About this penny...
My reasons to buy was just technical:
- Double Bottom
- HUGE volume today (second bottom)
- Strong Candle...
Something may be providing this Huge demand... but I bought before, and I'll ask questions later...
Do you know something EliteG ?

Volumes like this, on a stock like this, MUST be bought !
I don't know the stock, but I know that shes going to give me nice bag ;)
thanks guys, I applaud you both !
The beautty around this penny, is that the usual technical traders will only find this stock during the weekend...
This is probably gonna be a big mover next week. Must have ;)
tks
Ramsburg - i like the historical analysis...i would love similar results
J.livermore - nice bag for all ;)
Rogue Trader - might have a point there, woohoo :)
A bit more about their strategy:

Their plan looks nice, the gamming industry can start using this kind of plataform to fight the piracy. I believe that this price is a good entry spot, the floor is just 0.09 >:D
Hi Ram, i am wondering why IFLB.OB is not on the 3 fire list today?

Infinium's mission is in line with Sun's goal to leverage the network as a vehicle to make entertainment content, information and services ubiquitous for consumers, and they will empower the company to make that happen in the video game arena. Sun's will help developers using Java technology to distribute and sell their games to a wide audience.
Application for listing:
Infinium expect the company to meet the AMEX listing requirements. The timing on when a listing decision will be made has not yet been determined. AMEX is the third largest stock exchange in the country, is the only primary exchange that offers trading across a full range of equities, options and exchange traded funds. Being listed on AMEX would afford Infinium Labs stockholders a more efficient and regulated marketplace for trading shares and would also provide greater appeal to institutions who may not be able to invest on the over-the-counter bulletin board. http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/040810/105528_1.html

Hate to toss cold water onto your theories, but Infinium has a very sordid past...
http://www.hardocp.com/article.html?art=NTEyLDI=
Hope it hits big though, and I hope they actually release SOMETHING ! :)
this article is from 2003 ehos. much has changed as there definately is a product and service. awaiting a positive announcement this week to pump the stock. but of course history is important ;)
Wonder why there are so many insiders selling with a new product getting ready to enter the market?
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/it?s=IFLB.OB
Some disturbing things...
1) The company CEO, insiders are all 'family' members, I realize the article on Hardcop is a few years old. But nothing has changed! The headquarters are still empty, the bosses are still the same. The resume is still lacking.
2) I read their SEC filings. I know by their nature they are very 'scary', but this company could vanish tomorrow. They are easily 38+million in debt, and they need 11 Million at least to launch. Even with that they need 100,000 subs in one year. Scary!
3) I think the will most likely be bought out. I hope that they launch, but so far, vapourware. They have a machine (didn't look impressive!) and not much of it is functional. On the video he didn't actually do much.
I will take the 'wait and see' on this.
I am also skeptical on this one also. However, I do notice that the stock has went from .02 to $1.50 twice now. I also doubt that the company would go worthless with the release of a new product soon. Probably a good time to buy in around the .10 level if we get the chance. That would make a double bottom...Not to mention it seems like every 6 months the stock gets pumped up above $1.00 if you look at historical charts. I will likely buy in with $1,000.00 or something small and see what happens.
This company is in actuality a pile of crap as is but the stock could get pumped up pretty high. These insider sales show you that the insiders arent willing to put there money where there mouth is...you would think with such a huge product coming out they would be buying up stock?????
ALL SELLS!
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/it?s=IFLB.OB
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ir?s=IFLB.OB
Look even our other favorite CYOS.OB has insiders owning a good amount of shares!
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ir?s=CYOS.OB
I'm not worried about insider selling. It's obvious they need cash, and the amounts aren't that worysome. (If they sold ALL their shares, THAT would be bad).
I'm worried about their hype. Their CEO is a clown. Actually the only reason to buy would be the chart! And Kevin Bacus! Is that enough?
Ah, who cares, bought in at .135
Let's go! :)
ehos - its ironic ...you are one of the posters that convinced me to scale down the position...its become a small % of my portfolio this AM... but I hope it rockets off ;)
I am very skeptical, so I bought a play money amount of it. I'm still worried about their issues, but the price seems too low, volume too high and somehow Kevin Bachus instills faith in me to buy.
At these prices, I'm not so worried.
This stock is still holding at 0.129. Candlestick chart today shows same story as for last 3 days. Historically, what does your experience from other stocks say that this will take from this pattern to go to white candlestick pattern? ( 2 days, 2 weeks, etc).
Any comments... EliteG, Ramsburg, David, aussietrader.....
Hi dhiraj19,
this is what the general has to say:
http://www.3stocksonfire.org/trading/index.php?topic=444.45
I have decided to scale down my position. but the truth is it is consolidating very tightly and should see a great expansion. The only question is which way? So far price and volume tell us they are waiting for something.
Here is a chart..
There is a huge consolidation on IFLB, as well, institutional ownership is rocketing up!
Today almost 17% of the trade volume was institutional, which, to me is a good sign.
http://thomson.finance.lycos.com/lycos/iwatch/cgi-bin/iw_ticker?t=IFLB&range=0&mgp=0&x=21&y=2&hdate=
I was 100% wrong :(
I sold at .123 for a nice loss 9% (blah). I suck. Like I said, I put some play money into it, I could afford to let it ride,, but I have rule, 10%, time to move on!
Also, the market in general seems to want a pullback.
I also cut this loose guys.
Good luck
IFLB Making a little rally
Does anyone have any opinions on the this stock...does it have a prosperous future...im holding at .175..not sure what to do with this stock anymore...I had faith in it one time, but looks likes its flailing now.
any thoughts are appreciated....as i have no charting skills sad to say...attempting to learn, but finding it difficult.
thanks very much,
happy 4th of July to all from the U.S!!
julia
Hi Julia, At this point I would hold.. .10 cents seems to be the last great stand of support for you and I am almost tempted to buy myself at these levels
But like David said if it closes below .10 cents it is probably all over and dead in the water and the Phantom product will never see the light of day
I think tommorrow is a really important day for the stock.. a lot will be told tommorrow.. Hope it doesen't close lower... I have been tempted myself to get in IFLB if a buy signal is ever confirmed and the promise of a real release date seems to be in the works..
Good luck with this investment though I'm keeping a close eye on it and waiting to get in if things look up
I am no master of the charts either trying to learn but, seems to be a different language but my opinion on iflb is to hold till the phatom game service consule is introduced. There are credible people building this thing kevin Bachas had something to do with the x box. He said it will be out soon but depends on his definition of soon.
Even if it goes below .10 it's not dead.
There are way to many people that just won't sell below that level. It will be truely 'dead' when the CEO says Phantom is dead. And EVEN then it will be around (if you know the CEO's history).
There are literally hundreds of worse off companies that are still being shelled around. At least this one has a CHANCE. And it's the absolute lowest it's been forever. What's the downside? :)
Upside could be huge. Good place to put some funny money and forget about it. One day you could wake up and see Phantom in your living room. Or not. Don't want to hype the product or the stock. It's blown ANY good hope it's had with previous investors. So they might have no street cred left. (Well, they have NO street cred left that's for sure).
hi echos, dickfromalberta and TRUNK...
thanks for your comments, really wasn't sure what to do..but, i will remain holding IFLB, see where it goes and at least..hold it until the phantom is released as dickfromalberta mentioned.
appreciate all your comments!!
good luck on your trades you guys!
julia
I agree with dickfromalberta an trunk. they are credible people with the history of XBOX.
Any tentative idea of release of phantom?
CEO said President's Day Weekend.
Can move up with any type of news ramping up to the date.
Too many threads to figure out which one to use ??
Is it possible for the server to know what has already been posted and prevent any new threads ??
Anyway, until it is figured out...

They need to secure financing to move it.
So much invested here for them.
But can the CEO be trusted ?
Time will tell.
As long as Kevin Bachus (X-Box Guy) is there, it is worth a shot.
But waiting until closer to President's Day may work too for the time value.

Hi fill the gap,
Just wondering if you have any new insights or feelings towards IFLB and its slow price descent?
Did you anticipate a further price drop?
Thanks very much and hope all your trades are doing well!
julia :D
Gmarc, This is a great play but probally not until late November. The reasoning will be the retail push in December and closer to the Feburary when the unit is suppossed to come out. I would wait until late November Early December.
Hello !
Director sell share !?
http://insidercow.com/
I think they have so much tied up in development that it will probably get some financing or bought out.
But the product delays and skepticism of Tim Roberts make it suspicious.
No reason to sell here. Wait until the retail push.
They will get the price higher closer to Presidents Day.
Only reason to sell here is if Kevin Bachus leaves.
But will be a play closer to end of 05-beginning of 06.
Good post fill the gap, If you are looking at this stock technically I think you have to put on the watch list around the end of november. For me I will get into the stock mid november to cash in on the retail push that happens in december. Right now you wont see the stock do anything if not lose value until then. I think that is what your seeing with the inside selling because they anticipate the stock not to do well going into the fall. You will probally see insiders buying back in november or december. Good luck on all your trades.
Anyone know what's happening with this today? Up 35% on volume of 9M. I can't find any news. Wasn't planning on entering this soon. Didn't notice Friday's nice candlestick until now.
New daily high as I type.
Volume and price action.
May be back in play.

FWIW, poster from the RB.
There was a count down clock to the release located on the wall to the left as you enetr the conference room, in the Sarasota office. When I was there it said 96 days, hours, etc. That would put the release date at October 31st. Interesting do you think? That may be there goal. With Halloween this could provide a good marketing tool????
Who knows, they were talking Presidents Day.
Budget
August 23 2005
Perhaps observers could have seen the writing on the wall. Earlier this month, Kevin Bachus, President and Chief Operating Officer of Infinium Labs, Inc. (OTCBB: IFLB) was interviewed on a website called, of all things, CEOcast.com, which had been paid to promote the Company and its long-delayed video product, the "Phantom Gaming System." Mr. Bachus was not the CEO – Chief Operating Officer – of Infinium at the time.
But he is now.
On August 15, 2005, Bachus became the Company's CEO, replacing Timothy Roberts, Infinium's founder in that capacity. Roberts, who remains on Infinium's Board of Director, resigned from his positions as CEO and as Acting Chief Financial Officer.
Under a Separation and Release Agreement, Roberts agreed to surrender any claims he might have against the Company. In return, Infinium agreed to pay Roberts $250,000 in twelve monthly installments beginning September 1, 2005; issue him 10 million shares of restricted Infinium common stock; and consent to the immediate vesting of options to purchase 10 million shares of its common stock at 7 cents a shares.
Infinium offered only a brief explanation for the management change. According to Roberts, "[w]hile the company has accomplished a tremendous amount already, the Board saw the need for a major change that would consolidate operations and reinvigorate the organization."
Infinium also announced that it was relocating its headquarters from Sarasota, Florida to Seattle, Washington, where Mr. Bachus is based.
Any chance for it to climb up again?
I got in few months ago @0.144 :(

Atalltexan is correct, this stock always has a couple of small spikes before resuming its downward slide.
Volume and chart look interesting this week. If they can secure launch financing, it may really move. Not sure why it is moving but I added some today to give it a shot.
stock to buy now :
good base : 0.22 (stop loss)
Nice price action. I contacted Kevin and he said there is not any news that has been released. He would not comment on the price and increased volume.
That said, I sold for a near 50% in a day. But it may run quite a bit more, who knows. But without launch financing, it cannot sustain, imho. Traders may run it much higher from these levels, but without news, I have to take the quick profits and not look back.
If they can eventually get Launch financing, this is a big winner. So I will evaluate again in the future.
Here is some news : ;D
Infinium Labs (OTCBB: IFLB) traded as much as 29.46% over open on Tuesday.
Infinium Labs recently announced that it has been granted a registered trademark "Phantom7" for its flagship Phantom7 Game Service. Infinium Labs Inc. has been on the OTCBB Naked Short Threshold list 3 times. Brokerage firms have been out of compliance with Regulation SHO once regarding IFLB. Regulation SHO took effect January 3, 2005, and provides a new regulatory framework governing short selling of securities. It was designed with the objective of simplifying and modernizing short sale regulation and providing controls where they are most needed. At the conclusion of each settlement day, data is provided on securities in which: 1) there are at least 10,000 shares in aggregate failed deliveries for the security for five consecutive settlement days, and 2) these failures constitute at least 0.5% of the issuer's total shares outstanding. SEC Regulation SHO, under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, mandates that, if a clearing agent has had a fail-to-deliver position for 13 consecutive settlement days, that clearing agent, and the broker/dealer it clears for, must purchase securities to close out its fail to deliver position.

About BUYINS.NET
BUYINS.NET is a service designed to help bonafide shareholders of publicly traded US companies fight naked short selling. Naked short selling is the illegal act of short selling a stock when no affirmative determination has been made to locate shares of the stock to hypothecate in connection with the short sale. BUYINS.NET has built a proprietary database that uses Threshold list feeds from NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE to generate detailed and useful information to combat the naked short selling problem. For the first time, actual trade-by-trade data is available to the public that shows the attempted size, actual size, price and average value of short sales in stocks that have been shorted and naked shorted. This information is valuable in determining the precise point at which short sellers go out-of-the-money and start losing on their short and naked short trades.
BUYINS.NET has built a massive database that collects, analyzes and publishes a proprietary SqueezeTrigger for each stock that has been shorted. The SqueezeTrigger database of nearly 700,000,000 short sale transactions goes back to January 1, 2005 and calculates the exact price at which the Total Short Interest is short in each stock. This data was never before available prior to January 1, 2005 because the Self Regulatory Organizations (primary exchanges) guarded it aggressively. After the SEC passed Regulation SHO, exchanges were forced to allow data processors like BUYINS.NET to access the data.
The SqueezeTrigger database collects individual short trade data on over 7,000 NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ stocks and general short trade data on nearly 8,000 OTCBB and PINKSHEET stocks. Each month the database grows by approximately 50,000,000 short sale transactions and provides investors with the knowledge necessary to time when to buy and sell stocks with outstanding short positions. By tracking the size and price of each month's short transactions, BUYINS.NET provides institutions, traders, analysts, journalists and individual investors the exact price point where short sellers start losing money and a short squeeze can begin.
