... I see no reason for buying ARTX. It is on a downtrend and just broke an important support, now resistance.

At least for now, it is a slow drifting stock with no base built, I would leave it alone.

Hi Guys,

Do you have any idea of what is keeping ARTX down ?

because it is showing a bullish MACD ; Sure the Stock price has risen a little , but by no means high enough to match the MACD graph.

So it looks like it's a bottom and that the MACD is in advance... IMHO

Any other views on this ?

Title: ARTX LOOKS QUITE HAPPY TO ME
Post by: makroni on November 28, 2006, 06:39:11 PM
My first post here after long registered so sorry for all languish mistakes.

First, for all of you not very familiar with this stock, I reccomend reading the eliteG's post from April http://www.3stocksonfire.org/trading/index.php?topic=5278.0

I also would like to mention that on June the company made a reveres split of 1:14 and the fourteen 30 cents stocks turned to an one new ARTX $4 value share.

Just for you to be uptaed. by the 6 months passing from when ARTX was analyzed, for many reasons that can be argued about, the stock kept losing value and went to its lowest point to another, untill its last buttom in the beginning of November whice was about $1.43 (Equal to 10 cents before split)
from then it started to climb and with the company published its Q3 reports and the share jumped $2.1

Speaking from fundamental point of view, seems like the market liked the numbers of its last Q, which from many ways showed lot of improvements... Thought it is still not profitable; I think this was one of the best Q it has ever had. With backlog exiding its records It might shows true signs that the company has finally get on the tracks of growth.

Mkt Cap is now standing on less than 22 millions... that is with todays almost balanced cash/debt ratio, with book value almost 2.5 times over, and backlog of 50M !

I'm also would like to recommend this blog on Arotech which addresses lots of info about the stock and its business: (It's from Israel but great part of it in English)

http://www.tapuz.co.il/blog/userblog.asp?EntryId=820309&blogid=76406&prev

I'll be happy to get any of your remarks.
