Anyone knows of a good NNN property ,Long lease, good tenats, 7%+ cap. specially interested in CA, WA,OR,AZ,NV,TX but will look at anything.Any help will be greatly appreciated.

the best way is to contacts walgreens real estate department they typcially have Real estate brokers they work with it worked with a friend of mine
