Title: JAVO.OB - Chart looks good
Post by: boatguy on March 21, 2006, 11:06:24 PM
Javo Beverage Co.

Chart sort of reminds me of Bravo when it took off. ;D Looks like a golden cross in the next day or so.

Javo Beverage Company, Inc. manufactures coffee and tea-based dispensed beverages, drink mixes, and flavor systems serving the foodservice, food and beverage manufacturing, and retail industries. The company offers its products in dispenser-based systems, in packages fitting a range of commonly used beverage formats, and in shelf stable packages. It also offers ready to drink lattes, meal replacement drinks, ice cream, and yogurt.

Nice to be in with u boatguy ;D

Actually...intraday it did surpasse the 52 week high set about a month ago,  but closed a couple of cents below it, however still closed up with a nice white candle. Yes, it was the highest vol. so far. Its been holding up pretty well since the last high...time for the next leg up on this stock. :) imo

It looks good...and don't forget those insider buys last month ;D

Hey Boatguy....love it ;D ;D ;D

How high is this thing going? Only sad part to this is that I only got a small position, but, I won't complain too much...lol.

Do u have a target on this?

The insider buys last month could be alerting us that there is more to come..but how much more?

goodluck to us...since i think it's only u and i in this it seems ;)

Julia, I don't really have a target in mind but do plan on taking some profit at .75.

50% gain in 2 days calls for banking some bucks! ;)

What we need now is a nice big fat news release to send us flying to 1$

Good Luck!!

I think we may have something here, from the 10 KSB:

REVENUES

The revenues in 2005 increased to $6,200,327 from $2,083,810 in 2004 :o

The increase of $4,116,517 or 197.5% in sales is primarily due to the Company's increased sales in each of its sales categories and added significant sales through major national broad-line distribution companies, such as Sysco, US Foodservice, and PFG. In addition, the Company entered into a long-term supply agreement with a group purchasing company controlled by a large international contract feeder. The Company experienced sales growth in each of its product categories, bulk ingredients, dispensed bag-in-box coffee, its new dispensed iced coffees and teas and its specialty coffee and tea mixes and syrups.

JAVO has deals with some of the big names in the industry- Sysco, US Foodservice, and PFG.

Projected 1Q revenues of 2.5M may be what is driving this increase - exceeding them would set this stock off!!

Recent insider buys and the sudden increase in share price should put this on many peoples radar this weekend.

Sure would be nice to have some guidance from Elite or Ramsburg on this one.

Think I will give this one some room and see what happens.

Very  nice on JAVO :)

I sold my shares at .84 that i bought at .54 the other day. But, wanted to rebuy back in.

I'm really upset because the day before I had to leave trading early, but before i left I put in a buy order at .91 where it was trading at. I came back late at night to find out that my brokers had denied my order in error...and so I therefore lost out on the great gains made today. It seems I often having a problem getting filled on stocks that always seem to run....so sick of this. >:(

Good for u Boatguy, u did well. :)

I will still keep this stock on watch for a possible re-entry on a pullback.

good luck to all.

Title: Re: JAVO
Post by: boatguy on May 06, 2006, 07:53:00 PM
Julia, You still have a nice profit, nothing to be sorry about there.

I am planning on watching Javo Monday for possible re-entry. I have been watching on L-2 and this stock has not had heavy volume on the open, it has traded down on low volume and picks up momentum later in the morning.

We still haven't seen any numbers about the 7/11 deal yet so we may have more news coming soon and hopefully a blowout 1QSB.

Javo is going to be on many radars this week after this recent run. The anticipation of more favorable news means Javo will probably have more left in it.   ;)

Some rev. news this a.m, wonder if the pps will have a reaction to it?

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 14, 2006--
Javo Beverage Company, Inc. (OTCBB:JAVO) -- a leading
provider of coffee and tea-based beverages to the foodservice industry
-- today announced financial results for the second quarter of fiscal
year 2006, which ended June 30th. Total revenue for the quarter
increased 200.0% to $3,177,680 compared to $1,059,241 in the same
quarter for 2005.
Gross profit for the quarter increased 215.6% to $1,193,591
compared to $378,200 a year ago. Gross margin expanded 186 basis
points to 37.6% versus 35.7% in the same quarter last year, due
primarily to purchasing and operating efficiencies gained over the
year.
The Company had a loss of $6,154,152 for the quarter, as compared
to a loss of $1,224,808 in the previous year. The net loss includes a
non-cash expense of $5,197,870, which is non-reoccurring and related
to an exchange by holders of the Company's outstanding Promissory
Notes for Series B Preferred Stock. The preferred stock is not
convertible to common and has no voting rights. The exchange has
eliminated $13,412,500 of principal and $3,946,299 of accrued
interest.
"The Company reached a number of important milestones during the
quarter," said Cody Ashwell, Javo Chairman and CEO. "The conversion of
our long term debt immediately improves the Company's balance sheet,
achieves a positive net worth and accelerates our path to positive
earnings per share. It is also important to highlight that Javo
increased gross margins and maintained positive EBITDA during the
quarter."
"Javo benefited from gaining distribution within the largest and
second largest convenience store distributors in North America," said
Gary Lillian, President of Javo. "These successes dramatically expand
the potential for growing our premium iced coffee and tea products,
since together the companies deliver to more than 40,000 food service
locations." Lillian also noted that as of the close of the quarter,
the Company had 898 more dispensing locations than in the previous
year.

Caribou coffee in the news- JAVO connection?

Caribou to Honor Voided Starbucks Coupons

Starbucks has so much demand for their iced coffee that long lines are forming to buy the product. Starbucks uses "hot brewed coffee" which takes time.

JAVO's product is perfect for the "Cold brewed" fad.
