Great company + Great CEO = Great investment!!!

Hey, good find just starting my dd on this one....
based on .08 eps your target seems attainable
Company has no debt, and based on capitol structure and recent news this looks like a great company in a red hot sector. The Gps is projected to hit a 800 Bil market with ten years.
Technically since a new issue, chart looks to be starting a starway into a strong uptrend, since ipo there is no resistance and once discovered the market will start to build a value based on projections of .08 eps.. Not uncommon for news issues to trade in a PE ranging from 100-300.
So your target range seems very possible, what attract me most so far is the contracts and relationships that the company has with leaders in the industry.
Trmb(Trimble) who recently joined forces with sprint and are now dealing with this company for solutions, In my opinion gives this company a huge leg up into market penetration 95% percent of fortune 500 companies are sprint nextel customers.

Looks like a great company in its infancy, Cramer was talking about the gps sector recently, look forward to starting a position monday.
Titan America deal is huge too. http://www.titanamerica.com
BREMERTON, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 17, 2006--Emergency Vehicle Installation, Inc. ("EVI"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GHL Technologies, Inc. The company employs more than 1800 professionals and is the parent of Essex Cement LLC, Roanoke Cement LLC, Separation Technologies LLC, Tarmac America LLC, Titan Virginia Ready-Mix LLC and Titan Florida" This company is huge, and is taking GHLT under its wings just like TRMB (which trades over $45 a share). Another big push for this great company, and this means more Revenues!
Wow...u really think this can get to $8 Sarfisoy?
THANK You. I will be loading up on this come monday..
this is a NEW stock that has only been trading since april 24th, whats that like almost 4 weeks? I can assure you that this stock is tightly held by many smart investors. I also feel that this stock is not just going to stay on the pinks, BB or nasdaq is more realistic to me. Imo, yes $3.50+ is likely to happen this week. Let me explain why... My estimate is that the PE is trading right now at about 33, if thats right at PE of 50 this should be at $4.00...but at a PE of 100 (which is not uncommon in tech stocks at all, usually 100-300 and ive seen higher) this should be trading at $8.00....lets do the math for those who dont know...take the current price $2.71 divide by projected EPS which is $.08 = 33PE, ect...
thanks for the numbers dmx!

Hi Guys...think news is out for GHLT...yet to hit some of the public wires.
EVI Selected to Provide Nationwide GPS Installation Services for CEMEX USA
Monday May 22, 10:55 am ET
BREMERTON, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 22, 2006--Emergency Vehicle Installation, Inc. ("EVI"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GHL Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GHLT - News) specializing in third party installation of GPS/telematics systems in commercial and government fleet vehicles, announced today that CEMEX USA, the American subsidiary of CEMEX, S.A. (NYSE: CX - News), one of the world's leading cement and ready-mix products producers, has selected EVI to provide GPS installation services for CEMEX's U.S.-based fleet vehicles.
Under the terms of the new installation agreement with CEMEX USA, EVI will equip CEMEX USA's domestic fleet vehicles with cutting edge global positioning technologies to assist the company in keeping track of its mobile assets. EVI already has begun to service the contract with successful installations in North Carolina and Virginia.
CEMEX's U.S. operations rank as one of the largest building materials companies, largest distributors of cement, and largest ready-mix producers in the country. Its network stretches from California to Florida and from Texas to Pennsylvania. Its holdings include 12 cement plants, 49 strategically-located distribution terminals, 49 aggregate quarries and 283 ready-mix concrete plants.
"This new installation agreement will prove that EVI has the resources and capability to meet the GPS installation requirements of large enterprises with mobile assets in various locations throughout the country," said Gene Hew-Len, CEO of GHL Technologies and a 25-year veteran of the mobile electronics and GPS/telematics industry. "We will begin servicing this new agreement immediately, as we continue the aggressive expansion of our GPS/telematics installation operations this year."
According to numerous industry sources, global GPS and telematics sales are expected to exceed $16 billion by the end of this year, with the demand for real-time track and trace applications growing exponentially as companies continue to improve customer service standards.
Nearly 32 percent of trucks and about 25 percent of truck trailers are anticipated to be equipped with telematics systems by the end of 2012; and virtually all commercial vehicles are expected to be equipped with GPS/telematics systems in the foreseeable future. Industry revenue from both hardware and services in the long-haul, local fleet, and trailer-use segments alone is expected to surpass the $6.5 billion mark in 2012.
About GPS and Telematics Technologies
GPS, or Global Positioning System, is a worldwide radio-navigation system formed by a constellation of 24 orbiting satellites and their ground stations and controlled by the U.S. Department of Defense. Originally intended strictly for military use, GPS uses these satellites as reference points to calculate positions accurate to within meters, or within a centimeter as with advanced forms of GPS.
Telematics is the convergence of computing, information, and wireless communication technologies with GPS location-tracking capabilities inside a moving platform, which in turn enables various location-based and multimedia communication services. Applications such as vehicle location-tracking, dynamic GPS navigation, real-time traffic reports, and automated crash and theft notifications are some service examples of telematics.
According to numerous industry sources, global GPS and telematics sales are expected to exceed $16 billion by the end of this year, with the demand for real-time track and trace applications growing exponentially as companies continue to improve customer service standards. The GPS/telematics market is expected to grow at a rate of nearly 25 percent through 2007 and more rapidly beginning in 2008 as the next wave of GPS/telematics technology is made available via new satellite launches.

this stock is being manipulated, but not that much more than another other pinky...
right now they've pulled it back so they can run it again.
not for the faint of heart.
but nasdaq listing news sounds real good.
This is a company with real products, and will do well... I except it should go to at least 4.
Bouncing nicely here from a dip below $2. lbotex, it traded more than the float yesterday, agreed, it was brought down hard on purpose as there are no shares left out there, also expecting another move up and more news. Good to see they are working on OTCBB listing, will add to their credibility, which already is high, not just anyone has agreements with Trimble, Sprint/Nextel and Cemex.

Careful.
Yesterday I received a stock investor newsletter in the mail highlighting GHLT as an explosive stock. I'm sure many others received this letter as well, hence the run-up the past week.
Could possible be a pump & dump that's where I came across it also and thought site might be good for those invested to read. Was you'rs from the same site.

Tough couple of days for GHLT, but I don't think this one's done running yet. IMO, once the daytraders and shorts step off this one, PPS is gonna rise steadily on the merits of the company itself. Contracts are coming in nonstop! I see 4 easy.
Last nights show on subpennyradio they said there was a major shorter looking to hammer this down and that the shorter's goal was to get GHLT listed on stocklemon.com by the end of this week! Who knows.. just passing along the information.
Seems to me that the shorts are done with this one. Looking at the intraday chart, this puppy held the line strong. Looks like strong support at 2.10
Should take a leap up this week, IMO
