In regards to the merger. We are in the final stages . The merger should be complete by October 13, 2006 . We are expecting to release a press release regarding the finanlization of the merger and the projected revenues expected sometime next week. I had a look at the huge drop in price and I can assure you there is no dilution going on. As you can see there is a huge short in our stock , so do not worry. My fiance, who also holds a great deal of shares in ECFL (yes, I dragged her into this too), has been doing some of her own DD. She did some research and found Desmond's cell phone number. She suggested that she try to give him a call because it might surprise him to have a nice woman ask him some questions... Anyway, he answered the phone and said, "This is Desmond." She asked if he had a minute. He said he was extremely busy (she said she noted there were a lot of voices in the background and it sounded like he was in a public place), and that she "better make it quick." She asked, "Is there going to be a PR tomorrow?" He said, "No. Thursday." She said, "Is the merger complete?" He hesitated, and then said, "It is on track. We are in the process of getting things together and finalized." [She said that upon thinking about this and taking into account the tone in his voice, she realized that these things take time and that he CANNOT say that the deal is done when the appropriate paperwork is not legally filed, etc. Therefore, all he can do at this point is say that it is "on track," and be consistent with this prior PRs. its hard to say...it can take a while until merger will be complete...i sold my shares....this is gonna drop now....(support at 0.015 broke...we closed 0.014)

Well....yesterdays morning news caused a nice stir. Then in the pm, later news of the cancelling of the r/s came in, and the stock more then doubled from the hod...another one i just sat and watched...grrrr..i even saw the breakout and missed it..it started moving higher just before the 2nd pr came in. Another pretty runner.
Does anyone have any projections as to how high this could go..or is the run over in your opinion basically over for now? It did have a great close.

Its difficult to say its at 100% momentum right now... I was surprised to see it hold its gap with such strength this morning. I think your pushing it if you hold too much longer, but thats just me. No one every went broke by taking a profit, I say move on.. Tomorrow morning looks like it will be green so thats when I'd take it off the table.. GL2ya

I don't know what your buy price is but when trading pennys and you have the chance to take a profit jump on it. Pennys are very volatile. They can drop just as fast as they go up and then its hard to recoup your loss or gain back.
Pennys is very risky that's why you grab that profit while you have the chance.
