Title: SGLS.OB
Post by: saffeysite1 on June 06, 2005, 08:54:49 PM
somethings going on here.  No news yet, but the recent pick up in volume suggests something.

I agree.  I have SGLS on my quote.com positions because I bought shares at .045.  Suddenly today, the percentage gain was 16%, and volume was up.  Why?  Don't know.  Happy to see it coming back to where I got in.  Blew my mind that it went higher than my AMEP, TNOG and QOIL percentages.  Weird.

Coming alive from reverse split. I dont trust this move yet. Need to be confirmed with further volume and price action.

I am not sure how valid the source is, but I got an email from a friend of a friend, saying that there is going to be some news on this stock after the close.

Keep your eyes open.

It looks like the heavy volume was mostly in the morning hours...following the release of this news yesterday afternoon:  http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050706/65791.html?.v=1

I will watch the stock, but its volume after the morning hours returned to normal.

I don;t mean to put a damper on your enthusiasm, but sometimes, for reasons beyond me, I've seen an incredible surge in volume, and obviously, we think news is leaking out and MM's are using that to bid up the price and a corresponding vol. increase, but sometimes thr news never comes out and those who bought high are left as bagholders.

case in point, my recent experience with SFTV...i bought at 0.0143, based on chart and instincts...vol. was higher and next day, it gapped up and ran to 0.034, I was holding it coz everybody seemed tothink it was a news related run, but news never came, and it slowly began to trend lower with on lower volume...news hasn't arrived to this day, but it's hovering around 0.012 right now.

of course, I sold it at 0.014 with a loss  :( (not much anyway)

This stock did well again today, had a pullback good part of the day, then took off again in the afternoon.....missed it!

How high is this going? Doesn't seem to be relenting at all.

Very nice

Hi julia,

Hard to answer your questions...two things :

1. Indicators show us price is overbought (be careful...) but a long white candelstick appears..We can wait for a bearish candelstick.

2. Fibonacci retracement : last downtrend (0.50 -> 0.02). Retracement of 38% -> 0.20. 0.20 could be a good target at long term.

I prefer the first solution and wait for a pullback around 0.04-0.05 (waiting for second wave is finished) if it arrives !

Have a good day and good trades julia..

I got me a good laugh out of your post. ;D   Seargent Search's wrath.....
Not being a hard ass fellow traders. JMHO, If a member here makes a pick on a stock and we all
find it interesting then post our thoughts to that thread,,,,,in other words we have a nice running thread, with the history of that pick all in one place....."Simplicity"
If I'm posting my thoughts on a pick to a thread that I have always posted to . Why would I want to start posting to a new thread on the same stock pick.
I guess I will leave everyone alone,  :-X  and I will just have to use the search to find the thread that I was posting to."I like my eggs all in one basket"! ;)
Good luck with your trades, Fellow Traders...... ;)

I totally agree with Setravis. Why isn't everyone just doing a search and continuing on the already existing thread. It makes so much sense.

I hate it when I want to search for a stock, and find several threads on it..then i have to waste my time trying to figure out which thread to post to. I want to see all the info previously posted on a stock all together...it get so confusing going thru all the threads..its a mess.

I personally think the head boys should look into this matter and correct the situation and make sure everyone is on the same page....pun intended :)

So, now that I posted here, I have to go back to the original thread and post there to keep it visible so that hopefully the next person who has something to say on SGLS will post there.

Seargent Search (Setravis...hee hee), I hope u keep up ur patrol and keep this place running smoothly...good work Sarge! ;D

Don't want to offend anyone, just hoping we can all work together better and make this place more efficient. :)

thanks!

Thanks so much Ket! :) Appreciate that :)

Nice observation, I wonder why the spikes have happened at the end of the last few months? What can that be attributed to? And is it a good chance that it will happen again this month?

Is the next res. point .269, the last high? Should we crack that .269...what is the next res.?

Wax....cool chart...too bad I don't read german :D

Thanks!

Hello this is a chart from a german Member

I traslate it for you!! julia...

-RSI is on upmove  thats positiv
-MACD triggerd Buy
-At the end of the Month everytime we got high Volume
- 2 resistance 0,23 and 0,269

And the last sentence on the left side:

That can be the 3 and 1 methode.
On a trendlinie it is often that the 4 touch of the Line
is the one that it can break when not it will go on.
But when this line will break it break at the 4 touch.

Here an Example

Also they wirtten that the upper Linie ( Trend) can be Break this time.
0,32 isthe touch and when it breaks 0,5 Target is in!

::)

Hey Wax, Thank you for the tranlsation! :)

Sounds good, but on the example chart, the one below the SGLS chart, it shows that right at the 4th step it took off from there without any pullback..it just kept going up. Whereas on the SGLS chart, there are 4  clear steps meanin the 4th step shows a pullback.
So, do u mean that in this type of chart pattern, the 4th step is a critical point for a possible run and it does not matter if there is a pullback as it will eventually continue its uptrend and possible have a breakout?

Sorry, if this is confusing...lol. :)

Now, I'm confused becasue, not sure if I should buy monday or tuesday and sell wednesday or thursday, becasue according to Ket's observations, pps will rise before month end, then drop a the begining of the month. But, now u think it could have a good chance to keep running.....so...should i be holding for the run?

I get easily confused...always a dilemma :D

Appreciate ur update! ;D

thanks

julia

THe 3 and 1 rule means toches of Trendlines. Every TrendLine...
At the Example you see the Trendline were touch 3 time at the 4 time it go trough.
That is the 3 and 1 Rule.
But it must not go true....
But the probability to break the Trendline is at the 4 th time numerously.

When it dind´t go trough this going on  in the Trendchanncels.

Thanks for the 3 and 1 Rule explanation. So, ur saying that since it didnt run thru the 4th step it will fall back into the channel, for possibly a 5th step moving higher? Sorry, just making sure im understanding ur explanantion.

Well..i had a buy in at .21 then .22...but never dipped to that for me to get...i was being too cheap :)

I guess i will just have to watch if their is the break of .34 now.

glta....looks very nice...and nice call Ket on noticing how it moves up some just before eom.

Oh Setravis....its because of u that I initially had SGLS on my watch list...and i knew if u were posting on it, it would have an excellent chance of going up and going up nicelytoo!  I know i should buy when u recommend it..and just hold it. But, my problem is, is that if i don't see alot of movement going on...i wait to see if it will start its run, then jump in.....silly girl..i have no patience and have no idea how to buy low and sell high like u...lol ;D

Ur picks are like this...buy when no one is watching.... completely forget about it....then in about a month or 2 or 3 or even 4 , go back and find that went up 500%!! ;D

I, instead watch every tick...and any drop in the pps and i panic sell....still working on how to buy...and sell for that matter.

But, keep up the great picks...and I like it when u hint...hint even louder...we know it ain't no pump! :D Just great TA in action! :)

Thanks Ket....well..im still watching it...cause now it has me completely intrigued! :D

Julia, I think (hope) you (and me) didn't miss the train yet. If you look at your loved EMA13, you will notice- the real run starts under EMA13- every time. It supposed to be this time too

BUT!!!!!

Because of permanent cycling and 3SOF(yes, I mean it) more traders noticing the stock,
and because they want too be ahead of crowd, the price stared to run earlier.

I believe, 3SOF  may affect a price ( like it happened with NIHK) and today, price was triggered not by TA, but by 3SOF( very sorry, I am not happy about it too)

That is why you were not confident to jump in, that is why
Quotedon't see alot of movement going on

And I still believe, the true run will start with rebound from EMA 13
If it does not happen, will be very pity not to be in a crowd. Yesterday I put a limit order @.20 "good until...". Now I don't know- change it or not

Hey Lana :)

Nice observation on the EMA...but u have the EMA20 up ...not the EMA13.

But, actually if u r looking at the EMA13 as I included in the chart below, the 4th step does just nicks under it before it moves up (so, ur right!)....and mmics the 3rd step a little more.  This next 4th step is behaving a little differently then the last 3, so yes...as now u r saying, and the rest of the boys here, this does have a good feeling for continuation...in my uneducated TA opinion...lol :)

Yes...Lana, u could be right about 3sf having an impact.  But, there are a ton of boards out there that cause traders to influence chart patterns and their proceedings..so, in acutallity I believe that we are just a reflection of many other charts and are a built in factor which is typical of the normal goings on in the stock world that give charts their unique patterns....their fingerprints....hey..cool. :)...did i just ramble on saying nothing? lol..well, there is a good thought in there somewhere :D Lana...like the way u think! :)

Well...lets just keep it on watch, i bet it will resume its course upward...waiting for the .34 break. :)

I have to say...u guys all have sharp eyes, catching all these little TA signs for clues,...u guys are good! What a team of sleuths!

Setravis....lol...u just always spreading the love ;D...hee hee....im going get'cha! :)

glta gang! ;D

I always use EMA13

About 3SOF impact- yes, there are so many boards, but I didn't see more educated, knowledgeable and strong as 3SOF. Our gurus and members give their opinions and explain on what it based. They doing it so good , mostly 100% right , earned so much trust and many follow it just blindly, without thinking hardly.
I know that, because a half a year ago I did the same.

Actually, when I was following 3SOF advises blindly, I made more $$$, than when I started thinking and learning-funny

When this dindn´t move over the trendline in the 4th step this will move on in the Trend.
Charttechnical
That means at the 5th this dindn´t go trough and on and on....

It could move past the linie with News ( Fundamental )

But only Charttechnical with out fundamental when the 4th time dind´t go trough it moves on and on in the trend!

Hi everybody
Unfortunately I wasn't at my  computer on Friday afternoon and couldn't sell SLGS
I don't think ether it will continue to run. Last Friday we got a good volume, but it didn't trigger price such high as it was other months. The increased interest screwed somebody's game up

Every first-second days of the next month it opens around 15-20% lower, goes lower and rebound to the opening level and after mass selloff starting. I hope, I will have time to get out without a loss

If , accidentally, it will continue to run--good for everybody

Here is the 10 min chart of Mar 31-Apr 3,4,5. April 3 was the first trading day of the next month. The same was previous months

Signature Files to Withdraw Registration of 50,000,000 Shares....... ;D ;)
Thursday April 19, 4:05 pm ET

CASSELBERRY, FL and CHAMPLIN, MN--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 19, 2007 -- Signature Leisure, Inc. (OTC BB:SGLS.OB - News) announced today that the company has filed a request with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an order granting the immediate withdrawal of its Registration Statement on Form SB-2, File No. 333-137736, of 50,000,000 shares. The Registration Statement was originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 2, 2006.

Signature's management no longer desired to conduct the offering of securities as contemplated in the Registration Statement. No securities have been sold pursuant to the Registration Statement and all activities in respect of the offering have been discontinued.

Stephen W. Carnes, President of Signature Leisure, Inc., stated, "I believe that it was in the best interest of the Company and shareholders to cancel the Registration Statement. When we originally filed the registration statement, I believed that the company potentially would need to issue those shares to have the necessary capital to operate the business. Due to cash flows within Signature's new Investor Relations Division, I felt that we could now cancel the Registration Statement."

Carnes further stated, "What this means to shareholders is that the 50,000,000 shares which were registered on October 2, 2006, were never issued and the Registration Statement is being canceled. I believe that the registration of the shares had a negative impact on the Company due to the perception of the potential dilution. It is my hope that shareholders and the market will view today's announcement favorably."

"While there is no way to prove the total number of shares that are shorted in any company, it is my firm belief that short sellers targeted Signature's stock right after the registration of those 50,000,000 shares. By withdrawing this registration statement, I hope to send a very firm message that those shares will NOT be issued, thus those shares will NOT be coming into the market. Any parties that may have shorted Signature's stock in anticipation of those shares being issued have made a miscalculated bet. Any party that wishes to cover their short position should now understand that they won't be able to cover from the 50,000,000 shares which are now being canceled," Carnes stated.
