Trader, I think it's your pc that has the issue. I just tried it and logged into chat room OK.

Our chat runs on Java, could you please download latest Java version here:
http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
This could also be some kind of browser issue, try runing Firefox instead of internet explorer.
