Well it could be starting a run that volume was huge compared to historical, and this is why the company is basically a new direction and market focus CEO made a statement of intention and focushence the interest. So it could get momo as a result and continue on. Could be a decent turnround play with the floor in at $0.005.

Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. Chairman Issues Shareholder Message
07/28/2005 08:30
Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. (OTCBB: CRGO) today issued the following message to shareholders:

To the Shareholders of Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc.

It has been just over two months since Cargo Connection Logistics Corp. and Mid-Coast Management, Inc. merged with what was once ChampionLyte Holdings, Inc., which resulted in Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. (OTCBB: CRGO). As you may imagine, as we were previously a privately held company, this has been quite a transition; one that has consumed almost every waking hour of our senior management's time. However, I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself and bring you up to date on what has transpired at your company. My name is Jesse Dobrinsky and I have been in the Logistics Business for more than 20 years.

Please know that I am acutely aware that most of you invested in this company because of your interest in ChampionLyte Beverages and its potential. Regrettably, previous management, which had committed a great deal of resources in its attempts to expand the brand, never realized its goals. While we still own the beverage assets and believe that they continue to have value, it is our intention to either sell or license these assets. Our core focus will be on the transportation and logistics industry.

Cargo Connection Logistics was founded in 1996 and has continuously expanded since that time. Like any developing company, we've hit some bumps along the way. There are several major challenges facing anyone in our industry. Specifically, the challenges relate to insurance, fuel costs and customer delinquencies. Our experiences with these challenges have made us a better, stronger company with the ability to prepare and handle such circumstances as they arise.

Our business plan is a stable one and we are on track with its implementation. Our plan includes organic growth within the markets we are currently servicing, as well as growth through the development of an agent network and through strategic acquisitions.

Cargo Connection Logistics and its management team pride themselves in taking a strategic, yet creative, approach to our industry. We provide logistics solutions for logistics providers that are both traditional for many shippers and radical for others.

Clearly, capital is always an issue. That is what first attracted us to the merger that yielded the new public entity. We believe the accessibility we now possess to potential additional funds will assist us with the ongoing implementation of our business plan and also help us aggressively seek out those acquisitions that are accretive to earnings.

Our expectations for the future are positive. We expect to offer our customers a broader range of services along with allowing our employees and contractors (owner operators) forward thinking methods for their future.

As we prepare to bring the Company's SEC reporting information up to date and determine the ultimate disposition of the beverage division, we know that the future will be a very different one. Certainly the differences in the former company and the new company are, as the result of different industries and revenue streams, like night and day.

We are in a staple industry which we believe will always have a demand for service. There is no doubt our industry will evolve. The companies that succeed will be those that respond to any and all types of change.

I'm reminded of the lesson to be learned by the hundreds of horse and buggy companies that were thriving in this country prior to the introduction of the automobile. Those that survived recognized they were not in the "buggy" business, but that they were in the "transportation" business. We are in the "logistics" business and we know how to adapt to change and how to do so efficiently and effectively.

Our immediate plans call for building our sales staff and managing our growth. We will focus on those areas and in those regions where we currently have operations. Once we have successfully saturated those markets, we will look to expand into different regions of the country. That strategy has almost always been driven by customer demand.

Cargo Connection Logistics is a forward thinking company whose motto is "Innovation and Excellence Working Together." As our future develops, we will keep you updated with our plans through press releases as well as on our website - http://www.cargocon.com.

In the past few months I have spoken with many shareholders who have expressed concerns about their investment in the company. I want each and every shareholder to know that although I travel a great deal on behalf of the company, I will make myself as accessible as possible to respond to your inquiries.

I also encourage you to learn more about the transportation and logistics industry. Virtually every product you use in your everyday life is impacted by a company such as ours. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at the size and scope of the industry that you now have a direct interest in!

We ask for your support as we work to grow your company. We are looking forward to a great second half for 2005.

I got out at .011 this morning and I can't believe my eyes. I'm hoping for a pull back so that I can load up some more. 18% profit .. not bad for a novice. I do have a good feeling about this stock though. Chart analysis anyone ?...

I think I may take a look at some shares in the morning.  Setting nice base above the 50 day, and volume has continued to remain strong, with stock staying in narrow range.

All I got to say is OMG!!  Look at that revenue increase and what the stock is selling out. ???

Throwing in a big position on Tuesday morning this could be huge.

I am sorry higherstocks, but I have to disagree with you on a few points.

Maybe there is an error on the yahoo website?  But the company is headed downhill.  I know yahoo shows a huge revenue increase, but I had a look at their latest filing

http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/doctrans/finSys_main.asp?formfilename=0001144204-05-026683&nad=

and I don't see anything good there. (Aug 22 10Q)

Huge decrease in profit.
Huge decrease in cash.
Operating revenue is down a million from a year ago (end of June).

And
"The Company incurred a net loss in the year ended December 31, 2004, and through June 30, 2005 and has had working capital deficiency in prior years. The Company has devoted substantially all of its efforts to increasing revenues, achieving profitability, and obtaining long-term financing and raising equity."

I would be very, very careful about this higherstocks.  If it's a momo or TA play, then I am out to lunch, but the fundamentals on this company are, well, horrible.

Higher..

Is it me, or does it appear that their administrative and selling expense percentage is a bit high ?  8000 cash and 1.5 million debt with no positive earnings? This one looks a bit unstable....please correct me if I am looking at this wrong. On the daily this looks like support at the 50 ..... maybe.. :o

Hey guys, I am holding CRGO as I can see that once the 'news' about the change in business direction (from beverage to Logistics) filters to the bottom line (i.e. profits, or should i say improved financial performance) then there is tremendous upside potential for this penny to move towards. Right now this company is valued on its historical position (which was pretty crappy) but now it is in a sense a completely different organisation (but with no financial track record as it was a privately held company). Currently it has a $750K market cap on 50M shares. Which is puny in relation to its new business model. Now ther problem is going to be when and if the market decides that CRGO is undervalued, so the CEO and CFO need to keep broadcasting the messages and the financial reports need to show bottom line results. Sometimes companies DO NOT achieve correct market valuation (which is conversly true to those companies that achieve hyper over market valuation) in line with their business so this is still a penny risk but one with huge risk reward as far as I can see.
Here is a chart with my current view on it

Hi higherstocks,

I've sold CRGO @ $0.015 with a big loss for our penny portfolio. The reason I sold was just one:
Discipline

I've bought CRGO because it had a nice technical setup, and it was almost breaking a big resistance level... Stock went down, and so the reason why I bought it... So the right thing to do was to sell it according to my trading plan (stop @ 0.015).

That doesn't mean that CRGO wont go up again...

Right now, CRGO is very oversold, and it's possible that we watch a nice move... But the technical setup its not on my target right now.

I wish good luck to all holders !

best regards,

Hey Julia I think this will turn around.  This took a splash because of the airliners tanking on the bancruptcy news.  That is over with and we should see this turn around.

Under the terms of the agreement, the Illinois-based Healthy Body Beverages will pay Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. $25,000 for a one-year option to purchase the rights to the formulas of the isotonic sports drink, ChampionLyte(R). If Healthy Body executes the option any time during the option period, it will pay Cargo Connection Logistics Holding an additional $225,000 plus three (3%) percent of the net profits derived from the sale of ChampionLyte(R) for a three-year period from the date of the closing. Healthy Body can extend the purchase option for an additional six months by paying an additional $25,000.

"While we have never intended to operate the beverage company, we've always believed it is a valuable asset," said Cargo Connection CEO Jesse Dobrinsky. "We've entertained several offers and we feel it is in the best interests of our shareholders to proceed with Healthy Body. This could equate into a significant cash infusion to the company as well as residual income as the result of our participation in future sales."

Healthy Body Beverages, LLC has developed an extensive strategy to market and distribute the product through identified retail and wholesale channels as well as develop a full line of private label beverages.

"We are pleased to have the opportunity to develop and market such a healthy product within the isotonic sports drink category," said Healthy Body Beverages, CEO Richard DiStasio. "We see a great demand for this product based upon a consumer market focused on the consumption of healthy products containing no sugar, carbs or calories."

ChampionLyte(R), was the first completely sugar-free entry into the multi-billion dollar isotonic sports drink market. It is a sports drink with no sugar, calories, sorbitol, saccharin, aspartame, caffeine or carbonation. The product, which is available in five flavors, orange, lemon-lime, fruit punch, blue raspberry and pink lemonade, replaces essential fluids and electrolytes in the body after exercise.

OK its official CRGO has legs, still no news I can find, so need to be careful. CRGO made a similar move in Aug of last year only to give it all back. This time however the move comes off a longer  base characterised with less price volatility than prior to the Aug move.
Daily and long term charts attached:

This breakout is carving through resistance both on daily and weekly chart as well as ramping the volume. Crazy trades being posted in pre market (small volume, but up 67%). I am still unsure as to the validity of the move in terms of it being driven by pump/dump or actual behind the scenes news type of thing. Well who cares anyway I'll let the chart tell me when to get off ;)
Title: Re: CRGO: What new traders should be aware of
Post by: nextmove on March 13, 2006, 11:03:25 AM
I have been holding CRGO for quite a while, my first penny ever, first entry in the .020's and added  more in the .004's. - was very happy to sell @HOD for .0078 more or less break even after being down bigtime.  Well, well of course the rally continues from there.

CRGO is company full of opportunity as well as risk. I wouldn't have bought it @ the price i did if it wasn't for Yahoo having wrong data for outstanding shares. On the other hand, i of course regret not buing @ .002. Buy fear sell greed!

What new traders should be aware of, is that there is a CD of 1 billion shares @ .0025 causing dilution of approx 1 to 3 out. Allowed shares is 5 billion. last time i checked no of outstanding shares was 650 million. the CD is not all a bad thing for CRGO, but unless business is developing very nicely, PPS might be overinflated where it is trading now. 10 k is not far away so, we will know more when it is out ...

Title: Re: CRGOE - any thoughts traders?

This stock is coming back into the limelight again.  Golden Cross hit a little while ago and it looks as if it wants to continue imo. Any thoughts on this?
There are several threads on CRGO and CRGOE...but chose the original from Elite G. Wondering if it could be good to get in?

There was news today.

INWOOD, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/08/06 --

To the Shareholders of Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc.

As Chairman of Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. (OTC BB: CRGOE)
(Berlin: CD6.BE)  (Frankfurt: 217026) I wanted to take this opportunity to
provide you with a brief overview of our recent trip to the Pacific Rim.  I
believe that the trip to China generated a great deal of interest in
services and systems that our Company can bring to the Chinese marketplace.
Suffice it to say, we believe that the opportunities for our Company in the
world's largest nation are extensive.

While in the Pacific Rim we visited three Countries.  Our first stop was in
China where we visited 6 cities.  These cities included Beijing, Zhaoyuan,
Shanghai, Quingdao, Chongqing and Shandong.  After our visit to China we
went to Singapore.  Singapore is currently the largest Ocean Port in the
world and acts as a consolidation port for many of the feeder vessels from
the Pacific Rim transiting freight around the world.  Additionally, a
significant portion of our contingent, that was in the Pacific Rim on
behalf of the Cargo Connection Logistics, continued on to Vietnam to pursue
other business opportunities.

Cargo Connection Logistics - International Continues International Expansion

Company Positioned to Be U.S. Provider for New Trade Initiative After Sending Representatives to San Jose, Costa Rica

INWOOD, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 25, 2006 -- Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. (OTC BB:CRGO.OB - News) (Berlin:CD6BE.BE - News) (Frankfurt:217026.F - News) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Cargo Connection Logistics - International, Inc., recently sent a contingent of representatives to San Jose, Costa Rica with the purpose of developing business opportunities, particularly in support of the small to medium-sized Costa Rican exporter base.

The meetings in Costa Rica, which occurred during the latter part of the second quarter of 2006, lasted for three days with a direct focus on exponentially growing the amount of goods of small and medium-sized companies' (pequeñas y medianas empresas, known as "PyMEs") through successful exports into the United States market. This would be initiated through a program designed to plan, coordinate, and facilitate an advanced international trade platform that will enable small and medium-sized Costa Rican exporters to compete and succeed in the global marketplace.

The sessions included contingents representing Cargo Connection Logistics - International, Costa Rican members from Rex International Cargo, The Costa Rican Export Promotion Bureau ("Procomer"), Banco Nacional - PyMEs, The Chamber of Agro-Industrial Companies and The Ministry of Economics, Industry and Commerce (M.E.I.C.). It was noted that Costa Rica has recently elected a new political administration with an interest in Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA).

As a result of this initiative, the PyMEs exporters of Costa Rica will have the opportunity to become a united front for the purpose of cooperative purchasing power with regard to buying of space and transportation. Cargo Connection Logistics - International will be the U.S. provider for this project, providing all services in the United States related to Vendor Managed Inventory, domestic transportation, distribution, and full-scope third party logistics (3PL) support. Additionally, Cargo Connection Logistics will provide general sales agents to assist in marketing the Costa Rican products.

"We are very excited to be a part of this program," said William Perry, Director of International Business for Cargo Connection Logistics - International. "Through this solution-focused program, we see immediate benefits for the more than 1,200 current PyMEs exporters from Costa Rica and the opportunity for Cargo Connection Logistics to strengthen their distribution and logistics platform with strong volume potential."
