ONEV otcbb is showing a dramatic volume/price increase in the past month was able to break its 200 day moving average, consolidating above. At this time, ONEV represents a good risk/reward ratio and so we will enter.

To sum up:
OneVoice Technologies has a catchy name.. and a catchy technology as well but it has been around since 1999. The reason to take them seriously now is of course the real money being thrown in(volume + price growth) and the recent news releases:

The Charts
Longterm: This weekly chart of ONEV displays a channel break with strong volume.
-----------------------------------------------
Daily: A strong ascending trendline with volume growth and strong triple support @ 0.032.
-------------------------------------------------
Daily Zoom: Notice how ONEV burst through its 200 and is now able to stay above. For a penny thats big news. Moving averages are moving higher to catch up, giving support and hopefully the golden cross (50sma over 200sma) further down the road.
----------------------------------------------
In conclusion, ONEV may be at the beginning of a strong run. The evidence in place is the price and volume movement. For a penny to move like this some "real news" may be on the way. With support close-by this is the time to enter.
We will buy ONEV @ the open and will sell if it closes below .028.
EliteG,
Will you be buying in 6.66% value of the portfolio?

Wow elite
I like those muti-year breakouts and this one really looks good. Will be keeping a close eye on it.
Goodluck trading to all :)

Hi Basanlas :) - yes every 3SOF portfolio buy is 6.66%.
So just to confirm, the stock was bought at the open (there was a gap up) and so the buy in price was around 0.04, but the stop loss is 0.028? I just want to make sure since buying a gap up is often a risky proposition, and there were no instuctions to do otherwise...

Thats correct tokyopua, you're right buying a gap up is risky and we may have to change our stop to adjust for that risk.. but again we like
ONEV here and want to see this trade develop ;)
Here is a chart that shows our strongest support right now. They are found at the gaps.
OK, thanks for the very quick answer. I like the support at the gaps and the overall story, just wanted to make sure.
Applaud also to you and the new team for getting the 3SOF return for closed and open trades over 200%, that is really amazing for less than a year!
Today's open is $0.040. If you buy 6.66% in the portfolio, that is about $19,000.
That iequal to roughly half million shares (475,000 shares exactly).
Are you sure that you bought that many shares for a penny stock?

Great find G. This one really does looked primed. >:D Is .06 and .20 your first targets.
I got in this morning at 0.038. Looking nice! Thanks G.
Just put limit order in @.04 will modify when order is filled
Order just got filled
Goodluck to all holding :)
Thanks elite for the pick
I bought only 50K at 0.04. The commission really eats me: scottrade charges extra 0.5% so it costs $2017 for the 50K.
I bought it from my bed in China (midnight). Also hold 50K EYII.OB.
My EONC got good lift last two days as expected.

Shaw - when I first read your post I thought you'd bought $50,000 worth of ONEV and paid $2,017 in commissions. LOL that would have been crrrazy.
In @ .04 at the open too. I've had a bad run with the pennies the last 3 weeks. I hope ONEV gets things turned around. GO ONEV!!!!
Here is a 60-min intraday chart of ONEV. We have an ascending triangle(top @.041) and yellow support @ .036. Closing @ .039 and above would make the daily chart look very nice.. >:D

update
ONEV:
Lets talk targets. With a mkt cap of only 14million ONEV is very susceptible to positive news(especially those that involve actual $ figures).
From my charts I get primary targets of .065 and .08. They represent 62.5% and 100% gains. Let us see how this play develops because we may have to revise higher ;). Support seems very strong between .0325-.0300 and we may have potential support in place @ .0360(from todays gap).
We will sell ONEV if it closes below .0300.
update
ONEV:
ONEV trading in a tight range and about to come upon the ascending trend line that started it all. We should see some action as it approaches.

I took a quick scan just now, appears they will raise $700K from this if I am not mistaken, which amounts to about 5.5% of the current market cap of 12.71 million dollars. However, the conversion price is $0.043, higher than where the stock is now at $0.036, so that is good. There is a second option for converstion, 80% of the 30 day average stock price reported by Bloomberg.
In general dillution with a conversion price above the current price is somewhat neutral, but of course dillution below the current price is of course bad. At least currently in AH there doesnt seem to be much movement based on this news, though many may not be aware of it. Will be interested to see what the Administrators here think about this.

Well I talked about this 8k with the rest of the team and we basically agreed with you toky. ;)
Investors never enjoy dilution but in this case with such a high strike and only 5.5% of the mkt cap, it does not seems so bad.
--------------------
Otherwise on a technical front I am happy to say that
ONEV did react with volume to its ascending trendline creating a lower shadow of support(downward price rejection).. ONEV also closed at its 1st support of .36. Hopefully management is aware that we are near this ascending trendline and will give us some news to continue climbing ;). With Fridays news release we might get the opposite affect but maybe they have something else up their sleeve.
Support @ .300 - .325 also remains very much in-tact. Lets see what the week gives us. :)

Seems like currently people are factoring in the dilution as if it was issued at the opening price today, not at the higher strike price of 0.043, since almost everytime I looked at my screen today ONEV was showing
-5.56% down. It would be higher if you factored in the higher strike price, so this seems somewhat artificial to me. Or, could just be a coincidence lol.
In any case, support still holding as you said, this one still needs time to develop.
Down over 20% and rapidly approaching our sell target.
Thoughts? Guidance?
???
I bought 50K at $0.04 3/20/2006 for $2017 (commission $17!!!) and sold it 3/21/2006 at $0.0385 for a loss of $138.64.
If so many good news cannot push the stock higher, it is time to sell.

Shaw - posting your sell a full week after the fact? What's the point? :-\
I am going to hold this a little longer. .03 is a support.Good chance it will bounce off of it.
I'm holding too. No sense in trying to get out the door the same time as everyone else. I think we saw the effect of this group on the stock. The day 3Stocks bought it gapped up, the day it sold it gapped down. I suspect part of the reason for the selloff yesterday might have been people here selling at the bid to get out before the herd.
I'm still in too, 90k shares worth @ ave .0383.
in 0.039 out 0.036...we need to get better entry tactics....0.04 is and was a big wall.....i like how stocktiger entries a trade. Mostly they entry after a retracement and close to support level and waiting for the bounce....if support level doesnt hold sell....like this the losses will be less big than with this trade here...25% for those who sell now is too much. And suddenly the fundamentals doesnt count anymore. A bit strange. (Just my opinion)
www.stocktiger.com
worth a look
I'm holding too. Like to stick to the plan and that was to stay in as long as it closes above 0,030. Also believe pennies need some room. Like said, fundamentals did not change ans so hasn't the outlook for ONEV IMO.
Hope we can keep eachother up to date :) :).
Go ONEV go ;)

I agree with sticking to the plan. The support is still in place, at least for now. Will keep my eyeballs peeled and post anything of interest to fellow shareholders. :)
Looks more bullish now that it's under .03. Like my friend Liquid Stick says: "The more bearish it is the more bullish it becomes."
I sold today also as per plan, the stock seemed to be in a bearish trend and I also knew that there would be an additional effect of the 3SOF selling because of the relatively large positions (other penny stocks used to get less investment when in the 3POF portfolio).
I might get back in at some point, but one factor that gave me additional concern was the low number of full time employees, only 11 per yahoo.
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/pr?s=ONEV.OB
Does anyone know if they do a lot of outsourcing of work?
Also, Setravis claimed to know something we didnt about ONEV...???
Yeah that's right. Setravis said:

I know something about my buy that you do not.... ;) hehehe.... :D
What did the Wizard do again? The key word is "again." Implies an action occurred that had also occurred previously. Based on the chart and pps before and after the buy, Travis might have been comparing ONEV to NIHK? And what did Setravis know about his buy that we did not? Obviously we don't know what price he paid or how many shares he bought. Maybe he bought at 18 cents two years ago? That would explain the mysterious chuckle.
The chart is so bearish that it's become bullish. $-)
Reading the raging bull board, the drop seems to be attributed to an impending share dillution:
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=BB%3AONEV&origsymbols=onev
No idea how accurate any of this is, but info seems to be very difficult to find on ONEV
Also some noise that NUAN could be moving into the voice recog space for wireless
I was gonna buy at 2.6 support, but may look for a better risk
Well it closed just below $ 0,030. Sticking to the plan means selling today. Truley bumped :'(.
Feels like news will come out any day. ONEV has never been longer without news than 13 days this year. Or maybe Setravis can share with us what he knows. Thinking about that, I actually wonder why he did not do that before ??? ??? ???
Amarens
The chart below makes a case for the bulls to appear soon... especially the upsloping support trendline about to touch. What do you guys make of it....? Im thinking about buying actually. Did you guys maybe miss this trendline???
I'll see how it reacts to that trendline tomorrow...if anyone is feeling a bit frisky they could double down at that trendline or maybe set a new stop below the trendline. Just a suggestion.
Providing you guys dont flood the market with sells Ill probably try for a .0265 - .027 entry ;) "X" marks the spot
cal >:D
I'm going to stick with this one a while longer. Currently down about 25%. Short term is a bit bearish, but mid- to longer term I believe will net me at least a small gain. Not willing to realize my loss just yet. Would be nice to know what setravis knows. :-\
Honeywell demo news out. May give some of us a chance to bail tomorrow or reason to reconsider holding.
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/060330/20060330005826.html?.v=1
Like I said... "X" marks the spot!
Boom up 16% off that support trendline.
I saw it this AM at .029 before I left for a meeting and put a buy order in at .027 (Cal's support line) that did not fill.
Based on recent chart history it should move up early in the day to around .037 then pull back to close around .031 (give or take a mil)
If it does, then I'm looking to risk 50K shares with a buy at .0288
One Caveat - today's Candle was the lowest volume since this pattern developed and this pattern didn't hold on the last move March 20.
You are right ONEV never really touched that trendline.... it came pretty close but never got there. It will be interesting to see if support exists there. Sometimes trendlines can be sketchy with penny stocks. The reaction off that trendline target will likely be key to thing to come for ONEV.
I noticed that support line is also basically the 50 day ma...probably the "last straw" for this stock as well. I suspect it will see a bounce out of that triangle...
