I think the lesson to be learned on these pennies, is that if you have substantial profits, take them, especially in companies that have really no business and is purely speculative.

The type of pennies to hold are companies that have true revenue, like BRVO, an undervalued company at .26, now trading almost $ 1.20.
Title: Re: SFTV
Post by: Ramsburg on June 27, 2005, 03:22:39 PM
I usually don't do this, but taking in consideration that the market is bearish, most of my holdings are pennies, but I'm not very much exposed on the market, so I should increase my position on some of my pennies.

Buying a bit more of SFTV because I really believe on what this chart is telling me, and this is a winning position that deserves a bit more exposure ;)

best regards,

when investing in pennies, how do you calculate risk/reward?  if you look at latest headlines from yahoo, http://biz.yahoo.com/e/050617/sftve.ob10qsb.html , it seems sftv would be a going concern trouble as it states they might not make it in the 12 months?  How does one interpret those results.(which look bleak).  yet today, could have made about 100% on this.
Title: Re: SFTV

I think thats a dangerous way to look at it catrader.  We are most definately not investing in pennies, we are trading them.  Pure momentum trading.  small% in each should make the overall risk in all pennies in your favor.  Yes you can lose it all.

;) buy, sell and ride the free shares has been an approach that has worked well for me in SFTV, EPHY, others.  Small profit and pure spec on the free with mid-52 week high as exits... ya never know.  (For whatever it's worth.)  Did this today with SFTV.

SFTV, my 2 bagger ;)
Cheers EliteG !  8)

Well, this penny is running wild, the volume was again high today, and the action was really cool with a nice close.
I was expecting some profit taking by the end, so I had some limit buying orders to get some more on a deep... but I didn't make it... so I guess that's another good signal, any way, I'm a bit more exposed and that should be enough, can't forget this is an high risk micro-penny.

I don't have a specific target; I'm just looking for the last speculative ride in February, which tells us how this stock could behave over high demand pressure. The volume is higher now then it was during February rally, it doesn't necessary means that this move should be bigger, but at least its calling more attentions.
Its kind a difficult to interpreter regular chart patterns on such a small penny, but it's interesting how this $0.002 price level acted like a double bottom.

Here's my updated chart:

Best regards,

Texan--
New here so don't take me too seriously just yet  :D I personally think this one has some more room to run. The stock has performed well the last few sessions and people are taking note, as indicated by steady volume increase. See how the volume looks early on tomorrow. Big volume might send a few MMs elsewhere  ;)

hello all,

how u all doing? just joined this website...got a couple of questions:

1.) On this website, how do I find stocks like SFTV, on the first or second day of thier big up move (to eventually become the 3-8 bagger that they seem to eventually become?) Was SFTV receommended as a "3 stocks on fire" stock, or was it just a stock that Elite G found?

2.) How does SFTV itself look? IMO, it looks like it pulled back on significantly low vol., the MM's seem to be bent on keeping this down, even though the ASK side on level 2 was thin all day along.

I wanna make my first ever 1 bagger...and I'd appreciate some help. Other stocks that seem to be "in play" from message baord rumors are ICDT, and a few others...any receommendation anybody?

thx. and much appreciated.  :)

You should read «Penny Picking» Board, most of this big moves are tracked down here.
SFTV was not recommended on the 3S portfolio.

SFTV behaving has expected, nothing more, nothing less.
Since I made a good business with half of my stake yesterday, I'll try to buy some more today if any deep comes around.

Outstanding shares are just 49,452,376 !
This stock could continue flying to $0.10 or $0.15, all it has to do is to breakout the $0.034 , no MM could hold this one from going up.

Safe Travel Care, Inc. Releases Financial Statements for Titan Energy Development Inc. Acquisition

Safe Travel Care, Inc. (OTCBB:SFTV) released today the audited financial statements for Titan Energy Development, Inc. of Detroit, Michigan. SFTV acquired 100% interest in Titan Energy, which now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. In 2005, its first year of operation, Titan generated $147,000 in sales revenues and a gross profit of $60,059. Net losses for the company in 2005 were $424,262. More information can be found in the Form 8K the Company filed with the Security and Exchange Commission on August 7, 2008.

Titan Energy Development, Inc., is the manufacturer of a mobile, multifunctional utility system, called the "Sentry 5000" designed for disaster recovery and response situations. The Sentry 5000 generates electricity, provides heating and cooling, water purification and satellite communications and is small enough to be transported by a pick up truck or SUV and operates on diesel fuel. With the acquisition completed, SFTV will now focus on the marketing of the Sentry 5000 to both government and private sector markets.

Stated Jeffrey Flannery, CEO of Safe Travel Care, Inc., "Timing is good for the Titan Sentry 5000 as natural and manmade disasters have created both an immediate and long term need for these utility systems. New regulations in some states are beginning to mandate that certain types of businesses have backup power supplies. Cities and municipalities are looking for compact, reliable solutions for power, air and water supplies in times of disaster. These are the markets we will immediately and aggressively pursue."

Stated Thomas Black, President of Titan Energy Development, Inc., "We are currently in development and testing agreements with the US Government and are confident that these efforts will lead to opportunities for the company. We have also signed marketing agreements with some strategic distributors who are waiting for us to expand our manufacturing capabilities. The need for these systems is growing and cannot be met by the current manufacturers. We now hope we are in a position to meet these needs in the marketplace."

More information on Safe Travel Care, Inc. can be found at: www.sftvinc.com. More information on Titan Energy Development Inc. and the Sentry 5000 Mobile Utility System can be found at www.titanenergydevelopment.com.

Safe Travel Care, Inc., Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC Form Strategic Alliance to Market Mobile Disaster Response Utility Product

Titan Energy Development, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Safe Travel Care, Inc. (OTCBB:SFTV), announced today that it has formed a strategic alliance with Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC of Clintonville, Wisconsin to market Titan's Sentry 5000 mobile utility product through Seagrave's nationwide network of dealers. The alliance allows municipalities and emergency response organizations greater access to the self-sufficient first response units via Seagrave's 40+ dealer network in the United States and Canada.

"The Sentry 5000 is a natural product fit with fire apparatus sales and service," Brighton Diesel Diagnostics, Inc. President Steven Fitzgerald says. "The interest that's been generated from recent showings at national and regional shows indicates there's a real need for this type of mobile response unit, whether for hurricane response or other community emergencies."

The Titan Sentry 5000 offers maximum disaster recovery at an effective cost. The system provides up to 80 hours of self-sufficient emergency power generation (dependent on load utilization) before refueling. FOUS,

I watched this one all day and never jumped in.  On stockcharts the 200ema is above price, therefore, I stayed away from this one.  But now I realize that stockcharts 200ema must be an error. >:(

Otherwise, you can see from the yearly chart SFTV does have a few spikes but with today's volume, I believe this one can go higher. :o

Fous,

What would be your call for entry, midway down on the big white candle today?  I have never entered a stock that was up 136% in one day before, lol.  So yeah, multibagger sounds good, but what is your plan, or are you already in?

You called it pretty good catching the 2.70 dip on TNEN, BTW  ;D

hmnnn i just looked at it on stock charts as well and got the same 200 ema as you.
Im really confused there must be some kind of error in SFTV's data. i noticed that my chart was only loading data from 2005 and on. Then i switched it back to as far as it went which was to 1999 and it shows SFTV trading as high as 16,000/share which puts the 200 ema at around 1.50?? So i don't know what the deal is with the chart or which one is right. But when i have my chart set up for 2005 and on the moving averages are clustered which is great to see it breakout from on heavy volume, which usually signifies most of the moves that stocks make when they go from under a dime to over a $1, depending on the amount of speculation.

Ive never entered a stock after a 136% rally either toky, and i highly doubt i ever will :) Todays move was full on bull power to break through resistence and who knows it might shoot up another 100% tomorrow but im not willing to put my money at that kind of risk of the downside potential. My guess is that there will be some profits taken off of the table for sure tomorrow. For entry, You got it toky. Right near the midpoint of todays candle which is where i would be looking for an entry, prrobably just below it as penny stocks are more volitile and will most of the time extend a lower shadow beyond the midpoint support of the candle or even close below it and then run the next day. Its so hard to say with penny stocks, i really do hate them with a passion, i only love them a handful of times/ year when they make me a bag :)

Ok ive set up my chart to try and represent the moving averages most accuratley. Before december of 2004 SFTV was trading like 4 shares/day above $2. then in december volume started trading in the low thousands near the same prices it trades now so that seems to represent the beginning of time to trade at its real value. So the moving averages start from december 04 which seem to better represent the true value of the moving averages better and avoid distortion.

The buy zone for me would be in the range of .009 and .008. Whether or not im gonna enter i dont know, if i do it will probably be a pretty small position. Me and pennies havn't been to good of friends latley.........

Good Luck!

Filing 10Q March 2006

Recent Developments As of April 3, 2006, we entered into a nonbinding letter of intent with an established manufacturer of mobile utility systems to merge their operations into the company. The decision to consummate this transaction is pending due diligence and further negotiations. Although we have completed this acquisition, we must raise significant capital to operate this business. Therefore, unless we are able to sell our shares or find debt financing, we will not have sufficient funds to carry on our business operations for the next 12 months. To date, limited funds from sources have been raised, and there can be no guaranty that any offering will yield the funds necessary for us to carry on our business operations. Without sufficient funding we will be unable to continue as a going concern. On December 19, 2005 Jeffrey W. Flannery was elected as our president, chief executive officer, chief financial officer and secretary of the company. Mr. Flannery now owns 12.9 percent of common stock and 100% of the preferred stock constituting a change of control.

Safe Travel Care, Inc. Releases Financial Statements for Titan Energy Development Inc. Acquisition

SAN DIEGO, Aug 08, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Safe Travel Care, Inc released today the audited financial statements for Titan Energy Development, Inc. of Detroit, Michigan.

These are the markets we will immediately and aggressively pursue." Stated Thomas Black, President of Titan Energy Development, Inc., "We are currently in development and testing agreements with the US Government and are confident that these efforts will lead to opportunities for the company. We have also signed marketing agreements with some strategic distributors who are waiting for us to expand our manufacturing capabilities. The need for these systems is growing and cannot be met by the current manufacturers. We now hope we are in a position to meet these needs in the marketplace."

(OTCBB:SFTV), announced today that it was awarded a grant from the Michigan 21st Century Jobs Fund and will receive $2,030,000 to be shared with its partners in the project, including: the US Military, Wayne State University and The NextEnergy Center. The grant will allow Titan Energy to test the ability of the Sentry 5000 mobile utility back up system to operate on multiple, alternative fuel sources which will potentially increase its application and marketability. "This program will expand the readiness and desirability of our versatile emergency response system, the Sentry 5000, by extending its fuel sourcing from diesel to any likely available fuel option, including synfuels, bio diesel, and jet fuel," stated Thomas Black, President of Titan Energy Development, Inc. "This fuel flexibility will give first responders and Military personnel the ability to use several different fuels in an emergency when normal fuel distribution is disrupted or not available."
Michigan's Governor Jennifer Granholm, who visited Titan on September 13, created the Michigan 21st Century Jobs Fund in order to recognize some of the most promising and innovative job creating ideas Michigan has to offer. The original field of 505 proposals was narrowed to 179 finalists by an independent peer-review process conducted by the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). The 179 finalists recently underwent intense, individual interviews by AAAS experts who then made final recommendations.
Added Thomas Black, "We believe Titan has a world class product with the Sentry 5000. With this generous grant from the Michigan 21st Century Jobs Fund we hope to offer a Sentry 5000 with even greater capabilities and flexibility. Our goal is to have a system that will operate and perform maximally on multiple fuel sources."

Titan Energy Development, Inc., a Subsidiary of Safe Travel Care, Inc., Receives Order For Two Sentry 5000 Systems
Wednesday September 27, 9:00 am ET

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Titan Energy Development, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Safe Travel Care, Inc. (OTCBB:SFTV - News), announced today that it received a stock order from Brighton Diesel Diagnostics for two Sentry 5000 mobile utility systems. Brighton Diesel Diagnostics is the Michigan Distributor for Seagrave Fire Apparatus. The units will travel the county throughout the Seagraves dealer network. The primary use will be trade show and live demonstrations for interested customers.ADVERTISEMENT

"Our plan is to move these units around the United States for live demonstrations in order to highlight the product features and benefits in a way that can't be replicated with standard marketing materials," says Steven Fitzgerald, President of Brighton Diesel Diagnostics. "This is also our first step in building our inventory of Sentry 5000s. We would ideally like to have units ready for deployment in case of a natural disaster like Hurricane Katrina, or any other type of situation that may arise and leave large segments of the population without utility services."

Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC, one of the larger manufacturers of fire trucks, signed a distribution agreement with Titan earlier this year to market the Sentry 5000 through its distributor network. One of the first markets the new Sentry 5000s will be sent to will be the Northeast U.S. Seagrave has earned a long-term relationship with FDNY, New York Fire Department and has a large portion of its dealer network in the Eastern part of the United States.

"The fire truck industry is an industry that likes to see the product before purchasing," says Steve Hurt of Titan Energy Development, Inc. "With easy to use controls, customers will be able to start the unit and see how flexible the Sentry 5000 really is."

The Sentry 5000 will allow local communities to offer its citizens a layer of protection it currently may not have. The Sentry 5000 provides up to 80 hours of self-sufficient emergency power generation (dependent on load utilization) before refueling. It allows for mobile deployment and supports emergency power generation, water purification, satellite voice and data communication, emergency area lighting, space conditioning (heat or cooling), and offers 50kW+ additional power capacity. The Sentry 5000 retails for between $150,000 and $180,000.

More information on Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC can be found at www.seagrave.com. More information on Titan Energy Development Inc. and the Sentry 5000 Mobile Utility System can be found at www.titanenergy.com.

About Brighton Diesel Diagnostics: Brighton Diesel is a 20 year old Michigan-based company with two locations and serves as the master distributor for the Sentry 5000 throughout the Seagraves network of dealers.

Question to all SFTV-stockholder:

Do You all have Your shares in a sell-order with a high limit?

This way no one can use them to short this stock!
So if you don´t have such an order, think about it!

In the last days there were a lot of buy-orders and within the same second the same number of shares has been thrown into the bid.
So it´s too easy for the MM to pull the share-price down!
