Financial Results for the First Half
Revenues for the first six months of 2006 rose by 9% to $10.8 million compared to $9.9 million for the first half of 2005. Gross margin for the first half of 2006 was 69%, a slight rise compared to 68% for the parallel period of 2005.
On the basis of U.S. generally accepted accounted principles (GAAP), the Company recorded net income of $89,000, or $0.01 per ordinary share (basic and diluted) for the first half of 2006. Net income for the six-month period included non-cash share-based compensation expense of $233,000 taken in respect of SFAS 123R, as explained above.
The Company has also presented its results on a non-GAAP basis excluding share-based compensation to provide investors and management with insight into RADCOM's underlying operating results. On such non-GAAP basis, RADCOM's net income for the first six months of 2006 was $322,000, or $0.02 per share. Net income for the first six months of 2005, which did not include share-based compensation, was $237,000, or $0.02 per share.
Comments of Management
Commenting on the news, Mr. Arnon Toussia-Cohen, President and CEO, said, "The second quarter was another period of revenue growth, profitability and strategic progress for RADCOM. Our revenues fell marginally short of our original projections due to accounting policies relating to a multiple element agreement that prevented the recognition of revenues associated with an order shipped during the second quarter. Nevertheless, we were able to post our eleventh straight quarter of year-over-year revenue growth and a 12% sequential increase in sales, achieving another solidly profitable quarter for RADCOM."
Mr. Toussia-Cohen continued, "We are very pleased by the overall development of our business in line with our plan for building the company to the next level. The rising pace of global 3G deployments continues to drive demand for our 3G service monitoring solutions, as demonstrated by the follow-on orders that we continue to receive from cellular operators in North America, Europe and Australia. In addition, we are seeing a rise in Omni-Q demand from wireline operators as they ramp up their VoIP and other converged network deployments."
Mr. Toussia-Cohen concluded, "Taken as a whole, we are optimistic regarding the future and believe that market trends are working in our favor. We are on track for achieving a stronger second half of the year and continue working to build the Company to the next level."
Guidance
The following statement is forward-looking in nature, and actual results may differ materially. See below under "Risks Regarding Forward Looking Statements".
Given the reliance of the Company's performance for any specific quarter on the timing of a relatively small number of relatively large orders, the Company's quarterly results of operations are subject to fluctuations. Nonetheless, management projects that the Company's revenues for the third quarter of 2006 will range between $6.7 million and $7.1 million, and that its revenues for the second half of the year will be significantly improved compared with those of the first half of the year.

I lost so much money on the POS..
First they did the dual trading in America and Telaviv
then insiders starting selling
then the were back logged and their Q1 was below estimates..
It tanked more than 30% in a day..
Stay away till their fundamentals recover...

Chart is very bearish, MACD just went negative, candlesticks dont suggest any kind of reversal yet. It is way oversold and far below its 200 sma... Maybe worth watching for a confirmed reversal, but there should be better entries than today, I will watch for a bottom.
Witch MM ? Not the 50 or 200...

Ya, sure she can rise, but that's no reason for one to enter in that particularly stock, with that line of reason, you should enter at any stock in the market.
But with that chart....man, first you need to find if there is any support, any volume that can led to a uptrend chart, what you don't see at that baby, do you???

I bought the entire float at $2.1...just like I did with SIMC at $3.2. At that time no one would buy a SIMC share because of overrated TA. Irecently sold my SIMC at $10.2
If you bought the entire float, then stop selling your shares to anyone, the stock price will gradually rise over time, just simple supply and demand and you control the supply. Of course, its a bit hard to believe you bought the ENTIRE float...
HAHA bought the entire floaat.... that is tooo much...
;D

42K SHARES AT AN AVERAGE $2.12..........CHECK WITH ME IN A MONTH WHEN i AM 80K RICHER...
BUY LOW SELL HIGH......PLAY THE FEAR AND GREED FACTOR TO THE MAX TO PROFIT TO THE MAX
I hope for your sake it does go up... this is a tough market, even the 3SOF portfolio picks are getting hammered. Personally I am at only 10% investment and still managing to feel the pain on just that. My take is that we may not see a bottom until after the fed has raised rates officially near end of month.
There did seem to be some slight bounce on RDCM today, but the 3 day candlesticks are still 3 black crows (granted this isnt a reversal situation but that formation remains bearish here).
If you bought 42k at 2.12, you are down over $5k today.
I am sitting this one out for a while, but I will share in your joys and be saddened by your losses.
I made good money in your SIMC, so I have to take what you write seriously.
$5K, youch! That is a cruise to the Carribean in my book.
huge bounce on 3,000000 shares! oh wait thats 33thousand. anyway it's up a dollar,
no wait thats 10cents. anyway this is HUGE!!!!
I expect this to go either up or down sometime this year.
hang in it just dropped 2cents, run for door! with both hands!
sorry to have a laugh at your expense but your posts are funny.
like an info commercial. if i don't buy today i won't get the set of carving knives. :D
i truly hope this does go to the moon for you,
good luck

ya like ... every other stock in the market.. what a no brainer...!!!!
Precicly!
RDCM could be a great buy at these prices. The company will release its 2Q 2006 earnings this month. They have not warned that they did not meet their forecast and that's great.
The ghidance for this quarter is very strong. If they meet the guidance RDCM could easily jump to $4+. The comparables against 2Q 2005 are very good per the currennt guidance.
Last quarter quarter they warned of a shortfall on the 3rd of the month because a contract expected in Q1 was not completely consumated. That contract will likely show up in 2Q and 3Q.
Keep an eye on this one $$$$
;D
Keep an eye on RDCM.....one more day and no warning....hmmm
This means that earnings will be very strong....2Q 2006 guidance calls for significantly higher numbers than 2Q 2005....
NO WARNING = STRONG QUARTER = BEATS 2 Q 2005 AND 1Q 2006 BY A MILE = $4++ POSSIBLE AFTER EARNINGS
RDCM provided the following guidance for 2Q 2006 to be reported in about 2 more weeks:
..."Management projects that its revenues for the second quarter of 2006 will range between $6.0 million to $6.5 million...."
This would generate net income of 4 - 6c/share depending on the revenue.
Compare these figures with 2Q 2005 revenues of $4.84 and net income of 1c/share.
I believe that RDCM could go over $4/share after 2Q 2006 earnings release
>:D
Keep an eye on RDCM .....
NO WARNING = HUGE EARNINGS COMPARED TO 2Q 2005 AND 1Q 2006 = EXPLOSIVE EARNINGS POP AND RALLY AFTREWARDS
RDCM WILL BE THIS MONTH'S SOMERA....MARK THIS POST
I SMELL A BREAKOUT HERE...BUYING HAS INTENSIFIED TODAY

RDCMs chart looks good and now shows that it is back in positive money territory:

I fully expect RDCM to be trading North of the $3 mark either before or after earnings
This bad market is giving you all a great opportunity to buy an profitable growth stock at dirt cheap prices. RDCM has the potential to double triple from today's prices
WE SHOULD SEE A BOUNCE FROM THIS POINT FORWARD
RDCM has had its share of bad news lately with the most recent one being last week's warning. However, less than a month before the announcement DRCM's Chairman bought 263,000 shares in the open market paying an average $1.41/share. This to me means only one thing.....that the biggest insider and the largest shareholder expected significant long-term upside from his $1.41 price.
RDCM has a very small float and a strong balance sheet featuring about 60c/share and ZERO debt. RDCM's technology is excellent. They just need to do a little housekeeping, and with that they should rise again to a multiple of today's price.
Here is the chairman's announcement:

RDCM is poised to bounce back up. There has been a lot of accumulation in the 75c area for the last few weeks. RDCM has a strong balance sheet with lots of cash and no debt. RDCM has excellent technology and products and it's sure to enjoy an eventual furious bounce back up. The float is very tiny and very tightly held.
Some of you might not know but there has been significant insider buying in the $1.5 area in recent months.

RETURNING TO PROFITABILITY..60c/SH CASH....IPTV, VoIP, CELL, VIDEO, CABLE
6-mo Target: $3++
Nasdaq's Radcom Corp., member of the very successful Israel RAD telecom conglomerate, could be the best under-the radar stock under $1. Do your DD on this one before the "January effect" makes it a lot more expensive to own
RDCM has stated last month that with recent moves implemented during the last 2 quarters that it will return to profitability in the current, or 4Q 2007.
RDCM has 60c/share cash and no debt. With a float of only 8M shares, RDCM could easily climb back to $3+ if it can demonstrate its return to profitability.
In a recent interview by Frost and Sullivan an executive at RDCM said:
..."The current state of the market in which we are involved is one in which opportunities abound. Market demand is booming and we see many opportunities because we handle almost all technologies, wireless and wireline, you name it: VoIP, IMS, IPTV, UMTS, and CDMA.."
Commenting on the 3Q 2007 results, Mr. David Ripstein, RADCOM's President and CEO, said, "During the past two quarters, we have been carrying out activities designed to return the Company to profitability as quickly as possible, including a cost-cutting program on the one hand and a program for expanding our sales on the other hand. Though our sales for the third quarter were still low, we have succeeded in expanding our sales pipeline substantially and are now working to close a number of short-to-medium term opportunities. We have strengthened our distributor network, especially in the Far East. In addition, we are now adding a new dimension to our sales effort through the pursuit of strategic OEM partnerships with top-tier equipment vendors. We believe these strategic partnerships have the potential to significantly improve our access to opportunities that our current channels have been unable to afford us."
Mr. Ripstein continued, "To accelerate our return to profitability, we have implemented a cost-cutting program, including a 23% reduction of the workforce and structural changes throughout the Company, a painful but necessary process. In making these cuts, we have been careful to maintain our strong sales- and customer-focuses. The program has already reduced our expenses, but we expect to realize its full benefits starting in the first quarter of 2008.
"With streamlined expenses, a strengthened customer focus, an expanded pipeline of sales opportunities and more effective sales channels, we are positioned to benefit fully from our clear product and technology advantage. We are working to return to profitability as quickly as possible and to realize the Company's true potential."
It appears that the company strategy is working. RDCM announced the following major contract win during the 4th quarter to be reported next month:
http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/071029/ukm02...
A major insider purchased 263,300 shares at $1.5 in May, 2007. The insider now owns over 20% of the company. I have to assume that he knows more than I do about this company to spend almost half a million dollars in it.
