to be strong for us going into, which they are released and we will want to stay on top of those. So, that's kinda of a laundry list of things we are working on and we are striving for the next 12-18 months.

Do you have any closing comments?

I think the biggest thing is to reiterate that GameZnFlix is no longer a startup business. Everything is in place for us to grow. We are adequately funded. Our internal infrastructure, both from capacity to shipping and receive is in great working order. Our IT infrastructure is at a point in time where we have more bandwidth and more capability especially with things we will be viewing at the website, from que one, is better than we have been with respect to web operatons. Marketing is qued up and ready to go. Our relationship with Circuit City and other relationships we are working on with marketing partners. Website sponsorships and other programs that we are looking at to help grow members, we are very excited about. Everything in essence, is ready for us to take off. We are retaining members better than ever before. We are growing at a rate better than we have ever before.

And it is now time to just "sit back," not necessarily sit back, that's the wrong term, but to manage the growth of the business. And we have to be very strategic The growth is managed in line with everything. the demand doesn't get ahead of supply we don't bring in an exsorbant amount of members that we can serve. Everything has to be done in line so we don't overextend ourselves. One thing about this business is that you have to be very very careful is we are constantly watching the demand. We are reordering customers are satisfied, our ship time to and from the customer are better than it has ever been. Our day one stock is better than we have ever been. We are serving the customer better than we have been because we are watching those things on a daily basis. And so if there is anything I am completely encouraged with the state of the business is just that, we are in growth mode.

GZFX is purely a play on near term news.  Alot of information is on the table.

So forget trying to analyze with TA or from a fundamental perspective as it will not look good.

I was amazed at well it has held up considering the TA and fundamental analysis around the 10K.

It will explode before you can get in with the right news.
Do the dd as it is obviously high risk.

Keep an eye on it.   Giant white candle before March, imho.  A double is not out of the question with the string of positive news that can hit any day now.

And the news stretches beyond Circuit City.

It is my # 1 holding heading into the next few weeks.  The bad news is already out.
===================================================

Copied post from someone on another board.

A string of positive news is coming for GZFX.

The worst has come and GZFX price has sustained the 10k.

It actually held up much better than people expected.
Many buyers jumped in quickly.

It is now go time for GZFX shareholders based on the following information .

(decisive factor)
** Perhaps there are a couple of reasons for the early 10k (annual filing that historically came in March to April). Management got this out very early as requested. :=).

POSITIVE NEWS to recap (in no particular order)

* The New and improved website is confirmed to be here any time. It will come by QTR end which is only a few weeks away.

* Circuit City National Roll Out this Quarter

* The European Investor that paid $ 3,000,000.00 for recent shares at a 3 cent average may forecast International Expansion

* More Distribution Centers to Open

* VOD update

* Multiple Acquisitions of other industry players for inventory and strategic purposes

* The Giant Military deal

* Another PR updating the golf television partnership

* GZFX may partner or be purchased by Circuit City or equivalent

Always do your own dd. Stay Tuned !

This may be really big into March. Momentum, TA and a string of positive news. Great combination for a giant white candle soon.

Doverdiligence, GZFX is the only company that does BOTH games and DVD's.  Gamefly ONLY does games.  So they will rate higher for games.  GZFX is unique in that it costs much less to have BOTH games and DVD's with one membership.  Circuit City obviously likes the concept.  Please read the entire thread to learn about the company.

Calvin87, thank you for understanding the strategy and post history.

Again, this is not a pump.  Merely presenting my research for the board.
I am not naive enough to think the message boards move the stock.

The trading philosophy I follow is much different than most people.

I get in before the move.  There is a set time frame for each trade.

In this case, very short term, March 15th at the latest.

In this case, very short term, March 15th at the latest.

Pennies move on news and not always TA and fundamentals.  And they are high risk.

Being a trader, I am in and out based on the trading plan.  Just like HMSC today.

I have done more due diligence on gzfx than any company ever owned.
It was the first company I presented to David and Frederick(the first week that 3SOF opened for business).  You can look back on my original posts to see the notes.
A year later, GZFX is well positioned, imo.  The share count will be improved, but is the reason we are at .0076 today.  It will move only on news.

The pros simply out weigh the cons near term.  The cons are All on the table for now.
My concern, as posted below, was the annual 10K coming early.
It came and here we are.  The stock has been hammered.

A perfect opportunity to buy low ahead of another large move.

There are a few reasons that the K was rushed to come early this year.
We shall see soon.

And also some reasons why a European Investor recently paid 3 cents per share for 100 million shares.  This was an inflated purchase.

People have visited and also called Circuit City 22 pilot stores.
Pictures can be seen here inside of a recent Circuit City visit.

http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=9262523

GZFX made a 300 plus Percent move on the last Circuit City news.

The Circuit City deal will be known in a matter of weeks.
The idea is that a string of positive news leads up to it.
Circuit City did more due diligence than we can imagine and has GZFX as a partner for now.

We can analyze TA, fundamentals, Game Fly, Netflix, etc.  It is not that kind of play right now.

My short term bet remains a double or more from todays price with March 15th as the target date.

Confident enough to make GZFX my # 1 holding.
The money is made on the initial move up from here, imho.

Please understand what kind of trade this is before commenting.

David,

Your comments from a short time ago.  You titled the thread, GZFX- LOVE THE CONCEPT.

What has changed ?  You confuse members at times.

I've seen their website and concept: http://www.gameznflix.com/

Oh God, I just wish I lived in the US, you guys have everything there

Circuit City to Offer GameZnFlix's Online Video Game and DVD Rental Program

Again, this is a trade.  The worst possible news is factored in at this time.
Short term, a deal with Circuit City is worth much more than todays level.

You are missing the point looking at it as a long term investment.
I am a trader.  And I think this will double from here before March 15th.
Limited downside as the Circuit City anticipation will give it support, imo.

GZFX is in much better shape (6 Million in Cash) than when it struck the deal with Circuit City.  Circuit City is the # 2 USA retailer of electronics behind Best Buy.  They have plenty of companies trying to get in with them.  Ask yourselves why they chose to partner with GZFX if the company was in trouble.

Check back here into March.  A string of positive news is about to hit.
This company is 110% further along than when it was 15 cents.  Yes, more dilution, and that is why I say it is a great trade from here with a Short term target of March.

You will soon see why they filed the 10K early.  And you will see why a Eurpoean Investor recently paid 3 cents per share.  Sometimes you need to look beyond the numbers.

No need to comment further.  Let it play out to March.

If I am wrong, I will gladly admit it.  And I will wear the 3SOF T-Shirt everyday for a year. (wash it of course)   ;D

David,

It is amazing how you completely changed views from your original writeup saying GZFX-LOVE THE   CONCEPT  .
Forget the stock, you raved about the concept.  Now the concept is going to fail ?

True, Video On Demand is the next wave.  The rental companies you listed will remain due to cost.

And they will adapt to the new VOD future.  But VOD will cost alot per game or per movie.  So the concept remains a valid business.

Who wants to pay for a game that may cost $ 60.00 to find out that they do not like it ?

This is the beauty of unlimited rentals.  Or pay for a DVD and upload fee for each movie ?  People are typically not watching movies on their PC's, so the transfer will have to take place.  A cable provider cannot possibly pay licensing for every release at this time.  And you saw firsthand what happened to a Previous 3SOF pick IFLB.  It is too expensive for the copyrights.

But most people are not ready to download movies, burn them to a DVD and then view.  It would cost much more than a $ 9.99 monthly unlimited to do it anyway.

And you also get into Copyright laws.  It gets very expensive for the rights.

So VOD is much further in the future.  GZFX is getting ready for it though.

And if this is all so obvious, why is Circuit City choosing to partner with little old GZFX ?

Circuit City gets $ 30.00 profit  from each sale of GZFX.

This may have the highest profit margin of any item on the floor.
It is not uncommon for CC to take a loss on items.  For instance, many games have such low margins that they work as a loss leader to get people in the store.

Based on the Profit potential (only cost is floor space to CC), Circuit City has no reason to cancel this deal.  The fear is another delay.  This is entirely up to Circuit City.  But the deal will not be cancelled, imho.

The advantage to GZFX is that they are the only player doing BOTH games and movies.

btw, The AAFES military deal is alot bigger than the Circuit City deal.

I still hold a major position.  The last delay came on January 5th.  I may take some off before March 5th and then buy back right after should another delay not happen.

So much good news is ahead.  And the website is expected within 2 weeks.

The tight trading range on low volume is awaiting news.

I still expect news to push this much higher very soon.

Just like the last time, momentum should  certainly give it a boost as we close in on the Circuit City date.  Alot of traders showed up and pushed it over 2 cents in January.  The delay to March 15th killed the rally.

More dilution has taken place since then, but a double still remains my target into March.  And much more should they get the AAFES military contract and Circuit City.

We shall soon see.  There has to be a significant reason that they filed the annual report 2 months early.  Historically, this has not been the case.

And do not forget that a European Investor paid an inflated price of 3 cents for 100 million shares.  Who would spend 3 million dollars unless they knew something.  Or perhaps there is more to the deal than we know at this time.

Stay tuned.  I have bought as many shares here as possible.  Very confident.

My opinion is that the deal happens this time around.  But the Agreement may be adjusted more towards internet and advertising than in store displays.  We will have to see what they say.

My opinion is that Circuit City has no reason not to do the deal at this time.

Parlay this with a new website, AAFES, etc. and we could see another 200% from here on momentum alone, imho.

Of course, nothing is ever for sure.  Do the dd to make a decision.

The direct Circuit City reports for GZFX were the same people that launched Netflix.  They learned many lessons that will not be repeated this time around.  This is all good.

This deal is also on the table.  It is much larger than the Circuit City partnership.
John Fleming (CEO) says it is completed and awaiting a PR from the military.

Brandyjoco,

AAFES is an international store for the military.
They get discounts at the store locations as well as online.

http://www.aafes.com/

GZFX is set to be a partner with AAFES.

This is huge.  Look at the amount of locations.

Amazing exposure.  And perfect target audience !

This will immediately bump the subscriber count.

John the CEO was in the military.  He says the deal is done.  Just a matter of the military releasing the Press on it.

Hope this helps.  AAFES is much larger than the Circuit City deal.  Both along with a new website will spring this stock way up, imo.

It is a nice time to be long on GZFX.  Just beginning the run up, imo.

I am not selling as the news will gap it up big, imo.

Expect website news as early as Monday, imo.

Then Circuit City rollout and AAFES deal.

GZFX has done well on no news for weeks.

My guess is momentum pushes is up 200-300 % from here when this news is all said and done.

Many are on the sidelines waiting for Circuit City confirmation.
They will have to chase soon, imo.
Title: Re: Love the concept: GZFX.OB

It was confirmed on the phone that more Circuit City locations (including Florida) just received GZFX packets.  This tells me that a cancellation is out of the question.

But do what makes you feel comfortable.  A delay is always possible.
If I had to guess, it would be 95 % that the deal happens this time around.

It is trading exactly as I expected in my posts from a month ago.

And you need to understand how big the AAFES deal will be.  It dwarfs the Circuit City deal.

The play is to get in before the gap up with a string of news, imo.
Everybody will click " buy " all at once sending GZFX soaring.

Being hesitant due to the past is understood.  Do what is comfortable for you and never second guess the decision.

Good Luck.

Brandyjoco,

Glad I could help.

They would not have shipped to new Circuit City locations in Florida this week if the deal was off.

Now a delay is possible, but not likely this time, imo.

Today was typical.  After a big rise, the next day is historically down.
Consolidation will take place without news.  So GZFX held up well considering.

Volume is really picking up.  We just need some news to really take off.

Have a nice weekend.  I am holding 100% of my shares with confidence.

rv,

Past history is indicative of future behavior.

They (Circuit City) extended the program on the 5th of January, taking it out to March 15th.  The verbage can be taken many ways.  But they did extend it exactly 10 days ahead the last time.  That would have been March 5th this time.  This would have been last Friday or today in my view.

Sure, they can probably cancel at any time.  But why ?  It is a Cash Cow for CC.  And why did they not just extend it more than 2 months the last time ?

And then explain the new Circuit City locations in Florida beginning the program last week.  Why do much more than the stated number of Pilot stores in the filing if it was not a go ?  And why new Circuit City stores added as of last Friday ?  They would be taking the displays down, not adding new locations.  The Sunday Circular and online advertising also remains.

My opinion is that CC wanted the 10K early by GZFX showing company cash.  CC wanted to see the DVDAvenue acquisition take place for more titles and another Distribution Center.  And CC and GZFX wanted the new website (which I confirmed with Chip to be coming this quarter).  It is important for CC to know that GZFX can handle the traffic.

Only a PR will tell the story.  But I certainly like it more and more now that the 5th has come and gone.  Many people remember the extension and are waiting to buy until concrete news.

The play for me is the immediate appreciation on the news.  All of the people chasing the Price will make for an outstanding return, imo.

It is unbelievable how well the price has held on absolutely no news.  Any news and we take off, imho.  So many traders are waiting to pull the trigger on GZFX upon CC confirmation.

It is the perfect time to be long, imho, ahead of the news.  This is how the pennies work.

Moving up over 50% the past few trading days on no news is powerful.
Imagine the immediate appreciation when something crosses the wire.

We will certainly see soon enough.

I remain 100 % invested in GZFX for the news.  Do what makes you comfortable.  But to answer your question, I would not worry about a cancellation based on the Florida events and the amount of straight Profit to Circuit City.

Title: Re: Love the concept: GZFX.OB
Post by: fill_the_gap on March 14, 2006, 09:21:17 AM
Good morning,

My opinion has not changed.  There is so much news waiting to be released, imo.

This is the time that we have all been waiting for.

Many that got hit hard with the extension last time are on the sidelines waiting to click Buy with any news.  They will have to chase a substantial gap up projecting the advance quickly.  Vice versa, as the anxious gamblers that are in the game are ready to click Sell with an extension or cancellation.  The classic duel.

The key points to consider:

-  Circuit City gets $ 30.00 per GZFX subscriber.  This is straight profit to them.  Why would they cancel a deal that does not cost them anything other than avaliable shelf space?

-  Circuit City launched and failed with Netflix around 2000.  Some of the same people are directly involved.  It is always best to be 2nd to build.  They learned the first time around what not to do.

-  The 10K was released 2 months in advance (historically, the end March-April) for them.

-  A European investor was confirmed paying 3 cents per share at the end of October. (much higher than the trading price at the time) for 3 million worth of GZFX stock.  Is there more to this deal than meets the eye ?

-  Why would 6 new Circuit City stores Begin the GZFX program the past few weeks if a cancellation was in order ?

-  The opinion is that the Circular is planned a few weeks in advance.  Therefore, with the 15th as the target date for a decision, they had always agreed to take it out this week.  Who knows.  If it came down from the website I would worry, but not a Circular that it has come and gone from a few times before.

This is gambling in the purest form.  Throw out the TA.  News will make or break it short term for us.

My guess is up more than 200% immediately on some major news.  And an extension or cancellation will drop it 50% as a guess.

This is exactly why pennies are deemed the "wild west".  You have to love the stage that is set.

Place your bets.  Now let's see the River Card.

The most recent 8-k pertaining to the Pilot Program.  Thereafter leaves the release of news up in the air.

"Under this amendment, the parties agreed to extend the pilot program until March 15, 2006. Thereafter, if the parties mutually agree that a national rollout of this program is mutually beneficial, they will enter into a definitive agreement for such national rollout."

Agree with fousc,

Take some off the table if needed.  We have no idea when news may come.

Remaining on the Circuit City site tonight is important too.  Coming off of there just like the circular ad would be devastating to the price.

The reality is probably a heavy selloff today without CC news.

This is a frustrating company to trade.

John and Chip have stated that AAFES is many times more valuable to GZFX than Circuit City.

The market knows the name Circuit City and may not react the same to AAFES, even though AAFES means more in reaching profitability.  And look at the amount of locations for AAFES.  Combine that with perfect target market and it equals subs.

AAFES is important for many reasons.  The target market and international exposure is immediate.  And they do not have to pay AAFES the same amount per sub as CC.

All in all, to have AAFES is a giant deal.  The more partnerships, the more of a base we can build on here.

Another thing to consider.  John stated to a reliable source today that Golden Gate converted the debentures the past few days.  And John said that GG is done.

If this is the case, GZFX has cash to move forward and self finance operations.  This will certainly help with the Outstanding Share issue.  Remember when AMEP finished the debentures?

I am buying more to take into Friday and next week.  I think that a parlay of news is possible.  It could move up again for a nice trade by next week, imo.

I am going all in again before end of day Thursday for a trade on a string of news.

GZFX is holding .012 very well.

We head up from here when the website hits.  Add more news and another nice (50 % plus quick)trade can be made from right here at .012's, imo.

I like it alot right now.  The sellers have dried up and the chart is shaping up after the gap fill.

Selling some other stocks so that I can add more to this trading opportunity.  The CEO and President say website by Thursday night.  But I am also banking on AAFES news next week.  We will see.  ;D

A New Partnership: Circuit City and GameZnflix
Mar 29 2006 8:07:33 pm
Stock Market Analysis by Lonny Rosenfeld

When I wrote my first article on GameZnflix (OTC BB:GZFX) last November I stated that I very rarely write about penny stocks, but I thought this one had a lot of potential. So far I have proved myself to be correct. On Friday, March 24th Circuit City (CC) announced that is will go ahead with a nationwide release of the GameZnflix movie and rental service. In the fourth calendar quarter of 2005, the two companies tested offering the GameZnFlix services at a limited number of Circuit City Superstores and online at circuitcity.com. After concluding the tests, the services will now be expanded to include Circuit City Superstores across the United States and will continue to be available nationwide on Circuit City's website. (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX)

"We want to offer a variety of products and services to our customers and the GameZnFlix's program allows our customers to experience the convenience of renting both movies and games through the mail," said Bill Cimino, director of corporate communications for Circuit City.

The agreement calls for a rollout of GameZnFlix's service by offering prepaid service cards at each of Circuit City's Superstores. The agreement calls for adding between 45 and 110 locations each month until full deployment is reached prior to the 2006 holiday season. Financial terms of the agreement are not being disclosed.

"This relationship is a win-win for both companies," said John Fleming, chairman and chief executive officer of GameZnFlix, Inc. "Circuit City continues to prove to be one of the top destinations for movie-lovers and video gamers alike and by co-marketing with GameZnFlix, Circuit City can continue to fulfill its customers' needs by adding our rental services to its product line."

For those readers who are unaware of this company, GameZnFlix is a company that offers video games/DVDs for rental or purchase on the Internet with access to over 40,000 titles. With four different membership levels beginning at $8.99 a month to annual membership with an average price of $20.75 per month, subscribers can rent a combination of both video games and/or DVD movies with no late fees or due dates or members can purchase video games and/or DVD movie titles at a membership discount.

As anyone would expect, shares of GZFX received a huge pop at the open Monday morning. Shares surged more than 125% early in the day to trade at $.0209 on extremely heavy volume. As Monday progressed shares trimmed these gains in half. GZFX last traded Wednesday at $.0134, up 12.61% for the day. Trading for the first half of this week has been relatively predictable. Almost everyone had expected a big gain early Monday, followed by some profit taking later in the day and Tuesday. Wednesday was another day where many investors either bought back in after selling early Monday or others jumped off the sidelines to get in at a more reasonable price.

Given now that it is known that the Circuit City deal is in full effect, what does this mean for the future of GameZnflix? Clearly as I have stated months ago, the potential is truly there for this partnership to be a success. Circuit City has done its part; they have opened the door for a relatively unknown company. Now it is the job of GameZnflix to step up to the plate. This is the big leagues now, do not strike out.

I know many you reading this article are reading this because you are either share holders of this company, have been share holders, or you are thinking about becoming a shareholder. Remember this is a penny stock, so of course there is a high level of risk involved, but is that high level of risk a risk worth taking?

Looking at the 6-month chart above, there are very well defined support and resistance levels. These will be the areas that will dictate trade for the short term. There is currently resistance located at $.021; this was reinforced on Monday's trading when shares topped off at $.0209. There is also support located at $.012, this was the low of the day on Wednesday before shares bounced off this level and ended the day higher.

What can be expected of shares of GZFX over the course of the next few months? I would expect to see a lot of volatility as investors try to weigh the future of this company from any news releases concerning the Circuit City partnership. There is a strong likelihood that shares of GZFX will move significantly higher from their present level. Circuit City is no laughing matter, this company would not have reached out and extended its hands to GameZnflix if it did not think it would benefit as well from this deal.

This is truly a company to watch and it will be very interesting to see how this partnership evolves in the future.

For those new to GameZnFlix, I would like to mention that Circuit City also partnered with a tiny new company several years ago called Netflix.   -LiveLife-
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The same Circuit City executives are involved with launching GZFX this time.
They certainly learned alot from the Netflix launch.
Always best to be 2nd in a case like this.

My play remains for the website tonight? and then AAFES next week, imo.

Looking great !

I would add today for sure if cash were available.  My position is maxed out in GZFX.

If AAFES hits Monday-Tuesday, we head over 2 cents, imo.

Today has held up well.  They should be done with filings for awhile.

We head up from here, imo.   ;D

They will announce AAFES this week, imo.

And they never announced the new website.  So that may also hit the wire.  But AAFES is the deal that will move the stock over 2 cents, imo.

fill the gap...what does AAEFS stand for? and what makes you think it's a more valuable deal than CC....I'm trying to establish a short term long position on this...actually managed to get 200K shares today at ave. price of $0.0154  :( down already!

but I kinda like the chart and am looking for it to test $0.0209 at tle least pretty soon.

Army and Air Force Exchange Service. Learn more here:

http://www.aafes.com

I loaded up more today also. Too bad it went down but will no doubt go up soon. It's been very strock and will test .02 and beat it soon. Probably with the AAEFS news that's expected.

AAFES stands for Army Air Force Exchange Service and it is basically the main store that us Army and Air Force types go to do a lot of our shopping such as for clothes, electronics, household and garden items, etc.  The advantage for us to shop there is that they will price match an identical item from a civilian store and we don't have to pay sales taxes on what we buy.  Plus if you live on a military reservation, the store is usually not far away.

I believe the CC deal is bigger since it will reach a wider customer base than the AAFES deal can.  I haven't look at the exact number of soldiers and airmen in the Army and AF recently but we are talking way less than a million so it's a more limited number of customers than CC would see (unless I am way off).  One advantage to this is that the age structure in the military is like a pyramid where the younger members far outnumber us geezers and alot of them are game players.  GZFX offering games for rent should really appeal to this age group while the movies should appeal to all ages.  They need to bring back their miitary discount though and maybe they will when they do the AAFES launch.  I'm still not convinced this will be an earth mover for GZFX.  Don't get me wrong, this will be a good deal for GZFX being in the PXs and BXs around the US and overseas - every additional outlet for selling a product will result in more sales.  I just don't think this will be a huge mover like CC should have been or will be.  And especially with the King Kong size float that is inevitable.  I would be surprised if some of those shares haven't already hit the market.  It's going to be tough to move up too much with so much supply. :(

I didn't mean it as an insult.  I mean that if there is all this "potential", especially with a "AAEFS rumor", why is it going down?  I would think that it would be trickling up, not down.

Basonista,

Your post is correct.

I got in average .0076 and will be selling quite a bit tomorrow to protect the portfolio.

Malum 2006,

My concern is that AAFES is not a well known name.  It is a giant deal for sure, but is it already built in?  People have been talking like it is a done deal on all the boards.

Seems that everyone may be selling the AAFES news when it does come.

Do what works for you.  I will buy back in for a trade at a later date.  Tomorrow, without news at the open, I will sell quite a bit.

i'm really surprised to hear that so many here are panic selling.  really, what is different about GnF's business plan or potential from yesterday or last week? because we've traded down two days after trading up for 3 days everyone thinks the sky is falling?  we are still up a heck of a lot from our pre circuit city national roll-out news, and are still above the lows for the stock since that news.  i've done my research, and i still believe strongly that GnF is undervalued.  I will be very surprised if this stock does not make a parabolic move upwards in the near future.  in the meantime, i intend to hold my shares.

First of all, I have been here for months, even holding when it printed .006's.  So I am far from a panic seller.  In fact, I spent weeks here with no other posters present.  I resent the comments above.

What changed for me was the most recent filing.  25 billion Authorized is one thing.  But they basically announced selling billions to market.  A big difference when they hit O/S.

Another deciding factor is that I am up nearly 100%.  Giving back principal when it produces a candle like today (closing near low too) is not quality trading.  I got the second round of buys in .012's and will not give that all back.  I can always get back in.

I see many traders waiting for AAFES news to sell it all off.  So the pop may be limited due to the billions of shares.

The main factor is that the upcoming Q will produce a major selloff.  The sub count will remain low as CC has not rolled out.  They added 2 billion shares to the float the last filing.  And this filing will be no different.

GZFX is not worth anything from a fundamental perspective.  The name CC is what keeps it up.  The VOD satellite deal and e-golf is fluff.  Read the filings and you will see that they spend a fortune each month.  And the sub count is not growing very quickly.  Chip hopes breakeven by year end.

You cannot blame people for flipping.  Until people can trust the company and they bring some revenue in, flipping is the only option here.

Understand that this is all my opinion.  But I have spent over a year here.  Even said at one point that I would wear a 3SOF tee-shirt for a year if a double was not produced.  Very few believed in me and GZFX at the time.  So please respect that I come to the table and back up my sale with reasons.

I will certainly be back.  It depends on the chart and if news is expected.  I know this company well and will always keep it close on the Streamer.

Good luck.

GZFX is no longer in my portfolio.  I will wait until after the filing to evaluate again.

It was a nice 100% plus return from .0076.  So well worth the trade.

50ma will be taken out on monday. 5ma continues to fall and will soon drop below the 50ma, 20ma will soon start a downward trend. cmf is on its way back down to the -.50-.70 range again. macd will soon go negative... i let myself be blinded by this companies service and what i thought was its actual value. normally with pinks youre isolated from their service, in fact, usually they dont even do anything. this one is so easily compared to netflix that you really think youve got something, but its no netflix... yet. dont let the pr's and hope keep blinding you. ive ignored the technicals for too long thinking that news at any time would override them... well that was naive. time to start looking at the charts, and it doesnt look good. it makes me sick, but i think this will trend down to .005.  :-\

i applaud the regulars on here that flipped and studied the charts. fill the gap and so on. i wont make this mistake again. i plan on buying in again at some point later this year. but i need to see whats going on with the A/S and how well the cc deal actually goes.

Godspeed, I agree.

It will also further decline when the Q arrives.  Holding it now when all indicators point down is asking to lose money.

The hopes of large returns vanished when the major dilution set it.  So many people are waiting for some news to just sell and get out of GZFX right now.  So any news is hit hard with even more selling.  A vicious cycle.

And other boards are pointing out that GZFX Agreement with Golden Gate allows for Short Selling! This is not good because it can already be shorted in Berlin.

The price looks to head well below a penny in the weeks ahead.
