Who are you?: Its me eliteG ;) Stock trading is my full-time job and I am here to make some money.

Why are you doing this?:
1. It will be fun.
2. Its time to make $1,000,000.
3. Ultimate way to be judged by your peers.
4. I was inspired by 3stocksonfire.
Portfolio:
- $30,000 divided into 6 equal parts
- buying stocks long
- will hold from 1 day to 2.5 months
- no targets
- set stop loss right after buy
- every trade posted immediately
- portfolio performance updated daily
Stock Domain:
- .ob, .pk, Amex, Nyse, Nasdaq
- less than $20, more than $0.001
Selection Process – Each selection is made by me. I filter the market with the scanning tool provided by stockcharts.com and this leaves me hundreds of charts to look at. From this point I use my research and experience to find the sweet stock.
Future:
- If the account grows I will slowly add more positions.
- I would like to add the daytrading that I do to this portfolio as well.
Why is this the prototype? I will be in and out of the office until next year and I thought it would be a perfect time to test things out.
Why can't I reply? I would like to keep the portfolio section closed off from replies in order to keep it very organized and clear. I'll open up a discussion for this portfolio in another thread and we'll see how it goes.

I've decided to make a surgical strike. I'm not seeing a double but perhaps a quick upwards 15-20% move... who knows maybe more.

this brings my average price on SUWN to .219
So right now 3 positions.
PRFT - bought at 8.70 $5,000.. stop @ 8.20ish for now
SUWN - bought twice .0216 and .0226 $7500.. I like it a lot >:D stop around .195ish

PRFT - sold @ 8.72, I believe its going up but didnt feel like waiting, sorry for the late update
SUWN - under pressure but I'm holding. Still looks bullish on the daily. My mental stop will be .194
KRY - still holding stops @ 2.02
OPSW - stop @ 5.55
I come back to find I got hammered on KRY.. ouch. Stop was at 2.02 but I got hit at an avg of 1.97.. oh well thats what I get for trying a surgical strike. Portfolio only holds SUWN and OPSW.. both at slight losses or around even but I think they can do well these next few days. We'll find out.

End of Day Update
You got up days and you got down days.. and when its a down day you have to ask yourself did you limit losses.. I think I did, I think I coulda done a better job of it on KRY. It showed weakness in its intraday chart.. I'm down .07% but I feel good about my current holdings and I'm looking to find some more Thursday and Friday. This prototype portfolio will give me time to calibrate everything. Looking to have all 6 positions filled by Monday.

End of Day Update
I feel I made a really great buy today on SSTI. Beautiful Chart. I am very pleased with OPSW. It put in a nice candle in some open territory today and may be able to climb fast from it. SUWN I am not so happy about. I now have a 2x position in it. There is something that feels very bullish in the chart and I just cant let it go unless in breaks through my stop. I may end up regretting it but.. I guess only tme can tell. I'll get charts up tonight or before mkt open. Meantime here is the portfolio update. 8)

Good Morning
I'll be travelling around for ~2weeks starting next week visiting friends and a wedding to go to in Ohio. I'll probably be able to do normal updates except during the travelling days. Monday and/or Tuesday may be one/two of those days so I need to consider not adding positions and maybe selling.
Otherwise I need to manage by phone which is really no problem with my broker and by now I dont even have to print out a chart to remember its levels.. But I will anyway of course ;).. there isn't anything like driving through the appalachians at the max speed my jeep cherokee sport can handle(100mph :D), enjoying the view, and making a trade over the cell.
This will be where stops become important(for peace of mind) and I will probably stay away from pennies for this period other than SUWN
Just wanted to give a heads up :)
Oh another thing influencing me today will be the Friday take home your profit trend. So if a play has moved up a great deal I will try to follow it with intraday TA to take profit.. if it seems like a good idea.
I'm also keeping an eye out for a possible v-double top on the Nasdaq.. showing up on other indices as well. That bearish pattern does not become confirmed unless Nasdaq closes below 2230 which is probably some days away if it even does happen.

2 things led me to do this. I will be away from the computer most of the day Monday and I feel that the market may be headed down and if so I wanted to bring some of the profit home and be ready to start up again next week. I then found SNHY which looks like a perfect short to me. I may be totally off but I have to listen to my instincts.
So only holding:
SUWN - nice support from the 9ema.. pennies tend to do well in down markets ;) >:D

hmm seems I acted a bit too quick on my sells.. each one of them is way higher
Got to remember that once I do the analysis I got to think of the timing involved.. it was not necessary to sell immediately.
On the bright side I have a beautiful short now in SNHY and SUWN may be ready to rock. Cant wait to call the broker when I'm on I-75 Monday and find out if my instincts were right.

This update is coming late..lol.. cause I was partyin hard yesterday >:D :D
-I moved my stop on SNHY to 18.61 right now.. I believe it is headed down but I would like it to move already.. so I will be following it with an aggressive stop from this point on. ;)
-oh on SUWN I hear chatter that earnings are due out by the 15th or the 20th(with an extension) What a bonus that could be.. >:D >:D
-I will test out a chart of my performance as well.. since this is the prototype I keep on changing things and hopefully I will find what I'm looking for. When the new year rolls by I'll open up a bigger badder cooler portfolio.. 8)
