i like this one. i think we test .08 soon.
going green is a hot topic and we are doing nice volume with increasing trades here lately. I personally think this one has a chance to run over .1. Time will tell i guess....
even with recent s-8 out and fully issued would still be under 100million O/S here. I have yet to call the transfer agent to get the updated count, will do so tomorrow. November 15, 2005 was 47,522,410 so even with the s-8 from last year this should be under 100mill. With the rev numbers they are talking about lately this is extreamly low. I'm treating this play as a swing trade myself.
*nudges lana for being ahead of the bulls*
i really hate to post this but the hot site http://thestockster.com/ has put vrdm on there site after hours....
they could bring some major volume.... however, they always turn the plays into a short term aspect, at least in my mind.... so i might not swing it as far as i was hoping.... i knew today was showing nice buying but holding back a little, letting a big buyer in. lets hope to get a week long runner because unlike the last few plays of theirs, this company is more in order and much less o/s. that being said they are the stockster so watch out something will happen! HAHA
technically speaking i've had this pick on www.otcmovers.com for indications of increased volatility for over a few weeks now, but i'm sure this other site will actually bring the cash and MAKE the indicators for a few days to come ;).
Thank you, Doyer, for good words
I hate "thestockster.com", it spoiled so many good games - works like Cramer, pump @ dump .
People get in on a hype and get out with a loss because those pumpers already took profits and brought price down
Didn't get in, was waiting .056. Will see, may play in @ out in the morning
good luck
lana
hi,
got out of this one the other day. lost patience with it ............oh .and money.........should be good for a morning double with stockster invovled.
maxi
Its only good for a possible morning play if the stock doesnt gap large. Last time they posted a pick after hours, it was VRDI, the stock gapped huge then tanked..but a few days later had some recovery.
darn...was also planning to get into this as the golden cross is right there, ...too bad stockster beat me too it....would have been great if we got in today....thats the trick, to own a stock that stockster later picks..lol ;D

here was the liquidity as expected
now look how much better the stock reacts when the company isn't waiting to dump millions of shares. This is a much better reaction than the last two glif and gspg.
I didn't sell at open - I was in the terrible meeting :(
I hold at avr 0.06. Is it still wise to hold? ???
I don't know this type of games - Is the site stockster can kill perspective stock in a short time?
Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
the company has just as much power to kill it as anyone. GLIF was no developed trend and GSPG was monster shares outstanding with the company selling shares into the buying pressure. that is why they didn't react as well as you see vrdm reacting . gspg for example is probably over 400million shares o/s now
VRDM even if they sold ALL of the shares in their filling, would still be under 100mill. that is why you see a bigger volatility move with less shares traded today. VRDM has been in the action long before stockster decided to boost it. VRDM is showing much better support than glif and less restricted with shares as gspg... time will tell where their personal trend goes.

Veridium Receives Order to Increase Ethanol Production Efficiencies
By BusinessWire
Last Update: 3/30/2006 12:04:01 PM Data provided by
NEW YORK, Mar 30, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Veridium Corporation (VRDM) today announced its receipt of an order from a Wisconsin based ethanol producer for the second stage of Veridium's patent-pending Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM).
Veridium's proprietary new Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) extract high grade corn oil from an ethanol by-product called distillers dried grain ("DDG").
One Kernel, Two Fuels
Currently, the majority of ethanol production is based on a dry milling technique that utilizes more than 1 billion bushels of corn to produce 3 billion gallons per year of ethanol. The dry mill process converts the starch from the kernel of corn into sugar and then the sugar into ethanol. The balance of the corn (non-starch components) then goes through a dewatering and dehydration process where the byproduct is sold as a commercial feed ingredient called DDG. DDG contains the majority of the corn oil that was present in the kernel. Today, the 1 billion bushels of corn currently used in the dry mill ethanol process contain roughly 300 million gallons of corn oil that is currently sold for about $0.03 per pound as commercial feed. The new Veridium technology presents another option - cost effective conversion of the oil in the ethanol by-product into biodiesel.
Veridium's technology has the capability of removing up to 75% of the corn oil from within the DDG in two stages. The first stage extracts 1.2 to 1.5 million gallons per year and corresponds to about 30% of the corn oil in the DDG for a 50 million gallon per year facility. Each of Veridium's previously announced orders for its Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) are for deployments of the first stage.
The second stage of the Veridium technology recovers another 30% to 45% of the corn oil in the DDG, corresponding to another 1.2 to 2.2 million gallons of corn oil per year out of a 50 million gallon per year ethanol facility. The Wisconsin facility has ordered both stages and is expected to produce about 2.4 to 3.7 million gallons of corn oil per year when both stages are deployed later this year.
David Winsness, chief executive officer of Veridium's industrial design division, stated that "3 million gallons per year of high grade corn oil converts to 3 million gallons per year of biodiesel. This equates to a 6% increase in fuel production out of a 50 million gallon per year ethanol facility, and a significant increase in plant productivity out of the plant's existing infrastructure."
Veridium provides turn-key Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) for no up-front cost in return for long-term corn oil purchase agreements based on a fixed discount to prevailing market prices.
Increased Demand for Ethanol
Kevin Kreisler, chairman and chief executive officer of GreenShift Corporation (GSHF), Veridium's majority shareholder, said that "the Veridium technology is very timely. We expect that demand for ethanol is going to increase markedly in the immediate future as the fuel additive MTBE is phased out and replaced with ethanol. Our belief is that this is going to result in increased demand for technologies that enhance ethanol production efficiencies and Veridium holds the rights to a number of technologies that we believe achieve this."
MTBE, or methyl tertiary butyl ether, is blended with gasoline to enhance its oxygen content and it accounts for about 10 percent of the volume of every gallon of gasoline with which it is blended. This is equal to about 1.4 percent of the nationwide supply. Many gasoline marketers are planning to eliminate their use of MTBE once the oxygenate requirement lapses on May 5 due to the fact that the Energy Policy Act of 2005 didn't protect MTBE producers from past or future groundwater contamination lawsuits. Additionally, the new Renewable Fuel Standard holds refiners to a baseline use of renewable fuels such as ethanol of 4 billion gallons in 2006 and increasing to 7.5 billion gallons by 2012. The Energy Department estimates that 130,000 barrels per day of extra ethanol will be needed beginning May 5, an amount equal to almost 50 percent of current output.
Winsness concluded: "According to the Renewable Fuels Association, the ethanol industry has been planning for this transition for some time and producers have taken the necessary steps to respond to the increased demand. We are excited and grateful for the opportunity to provide our ethanol clients with additional options to meet the increased demand in cost-effective and rapid ways."
About Veridium's Corn Oil Extraction System(TM)
Veridium's Corn Oil Extraction System(TM) offers the following compelling benefits for ethanol producers:
-- Low Operating Costs - the system requires less than $0.05 per gallon of corn oil produced;
-- High Recovery Rates - the technology is capable of recovering up to 75% of the corn oil within the DDG;
-- Increased Revenue - the corn oil extracted with Veridium's technology is readily amenable to refining into biodiesel fuel which creates a new revenue stream for participating ethanol facilities;
-- Reduces Current Operating Costs and Emissions - Veridium's technology improves the drying efficiency of the DDG which in turn reduces overall plant operating costs and emissions; and,
-- Low Capital Cost - Veridium's oil extraction methods have a capital cost of less than 15% of traditional corn oil extraction methods.

starting to take some nice profits here- just around 1/3rd incase of pullback. I think this is showing multiday strength
I got burned on VRDM when I bought the day the Stockster pumped it last month. I should've just held two weeks longer instead of cutting my loss. I got some GSHF which is the company that holds a stake VRDM, INSQ and others. Maybe will get back my money through that.
huge day over 110mill
this should mean tomorrow is going to be volatile aswell ;)
gap up 2maro
yeppers... bought 40k at 0.070 this morning, as per my thread in the 1M board...
g
Anybody have any guess how much higher will vrdm go??
personally, I got out this morning with my 40k shares at 0.120... the 2K profit on a 2.8k investment was too much to pass up...
The leader of my board sold his 300k shares from 0.066 at "just over 13" for a two bagger...
I mean, seriously... this stock was at 4cents a week days ago... now at 13? um... ok.
Yeah, it could go up to 30 cents but my philosophy is "Why try to get in on an iffy trade that may just pull back when you can get in on the ground floor of another trade?"
I wouldn't touch it here until it goes back to 8cents, imo...
which it probably never will.
good luck,

GSHF and VRDM are under heavy buying pressure, just incredible....
GSHF is the majority stockholder of VRDM and is to benefit well for this ever strengthening market for alternative fuels. Especially with the mandatory replacement of MTEB usage.
33 ethanol plants under construction.MTEB must be replaced by 5/1. MTEB additive to gasoline per FED must be replaced by 5/1. Companies scrambling to replace. GSHF and VRDM both to benefit large from this. Ethanol is real and growing.

Veridium Receives Sixth Order for New Ethanol By-Product Recovery Technology
Monday April 17, 9:24 am ET
System to Bring Company to $8.4 Million In Annualized Revenues From New Clean Technology
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 17, 2006--Veridium Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: VRDM - News) today announced its receipt of an order from an Iowa based ethanol producer for the use of Veridium's patent-pending Corn Oil Extraction System(TM).
Veridium's proprietary new Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) extract high grade corn oil from an ethanol by-product called distillers dried grain ("DDG"). The new system is scheduled for installation later this year at the Iowa ethanol production facility, where it is expected to extract corn oil at a rate of about 1.2 to 1.5 million gallons per year.
Veridium's pricing model for its Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) is not based on licensing or outright equipment sales, but rather on the provision of its turn-key systems for no up-front cost in return for long-term corn oil purchase agreements based on a fixed discount to prevailing market prices. Veridium will purchase and sell the extracted corn oil and generate an estimated $1.4 million to $1.8 million in annualized revenues from this one system once it has been installed.
The new order brings Veridium's expected total annualized ethanol oil recovery sales to between $8.4 million and $10.8 million per year.
David Winsness, chief executive officer of Veridium's industrial design division, stated that "ethanol is a basic commodity and we need more of it. While the industry builds out increased production infrastructure with new facilities, our patent-pending Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) and other proprietary technologies have been specifically engineered to help ethanol producers enhance production out of their existing plants in cost-effective and rapid ways. We are grateful and excited to have the opportunity to provide our ethanol clients with innovative and cost-effective options as they meet the increased demand for this valuable commodity."
About Veridium's Corn Oil Extraction System(TM)
Currently, the majority of ethanol production is based on a dry milling technique that utilizes more than 1 billion bushels of corn to produce 3 billion gallons per year of ethanol (Fuel #1). The dry mill process converts the starch from the kernel of corn into sugar and then the sugar into ethanol. The balance of the corn (non-starch components) then goes through a dewatering and dehydration process where the byproduct is sold as a commercial feed ingredient called distillers dried grain ("DDG"). Today, the 1 billion bushels of corn currently used in the dry mill ethanol process contain roughly 300 million gallons of corn oil that is currently sold for about $0.03 per pound as commercial feed. The new Veridium technology presents another option - cost effective conversion into Biodiesel (Fuel #2).
Veridium's Corn Oil Extraction System(TM) offers the following compelling benefits for ethanol producers:
Low Operating Costs - the system requires less than $0.05 per gallon of corn oil produced;
High Recovery Rates - the technology is capable of recovering up to 75% of the corn oil within the DDG;
Increased Revenue - the corn oil extracted with Veridium's technology is readily amenable to refining into biodiesel fuel which creates a new revenue stream for participating ethanol facilities;
Reduces Current Operating Costs and Emissions - Veridium's technology improves the drying efficiency of the DDG which in turn reduces overall plant operating costs and emissions; and,
Low Capital Cost - Veridium's oil extraction methods have a capital cost of less than 15% of traditional corn oil extraction methods.

Veridium Receives Order to Increase Ethanol Production Efficiencies
Thursday March 30, 12:04 pm ET
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 30, 2006--Veridium Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: VRDM - News) today announced its receipt of an order from a Wisconsin based ethanol producer for the second stage of Veridium's patent-pending Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM).
Veridium's proprietary new Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) extract high grade corn oil from an ethanol by-product called distillers dried grain ("DDG").

RV, did you buy ??? ;)
REAL, i actually had a limit at .21, then pulled it cause i got skeered....thought it might pull back more due to the buying strength the last few days. i sprained my knee, kicking my ass all morning...may wait til the end of the week to buy in now, or just take it off my streamer, but it sure is fun to watch.
Should be able to close in the green today ! :-\
New out...slightly gapping this am....up on the berlin exchange.
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 20, 2006--
Veridium Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: VRDM) today
announced its receipt of an order from Ethanol Africa for the use of
Veridium's patent-pending Corn Oil Extraction System(TM) at Ethanol
Africa's new Bothaville, South Africa ethanol production facility.
Veridium's proprietary new Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) extract
high grade corn oil from an ethanol by-product called distillers dried
grain ("DDG"). Veridium's technology has the capability of removing up
to 75% of the corn oil from within the DDG in two stages.
The first stage extracts 1.1 to 1.3 million gallons per year and
corresponds to about 30% of the corn oil in the DDG for a 40 million
gallon per year facility. The second stage of the Veridium technology
recovers another 30% to 45% of the corn oil in the DDG, corresponding
to another 1.2 to 2.2 million gallons of corn oil per year out of a 40
million gallon per year ethanol facility. 3 million gallons per year
of high grade corn oil converts to 3 million gallons per year of
biodiesel. This equates to a 7% increase in fuel production out of a
40 million gallon per year ethanol facility, and a significant
increase in plant productivity out of the plant's existing
infrastructure.
The new Ethanol Africa order is for the first stage of Veridium's
technology and the system is expected to be installed in line with the
onset of operations at Ethanol Africa's new Bothaville, South Africa
ethanol production facility later this year. Ethanol Africa is
headquartered in Bothaville, South Africa, and intends to build eight
40 million gallon per year ethanol production facilities.
"Rising fuel prices and greenhouse gas emissions are global
issues, and we are hopeful that this order will be our first of many
such international orders for our ethanol process technologies," said
David Winsness, chief executive officer of Veridium's industrial
design division. "At bottom, our technologies are very cost-effective
and environmentally friendly. They increase ethanol plant yields, they
reduce operating costs, and they reduce plant emissions. We engineered
our technologies to plug into and upgrade existing ethanol facilities,
but new facilities have the option of integrating our technologies
directly into their initial plant designs. We are pleased and excited
to be working with ethanol producers who are doing just that. Ethanol
Africa is progressive company and we are grateful for the opportunity
to work with them on their first and future ethanol facilities."
crazy liquidity here i hope everyone is taking advantage

SOME NEWS................
Veridium Receives Order for Tornado Generator Technology
Monday April 24, 8:00 am ET
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 24, 2006--Veridium Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: VRDM - News) today announced its receipt of an order from a petrochemical company for the use of Veridium's patented Tornado Generator(TM) technology.
While the terms of the order and the specific details are required by Veridium's client to remain confidential, the technology will be generally used to enhance the operating efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of conventional oil extraction and refining operations. Veridium expects that this order is a prelude to more orders from this client for numerous additional Tornado Generator(TM) systems that are designed for this application.
Veridium has granted exclusive right of first refusal manufacturing rights to INSEQ Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: INSQ - News) for the manufacturing of the equipment required to implement Veridium's technologies. INSEQ is expected to manufacture the current Tornado Generator(TM) system in addition to Veridium's eight previously announced Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) and two DAF Recycling Systems(TM) over the course of this year.
Veridium and INSEQ are respectively 70% and 80% owned by GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSHF - News) whose mission is to develop and support clean companies and technologies that facilitate the efficient use of natural resources and catalyze transformational environmental gains.
nice lookin' chart, eh fellahs?? 8)
I see a nice "g" pattern formation...break of $0.32 should take this higher.
lots of room for RSI and stochastics to move up.
up...down...up...down...up....
anyone playing this on a regular basis. it seems to rise 5%-7% a day and drop the same...man, i'd be rich if i could trade in hindsight.
anyone see any more selling going on, it looks like it's bouncing off the reisistance @ .30, and to me, it looks like most of the selling was last week on Wed/Thurs. any thoughts on this conclusion? i bought in at .27, thinking that all of the selling was thru...
RV,
sit back, relax and enjoy the run up....as I said yesterday, $0.32 is first resistance, but in all likelihood, it's gonna be ripped out >:D
this is going higher... ;)
check out this 10 day, gourly chart....perfect ascent...with support at the ascending trendline...very methodical and reliable stuff.... :)

Thanks Vic, and your advice is about 30 min. late....played $10k on it for about an hour and made an 11% profit. i know that's small potatoes, but i couldn't bare for it to go down my buy order, so i sold w/ a profit....if it's still around .30 at the end of the week, i'll buy back in...i really like this stock (and the entire ethanol sector)....applaud Vic...
sorry RV...am at work and just got off for lunch...and sorry about the chart....was bigger than 250 KB and have no time to play around.
applauds to you on making a quick grand....smart trading...as they say..."It's always a good day, as long as you have a green day"!!
Enjoy your day! :)
ok..time for full disclosure again....
just sold my 50K shares at $0.30....bought in at $0.27 yesterday. (didn;t quite like the sudden high vol. drop by GSHF...may not be much...but I'm lerning to follow technicals first and ask questions later....unlike in the past, when I used to justify a position I held). those still long....good luck...VRDM is a great stock so far...$0.32 break will be real good...watch out for that.
i'm evaluatijng NMKT as we speak....looks tempting to buy in before it blows up.
anyway, gotta get back to work again....adios! ;)

nice job, Vic,...interestingly, my buy/sell prices were exactly the same. luckily, we did seel at .30, huh?
i still plan to buy this again, as CNBC is pumping ethanol like crazy, i think it will give us a few more dollars in our pockets....

Bad luck is following me for the last couple of weeks helped with overall s****y markets.
Bought VRDM for a qucik trade at .13 and was waiting for some good news. Well, today we got good news and I expected a decent rebound... it closed in red. I don't know what kind of a thing needs to happen to help VRDM go back up..
AMEP - down since I bought it a few weeks ago.
PKCY - getting killed on that one too...
Don't know at this point is it really better to wait for a rebound or take a loss on all of them and move on to take other losses :)
Who can describe wild today rally? +30% and I didn't see any news ???
i love this thing
.07 was the key on the charts, a nice 200dma bounce along with some ethonal plays running with hype.
could find some resistance like it has up near .12 tho, but still a huge day.
