Hey stocky. If you don't mind asking how is scottrade (elite) when dealing with OTC. The screencap of the software suite looks pretty pimp. Is it a flat commish on any numer of shares? 11$ for ameritrade apex makes it hurt to sit down after I tally up months end commisions :o
