EYI Industries Enters Letter of Intent Worth an Estimated US$210 Million
Thursday August 11, 4:57 pm ET

BURNABY, British Columbia, Aug. 11, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- EYI Industries Inc. (``EYI'') (OTC BB:EYII.OB - News) (http://www.EYIcom.com), a marketer of products that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Letter of Intent (``LOI'') for the sale of an undisclosed number of Patented Code Blue(tm) filtration systems over a 2-year period with the Guangzhou CEIEC Enterprise (GROUP) CO. LTD. (``Guangzhou CEIEC''), a subsidiary of The China National Electronics Import & Export Corporation (``CEIEC'').

The CEIEC, located in South China, is the largest exporter and importer of electronic products in China and was the first Chinese enterprise to establish sales and cooperative relations with foreign brand name enterprises such as Hitachi, Sharp, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Siemens, Casio, Phillips, Hewlett-Packard, LG and Samsung. Currently, the CEIEC is under the direction of the Chinese government and has extensive business relations with nearly 100 countries and regions and imports/exports over US$1 Billion in products every year.

The Code Blue(tm) portable water filtration system removes Arsenic and other contaminates to a negligible level from drinking water. China's large rural population and poor infrastructure in those outlying regions have created a huge demand for the Code Blue(tm) system which will facilitate the removal of harmful toxins from water, making it safe for human consumption.

Under the terms of the agreement, Guangzhou CEIEC will acquire agency rights from EYI Industries to distribute the Code Blue(tm) filtration system throughout China, and will commit to the purchase of US$210 Million worth of product as per the following schedule:

Fiscal 2006 (US$42,000,000)
Q1 = $700,000
Q2 = $2,800,000
Q3 = $14,000,000
Q4 = $24,500,000

Fiscal 2007 (US$168,000,000)
Q1 = $31,500,000
Q2 = $38,500,000
Q3 = $45,500,000
Q4 = $52,500,000

EYI Industries Chief Operating Officer, Dori O'Neill stated, ``Gaining access to China, the fastest growing global economy and largest consumer market through a reputable partner such as Guangzhou CEIEC Enterprise Group, is a huge milestone for EYI Industries.'' Mr. O'Neill went on to say, ``An order of this magnitude will certainly generate a great deal of shareholder value and may be just the first in a number of orders from China as the Code Blue(tm) filtration system is a cost effective solution to a very serious issue affecting millions in the Chinese population.''

Here is the deal.

Had a long conversation with the CEO of HYRF.
I am Buying a ton of shares for HYRF and EYII here because :

-  The EYII Executives have been in China this week to in the words of the HYRF CEO,
   To try and Finalize the deal.  Said Letter of Credit is what they are there to get.
   This would be huge news for the price.

-  NO Other Companies are up for the bid, just HYRF product thru EYII
  (Also Buying alot of EYII here as 50 Day Moving Average)
  They get the Letter of Credit and no telling how high we go.

-  ONLY company with the MARTI system for the water

-  Now, HYRF is fine with or without the deal, so bought regardless
   So many patents and deals in process

-  HYRF just had a large order (PR) that will hit the books

-  Chart came down from 38 cents or so recently

-  Great selection, David !

All I can do is go off of the conversation.  Recommend that you call him with any questions.
Many things can happen for a deal to not go thru, but he said very positive about the LOC.
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/050815/093063.html  ;D

Maybe a PR when they return from China. ;D

David,

You look to be correct.
Alot of money headed to EYII.

Interesting part is when the initial purchase order came out, EYII doubled and then HYRF chased with only a 30% day.

But today showed similar trading patterns between the two.

EYII has some catching up to do now.   ;)

EYII was up 17% today on no news (after going down quite a bit on Tuesday).

Afterhours they released news and I believe it will easily fill the gap that was left.  We shall see, still holding to .22 before I even think of selling, then we shall see.  I hope they announce their contract deal but all the 'pieces' seem to be falling into place.

1) New plant for increased production
2) LOI for 210 Million to validate the production
3) New distribution to ship all that new production :)

EYII made a nice 40% move up on Friday, 09/23, and closed at a "short term lower trend line".

Draw a line on the lows of 09/06 and 09/13 and extend this out and the close on Friday is touching this line from the bottom.

When a support line is broken it becomes resistance and when a resistance line is broken it becomes support.

Any other opinions on this being resistance, or can the price break through?

EYI Industries, Inc. Signs Chinese Agency Agreement With CEIEC
Sep 26, 2005 4:10:00 PM
2005 PrimeZone Media Network
BURNABY, British Columbia, Sept. 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- - EYI Industries, Inc. ("EYI") (OTCBB:EYII) http://www.StopDrinkingPoison.com, a marketer of products that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Essentially Yours Industries (Hong Kong) Limited, has entered into an agreement for the sale of an undisclosed number of Patented Code Blue(TM) Water Filtration Systems over a 2-year period with China Electronics Import and Export South China Corporation ("CEIEC") through its wholly owned subsidiary.

Subject to the provisions of the agreement, CEIEC may purchase up to an estimated US$210 Million worth of product as per the following Purchase Plan:

Fiscal 2006 (US$42,000,000)
---------------------------
Q1 = US$700,000
Q2 = US$2,800,000
Q3 = US$14,000,000
Q4 = US$24,500,000

Fiscal 2007 (US$168,000,000)
----------------------------
Q1 = US$31,500,000
Q2 = US$38,500,000
Q3 = US$45,500,000
Q4 = US$52,500,000
Under the terms of the agreement, EYI will issue an Exclusive Agency Certificate to CEIEC, thereby granting CEIEC the exclusive right to distribute the Code Blue(TM) Water Filtration System throughout China for a period of two (2) years. In order to maintain exclusive agency rights in China, CEIEC must purchase a minimum of $21,000,000 in product in each of the years 2006 and 2007. CEIEC reserves the right, upon reasonable notice, to increase, or decrease, the number of Code Blue(TM) units that it purchases under the Purchase Plan, based on its evaluation of market demand in China. CEIEC will commence purchases under the Purchase Plan commencing in October 2005, and will place subsequent purchase orders on a quarterly basis.

The CEIEC, located in South China, is the largest exporter and importer of electronic products in China and was the first Chinese enterprise to establish sales and cooperative relations with foreign brand name enterprises such as Hitachi, Sharp, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Siemens, Casio, Philips, Hewlett-Packard, LG and Samsung. Currently, CEIEC is under the direction of the Chinese government and has extensive business relations with nearly 100 countries and regions and imports/exports over US$1 Billion in products every year.

Essentially Yours Industries (Hong Kong) Limited President and CEO Dori O'Neill stated, "As evidenced by this agreement, our recent trip to Hong Kong proved to be very productive. Not only have we established the infrastructure to support our sales initiatives in Asia, we have inked an agreement with a well established and reputable company in China." Mr. O'Neill went on to say, "We are extremely excited to see this agreement with CEIEC come to fruition as it opens up the world's largest consumer base and fastest-growing global economy to EYI."

EYI's President, Jay Sargeant stated, "This agreement with CEIEC represents many months of hard work and negotiations by the entire EYI team and we are very proud to finally announce that we have an agreement in-hand with CEIEC, which, if successfully completed, will be worth up to an estimated US$210 Million in sales over 2 years." Mr. Sargeant added, "As always, we would like to thank our loyal shareholders who continue to believe in EYI and the EYI business model. I can assure you that we are doing everything in our power to create shareholder value."

this will gap huge....

EYI Industries, Inc. Signs Chinese Agency Agreement With CEIEC
Monday , September 26, 2005 16:10 ET

BURNABY, British Columbia, Sept. 26, 2005, Sep 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) --- EYI Industries, Inc.

Fiscal 2006 (US$42,000,000)
---------------------------
Q1 = US$700,000
Q2 = US$2,800,000
Q3 = US$14,000,000
Q4 = US$24,500,000

Fiscal 2007 (US$168,000,000)
----------------------------
Q1 = US$31,500,000
Q2 = US$38,500,000
Q3 = US$45,500,000
Q4 = US$52,500,000

The chart below looks promising. Notice how the base is moving up each time. Next time, we could break .20 IMHO

from the RB board:

Nothing gets the street's attention like revenues. I think yesterday you saw that most people know the difference between an "unrealized gain" and real money.
HYRF has no contract with CEIEC. The contract is between EYI and CEIEC. So there is no penalty clause for HydroFlo. The penalty for CEIEC is the loss of exclusive agency rights in all of China to sell the Code Blue products, should they fail to meet the contracted minimums. If they fail to meet the contract terms, the exclusive agency rights go back to EYI. Part of the terms of the $210 million contract between CEIEC and EYI is the exclusive agency rights to sell in China. So it will be CEIEC doing the selling in China, not EYI. Remember, CEIEC wanted this product the day they saw it. CEIEC is a billion dollar plus Chinese company that imports and sells products throughout China. If anyone knows the Chinese market, it is a company like this. It is CEIEC that wants this product! And keep in mind, CEIEC is run by the Chinese government which is currently faced with an enormous arsenic and nitrates/nitrites drinking water problem.
Eyi is still not out of the gate on this contract. As soon as they begin to report product deliveries and income, then I suspect EYI price will react. EYI does not seem to go overboard in reporting things. The CEIEC contract was reported, and left at that. The Hong Kong office was reported, and left at that. EYI reports things once and when they happen. HYRF has worked over this CEIEC/ EYI contract and I think that frankly, for them, the EYI/CEIEC dog won't hunt any more. That has long been worked into the share price. HYRF will continue it's march as other positive developments are reported.
But the bottom line for HYRF and EYII where Code Blue production and sales are concerned is that CEIEC saw it, wanted exclusive agency rights in China, and signed a 2 year $210,000,000 contract. CEIEC is a Chinese billion + dollar company that makes it's living knowing the Chinese markets.
Title: Re: EYII

Hi !

I am assured for EYII for the several reasons.
TA - big volume on thorns and small on downturn of the action (the next level of support 0.082), ADX positive, Full STO shows that EYII is resold.
FA - up to the end of October EYII should ship the first party of the goods to China (news from 27 sep.)
the market waits acknowledgement of news from EYII about concrete actions (sales) when the market will receive acknowledgement on sales that reaction will be much stronger previous and I недумаю that EYII once again will return on these levels

Good luck.
Evgeny.

In our continuing pro-active efforts to keep investors apprised of the most relevant and timely information on EYI Industries and its target markets, AGORA is pleased to present you with this latest Industry Report which demonstrates the need for a product such as the Code Blue™ water filtration system throughout many parts of China.

Code Blue is an international provider of water treatment solutions, treating water for industrial, municipal, and residential customers. Code Blue builds and markets filtration and treatment systems to remove harmful contaminants like arsenic, elements, and compounds from potable water.

This is momentous as EYI has recently entered into an agreement for the sale of an undisclosed number of Patented Code Blue(TM) Water Filtration Systems over a 2-year period in China. China's large rural population and poor infrastructure in those outlying regions have created a huge demand for the Code Blue(TM) system which will facilitate the removal of harmful toxins from water, making it safe for human consumption.

Major problems related to China's water resources are expected to be solved step by step in the next five years to improve the nation's water supply, flood-control, food security and ecosystem rehabilitation.

Water authorities have set a target for this sector during the period of the 11th Five-Year Plan (2006-10), Wang Shucheng, minister of water resources said recently.

He was optimistic about the further developments within the water resource sector.
The country faces five water-related challenges today worsening floods, droughts, water shortages, soil erosion, pollution and insufficient rural water infrastructure, he pointed out.

However, ''further developments within the sector can back up the nation's efforts to build a well-off society by tackling water issues,'' he said this week in a speech for an ongoing international congress on irrigation and drainage.

Many have sent me messages asking my opinion on EYII and the a/s count going to 1 billion.

I am not a basher and truly wanted EYII to prove the past wrong.

The insiders have more than 51 % ownership, so the Billion Shares does not require any shareholder opinion.

I was excited about the fundamentals and was willing to stick it out with caution.  The news confirmed the reasons this company will have trouble being good for shareholders.

The news yesterday does not bode well for the future.  EYI does not have cash unless they strike the financing deals.  And what will prevent dumping all of the new shares and voting for another billion ?  Very difficult to reverse dilution.

Hopefully, you will all be rewarded.  This is only one opinion.  But history repeats in the market, so my thoughts are from much analysis with Cornell and MLM companies.

I liquidated all of my EYII shares for the following reasons:

-  Cornell Capital is known for toxic financing
-  Cornell makes money in various ways, they are a hedge fund and get the shares at a discount, thus any price they sell at is cash for them.  And Cornell also is paid 12% dividends for many of the deals.  Cornell can usually only have a certain % of a company at any given time.  So Cornell sells shares and then can get more.  Investors (including myself, cringe at the name).  They can make money is so many ways at the public expense.  They are in to make money and do not wait around for stock appreciation.  And as long as EYII balance sheet posts such losses, they will need the financing.  Especially with the new China expenses.

-  Go back and look at the charts of Cornell financed companies (dilution and reverse splits)
-  The Price does not have to appreciate for these people to cash in
-  EYII is a Nevada company
-  EYII is based out of Canada (no success in the past with this arrangement)
-  All of my attempts to call the CEO, etc. were referred to Agora (PR firm)
-  Many lawsuits come from weight loss pills and I have never heard of the products before this thread
-  The China deal is worth alot (if it works), but the terms are very loose; if the test does not go well, nobody will want it and CEICC only loses the exclusive rights.

-  The fears were confirmed that the pps did not rise because insiders and those paid for debt have been dumping shares on any increase.  This would be okay if it had an end in site.  But now the a/s are more than going to triple.

-  A company usually does not authorize shares without the intent to use them
-  Whomever gets their hands on the shares can at any time dilute the company
-  The market cap is immediately adjusted
-  If a 220 million dollar deal is not enough to move it up, people see the writing on the wall
-  I gave them a chance with 300 million authorized and will not make the same mistake with 1 Billion.
-  EYII was potentially bankrupt prior to the China deal.  But the deal has loose guarantees.
-  EYII is far from getting enough cash from the deal to eliminate financing (thus more future dillution)
-  The deal has money that will trickle in over many years.
-  And only a small amount goes to EYII.

The market knows Cornell, does not trust MLM companies and runs from dilution.  Period.

Do what you want as this is only one opinion.  But my experience with Cornell is playing out as expected.  Good luck.

Understood,

The FCCN analysis was correct about the news.  We all need to sell some on a double.
But the news was a total shocker.  And the analysis of EYII has not lived up to expectations either.  So I investigated why.

I personally have been burned by Cornell.

Check into this part of Cornell financing.

-  Companies are in dire need of cash and they come to Cornell
-  Cornell begins the bleeding out process in the issue of cash to the company
-  Cornell uses SEDA (Standby Equity Distribution Agreement)

The deals have NO FLOOR on conversions.  Cornell sells to market and makes money regardless.  This is their business.  They are not in the business for company appreciation.

And Cornell can short against the position !

Cornell is now under much SEC scrutiny.  Shareholders lose.

This is just some research after getting burned.  Never again with Cornell.

BTW.  If you sold today and regret it, buy back. It is around the same price.  Just presenting what was found to the group.  Nobody that sold got a price much higher than it is now anyway on a sale.  Just do not want to be the cause of any sale.  Do what you think is best for you.

To all,

The board is for opinion.  Please do not make decisions based on a post.
EYII may shoot way up, who knows.  But we all have been scratching our heads as to why it has not.  Now we know more.  But the public did not know this before and it did not sustain any rallies.

Either way, the facts about Cornell were presented.  And EYII did not move when HYRF shot up 1000 %.  Tells us something.  Now someone will have 3 times more to sell on any bullish move.  Did you not see how fast it would come back down on the recent rallies?  Not good.  This is not like AMEP.  Shares are not running out.  They are being added.

I believe the shipment will take place.  But this is not much immediate money for EYII.  And they spend alot of money.  So do your homework.

Just presenting another angle to answer some of the reasons EYII has not followed HYRF.

But never buy based on a post.  Evaluate all of the facts and angles then trade the plan.

Hi ! ;D

Only my opinion!
excellent game! EYII at all did not try to punch 0.06 small volume 4.123.841 closing 0.073 and Full STO
goes on the north.
if today (after the latest news-Form PRE 14A EYI INDUSTRIES INC. For:Oct 20 (10K))
it was broken by 0.06 I do not think that it to happen in the future and closing in 0.073 only strengthens my belief.

Cornell - I have not found what attitudes between Cornell and EYII except for it :
Dear EYI Investors,

Thank you for your recent inquiries and comments about Cornell Capital.

We have had the opportunity to discuss this issue at length with EYI management and are pleased to be able to address it here on the EYI Investor Relations Hub.

Thus far, EYI has been very satisfied with the Cornell Capital relationship. It was the Cornell Capital financing that has allowed EYI to pursue a number of different opportunities and initiatives. More specifically, the Cornell Financing was integral to setting up EYI's Hong Kong operation and also critical to the major agency agreement recently signed with CEIEC.

EYI Industries has an active registration for a draw down line of equity from Cornell Capital which allows EYI to draw down funds as needed. Management only draws down on the line of equity when it is considered necessary and primarily use it for expansion purposes.

In summation, the Cornell Capital financing is considered to be a very positive arrangement that has been critical to EYI's recent achievements.

We have removed a number of posts commenting on the Cornell Capital financing arrangement with EYI as most of them contained erroneous information.

Regards,
AGORA Investor Relations

Today we saw as EYII reacted to bad news, let's look now as it reacts to good news.

Unfortunately I do not know that thinks about EYII David Randolph but I see that it has not sold - David thanks.

Possible ...Triple Top (Reversal)

The triple top is a reversal pattern made up of three equal highs followed by a break below support. In contrast to the triple bottom, triple tops usually form over a shorter time frame and typically range from 3 to 6 months. Generally speaking, bottoms take longer to form than tops.
Throughout the development of the triple top, it can start to resemble a number of patterns. Before the third high forms, the pattern may look like a double top. Three equal highs can also be found in an ascending triangle or rectangle. Of these patterns mentioned, only the ascending triangle has bullish overtones; the others are neutral until a break occurs. In this same vein, the triple top should also be treated as a neutral pattern until a breakout occurs. The inability to break above resistance is bearish, but the bears have not won the battle until support is broken. Volume on the last decline off resistance can sometimes yield a clue. If there is a sharp increase in volume and momentum, then the chances of a support break increase
When looking for patterns, it is important to keep in mind that technical analysis is more art and less science. Pattern interpretations should be fairly specific, but not overly exacting as to obstruct the spirit of the pattern. A pattern may not fit the description to the letter, but that should not detract from its robustness. For example: it can be difficult to find a triple top with three highs that are exactly equal. However, if the highs are within reasonable proximity and other aspects of the technical analysis picture jibe, it would embody the spirit of a triple top. The spirit is three attempts at resistance, followed by a breakdown below support, with volume confirmation.

Support @ 0.06...0.05...0.04...0.03
Resistance @ 0.08...0.09...0.10...0.11

EYI Delivers Initial Samples of Code Blue to CEIEC
Oct 24, 2005 8:57:00 AM
2005 PrimeZone Media Network
BURNABY, British Columbia, Oct. 24, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- EYI Industries Inc. ("EYI") (OTCBB: EYII), (http://www.StopDrinkingPoison.com), a marketer of products that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, is pleased to announce that Essentially Yours Industries (Hong Kong) ("EYI HK") President and CEO, Dori O'Neill, arrived in Hong Kong to meet with top executives, Mr. Yu, Executive Vice President, and Mr. Zhang Jiang, President and CEO of Guangzhou CEIEC Enterprise (Group) Co. Ltd. ("CEIEC").

On Wednesday October 19, 2005, Mr. Dori O'Neill personally delivered six units of the Code Blue(tm) water filtration system to CEIEC for review and testing. Due to circumstances beyond EYI's control such as national holidays and customs delays, the delivery of the units was held up. EYI is expecting its initial order in 6-8 weeks.

The result of this production delay means that the CEIEC can only now begin to execute the registration process for the Code Blue(tm) water filtration system. This will also mean that CEIEC will not place their first order in October as they must wait until the initial registration and testing process has been completed.

Essentially Yours Industries (Hong Kong) President and CEO, Dori O'Neill stated, "I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Yu and Mr. Zhang Jiang of CEIEC. We came to an agreement on how we need to proceed with the registration process and will work together towards having that process completed as soon as possible." Mr. O'Neill added, "It was absolutely refreshing to see how committed CEIEC is about the Code Blue project, and we look forward to building a secure and prosperous relationship with CEIEC."

What prevents millions more shares from hitting the market with the delay?  They flat out lied to me on the phone about No more shares hitting the market over the last quarter.  And 58 million are now issued in front of our eyes with hopes of One Billion total soon authorized.

Sure, EYII has a value.  But the idea of a multi bagger is sure tainted with the dilution.  The delay certainly does not assist investor confidence as it was already on the rocks.

The delay will now push up losses to next quarter and disrupt the numbers moving forward.

Long term it may work.  But the lack of shares on the ceiling will not be the reason.  Companies that do not tell the truth are not for me.  I will not be commenting here very often as my losses are realized and they cannot be trusted.  The most recent Agreement is already using ' Holidays ' as an excuse.  They did not have Chinese holidays before the Agreement ?   ???

Dear EYI Shareholders,

AGORA Investor Relations is pleased to present you with the following message from EYI Industries President and CEO, Mr. Jay Sargeant

We as a Company value our shareholders and as such would like to respond to the many questions we have had with respect to our Schedule 14A enclosing the Proxy Statement materials. The Company is holding its Annual General Meeting on December 2, 2005. At this meeting we are seeking shareholder approval on a proposed increase to the number of our authorized common stock. We are seeking to expand the base of shares to have the freedom to take advantage of narrow time windows with upside potential. It is not our intention to dilute the Company. As stated in our Schedule 14A, we presently do not have any agreement or other arrangement for any financing involving the issuance of shares of our common stock and there is no assurance we will enter into any equity financing arrangement. With the execution of our plans and expansion unfolds, we will use as little of these expanded shares to finance growth as possible.

Regards,
AGORA Investor Relations

Some are saying that EYII dumped the 58 million shares while knowing the PR's from HYRF and EYII were incorrect.  This could come back to bite them.  Millions of dollars were generated knowing the public was being deceived.  They even lied to me saying NO shares were sold and the share count remained the same.

(Maybe the two EYII threads can be put together???)

1) FUNDAMENTALLY
The major chinese contract with CEIEC is not a letter of intent anymore, it was signed. The initial samples were delivered. and ....

"EYI is expecting its initial order in 6-8 weeks."
and this is now approximately.

2) TECHNICALLY
Technically we see a decline (today its up a little) to the strong support line @ .025 - and ...

a (second) double bottom. To see more about double bottoms i recommend the topic by sebfr : http://www.3stocksonfire.org/trading/index.php?topic=3701.0
(in fact i want to recommend all his topics
The first time it made the double bottom, it went straight to 1.00 (x4), and now? L'histoire se repète, non?

3) David will hold to 0.36
Here is some more EYI reading

where you can see that the Hong Kong office will open on February 18 2006.

Watch the commercial video of code blue and the radio spots. Sounds and looks professional.

www.stopdrinkingpoison.com

Watch this pictures of code blue and whats written on the package for example "made in china" and so on :

It s a slow homepage so wait a bit until the code blue pictures are loaded. First you see houses wait a bit to see the posted pictures of code blue

Good chances to get the CEIEC contract eom. Product registrations and modifications take place at the moment in china. (Agreement was signed in late september)

I just read about EYII in both this thread, and the one David started back in August.

The Code Blue product seems like a great product.  The Chinese market should be a great place to sell that type of product.
The one thing that bothers me is the price.  On page 9 of the company's last newsletter (http://www.eyibusiness.com/ee/EE23-12-05.pdf) there is an order form:
90 unit for $5030.80 with a suggested retail price of $6,425.86. That's $71.40 a unit.
I do have a 3/4 gallon Brita picher in my house that I paid (if I remember right) around $30.00 for.  Even with everything this filtration system does, I would not be willing to spend that much money on it.

anybody else agrees? Did I miss something here??

Hello:
I did see those numbers like that.
Not much mark up - from package price to suggested retail.
What ? about 30% mark up?

I asked Mr Woo (the only chinaman I know) if he wanted arsenic of lead in his water and he said  - - - No  " No Rike" ..   So I don't think the Britta is not gonna work for Woo.  The Britta is about like trying to strain arsenic through your teeth.   Might work for June Bugs but not arsenic.  Some people just   like   arsenic    more than others.

Thing is - I don't think all the numbers will be the same in China and other places - ?

I am in  on this one  -    -   -    risk : reward   -  EYII  looks good to me.

Thank you for your inquiry. The first batch of filters delivered in August and early September did not fully meet EYI's product specifications in that they didn't properly remove enough of all of the contaminants MARTI said they would remove. Unfortunately, we can not comment any further.

hi,

it's waiting for the Code Blue registration in the Chinese 'peoples' Republic. Eyi has to do this i think. Then it can start generating huge revenues from their CEIEC deal! China needs pure water (cfr. past accidents).
Their HongKong offices will open in February (18th i think).
Technically it looks great i think, strong support @ 0.023 - and a possible double bottom effect. This could be the bottom! Apparently, some good news about this CEIEC deal would do the pps good.
So, holding strong over here!

EYI President Meets With CEIEC
Wednesday January 11, 8:00 am ET

BURNABY, British Columbia, Jan. 11, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- EYI Industries Inc. (``EYI'') (OTC BB:EYII.OB - News), (http://www.StopDrinkingPoison.com), a marketer of products that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle, is pleased to announce that on December 15 and 16, 2005, EYI President and CEO Jay Sargeant met in Hong Kong with The China National Electronics Import & Export Corporation (CEIEC) Executive Vice President, Mr. Yu. The two day session yielded the following results:
The EYI training in the South China region was a success and from the training and the previous meetings, the marketing group was able to generate a new name for Code Blue in China. The name conveys the importance of the product, fits with the Code Blue logo and we believe will have a powerful impact in the market.

Mr. Sargeant and Mr. Yu discussed the comprehensive marketing plan for Code Blue in China. The plan combines direct sales, an innovative business to business model and government support.

Mr. Yu comments on his intention to market the Code Blue pitcher/filter system in China. ``From my heart, I wish for the blessing for both parties' joint effort, so that the mutual ideal of bringing Code Blue water filtration product and health to the Chinese people will be reached.''

Due to delays by MARTI not providing adequate Code Blue pitcher/filter samples, the product was unable to meet the deadline for the December product review. Code Blue pitcher/filters are now slated to be included in the March 2006 quarterly Chinese government product review.

EYI CEO, Jay Sargeant comments on the meeting. ``We have taken a huge step forward. The CEIEC plan and preparation is brilliant. We have moved one of our Senior Managers to the region to support any and all aspects of the marketing campaign. I am prepared to travel to China to support Mr. Yu and CEIEC as often as it takes to get the job done''.

Got out at .03 yesterday.  These people sure can make excuses.  The ' Chinese Holiday ' excuse was the worst.  And they said 6-8 weeks to engage the Agreement.  May I suggest not trusting management.  May buy again for a trade only in lower 2's.  30% pops come before news each time.  -Jeff-

 ;D Next week with the news from CHINA and the weekly MAC about to go green, we will see EYII at plus a dime.

Some shakes prior to .15, but by next Friday we will be near .15

I loaded at .021 AVG the past 5 weeks.  Once it didn't break the .0175 I knew that was the bottom, too much good in the near future to go lower than that.

Once it hits .15 don't be surprised if it break the 52 week high if it does, this will take off HUGE.   Load now and flip if you can.

Profit taking great, but long run is about to start look at weekly chart, we have at least 5 good weeks coming

hi evgeny
we are about to breakout out of the channel...hopefully..looks good (technically)

since july 10 the volume is increasing....accumulation?

chart update
it looks like a breakout could happen tommorrow

nice close

The Bullish Dragonfly Doji Pattern is a more bullish signal than a Bullish Hammer Pattern. Its reliability is also higher than the Bullish Hammer Pattern.

However, a confirmation of the trend reversal implied by this pattern by either a white candlestick, a large gap up or a higher close on the next trading day is still suggested, to be on the safe side.

trading the channel (so it looks like a bottom to me...short and long term)

in case this is the bottom it s time to accumulate.

evgeny (or someone else:)) do you have better graphics of a 4 year channel ?

Simplistically it means dilution and selling pressure on the stock price if it should ever get moving in a positive direction again.

EYII is going to need a huge news from the China filters deal to get any chance of reversing the decline in stock price. All they have done so far is trumpet the potential $ and extend the exclusivity deal 12 months.

Thanks Aussie  ;D

This is an answer from agoracom.com forum...from Member Jebb:

Cornell bet 4.5 mill on the warrants being profitable for them - The warrants are worthless at anything below .02.
At this price and volume Cornell is another bag holder - big bag holder. They cannot even recover their loan.

EYII got 4.5 mill to operate with for a while. I guess that is good. At least Cornell took that hit instead of us.

Dori's insider purchase is interesting in that - without positive developments soon, the stock will continue sinking - that is common sense - Dori had to have a reason to believe that .92 was a good entry - unless we believe that his purchase was just advertising.

The quarterly report will be very interesting.

Just my thoughts - which have landed me EYII 80% down.

Hmmm, something happening here as Ket spotted a few days back. Jay Seargent acquires 17.7M shares just prior to EYII doubling from his in price. And now Dennis Mast (HYRF CEO) acquires ( i assume by option based on the price)  82,512,906 HYRF shares at $0.0095 http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/print_filings.jsp?url=%2Fredirect.asp%3Ffilename%3D0001102624%252D06%252D000318%252Etxt%26filepath%3D%255C2006%255C11%255C07%255C&symbol=HYRF

Could this be the smoking gun that says Code Blue China deal just about to hit the wires (for real this time not that scam release last year). I don't know for sure but it might make a nice speculation ride.

Good Trading
