very hot. check it out asap. ;)
pr says buyour offer at $2.17, now in the 1.10's-1.20's. might still have potential then.
suprised it's not up more...lots of profit taking then up some more I bet.
I'm in at 1.32......Hopefully the buy out sticks at they sell for $2.17....I guess we'll know on MAy 10th. But if you read the PR it sounds like management is VERY INTERESTED!
"The company reports that management of both Nord Oil International Inc. and North-West Oil Group are meeting over the next several days to further review the offer and determine the course of actions to be taken to conclude said transaction".
Folks I'm no expert, but those are some large blocks of over a million shares going thru........
Hostile takeover, or done deal............Suggestions welcomed.
seems to have stabilized and hopefully on way back up!
Actually, they just released a second PR to clear up confusion this morning. If you believe the company is trustworthy, this could be a quick double from here :o

However, if we can establish merger terms more favorable to Nord Oil shareholders, we will opt for the more suitable conditions" said Mr. Makarov, President of Nord Oil International Inc.
It should be noted that the purchase offer and or the merger terms will be submitted to shareholders for approval.

Important Information About Forward-Looking Statements
Keep an eye on this stock. They just merged with another North-West Oil and the merged company is being valued at $2.20 per share. It's currently at .85. Watch this one close over the coming weeks. My short term prediction is that this stock will climb back to the $1.10 - $1.20. Once it breaks that, it go to about $1.50 - $1.70. Just watch.
Saw the bid and ask this morning on this stock. Take it for what it's worth.
Why is this of significance?
Clearly an error and was intended to be 0.85 X 0.855 as opposed to 8.50 X 8.55!
No significance. Just thought it was interesting. Perhaps it's the future showing us a glimpse of what it will be going for in the future.

I got sucked into this and sold for 40% loss.
All you have to do is follow the PRs to track the lies, lies about intentions, lies about valuation, lies about dates of release of documentation and lies about details of documentation.
On top of that, what does it mean to own part of an ultimately state-controlled Russian company that provides no financial information whatsoever?
Unless you have information that's different from above, I'd advise you to stay far away from this one.
All my opinion of course.
Changed Ticker Symbol
