We are proud to be providing the United States government and their service men and women with our solutions. This is only the beginning. We expect many more great developments in 2006 and 2007," stated Jim Plant, CEO of CyberKey Solutions, Inc.

BUYINS.NET Identifies Short Selling of 102 Million Shares of CyberKey Solutions Stock
Market Wire "US Press Releases "
ST. GEORGE, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/31/06 -- CyberKey Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CKYS) wishes to inform its shareholders and the public that BUYINS.NET has determined that the total aggregate number of CyberKey shares shorted from January 2005 to October 2006 is approximately 102 million with an estimated dollar value of $2.3 million.
The SqueezeTrigger price of $0.0227 is the volume-weighted average short price of all short selling in CKYS over that period. A short squeeze began when shares of CKYS closed above $0.0227 and short sellers started losing money. To access SqueezeTrigger prices ahead of potential short squeezes visit http://www.buyins.net. This information is valuable in determining the precise point at which short sellers go out-of-the-money and start losing on their short and naked short trades.
"Short selling, especially 'naked' short selling, is a drain on the investment community and robs millions of dollars from investors. It also significantly reduces the ability of small cap companies to raise capital for their operations. By identifying the fact that there is a short position, we hope to address the issue and see a more accurate share price," stated Jim Plant, CEO of CyberKey Solutions, Inc.
CyberKey Solutions, Inc. recently announced that the Company's Board of Directors has approved a stock buyback program of up to $1 million of its common stock over the next 180 days. The share repurchase will be funded using the company's existing cash balance and future cash flows. The share repurchases will occur through open market purchases, privately negotiated transactions and/or transactions structured through investment banking institutions as permitted by securities laws and other legal means.

I really like the things developing here for CKYS. As a pink sheet stock they seem to have there things together a lot better then most pink sheet stocks that i see such as there website looks very professional and isn't full of deadlinks and uninformative information about the company. As well there Contact information isn't some hotmail account :D, typical shady pinksheet trait ;)
Reasons for the huge increase in volume and price action over the past several months-CKYS recieved a $25 million order from the department of homeland security branch of the US government to be paid throughout 2006.
-Board of Directors has authorized its officers and directors to buy up to five million shares of common stock directly from the open market.
-CyberKey Solutions posted a Gross Profit of 12,806,298.97 with total expenses of only $654,238.78 for the first 6 months of 2006. As a result, CyberKey's Net profit of more than $12 Million yielded an earnings per share of more than $.027.
- Receives additional 40k unit order from homeland security. The forty-thousand unit purchase order is for smaller capacity CyberKey BIO Drives. The CyberKey BIO Drives will utilize CyberKey Solutions standard security software, with the added feature of biometric fingerprint recognition.
- CEO interviewed on the the floor of the nasdaq and discussed plans to be listed on the OTCBB
- Expansion into Europe during the month of September
-CyberKey Solutions Places Significant Biometric Equipment Order With Sequiam Corporation for Immediate Delivery
-CyberKey Solutions, Inc. Brings Its Technology to the Government at "FOSE 2007"
- Oct 31st ckys announced a $1m share buyback program over the next 180 days through open market purchases, privately negotiated transactions and/or transactions structured through investment banking institutions
-CyberKey Solutions, Inc. Unveils New "Regency" BioLock at Asia-Pacific Homeland Security Summit and Expo 2006 (Finger print recognition deadbolts, id love to have one of these for my front door ;) $250/lock)

New purchases coming in from the US military? (Nov 3rd)
"CyberKey has introduced products and service that are not only practical but would provide immediate resolution to matters we are facing in security of information within the military and Department of Defense," stated LTC (P) Ed Toy from the US Army Pacific Command and Joint Task Force Homeland Defense.
"The KeepSafe and Biometric USB devices designed for the military were absolute standouts at this summit," stated Jim Plant CEO of CyberKey Solutions. "We have already begun the negotiation of major purchase orders with government and military representative."
...
So as you can see we have a lot of reason for speculation here with CKYS and the potential for this to turn into a multi-bagger given some time. An additional order from the us military will drive a lot of additional momentum on top of the $25m deal with the DHS this year.
Technically longer term we see CKYS has been stuck in a trading range for a while but with these recent developments and huge amount of volume it looks like CKYS is ready to leave this territory and move onto new highs
(http://**********.net/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;attach=1300;image)
Medium term chart we see a nice cup and handle breakout after todays move. Todays breakout has an upper shadow which suggests some weakness in this breakout but the general volume and momentum in this chart is very attractive and i think a continuation to higher prices is in the near future.
Short term we see an ascending triangle breakout with heavy volume with the 9sma following nicely behind price action
(http://**********.net/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;attach=1298;image)
Im liking what we see here and think CKYS has the potential to become a multibag stock given some patience and time. Im looking to enter hopefully on some intraday weakness tomorrow.
Regards,
fous
Time to start movin again on this sucker. Todays breakout confirms the cup and handle formation so i think things should only get hotter from here. Im hoping to see a move of possibly 100% or more. Only time will tell ;)

"Actually, this is a deal that I personally worked on," noted Dumas on the origination of the contract. With the holiday season just beginning, one would think this heavy shopping period would increase demand for the biometric security safes, but Dumas noted, "There was a lot of hype surrounding these products before there release. Now that they are available, there has been a good amount of demand which we feel may not be directly related with the holiday season."When asked about the customers CyberKey was marketing the safes to, Dumas noted, "CyberKey has some orders from government agencies. The safe is used by the agents who have weapons and take them home. There have also been some large retailers whose names have come up, but we're not going to divulge anymore information regarding that aspect. In any event, the large order is certainly something to watch as the company only had $260,569 in revenue for the third quarter and almost $700,000 in trailing twelve month revenue. With the continued growth expected in the biometric security market and the distribution of a large retailer, it might be wise to follow the name over the coming months.

According to Yahoo they have 450.08M Shares Outstanding...might take a lot of buying. I was just checking out there website and it seems they don't have their products in any retail stores yet...am I correct? They need to get into all these computer retail stores. I have not tried any portable storage products yet...but it seems like a competitive market lately. But they have biometrics technology that I have not seen from anyone else. I am going start watching this one too.

CKYS has 700 million outstanding with the float being somewhere around 200 million.
That is the bad thing about pinks, you just don't know.
Hopefully audited financials will be out in the next month or so and we will know the true financial condition of the company.

Hmmmm...... this one caught my interest.
According to pinksheets their Outstanding Shares: 200,000,000 as of 2006-11-28 maybe there are some misunderstanding about outstanding shares, authorized shares and float ::)
Their financials are outstanding: https://www.otcstockinfo.com/repository/621727/621727_FR2.pdf
As hopefully everybody now knows 3SOF is into video in all forms and CKYS posted a video update for their shareholders yesterday: http://cyberkeysolutions.com/video/sholder_122606.html
Maybe Jim Plant is lying but I think he is pretty convincing and the government orders seems solid. At least they have started to pay and that is always a good sign :D http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/061025/0176500.html
I like what I am seeing. I need to do a little more research but this one is certainly on my watch list from now on.

I know Boatguy has done a lot of research on CKYS (just read this thread!) so he is probably right - at least he is right that nobody knows :D
With 700m outstanding shares the market cap is 16m USD. If the unaudited financials is to be believed they earned 12m USD in the first 6 month of this year.
Well I have not committed any cash yet but I will take the time to dig a bit deeper. The products looks interesting. I don't think they are lying about the orders and the payments from the government so......
Michael, can't wait to hear your analysis.
The I Hub board seems to have the best info:

I also remember something about the company having 120 million shares in reserve for an acquisition.
Sold- increased AS to 3 billion, no reason to do that unless they will soon be OS :'(

They have reasons.
Not the least of which are two numbers that show up on the 12/31/06 quickbooks financials -
$12 million Retained Earnings that effectively double their stated book value, and
$1 million Sales of Stock when they PR'd that they were buying back stock, not selling it.
Neither of these numbers were present in the 6/30/06 quickbooks financials.
Well, this one is supposed to start trading again on Tuesday as the suspension ended last night. Not clear if this will still be on OTC though. Should be interesting.
Where did you read/see that the suspension ended last night?

CEO Jim Plant arrested ;)
JAILED: CyberKey CEO Nabbed by FBI
Posted on Thursday, March 15 @ 22:54:52 CDT
By Bethany Anderson
MN1 Investigates
ST GEORGE, Utah (March 15, 2007) – It's been less than a month since trade resumed on CyberKey Solutions' (PK:CKYS) stock, but the company finds itself in hot water again as its CEO has apparently been arrested and briefly jailed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
A source close to the situation said Jim Plant has been charged with securities fraud in district court. Documentation has not appeared on the US Pacer website, which serves as a clearinghouse for all court documentation on the federal level. As soon as they do appear, Market News First will relay the information.
Plant was apparently arrested by FBI agent Greg Haynie March 13, and booked into the Washington County, Utah, jail. He was released a few hours later, according to paperwork obtained from the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
Nary a word of the arrest was mentioned in a press release sent out by CyberKey Thursday, where it said an internal investigation indicated that an unnamed company official "utilized improper accounting methods and reporting procedures while handling critical company contracts."
"CyberKey's accounting and reporting of certain matters may be in violation of the practices governed under securities laws," the release added.
According to the release, the company's accounting for revenues received and accounts receivable contained "numerous material errors" when it came to accounting for fulfilling a third party contract with the Department of Homeland Security.
"In November 2006, the Company began to discover information which indicated that this contract was not directly with DHS but instead with a third party distributor that was representing it was having the Cyberkey products delivered directly to DHS facilities in different locations," the release continued. "The Company has discovered that none of the products supposedly sold to this third party distributor had been delivered to DHS as had been represented repeatedly during 2006."
The company said that the revenues from the contract weren't realized because the third party distributor "apparently circumvented the Company's relationship with its manufacturer in China and secured direct payment and delivery of the CyberKey products without paying CyberKey anything." The contract, the company said in the release, would have received more than $20 million in 2006 and operating profit totaling more than $12 million.
The company also said that its comptroller told the company's legal counsel last week that the company's financials for the last five quarters were inaccurate, and that she had improperly entered financial information into the accounting system and forged several documents. She was removed from her position last week, the company said.
In what is probably a notable case of chutzpah, CEO Jim Plant said in the release that he was "deeply troubled by the findings related to the accounting practices of our company."
Plant disavowed any knowledge of the "problems," but did say that they "happened on my watch." He added that the company was putting in safeguards to avoid a similar situation again, and that the company would also be releasing corrected financial statements.
On Feb. 20, the company resumed trading after being suspended by the SEC 10 days earlier.
"It appears to the Securities and Exchange Commission that there is a lack of current and accurate information concerning the securities of CyberKey Solutions, Inc. ("CyberKey") because of questions regarding the accuracy of assertions made by CyberKey, and others, in press releases and other public statements to investors, concerning among other things: (1) contracts with the Department of Homeland Security and/or other government agencies, (2) revenues received pursuant to those contracts, and (3) accounts receivable generated by those contracts," the order for the suspension read.
CyberKey's website says that it partners with "industry leading manufacturers and distributors to deliver secure USB drive-based solutions to vertical markets and content owners, service providers and resellers."
According to unaudited financials for fiscal year 2006 that are posted on CyberKey's website, the company says it generated over $33,000,000 in revenues and has also reported total assets exceeding $28,000,000, which is a 45 percent increase over the $19,500,000 in assets reported for the first half of 2006.
That $33 million in revenues includes purchase orders for 150,000 CyberKey from various federal agencies, the company said in a Jan. 29 press release.
"This was truly an amazing year for the growth of our company and it is reflected in our financial statements. We will continue to aggressively market our cutting edge security solutions and product line to our ever expanding list of vertical markets," Plant said at the time of the press release.

This is interesting- >:(
Department of Homeland Security knew about the false claims-
http://www.businessweek.com/ap/financialnews/D8O07CK88.htm
From the article:
"In September, the DHS ordered Plant to immediately remove the news releases from the company Web site and stop making any references to contracts with the department."
Because the $25 million contract was fiction, CyberKey reported false revenue numbers in its 2006 financial statements, the authorities said. Although the financial statements were unaudited, Plant personally certified their accuracy, they said.
The bulk of the fraud could have been stopped, disturbing
;D 97 months in prison for Plant
U.S. SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
Litigation Release No. 20979 / March 30, 2009
Securities and Exchange Commission v. CyberKey Solutions, Inc. and James E. Plant, Civ. Action No. 07 1084 (CMR) (E.D. Pa, filed March 20, 2007); Crim No. 07-375 (E.D. Pa.)
CEO receives 97-month sentence for promoting stock touting a bogus Homeland Security deal and ensuing cover-up
The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that on March 23, 2009, the Honorable Norma L. Shapiro sentenced James E. Plant to serve 97 months in federal prison for securities fraud, making false statements to the SEC, witness tampering, and obstruction of an agency proceeding, charges to which Jim Plant pled guilty on June 30, 2008.
Plant was arrested on March 13, 2007, in St. George, Utah, by agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Philadelphia Economic Crimes Squad and the United States Postal Inspection Service on charges of securities fraud and aiding and abetting securities fraud. That same month, the Commission charged CyberKey Solutions, Inc. and Plant for engaging in an ongoing unregistered offering of CyberKey shares while promoting a bogus purchase order from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security ("DHS") for more than 150,000 USB "thumb" drives. Plant falsely claimed that this purchase order was worth more than $24 million, and resulted in net profits of more than $12 million in 2006. In fact, CyberKey had practically no revenues or profits and had never received any purchase order from DHS (or any other governmental agency).
In late 2006 and early 2007, Plant unsuccessfully tried to cover up his fraud by providing the SEC with numerous fake and fraudulent documents, including bogus purchase orders, wire transfers, and bank statements meant to verify the multi-million dollar DHS order. On March 7, 2007, in sworn testimony before the Commission, Plant repeated the false claims that CyberKey had a multi-million dollar contract with DHS and had been receiving payments of several million dollars pursuant to that contract. In addition, when asked by the SEC staff why DHS had no record of any business relationship with CyberKey, Plant fabricated another story, claiming falsely that CyberKey's DHS purchase order was actually through another company, Kikomac.
Finally, after the testimony concluded, Plant convinced a CyberKey employee to provide a false confession to federal law enforcement and to take sole responsibility for the creation of the bogus DHS contract as well as the phony documents submitted to the SEC.
A restitution hearing is set for April 28, 2009, to determine Plant's responsibility for the monetary damages he caused by perpetrating his scheme.
