http://stockcharts.com/gallery/?dynt
DYNT is the leader in the area of light therapy for pain management. Light therapy has been approved by the FDA. One of Dynatronics' light therapy probes were use to accelerate Terrel Owens' amazing recovery in time to play in the Superbowl a couple of years ago.
DYNT has started shipping several new pain-management products in recent months and are expected to boost revenues and net income starting this quarter. DYNT had never before launched so many new products before. Revenue and net income usually jump in the quarters following the deployment of new products.
DYNT is grossly undervalued. DYNT is a consistently profitable company with a strong balance sheet. With a parket cap of only $15M, it is currently trading at a ridiculous P/S 0f 0.6.
Because light therapy is non-invasive and does not have adverse effects, it is an ideal replacement for dangerous drugs like Vioxx, and Celebrex to address Rheumatism and similar types of pain. Light therapy is also used for carpal syndrome and a number of muscle/nerve/bone types of pain.
Light Therapy has been used extensively throughout the world for more than twenty years. Also known as cold laser or phototherapy, Light Therapy is backed by extensive research with over 500 published studies covering a number of soft-tissue injuries, pain, and inflammatory conditions.
DYNT has introduced a number of new state-of-the-art pain management products at the end of last quarter and this quarter:
Dynatronics began shipping three new products during the second quarter, including the Dynatron Xp infrared light pad. This innovative product is 14 times more powerful than infrared light probes currently on the market. It is capable of treating a much larger area than can be treated by competitors' devices. Importantly, it makes unattended patient therapy possible, allowing practitioners to treat multiple patients simultaneously. The other two products introduced during the second quarter were the Dynatron iBox iontophoresis device and the D880Plus infrared light probe.
"Looking ahead to the third quarter, we are pleased to report that we have already begun shipping the Dynatron 702, a stand-alone light therapy device," said Larry K. Beardall, executive vice president of sales and marketing. "The new Dynatron 702 not only simplifies infrared light therapy treatments, but can be combined with our traction device for dual therapy treatments."
An additional third quarter product introduction -- the DX9 combination traction and light therapy system -- also began shipping in January. The new Dynatron DX9 Decompression System combines the benefits of infrared light therapy with decompression therapy for treating back pain. Decompression therapy is commonly used to relieve the pain associated with a number of back problems, including herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, sciatica and pinched nerves.
Other new products currently under development include the Dynatron X3 multiple modality infrared light therapy device, the DX2 proprietary traction device that incorporates unique technology, and the T4 therapy table specially designed for performing traction and decompression therapies. These products will expand the range of decompression and light therapy treatment options for treating back pain.
"The introduction of these state-of-the-art products will give additional impetus to the growth of sales and profits in future quarters," added CEO Cullimore.

ClickSoftware (Nasdaq: CKSW) is the leading provider of field service optimization solutions aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of field service operations. CKSW is clearly the leader in this area in the utilities and energy areas.
CKSW has about $14M in cash, or about 50c/share, and ZERO long term debt. Its float of about 13M shares is tighly held because it is just a matter of time until CKSW makes the progress that is expected of it.
On February 08, 2006 CKSW announced that it expects revenues for full year 2006 should grow by approximately 15% over 2005.
CKSW is trading at about 50% valuation compared to sector competitors with less potential and balance sheet problems. CKSW is definitely undervalued IMO.
Institutions have increased their stake in CKSW by over 2M shares (almost 10% of the O/S shares) this year.
CKSW has signed sevearlk large deals in recent months leading me to believe that CKSW will do very well in 2006 and beyond.

Keep an eye on DYNT the next few days.
DYNT is getting ready to make its move as expected. I expect strong earnings tomorrow...maybe even record numbers. keep an eye on this one.
EARNINGS OUT AT 11:00. I EXPECT AT LEAST 10% REVENUE GROWTH
Chart looks really good too. They said on another board that earnings will be next week. Auone knows anything about this stock? I am doing my DD but i am relatively new investing. Company thinks it is undervalued:
http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/060803/lath058.html?.v=64
Sounds interesting. I found this spam on this stock at the SIRI board today. I did some cursory checking on the claims and they seem to be right on. Bought a few K because it looks like a low risk investment at these prices. I like the fact that the company has an currrent stock buybback program.
For whatever is worth:
TWO DAYS LEFT THIS MONTH....BIG PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT COMING UP
PROFITABLE...STRONG BALANCE SHEET...ONGOING STOCK BUYBACK PROGRAM...TRADING AT 0.5 P/S TARGET: $3++ by YEAR END
During the 4Q CC this month, the company said that it will announce in late September the introduction of its patent-pending DX2, high-margin, new light-therapy pain management product. Expect a 10 - 20% pop when the announcement is made.
Dynatronics (Nasdaq: DYNT) recently reported another profitable year for FY 2006. 2007 is looking like it will be a strong year for DYNT. DYNT's CEO predicted at least 10% revenue growth and a substantial increase in net income.....1Q 2007 will be reported in about 6 weeks:
From the earnings release and CC:
-- DYNT was profitable again. However, revenues and net income were slightly lower than the previous year because of a substantial increase in R&D activities and the effort needed to launch a number of products late in 2006.
-- The effect of the new products on revenues and net income will start showing up in Q1 2007 to be reported in early November.
-- The backlog for the new Dynatronic X3 light therapy unit released during August 2006 (1Q 2007) has been fulfilled. Expect added revenues and net income in 1Q 2007 resulting from it.
-- DYNT will lower R&D expenses by about 5c/share in 2007 from 2006's record levels.
***** DYNT WILL RELEASE THE NEW REVOLUTIONARY PATENT-PENDING DX2 PAIN MANAGEMENT DEVICE THIS MONTH ****.....
-- The company believes the stock is undervalued and has triggered its stock-buyback program. About 50K shares have recently been purchased. DYNT has cash authorized to buy 250K more shares. the company activates its buyback program when the stock dips under $1.3.
-- A new major product will be launched in November 2006. This product works with the new DX2 device.
-- Based on the new product launches and reduced R&D costs, DYNT expects at least a 10% revenue growth and substatially higher net income. I believe net income will range from 10 - 15c/share in 2007.
SELECTED COMPANY COMMENTS FROM 2006 EARNINGS RELEASE and CC
..."New products introduced during the past year include the Dynatron 702, a stand-alone light therapy device, as well as the new DX9 combination traction and light therapy system. The DX9 system combines the benefits of infrared light therapy using the Dynatron 702 with decompression therapy using the Company's TX900 Traction device. This unique combination of modalities has been reported to be highly effective in the treatment of back pain..."
"Looking ahead to fiscal 2007, we are pleased to have begun the year with the July 2006 introduction of the new Dynatron X3 infrared light therapy device," said Larry K. Beardall, executive vice president for sales and marketing. "In addition, we plan to introduce the much anticipated DX2 proprietary traction device later this month. The DX2 incorporates patent-pending technology and will utilize the new T4 treatment table which is specially designed for traction and decompression therapies. The T4 treatment table is scheduled for introduction in November 2006."
The new DX2 is currently undergoing clinical beta testing and has been previewed at several national trade shows. "Interest in the DX2 from practitioners at the national trade shows has been substantial," reported Beardall. "While the development effort has taken longer than anticipated, we believe this innovative approach to treating back pain will prove to be a great benefit to patients."

* STRONG BALANCE SHEET
This one looks good. Earnings is coming up and should be good. ...really good. Expect a 50 to 100% gain from here
I expect a nice rally before and after 1Q 2007 earnings in early November. CEO said during the last CC that DYNT will increase revenues at least 10%. With about 5c/share less R&D expenses in 2007 than in 2006 i expect net income of about 15c/share in 2007. That is worth well over $3 if you ask me.

Big buyers are lining up on the bid. Once this one breaks $1.31 it will run to $1.75
This one is about to break out now..Radar it
Excellent!!!
Watch DYNT break $1.5 next week
DYNT keeps moving up.....chart is looking good. DYNT is stronger than 2 years ago when it traded at $4++
One more week for the earnings date announcement. Volume is starting to go up. Watch this one trade at $1.75 ++ in about 2 weeks. Safe investment with a solid upside.
Check it out, it won't hurt you, but it could make you some nice coin effortlessly..hehe
DYNT is looking strong. The earnings date announcement will be issued next week according to the company. This might be last week to be able to buy this stock under $1.3

..:)
DYNT has home and office devices for pain management. This technology is so good and has such huge potential ...it is mind boggling. Remember when Terrell Owens got injured before the Superbowl a few years ago and it appear that he was going to miss the playoffs?...they used DYNT's light probes to enable this azzhole to get well quickly and shine big time in the Superbowl. At the time it was dubbed a miracle cure...the stock went to $3 in a hurry.
With effective marketing and patient education DYNT technology would replace a lot of the Celebrex-type of poison pain cures. Light therapy is non invasive and it does not cause any side effects. I know that Compex and other mediacl device companies have been trying to buy DYNT for a while.
DYNT and EXXA will be next week's huge winners. I expect at least 30% gains on each stock after earnings
last call folks ...huge upside here...still under the radar, but not after earnings next week
Heavy accumulation here folks. I know that I am talking to myself....but there might be at least one wise investor on this board besides me..:)
Looks like DYNT will wake up from a deep coma....next week it will be a live and kicking....A,,,,zzzz
DYNT up and 4 times the normal trading volume already. Big earnings expected next week.
The market cap is only $12M with over $20M in revenues....and profitable. About 15c/share net income expected in 2007. Easily a $3++ stock trading at $1.3
Here is an example of one of DYNT's new products:

DYNT IS BREAKING OUT....EARNINGS THIS THURSDAY...THEY WILL BE STRONG...GUIDANCE EVEN STRONGER...THIS ONE IS HEADING TO $3++ IN 3 MONTHS

...:)
I love this pre-earnings stalemate....bulls vs. bears. Any bets?....I don't care who wins today. My bet is with the bulls tomorrow after earnings and CC.
I believe i am the only one watching this stock. Good luck to me then..hehe
Keep an eye on DYNT...strong 1Q 2007 earnings/guidance are expected tomorrow...Target: $3+ within 3 months.
Guidance for 2Q 2007 will be even stronger. The CEO already said in the last CC that 2Q 2007 will be a breakout quarter.
The last time that happened, the stock went from $1.3 to $4+ from November to February....see the lower chart.
http://stockcharts.com/gallery/?dynt
For 2007 management expects a 10%+ revenue growth due to an unprecedent number of new-generation products recently released. Net income will improve dramatically as well because the company plans to cut down the record 2006 R$D costs by about 5c/share to historical levels.
My revenue estimate for 1Q 2007 is of $5M+ and about 2 - 4c/share net income. This compares favorably with $4.3M in revenues reported in 1Q 2006 and a rare (although small $22K) loss. 1Q 2007 numbers should also beat 4Q 2006 handily both in revenues and net income.
DYNT will likely generate a net income of about 15c/share in 2007. This is because the margins for the new products will be higher and the company will reduce R&D expenses by about 5c/share
DYNT HIGHLIGHTS:
* DYNT IS THE LEADER IN LIGHT THERAPY FOR PAIN MANAGEMENT
* FDA APPROVED and PATENTED PRODUCTS
* PROFITABLE AND TRADING AT 0.5 P/S
* STRONG BALANCE SHEET
* STOCK BUYBACK IS ONGOING.
DYNT is one of the safest stock you will find under $2. The company believes the stock is too undervalued and they have a stock buyback that they activate when the stock reaches under $1.3. They bought over 50,000 shares this year and have money approved for about 250,000 more shares
DYNT predicted at least 10% revenue increase for 2007 compared to 2006. 2006 was a year of transition and they invested a record $1.7M in R&D. This led to the recent release of many new products....the highest number of new products in company history.

DYNT made big news 2 years ago when one of DYNT's light probe was used fix Terrell Owens foot. He was expected to miss the playoffs, however, thanks to DYNT therapy the psycho was able to play and shine big time in the Superbowl. They should used the probe to fix his brain instead.
GETREADY FOR THE LAST HOUR RALLY...TALKING TO MYSELF AGAIN...OH WELL..HEHE
I've received an alert that DYNT might be issuing some news shortly. Upon some cursory DD I've noticed that the stock seems to be bouncing back up. Today it traded ab out 4 times the average trading volume.
In doing my DD I've noticed that the company has a completely new, very professional looking, website:
http://www.dynatronics.com
Most interesting in the website is the CEO message:
http://www.dynatronics.com/CEOMessage.html
In his message he acknowledged that they understimated how long it was going to take them to launched major new products. Those delays caused revenues and profit margings to suffer. That's is why the stock is where it is However, they seem to have a plan to increase sales and increase margins as explained in the CEO's message.
Regarding new product news, the CEO message mentions that they will introduce two new products during the 2Q 2007. BTW, 2Q ends December 31.
Here is what the CEO said about those product introductions:
..."During the second quarter of fiscal 2007 we anticipate releasing two more new products – the Dynatron® T4 traction therapy table and the Dynatron® T3 motorized therapy table. These two tables offer important features that will distinguish them from competitive models. The T4 table will be combined with the Dynatron DX2 traction device as a complete package for decompression therapy.
In order to increase our manufacturing capabilities to accommodate the new T3 and T4 tables and also to boost operational efficiency, we completed a 10,000 square foot expansion of our operations in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This additional space and upgrade of our facility will allow further growth and expansion of our operations – not only for the T3 and T4 tables, but also for the planned new wood tables targeted to the more economic-minded segments of our market...."
I understand that the company has an active stock buyback program and that they use that to stay sefely above the $1 price to avoid anty delisting talk.
I am jumping in in the morning tomorrow froa few K. I fugure if there is a spike of 20 -30c, That's is a 15% to 25% gain with virtually no downside because of the stock buyback they have in place.

I will leave you with today's closing chart while I'm in this thread.
Double Bottom (reversal) Pattern @ $1.11 ?
Thank you for the chart.
As usual, DYNT is moving up ahead of earnings on February 14, 2007:
http://stockcharts.com/charts/gallery.html?dynt
DYNT has launched a record number of new products within the last 12 months. The ramp up in revenues should start to show up this quarter and very likely continue to improve as the new products gain greater acceptance.
Net income should start to improve also because the company said that they will reduce R&D expenses from record 2006 levels.
DYNT is one of the safest stocks you will buy under $1.5. The company believes that the stock is too undervalued and they have a stock buyback program which is activated when the stock price dips under $1.3. They bought over 50,000 shares this year and have money approved for about 250,000 more shares.
DYNT HIGHLIGHTS:
* DYNT IS THE LEADER IN LIGHT THERAPY FOR PAIN MANAGEMENT
* FDA APPROVED and PATENTED PRODUCTS
* MARKET CAP is $10M
* TRADING AT 0.5 P/S
* STRONG BALANCE SHEET
* ONGOING STOCK BUYBACK PROGRAM
To improve overall operations, DYNT management is implementing a four-fold strategy focused on (1) boosting marketing efforts through new sales incentive programs; (2) reducing labor expenses; (3) enhancing product profit margins through improved manufacturing processes; and (4) continuing development of new, state-of-the-art products for future growth.
CEO Cullimore stated in last quarter's earnings release, "We believe this four-fold strategy will enable us to address short-term profitability without jeopardizing long-term growth," ...."We've already begun to implement this four-fold strategy with the introduction of several new sales incentive programs and have identified a number of improvements that can be made to lower our manufacturing costs."
"We look forward to improving our financial results by generating a full quarter of sales from the DX2 decompression/light therapy unit," said Larry K. Beardall, executive vice president of sales and marketing. "We're hearing encouraging reports from the field regarding the benefits patients are experiencing from the combination of decompression and light therapy. The introduction of the new T3 and T4 treatment tables, scheduled for early in the third fiscal quarter, are also expected to improve results. In addition, our distributors are excited and motivated by the new incentive programs we've introduced."
ABOUT DYNT:
Dynatronics (Nasdaq: DYNT) designs, manufactures, markets, and distributes physical medicine products and aesthetic products in the United States and internationally.
Its physical medicine products include electrotherapy, for treating chronic pain and/or acute post-traumatic pain, increasing local blood circulation, relaxation of muscle spasms, etc.
You will find Dynatronics' infrared light therapy equipment in most chiropractic clinics in the world. Light therapy is used for treating various medical conditions, including pain and stiffness associated with arthritis, as well as muscle and joint pain. Light therapy is FDA approved and a safe alternative to toxic pain medications like Celebrex, Vioxx, etc.
The company also manufactures skin care products; and medical supplies and soft goods, including hot packs, cold packs, therapy wraps, wrist splints, ankle weights, lumbar supports, cervical collars, slings, cervical pillows, back cushions, weight racks, and parallel bars.
DYNT is a cheap stock with significant upside. DYNT is currently trading at a P/S of 0.5 with a market cap of less than $10M.
I believe DYNT will surprise the street on Monday with a small profit. If that happens, DYNT will quickly jump to $1.7.
I also like the fact that the company has an ongoing stock buyback program to prevent it from going under $1. The company has a strong balance sheet.
DYNT's technology is great. My mom's chiropractor has one its high-tech light-therapy products for all kinds of aches. DYNT's light therapy became famous three years ago when Terrell Owens used the therapy to accelerate his recovery to be able to play in the superbowl in record recovery time. The stock gained 150% when the news came out. DYNT's light therapy is an excellent alternative to pain medications with really bad side effects because it in non-intrusive and has no side effects.
DYNT's light therapy products are patented and FDA approved.
DYNT has upgraded its website lately and it looks really good. I particularly like the CEO's message.
