Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Announces Plans to Acquire Biodiesel Producer World Health Energy, Inc.

PrimeZone "PrimeZone "

NEW YORK, Nov. 9, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals Inc. (OTCBB:APPI) today announces signing a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") to acquire the Biodiesel company, World Health Energy, Inc. World Health Energy, Inc. ("WHE") is an emerging energy company focusing on biofuels and renewable energy production and distribution.

Biodiesel refers to a diesel-equivalent, processed fuel derived from biological sources. Though derived from biological sources, it is a processed fuel that can be readily used in diesel-engined vehicles, which distinguishes biodiesel from the straight vegetable oils or waste vegetable oils used as fuels in some modified diesel vehicles. Biodiesel is biodegradable and non-toxic, and has significantly fewer emissions than petroleum-based diesel when burned. Biodiesel functions in current diesel engines, and could in theory supplement fossil fuels as the world's primary transport energy source. Biodiesel reduces emissions of carbon monoxide (CO) by approximately 50% and carbon dioxide by 78% on a net lifecycle basis.

Biodiesel can also be used as a heating fuel in domestic and commercial boilers. Biodiesel can be distributed using today's infrastructure, and its use and production are increasing rapidly. Fuel stations are beginning to make biodiesel available to consumers, and a growing number of transport fleets use it as an additive in their fuel.

World Health Energy, Inc. plans to use renewable, cost-effective agricultural products from around the world to develop natural alternative fuels and marketable agricultural by-products such as feedstock. WHE's proposed Biodiesel production plant is designed to produce biodiesel that complies to or exceeds international biodiesel production requirements and standards, including the European standard for Biodiesel EN 14214 as well as ASTM D6751 specifications.

In addition to renewable energy production, WHE's unique process will create a newly engineered feedstock as a by-product of the biodiesel production. Due to a feedstock shortages worldwide, the company plans to sell the feedstock as a secondary source of revenue, capitalizing on all aspects of the biodiesel production process.

Under the terms of the MOU, Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. would acquire World Health Energy, Inc. in return for 20% of APPI. Additionally, APPI would change the name of the company to World Health Energy, Inc. and a new ticker symbol will be applied for in the near future.

David Harel, President of WHE said, "Bio Diesel is a multi-billiondollar industry and World Health Energy is well positioned forthis exciting market. APPI's experience in the development of Whole PlantPharmaceuticals has the potential of identifying opportunities of creatingfeed stock with higher yields resulting in higher profit margins. We arelooking forward to completing the MOU process to add WHE to our company andlaunch our operations into the renewable energy industry."

More on APPI

I won't be taken by surprise if APPI becomes huge! Herbalife, a major competitor is trading at over $40 a share!!!

The charts shows lots of recent activity in the company and I believe this is just the beginning.

View chart here: http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=appi&sid=0&o_symb=appi&freq=1&time=5

Right now APPI is well positioned in the growing nutritional supplement industry and are on their way into the multi-billion dollar biodiesel industry as well.

Latest market research from Packaged Facts shows nutritional supplement sales growing upwards of $6 billion by 2011!

Almost everyone takes a nutritional supplement on a daily basis. Many people don't follow a balanced diet and NEED to take supplements in order to maintain good health.

APPI has a composition-oriented patent for a proprietary process of utilizing whole plants to safely manufacture all-natural nutritional supplements.

APPI received its first formulation patent on their Cholesterol lowering agent, "Lo-Chol."

High cholesterol can lead to heart attack or stroke and over 100 million Americans have cholesterol levels that are higher than desirable.

APPI's "Lo-Chol" is a whole plant product derived from six different botanicals. Patients in clinical studies have shown that the botanicals used in this formulation help lower total Cholesterol 20%, lower triglycerides 45%, and also increase HDL 60% and the proportion of HDL (the good Cholesterol) to LDL (bad Cholesterol).

In addition to the Lo-Chol patent, the Company also has submitted patents on their processing methods, Leuknil, a whole plant product to be utilized for the treatment of Leukemia and cancer, and LMH-123 for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.

APPI also owns Sinusol. SinusolTM is a physician recommended product and is formulated to provide safe, effective temporary relief of sinus pain and nasal congestion. It is an all-natural non-habit-forming, non-drowsy gentle solution that can be used in conjunction with cold.

APPI recently announced signing a Memorandum of Understanding (``MOU'') to acquire the Biodiesel company, World Health Energy, Inc.

Biodiesel is the only alternative fuel to have fully completed the health effects testing requirements of the Clean Air Act in the U.S.

APPI could really capitalize on an acquisition like this!

According to an economic study by the National Biodiesel Board, the biodiesel industry will add $24 billion to the U.S. economy by 2015.

Freedonia Group Inc. forecasted U.S. demand for biodiesel to increase 32 percent by 2008 in a study titled, "Gasoline & Other Fuel Additives." The group said biodieselââ,¬â,,¢s demand would increase the fastest of all fuel additives, going from $60 million in sales in 2003 to $240 million in 2008.

Thorium Power Selected to Participate in United States Department of Commerce Delegation to India on Nuclear Technology Development and Trade

M2 PressWIRE - November 28, 2006 - Thorium Power Ltd. (OTCBB:THPW) is involved in the nuclear power sector. Its focus is on technologies and services that will benefit from, and help lead to, expanded use of nuclear power generation.

During early morning trading shares are up 3% with over 1.6 million in volume. This momentum comes as Thorium Power Ltd., the leading developer of non-proliferative nuclear fuel technology for existing and future PWR reactors, announced that the United States Department of Commerce (DOC) has asked the Company to be a member of a business delegation to India focusing on the opening of nuclear trade and technology development between the two nations.

MarketGainer.com is quickly emerging as one of the newest and most exciting online newsletters for international, small-cap investors looking to stay a step ahead of the markets.

On November 17, 2006 the U.S. Senate overwhelmingly (85-12) passed its version of a bill that, when reconciled with the House and signed by the President, will allow the United States to ship nuclear fuel and technology to India without regard to India's position on the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty. This delegation will be lead by Mr. Franklin Lavin, U.S. Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade. Representing Thorium Power will be Chief Executive Officer, Seth Grae and Vice President and Director of Government Relations, Ambassador Dennis Hays. Mr. Grae noted, "India produces some of the most advanced thinking in the world on nuclear energy and the government's decision to focus on thorium technologies provides numerous opportunities for Thorium Power and different Indian entities to work together."

Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Merger Negotiations to Acquire Clean Coal Technology Firm

NEW YORK, Dec. 5, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCBB:APPI) announced today that they are in merger negotiations to acquire a clean coal technology company. The proposed agreement will include the merger candidate patented coal technology.

The clean coal patented process is designed to increase the BTU of low quality coal which substantially increases the value of low grade lignite and sub-bituminous coal. The environmentally friendly process captures and removes harmful elements without disintegrating the coal and destroying further processing. Significantly, the patented process requires only 4-18 minutes retention time vs. the industry standard of 2-6 hours. Further development will require limited capital expenditures to be funded via grants from future partners.

APPI recently announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire the Biodiesel company, World Health Energy, Inc., an emerging energy company focusing on biofuels and renewable energy production and distribution. The company plans to produce and market high-quality, low cost B100 Biodiesel to replace traditional fossil fuels.

APPI may be looking to make a turnaround. The chart has developed a falling wedge and the price is sitting on the 50MA, with some low-volume consolidation the last few sessions. RSI is sitting around 42, which is beginning to look a little oversold.

Any thoughts?

Just another update...

APPI has now spent the last two sessions poised and closing above the top of the falling wedge. MACD has also turned around, and appears to be diverging positively.

Reasoning appears to be rumor of a merger agreement met. The Letter of Intent for the merger was what drove the stock to new highs at the end of November. If the merger has in fact been agreed upon, our starting point is much higher than it was before, and could drive the stock well past previous highs. Will be interesting to monitor in the coming days.

GLTA, trade it smart!

Keep APPI on the radar tomorrow. Will likely move significantly on this recent PR:

Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Biodiesel Producer World Health Energy, Inc.
Tuesday January 9, 4:15 pm ET

Company to Be Renamed World Health Energy, Inc. to Reflect New Business Plan Focused on Rapidly Growing Renewable Energy Market

NEW YORK, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 9, 2007 -- Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTC BB:APPI.OB - News) today announced the company has completed the acquisition of World Health Energy, Inc., an emerging energy company focused on biofuels and renewable energy production and distribution. A new ticker symbol to reflect the new corporate name of World Health Energy, Inc. will be applied for in the near future.

World Health Energy, Inc. plans to use renewable, cost-effective agricultural products from around the world to develop natural alternative fuels and marketable agricultural by-products such as feedstock. WHE's proposed biodiesel production plants are designed to produce biodiesel that complies to or exceeds international biodiesel production requirements and standards, including the European standard for Biodiesel EN 14214 as well as ASTM D6751 specifications.

In addition to renewable energy production, WHE's unique process will create a newly engineered feedstock as a by-product of the biodiesel production. Due to feedstock shortages worldwide, the Company plans to sell the feedstock as a secondary source of revenue, capitalizing on all aspects of the biodiesel production process.

The company is working towards the most immediate goals of merging with World Health Energy, Inc. and closing on the $1.2 million financing previously announced for the construction of two bio-diesel plants. H & H Equipment, Inc., a privately held Kentucky Corporation with major connections in coal mining, washing facilities, loading and blending facilities and marketing of coal for utilities and other large industrial users, which signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to provide the necessary funding for two biodiesel plants.

As previously announced, the first of the two biodiesel plants will be built in Kentucky and the first customer, a coal mining operation, will require 5 thousand gallons a day. Revenue for the first full quarter of operation in Kentucky is projected at $1 million, or $4 million annually, for the mining operation alone. Another plant is slated for construction in Florida.

Well, APPI released news that their merger with WHE was to go through as planned, and the stocked closed dead even on over 100MM shares. Why? The 70MM shares distributed as compensation were believed to be liquidated on the heels of the PR, resulting in a selloff from highs.

However, I think the stock is still holding up relatively well. While after three sessions it appears the liquidation continues, the stock seems to be holding steady at .006, with five firms consistently receiving shares at the bid (according to L2). With as many shares as have been traded above the current .006 mark, I don't think MMs want this to go any lower, and will hold the price up at this point.

Count me in for more at .006! GLTA.

Well, it wasn't a very productive week for APPI. Dilution continued to drive the price down, but it became clear that whoever is selling their shares was not interested in doing so below .005. There was relatively strong selling pressure until the stock hit .005, and then it just stopped. On Friday, the selling let up and the price bounced back to .006.

Still sitting on this one; added at .0052. With some more news and an end to the share dilution, I think it'll make a move.

GLTA!

Interesting.....This thing gets coverage initiated as a "speculative buy" with a price target of .06, but why did they have to do it after the bell on a Friday? Hopefully Monday we get a boost. This level has also provided solid support for the stock.

Maybe it was just wishful thinking, but I really thought we'd get a bigger boost from the buy rating and target price of .06. It did gap up but I thought volume would be better.

Updating the APPI chart. Stock has popped back above 50SMA, and MACD has turned positive.

GLTA!

Anybody still in this? Since the coverage initiation of "speculative buy" and price target of .06, .0051 has become decent support. Look put if it goes below that though.

When they finally lock down the financing for the two new plants this thing should pop.
