Nasdaq Charts:
The first chart shows that we have been trading in a range(oscillating up and down) since the beginning of the year. The range extends from 2333-2233. The market is above its 50sma and 200sma but the amount of stocks in the market above their 50sma is declining.

With the second chart I tried to account for all of the support resistance areas we could possible see this week. I pointed out the distribution day which occur's when volume is greater than the day before, greater than avg and the close is below the close of the previous day. You may notice another distribution day 3 days before the distribution day as well ;). Also notice the 3 days of lowering volume as we rise slightly higher after the distribution day.. the bulls are not out in force.

Some market charts: DJIA, SPX, NDX, RUT
* These charts are all above their 200sma and everyone except the NDX is above their 50sma.. so it is difficult to truly be bearish.. but one has to be ready ;)
Oil, Natural Gas, Gold and USD.
Airlines, Banks, Bio-techs, Internet.
*Bio-tech appears weak
*Bankers have led the market - watch them for signs of continuation or break-down
Network, Oil Services, Drugs, Retailers.
Brokers, Semis, Telecom, Utilities.
