Title: GZFX.OB Analysis
Post by: David Randolph on February 09, 2006, 04:35:37 AM
1. Profile

GamezNFlix, Inc (GZFX.OB). Formerly known as Point Group Holdings, Incorporated.. The Group's principal activity is to rental on-line DVDs and video games to it's subscribers. The Group provides a large selection of video game rental choices to its customers on a monthly subscription basis. The Customers can sign-up via the web page and get the games shipped to them through first class mail. The Distribution centers are located in a home-based office space in Franklin, Kentucky, with VeeGeeZ maintaining one location and a distribution center in a home-based office space in Santa Clarita, California. The Group operates solely in the United States.

2. Technical Analysis

2.1. Long Term Chart

GZFX had a huge run in 2003 and 2004. Since then it collapsed to prior levels. Penny stocks work a lot like this.

2.2. Medium Term Chart

The stock had another bullish streak in October and November, but since then it is trending down. If history is any guide it will come back down to previous levels around $0.0020 (it is trading at $0.0071 now).

2.3. Short Term Chart

With so many spikes (bad fills) it is hard to know which price was really traded and which wasn't. Anyway, this is an extremely volatile penny stock, with enough volume too (well it trades about $1,000,000 a day, enough for me to trade $1,000  ;D).

The problem is the stock is trending down. Usually penny stocks have a bull run from time to time (with years between them) and GZFX just had its run  :-\

3. Fundamental Analysis

3.1. Number of Shares Outstanding

Unfortunately my fundamental data service doesn't cover GZFX. But reading their 10Q forms with the SEC I find that the company had 771,801,665 shares outstanding in March 28, 2005, 925,001,665 in June 30, 2005, 1,205,868,867 in September 30th and an outstanding 3,291,733,490 shares in December 31st  :o

This tells me the company always sells shares in the open market when there is volume. And get this:

3.2. Working Capital

I don't have data on this, but at the last 10Q report, the company had 7,504,741 in total assets and just 462,332 as total liabilities, so it may continue operations for, at least, some time.

3.3. Revenues

In the four 2005 quarters, revenues were: $161,773 on the 1st quarter, $243,982 on Q2, $130,607 on Q3 and $139,929 on Q4, for a total of $676,291 in 2005. Business doesn't seem to be growing lately.

3.4. Net income

In the four 2005 quarters, net income was: ($816,010) on the 1st quarter, ($844,689) in Q2, ($1,223,535) in Q3 and ($1,355,298) in Q4, for a total of ($4,239,532) in 2005. Net losses are going up  :-\

4. General Overview

Unfortunately I think this company won't survive for long. Revenues may grow some, but in the long term technological advances will probably kill this business model. I think it would have been a great business some years ago, but now ... just think of these two factors killing any kind of video rental business:

1) Now we can download movies from the internet
2) DVD prices are coming down fast. It isn't all that much more expensive to buy a DVD movie than to rent one. Why rent if I can buy for almost similar prices? (prices may be similar in the future, if current trends continue).

This is why MOVI, BlockBuster, NetFlix and ultimately GZFX.OB shares are collapsing. These companies probably won't survive in the long run with current business models. Video movie rental business is probably dying.

So my recommendation is to avoid this group of companies, for as long as they keep their current business model.

I agree 100% on your GZFX analysis. I posted a while back (to one of the GZFX threads) about the toxic financing deal that potentially requires GZFX to issue an unlimited amount of shares to Golden Gate. One to steer well clear of in my opinion as there are many better risk reward plays out there.

You are correct.  I understand and respect the comments based on simple analysis.

Do you think Circuit City would partner with a failing business model? Or perhaps, GZFX will be purchased.  Circuit City has done much dd to allow them as a partner.

This is a play on the news coming.  All of this will happen within weeks.

GZFX will make a nice run, imo.  Downside is limited near term as the Circuit City anticipation will hold it up.

** This is a trade and not an investment.

David,

Your comments from a short time ago.  You titled the thread, GZFX- LOVE THE CONCEPT.

What has changed ?  You confuse members at times.

Profile: GamezNFlix, Inc (GZFX.OB). Formerly known as Point Group Holdings, Incorporated.. The Group's principal activity is to rental on-line DVDs and video games to it's subscribers. The Group provides a large selection of video game rental choices to its customers on a monthly subscription basis. The Distribution centers are located in a home-based office space in Franklin, Kentucky, with VeeGeeZ maintaining one location and a distribution center in a home-based office space in Santa Clarita, California. The Group operates solely in the United States.

I've seen their website and concept: http://www.gameznflix.com/

Oh God, I just wish I lived in the US, you guys have everything there

The company already has revenues:

«The Company reported gross revenues of $243,982 and $405,755 for
the three and six months ended June 30, 2005 of which substantially
all of our gross revenues were derived from monthly subscription fees.
During the three and six months ended June 30, 2005, our subscriber
base averaged approximately 3,000 subscribers per month. »

Revenue growth from the first to the second quarter was about 50%. If the pace of subscriber growth continues at 3,000 per month (it may accelerate), their revenues would grow to about $4M in a year. With gross margins of 42% the company would have a gross profit of $1.68M.

It's current market cap is $7.59M.

A couple of weeks ago this news was out:

Circuit City to Offer GameZnFlix's Online Video Game and DVD Rental Program

I think subscriber growth for this company can go from arithmetic to exponential. The business model makes sense to me and not only to me, since they're already adding about 3,000 new subscribers per month.

The risk here is that recently they increased the number of authorized shares from 2 billion to 4 billion, and for now they have "just" 925 million shares issued and outstanding. But I see costs being diminished from the year ago levels, so maybe, just maybe, with increasing revenues they won't need to dilute the value of shares so much.

I believe in this company's business model. If I lived in the US I would be a subscriber.

So I'll buy 10% of the 3 Pennies on Fire Portfolio at tomorrow's open on GZFX.OB.

Again, this is a trade.  The worst possible news is factored in at this time.
Short term, a deal with Circuit City is worth much more than todays level.

You are missing the point looking at it as a long term investment.
I am a trader.  And I think this will double from here before March 15th.
Limited downside as the Circuit City anticipation will give it support, imo.

GZFX is in much better shape (6 Million in Cash) than when it struck the deal with Circuit City.  Circuit City is the # 2 USA retailer of electronics behind Best Buy.  They have plenty of companies trying to get in with them.  Ask yourselves why they chose to partner with GZFX if the company was in trouble.

Check back here into March.  A string of positive news is about to hit.
This company is 110% further along than when it was 15 cents.  Yes, more dilution, and that is why I say it is a great trade from here with a Short term target of March.

You will soon see why they filed the 10K early.  And you will see why a Eurpoean Investor recently paid 3 cents per share.  Sometimes you need to look beyond the numbers.

No need to comment further.  Let it play out to March.

If I am wrong, I will gladly admit it.  And I will wear the 3SOF T-Shirt everyday for a year. (wash it of course)   ;D

QuoteDavid,
Your comments from a short time ago.  You titled the thread, GZFX- LOVE THE CONCEPT.
What has changed ?  You confuse members at times.

That is a valid question/comment.  I think it would be more confusing to new members, since it takes a few months to understand the intricacies of the mind of "The David." In a nutshell, David changes his opinion frequently on stocks or the market in general as new information presents itself. I think this is a good thing. David is pretty good at listening to what a stock or the market is telling him and adjusting his plan accordingly. Though I can understand how it will cause confusion at time. Fill, your GZFX example is nothing next to David's seesawing on his market sentiment LOL ;D. Here's the anthology:

"I think the general market is entering into Bear mode, something that can take it down more than 40% over the next two years." - Jan 3

"I really feel there isn't much upside on this market and the smart money is distributing shares to the general public. We are on a distribution phase, making a top for a steep decline after all the seasonal buys are out of the way." - Jan 5

"Basically, I was wrong and Metro, willey, and other folks, were right. The market took off to the upside and never looked back, closing Friday at new highs." - Jan 8

"After Friday's big sell off, I'm starting to think that maybe I wasn't wrong on my end of the year article (Riding the Storm)" - Jan 23

"We're definetely in a bull market" - Feb 9

;) :D ;D LOLOL  (so I save all the 3SoF daily updates, ok?)!

David,

It is amazing how you completely changed views from your original writeup saying GZFX-LOVE THE  CONCEPT.  Forget the stock, you raved about the concept.  Now the concept is going to fail ?

True, Video On Demand is the next wave.  The rental companies you listed will remain due to cost.

And they will adapt to the new VOD future.  But VOD will cost alot per game or per movie.  So the concept remains a valid business.

Who wants to pay for a game that may cost $ 60.00 to find out that they do not like it ?

This is the beauty of unlimited rentals.  Or pay for a DVD and upload fee for each movie ?  People are typically not watching movies on their PC's, so the transfer will have to take place.  A cable provider cannot possibly pay licensing for every release at this time.  And you saw firsthand what happened to a Previous 3SOF pick IFLB.  It is too expensive for the copyrights.

But most people are not ready to download movies, burn them to a DVD and then view.  It would cost much more than a $ 9.99 monthly unlimited to do it anyway.

And you also get into Copyright laws.  It gets very expensive for the rights.

So VOD is much further in the future.  GZFX is getting ready for it though.

And if this is all so obvious, why is Circuit City choosing to partner with little old GZFX ?

fill, notice this. When I wrote the first comment:

QuoteIt's current market cap is $7.59M.

And now the market cap is $23.04M. This company is selling shares in the open market in bulk and the trend is down ... but, you maybe be right and it may go up short term because of some news. I would use those news to get out of the position.

I frequently change views. A trader must do that to survive. On GZFX I wasn't considering the whole picture at the first analysis, mainly the fundamentals on an historic context (revenues are declining, losses are growing).

Good luck  :)

dcrlin,

My time frame is very short.  I will evaluate before March 5th-15th.

And my target remains near .0125 - .015 before March 5th.

If they get the Circuit City deal, the target is 3 cents and above, imo.

If they can parlay the website, AAFES military deal and some other news, it is very possible.

If they somehow lose Circuit City, it will not be pretty.  That is why I will evaluate again ahead of the 5th-15th.  10 days written notice of cancellation must be given.

Thanks for your post.  I have learned a lot from your analysis.

I still expect news to push this much higher very soon.

Just like the last time, momentum should  certainly give it a boost as we close in on the Circuit City date.  Alot of traders showed up and pushed it over 2 cents in January.  The delay to March 15th killed the rally.

More dilution has taken place since then, but a double still remains my target into March.  And much more should they get the AAFES military contract and Circuit City.

We shall soon see.  There has to be a significant reason that they filed the annual report 2 months early.  Historically, this has not been the case.

And do not forget that a European Investor paid an inflated price of 3 cents for 100 million shares.  Who would spend 3 million dollars unless they knew something.  Or perhaps there is more to the deal than we know at this time.

Stay tuned.  I have bought as many shares here as possible.  Very confident.

Circuit City gets $ 30.00 profit  from each sale of GZFX.

This may have the highest profit margin of any item on the floor.
It is not uncommon for CC to take a loss on items.  For instance, many games have such low margins that they work as a loss leader to get people in the store.

Based on the Profit potential (only cost is floor space to CC), Circuit City has no reason to cancel this deal.  The fear is another delay.  This is entirely up to Circuit City.  But the deal will not be cancelled, imho.

The advantage to GZFX is that they are the only player doing BOTH games and movies.

btw, The AAFES military deal is alot bigger than the Circuit City deal.

I still hold a major position.  The last delay came on January 5th.  I may take some off before March 5th and then buy back right after should another delay not happen.

So much good news is ahead.  And the website is expected within 2 weeks.

The tight trading range on low volume is awaiting news.

My opinion is that the deal happens this time around.  But the Agreement may be adjusted more towards internet and advertising than in store displays.  We will have to see what they say.

My opinion is that Circuit City has no reason not to do the deal at this time.

Parlay this with a new website, AAFES, etc. and we could see another 200% from here on momentum alone, imho.

Of course, nothing is ever for sure.  Do the dd to make a decision.

The direct Circuit City reports for GZFX were the same people that launched Netflix.  They learned many lessons that will not be repeated this time around.  This is all good.

This deal is also on the table.  It is much larger than the Circuit City partnership.
John Fleming (CEO) says it is completed and awaiting a PR from the military.

Brandyjoco,

AAFES is an international store for the military.
They get discounts at the store locations as well as online.

http://www.aafes.com/

GZFX is set to be a partner with AAFES.

This is huge.  Look at the amount of locations.

Amazing exposure.  And perfect target audience !

This will immediately bump the subscriber count.

John the CEO was in the military.  He says the deal is done.  Just a matter of the military releasing the Press on it.

Hope this helps.  AAFES is much larger than the Circuit City deal.  Both along with a new website will spring this stock way up, imo.

It is a nice time to be long on GZFX.  Just beginning the run up, imo.

Has there been any news about the AAFES deal? If so can you please post it? Or did you communicate with the company and find out?
thanks

Lalitha0,

John said that it was a done deal and awaiting military Press in an e-mail.
We will have to see.

85 million shares traded in 20 minutes.   :o

Broke .0117 resistance.  .013, .015, .021 next, imo with news.

I am not selling as the news will gap it up big, imo.

Expect website news as early as Monday, imo.

Then Circuit City rollout and AAFES deal.

GZFX has done well on no news for weeks.

My guess is momentum pushes is up 200-300 % from here when this news is all said and done.

Many are on the sidelines waiting for Circuit City confirmation.
They will have to chase soon, imo.

It was confirmed on the phone that more Circuit City locations (including Florida) just received GZFX packets.  This tells me that a cancellation is out of the question.

But do what makes you feel comfortable.  A delay is always possible.
If I had to guess, it would be 95 % that the deal happens this time around.

It is trading exactly as I expected in my posts from a month ago.

And you need to understand how big the AAFES deal will be.  It dwarfs the Circuit City deal.

The play is to get in before the gap up with a string of news, imo.
Everybody will click " buy " all at once sending GZFX soaring.

Being hesitant due to the past is understood.  Do what is comfortable for you and never second guess the decision.

Good Luck.

They would not have shipped to new Circuit City locations in Florida this week if the deal was off.

Now a delay is possible, but not likely this time, imo.

Today was typical.  After a big rise, the next day is historically down.
Consolidation will take place without news.  So GZFX held up well considering.

Volume is really picking up.  We just need some news to really take off.

Have a nice weekend.  I am holding 100% of my shares with confidence.

Hi fill,

I bought more shares yesterday @.115

I think you are right they would not have shipped to more locations if the deal was going to be off.

I am also holding with confidence. Let's make some money!

rv,

Past history is indicative of future behavior.

They (Circuit City) extended the program on the 5th of January, taking it out to March 15th.  The verbage can be taken many ways.  But they did extend it exactly 10 days ahead the last time.  That would have been March 5th this time.  This would have been last Friday or today in my view.

Sure, they can probably cancel at any time.  But why ?  It is a Cash Cow for CC.  And why did they not just extend it more than 2 months the last time ?

And then explain the new Circuit City locations in Florida beginning the program last week.  Why do much more than the stated number of Pilot stores in the filing if it was not a go ?  And why new Circuit City stores added as of last Friday ?  They would be taking the displays down, not adding new locations.  The Sunday Circular and online advertising also remains.

My opinion is that CC wanted the 10K early by GZFX showing company cash.  CC wanted to see the DVDAvenue acquisition take place for more titles and another Distribution Center.  And CC and GZFX wanted the new website (which I confirmed with Chip to be coming this quarter).  It is important for CC to know that GZFX can handle the traffic.

Only a PR will tell the story.  But I certainly like it more and more now that the 5th has come and gone.  Many people remember the extension and are waiting to buy until concrete news.

The play for me is the immediate appreciation on the news.  All of the people chasing the Price will make for an outstanding return, imo.

It is unbelievable how well the price has held on absolutely no news.  Any news and we take off, imho.  So many traders are waiting to pull the trigger on GZFX upon CC confirmation.

It is the perfect time to be long, imho, ahead of the news.  This is how the pennies work.

Moving up over 50% the past few trading days on no news is powerful.
Imagine the immediate appreciation when something crosses the wire.

We will certainly see soon enough.

I remain 100 % invested in GZFX for the news.  Do what makes you comfortable.  But to answer your question, I would not worry about a cancellation based on the Florida events and the amount of straight Profit to Circuit City.

GZFX in 5 different areas on Circuit City website.....we have been and continue to be all over the Circuit City website....

1) Check this link for the Circuit City national weekly circular in which GZFX has an ad at the bottom of page 18.....

http://weeklyad.circuitcity.com/circuitcity/default.aspx?action=browsepageflash&storeid=2397057&....

2) Starting from the Circuit City homepage......heres the link for the CC homepage.
http://www.circuitcity.com/ccd/home.do
Go to the CC website and do a search for "GameznFlix". The search box is on the righthand side at the top of the website.

3) from the CC homepage, click on the link in the toolbar at the top of the page that says "What's New". Heres the direct link...... notice it lists GameznFlix under "New Partnerships" in the righthand column....

http://www.circuitcity.com/rpsm/oid/122321/rpem/ccd/genericContent.do

4) from the CC homepage, click on the link in the toolbar thats says "Services". Look in the righthand column and you will see the following ad listed in the "Featured Offers" section....

heres the direct link .....

5) from the CC homepage, look for the "Movies & Music" link in the tool bar at the top of the page, use the drop down menu and click on "Movies" and then you will see another link in the righthand column that says "Rent Movies and Games" which takes you to a GameznFlix signup page....

My own comparison....
Netflix-2 DVDs at-a-time $14.99/month. Gamefly-1 Game out $14.95/month. Your cost- 30 dollars/month.
GameznFlix costs 16.99 3-out plan and you get to rent any combination of 3 movies/games at a time.
You save $13 a month by choosing GameznFlix

Good morning,

My opinion has not changed.  There is so much news waiting to be released, imo.

This is the time that we have all been waiting for.

Many that got hit hard with the extension last time are on the sidelines waiting to click Buy with any news.  They will have to chase a substantial gap up projecting the advance quickly.  Vice versa, as the anxious gamblers that are in the game are ready to click Sell with an extension or cancellation.  The classic duel.

The key points to consider:

-  Circuit City gets $ 30.00 per GZFX subscriber.  This is straight profit to them.  Why would they cancel a deal that does not cost them anything other than avaliable shelf space?

-  Circuit City launched and failed with Netflix around 2000.  Some of the same people are directly involved.  It is always best to be 2nd to build.  They learned the first time around what not to do.

-  The 10K was released 2 months in advance (historically, the end March-April) for them.

-  A European investor was confirmed paying 3 cents per share at the end of October. (much higher than the trading price at the time) for 3 million worth of GZFX stock.  Is there more to this deal than meets the eye ?

-  Why would 6 new Circuit City stores Begin the GZFX program the past few weeks if a cancellation was in order ?

-  The opinion is that the Circular is planned a few weeks in advance.  Therefore, with the 15th as the target date for a decision, they had always agreed to take it out this week.  Who knows.  If it came down from the website I would worry, but not a Circular that it has come and gone from a few times before.

This is gambling in the purest form.  Throw out the TA.  News will make or break it short term for us.

My guess is up more than 200% immediately on some major news.  And an extension or cancellation will drop it 50% as a guess.

This is exactly why pennies are deemed the "wild west".  You have to love the stage that is set.

Place your bets.  Now let's see the River Card.

The most recent 8-k pertaining to the Pilot Program.  Thereafter leaves the release of news up in the air.

"Under this amendment, the parties agreed to extend the pilot program until March 15, 2006. Thereafter, if the parties mutually agree that a national rollout of this program is mutually beneficial, they will enter into a definitive agreement for such national rollout."

Agree with fousc,

Take some off the table if needed.  We have no idea when news may come.

Remaining on the Circuit City site tonight is important too.  Coming off of there just like the circular ad would be devastating to the price.

The reality is probably a heavy selloff today without CC news.

This is a frustrating company to trade.

Yesss! Applaud and a lot of thanks to fill_the_gap

Unfortunately I hold only 1/3 of my standard position - 2/3 was sold after last dilution news.
I'm not an expert in daytrading on such HOT news (I only know, that I can perform maximum 3 daytrades in 5 days).
Who can suggest any daytrade strategy for GZFX on Monday?
Maximum 3 trades on 1 day.
Who has an idea when GZFX management will sell 25 billion new shares, in other words, how long will be possible to play with GZFX?

Thanks in advance, and good luck to all 3SOF community   ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Finally !!  After months of typing on the thread, it has arrived.  More short term news about the website, AAFES (much, much bigger than Circuit City) and more retail partnerships, imo.

I will sell some but let alot ride as more people get the CC news.  The volume should allow alot of traders to come on the scene.  It is really difficult to map out a plan for trading tomorrow.  It is sure exciting to wait this long and have the news hit.

Congratulations to those that stuck with it !     ;)

John and Chip have stated that AAFES is many times more valuable to GZFX than Circuit City.

The market knows the name Circuit City and may not react the same to AAFES, even though AAFES means more in reaching profitability.  And look at the amount of locations for AAFES.  Combine that with perfect target market and it equals subs.

AAFES is important for many reasons.  The target market and international exposure is immediate.  And they do not have to pay AAFES the same amount per sub as CC.

All in all, to have AAFES is a giant deal.  The more partnerships, the more of a base we can build on here.

Another thing to consider.  John stated to a reliable source today that Golden Gate converted the debentures the past few days.  And John said that GG is done.

If this is the case, GZFX has cash to move forward and self finance operations.  This will certainly help with the Outstanding Share issue.  Remember when AMEP finished the debentures?

I am buying more to take into Friday and next week.  I think that a parlay of news is possible.  It could move up again for a nice trade by next week, imo.

I am going all in again before end of day Thursday for a trade on a string of news.

GZFX is holding .012 very well.

We head up from here when the website hits.  Add more news and another nice (50 % plus quick)trade can be made from right here at .012's, imo.

I like it alot right now.  The sellers have dried up and the chart is shaping up after the gap fill.

Selling some other stocks so that I can add more to this trading opportunity.  The CEO and President say website by Thursday night.  But I am also banking on AAFES news next week.  We will see.  ;D

Lalitha,

They will sell more shares again.  But Golden Gate accounted for much of it recently.  The CEO says they converted all the debentures.  Could be true as today did not see as much selling and we moved up.

Only way to tell for sure is the next filing.

I see a nice move into next week.

A New Partnership: Circuit City and GameZnflix
Mar 29 2006 8:07:33 pm
Stock Market Analysis by Lonny Rosenfeld

When I wrote my first article on GameZnflix (OTC BB:GZFX) last November I stated that I very rarely write about penny stocks, but I thought this one had a lot of potential. So far I have proved myself to be correct. On Friday, March 24th Circuit City (CC) announced that is will go ahead with a nationwide release of the GameZnflix movie and rental service. In the fourth calendar quarter of 2005, the two companies tested offering the GameZnFlix services at a limited number of Circuit City Superstores and online at circuitcity.com. After concluding the tests, the services will now be expanded to include Circuit City Superstores across the United States and will continue to be available nationwide on Circuit City's website. (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX)

"We want to offer a variety of products and services to our customers and the GameZnFlix's program allows our customers to experience the convenience of renting both movies and games through the mail," said Bill Cimino, director of corporate communications for Circuit City.

The agreement calls for a rollout of GameZnFlix's service by offering prepaid service cards at each of Circuit City's Superstores. The agreement calls for adding between 45 and 110 locations each month until full deployment is reached prior to the 2006 holiday season. Financial terms of the agreement are not being disclosed.

"This relationship is a win-win for both companies," said John Fleming, chairman and chief executive officer of GameZnFlix, Inc. "Circuit City continues to prove to be one of the top destinations for movie-lovers and video gamers alike and by co-marketing with GameZnFlix, Circuit City can continue to fulfill its customers' needs by adding our rental services to its product line."

For those readers who are unaware of this company, GameZnFlix is a company that offers video games/DVDs for rental or purchase on the Internet with access to over 40,000 titles. With four different membership levels beginning at $8.99 a month to annual membership with an average price of $20.75 per month, subscribers can rent a combination of both video games and/or DVD movies with no late fees or due dates or members can purchase video games and/or DVD movie titles at a membership discount.

As anyone would expect, shares of GZFX received a huge pop at the open Monday morning. Shares surged more than 125% early in the day to trade at $.0209 on extremely heavy volume. As Monday progressed shares trimmed these gains in half. GZFX last traded Wednesday at $.0134, up 12.61% for the day. Trading for the first half of this week has been relatively predictable. Almost everyone had expected a big gain early Monday, followed by some profit taking later in the day and Tuesday. Wednesday was another day where many investors either bought back in after selling early Monday or others jumped off the sidelines to get in at a more reasonable price.

Given now that it is known that the Circuit City deal is in full effect, what does this mean for the future of GameZnflix? Clearly as I have stated months ago, the potential is truly there for this partnership to be a success. Circuit City has done its part; they have opened the door for a relatively unknown company. Now it is the job of GameZnflix to step up to the plate. This is the big leagues now, do not strike out.

I know many you reading this article are reading this because you are either share holders of this company, have been share holders, or you are thinking about becoming a shareholder. Remember this is a penny stock, so of course there is a high level of risk involved, but is that high level of risk a risk worth taking?

Looking at the 6-month chart above, there are very well defined support and resistance levels. These will be the areas that will dictate trade for the short term. There is currently resistance located at $.021; this was reinforced on Monday's trading when shares topped off at $.0209. There is also support located at $.012, this was the low of the day on Wednesday before shares bounced off this level and ended the day higher.

What can be expected of shares of GZFX over the course of the next few months? I would expect to see a lot of volatility as investors try to weigh the future of this company from any news releases concerning the Circuit City partnership. There is a strong likelihood that shares of GZFX will move significantly higher from their present level. Circuit City is no laughing matter, this company would not have reached out and extended its hands to GameZnflix if it did not think it would benefit as well from this deal.

This is truly a company to watch and it will be very interesting to see how this partnership evolves in the future.

For those new to GameZnFlix, I would like to mention that Circuit City also partnered with a tiny new company several years ago called Netflix.   -LiveLife-

The same Circuit City executives are involved with launching GZFX this time.
They certainly learned alot from the Netflix launch.
Always best to be 2nd in a case like this.

My play remains for the website tonight? and then AAFES next week, imo.

I would add today for sure if cash were available.  My position is maxed out in GZFX.

If AAFES hits Monday-Tuesday, we head over 2 cents, imo.

Today has held up well.  They should be done with filings for awhile.

We head up from here, imo.   ;D

They will announce AAFES this week, imo.

And they never announced the new website.  So that may also hit the wire.  But AAFES is the deal that will move the stock over 2 cents, imo.

i'm really surprised to hear that so many here are panic selling.  really, what is different about GnF's business plan or potential from yesterday or last week? because we've traded down two days after trading up for 3 days everyone thinks the sky is falling?  we are still up a heck of a lot from our pre circuit city national roll-out news, and are still above the lows for the stock since that news.  i've done my research, and i still believe strongly that GnF is undervalued.  I will be very surprised if this stock does not make a parabolic move upwards in the near future.  in the meantime, i intend to hold my shares.

First of all, I have been here for months, even holding when it printed .006's.  So I am far from a panic seller.  In fact, I spent weeks here with no other posters present.  I resent the comments above.

What changed for me was the most recent filing.  25 billion Authorized is one thing.  But they basically announced selling billions to market.  A big difference when they hit O/S.

Another deciding factor is that I am up nearly 100%.  Giving back principal when it produces a candle like today (closing near low too) is not quality trading.  I got the second round of buys in .012's and will not give that all back.  I can always get back in.

I see many traders waiting for AAFES news to sell it all off.  So the pop may be limited due to the billions of shares.

The main factor is that the upcoming Q will produce a major selloff.  The sub count will remain low as CC has not rolled out.  They added 2 billion shares to the float the last filing.  And this filing will be no different.

GZFX is not worth anything from a fundamental perspective.  The name CC is what keeps it up.  The VOD satellite deal and e-golf is fluff.  Read the filings and you will see that they spend a fortune each month.  And the sub count is not growing very quickly.  Chip hopes breakeven by year end.

You cannot blame people for flipping.  Until people can trust the company and they bring some revenue in, flipping is the only option here.

Understand that this is all my opinion.  But I have spent over a year here.  Even said at one point that I would wear a 3SOF tee-shirt for a year if a double was not produced.  Very few believed in me and GZFX at the time.  So please respect that I come to the table and back up my sale with reasons.

I will certainly be back.  It depends on the chart and if news is expected.  I know this company well and will always keep it close on the Streamer.

Good luck.

GZFX is no longer in my portfolio.  I will wait until after the filing to evaluate again.

It was a nice 100% plus return from .0076.  So well worth the trade.

50ma will be taken out on monday. 5ma continues to fall and will soon drop below the 50ma, 20ma will soon start a downward trend. cmf is on its way back down to the -.50-.70 range again. macd will soon go negative... i let myself be blinded by this companies service and what i thought was its actual value. normally with pinks youre isolated from their service, in fact, usually they dont even do anything. this one is so easily compared to netflix that you really think youve got something, but its no netflix... yet. dont let the pr's and hope keep blinding you. ive ignored the technicals for too long thinking that news at any time would override them... well that was naive. time to start looking at the charts, and it doesnt look good. it makes me sick, but i think this will trend down to .005.  :-\

i applaud the regulars on here that flipped and studied the charts. fill the gap and so on. i wont make this mistake again. i plan on buying in again at some point later this year. but i need to see whats going on with the A/S and how well the cc deal actually goes.

Godspeed, I agree.

It will also further decline when the Q arrives.  Holding it now when all indicators point down is asking to lose money.

The hopes of large returns vanished when the major dilution set it.  So many people are waiting for some news to just sell and get out of GZFX right now.  So any news is hit hard with even more selling.  A vicious cycle.

And other boards are pointing out that GZFX Agreement with Golden Gate allows for Short Selling! This is not good because it can already be shorted in Berlin.

The price looks to head well below a penny in the weeks ahead.
