Title: ASWD.OB
Post by: lovinlife on November 24, 2006, 11:32:46 PM
American Southwest Music Distribution (ASWD)

Volume starting to build on this low floater...O/S is less than 10 million and the transfer agent says the float is less than 1 million.  Chart looks like it is setting up for a nice pop ...SAR at 1.37 and the last trade was 1.35.

ASWD owns various music catalogs that are potentially (IMHO) worth as much as 75 million.  The executive team has a proven track record in the music industry and quite possible might be preparing tohit another out of the park home run.
David Michery CEO>>>David Michery has an extensive background in the music industry. His career includes the production of numerous platinum albums and an executive roll as Head of All American Music, D.B.A. Scotti Bros. Records, A&R for MCA Records and Zoo/BMG.
here is a good article on Robert Guillerman the General Manager>>>this guy knows his business as can be seen from this article concerning an earlier endeavor...The core reason the company has survived, growing to more than 175 employees and $50 million in sales, says Powers, is the choice he and Guillerman made a long time ago to do business with "indie," or independent, labels.

another good and green day for ASWD...this chart play is looking better and better.  today we closed up 8.9% at 1.47 with 43,612 shares traded.  ASWD has traded twice as many shares on the Wed. before Thanksgiving, the half day Friday, and today than it has in the last 4 months!!!  this company is positioning itself to become a leader in the hip/hop distribution arena.  ASWD blew across the SAR today and is looking to smash through the only barrier left at 1.61 (200MA)  With some news and subsiquent volume ASWD will be sounding alarms and alerts throughout the investinment community.  Just take a look at this chart...it says it all
