TUSTIN, Calif., Jun 17, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- AccuPoll, Inc. (ACUP, Trade), a developer of Direct Recording Electronic (DRE) voting systems, today announced that Delta County, Texas has selected the AccuPoll Voting System to meet its needs for a HAVA compliant voting system. Delta County will be the first implementation of a voter verified paper audit trail (VVPAT) in the state of Texas.

"We're pleased that Delta County will be implementing the AccuPoll Voting System," said Frank Wiebe, president of AccuPoll. "AccuPoll's voting system is one of the most advanced available and the voters of Delta County will benefit greatly."

AccuPoll will deliver Delta County's new voting system after AccuPoll receives the final paperwork confirming Texas state certification.

AccuPoll designed their electronic voting system to feature a voter verified paper audit trail (VVPAT), which allows voters to verify -- via an immediately printed paper audit trail -- that their vote was accurately recorded at the time it is cast. As a result, AccuPoll's VVPAT system fully empowers voters to independently ensure that their vote is correct at the time it is cast, allowing for an accurate recount and audit capability should the need arise.

About AccuPoll Holding Corp.

ACUP is doing great again, increasing volume again, and gaining some momentum...
I've updated my TA on this one, with a new chart with new annotations.

ACUP is trading inside a trading range ($0.095/$0.220), on the downside, it has now an ascending support which reacted on yesterday's lows, the next step is a test on the $.22 top of the range, a breakout of that level, could mean a classic range projection to $0.35...

I'm looking forward to this penny ;)

Best regards,

Texas Counties Conduct Statewide Election with AccuPoll; Delta and Erath Counties First Counties in Texas to Use AccuPoll Voting System with Voter Verified Paper Audit Trail

TUSTIN, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 10, 2005--
AccuPoll Inc. (OTCBB:ACUP), a developer of Direct
Recording Electronic (DRE) voting systems, partnered the election
officials in Delta and Erath Counties to conduct our first statewide
election using the AccuPoll DRE voting system with voter verified
paper audit trail on Nov. 8.
Gwinda Jones, county clerk for Erath County, said: "I was
concerned about changing from paper ballots to meet the new HAVA
requirements, but with AccuPoll, I picked the right company. Voters
where delighted with their first use of an electronic voting machine
with a voter verified paper audit trail."
Jane Jones, district and county clerk for Delta County, said: "We
were really pleased with the AccuPoll system. With an electronic
voting system, closing and reporting the results was much faster. I
went home hours earlier than planned." Delta County Auditor Clarica
Burns stated that "we want to purchase more machines and be 100%
AccuPoll" before the elections in March 2006.
"AccuPoll led the industry by designing a DRE with a VVPAT. Now
AccuPoll has genuine Election Day experience. The AccuPoll DRE voting
system performed well and as planned. It was most rewarding to see the
voting system be accepted by voters of all ages," said William E.
Nixon, president and CEO of AccuPoll.
AccuPoll designed their electronic voting system to feature a
voter verified paper audit trail (VVPAT), which allows voters to
verify - via an immediately printed paper audit trail - that their
vote was accurately recorded at the time it is cast. As a result,
AccuPoll's VVPAT system fully empowers voters to independently ensure
that their vote is correct at the time it is cast, allowing for an
accurate recount and audit capability should the need arise.

Hi Gmarc66

I really enjoy yours comments.. ;D

I still hold This stock today...Technically we have an inverted hammer and a filled black candle in the last two days ; wih high volume. Then, RSI shows an oversold situation (RSI < 30) and MACD is nears the line zero ! These candles can represent the end of the downtrend...Be confident in this stock...And if we are wrong, it's life !

By and have a good day and good trades !!
