GreenShift Announces Stock Buyback and Debt Reduction Plans
Monday August 8, 7:00 am ET
MOUNT ARLINGTON, N.J., Aug. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSHF - News) today announced that it has executed an agreement with its chairman and chief executive officer, Kevin Kreisler, for a capital contribution. GreenShift will use the funds contributed by Mr. Kreisler to repurchase GreenShift stock from the public market and to reduce GreenShift's debt.
Under the terms of the agreement, GreenShift will receive a capital contribution equal to the proceeds from Mr. Kreisler's sale of stock in INSEQ Corporation, a GreenShift portfolio company. Mr. Kreisler received the stock for his services prior to GreenShift's acquisition of its stake in INSEQ on April 1, 2005.
Mr. Kreisler has arranged to sell 35 million shares of his INSEQ stock over the next thirty to ninety days under terms that limit the sales by the purchaser of the stock to 10% of the daily trading volume of INSEQ stock. All proceeds from these sales will be contributed by Mr. Kreisler to GreenShift on the condition that GreenShift apply 50% of the proceeds to purchasing GreenShift stock from the public market, up to a maximum of $100,000, and 50% of the proceeds to the reduction of GreenShift's convertible debentures, up to a maximum of $100,000, and all proceeds in excess of $200,000 to the acquisition by GreenShift of INSEQ stock from the public market.
Shares of GreenShift stock repurchased in the public market will be retired. Mr. Kreisler will receive no additional debt or equity or other consideration from GreenShift in return for his contribution.
"GreenShift is committed to helping to increase the intrinsic value of INSEQ and its other portfolio companies and we plan to do so in ways that are overall accretive to the shareholder wealth of both GreenShift and our portfolio companies," said Kevin Kreisler, GreenShift's chairman and chief executive officer. "I received these INSEQ shares in return for services prior to my transfer of my holdings in INSEQ to GreenShift. I personally believe that GreenShift's shareholders are fairly entitled to any proceeds realized from the sale of my shares."
GreenShift's expectation is that the structure of this contribution will enhance GreenShift's net asset value in the following ways:
* Structuring the investment as a pure capital contribution with no
corresponding debt or equity issuance to Mr. Kreisler can be expected to
increase GreenShift's net equity;
* Repurchasing and retiring shares of GreenShift common stock will reduce
GreenShift's shares outstanding and can be expected to increase
GreenShift's net asset value per share; and,
* Reducing GreenShift's convertible debentures can be expected to increase
GreenShift's net asset value and to reduce potential future dilution.
Mr. Kreisler's remaining holdings in INSEQ include 15 million shares of common stock and options exercisable into 150 million shares of common stock at $0.001 per share.

GreenShift Unleashes Mean Green BioFuels(TM); Acquires Exclusive Rights to Breakthrough BioFuels Production Process
GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSHF) today announced the formation of Mean Green BioFuels Corporation ("Mean Green(TM)"), a development-stage company that has acquired the rights to a new patent-pending breakthrough technology for the cost-effective conversion of corn oil into biodiesel fuels (the "Technology") for a territory encompassing most of the eastern half of the United States.
Mean Green(TM) intends to finance, build and operate a 30 million gallon biodiesel fuel production facility on the eastern seaboard of the United States. Mean Green(TM) plans to site its new facility in the middle of a highly industrialized geography that has not historically had access to cleaner burning fossil fuel alternatives. Mean Green(TM) also plans to invest in and develop additional biofuels production facilities as well as certain types of distribution and diesel blending facilities.
Importantly, Mean Green(TM) plans to aggressively invest in its brand as it heavily promotes the use of biofuels in America with the objective of offsetting the demand for fossil fuels while reducing harmful greenhouse gas in as many diesel burning trucks, tractors, other heavy equipment and industrial facilities as possible.
Recently cited by President Bush as "one of our nation's most promising alternative fuel sources," biodiesel is a clean-burning alternative fuel that contains no petroleum. It can be blended at any level with petroleum diesel to create a biodiesel blend, it can be used in diesel engines with little or no modifications, and it is simple to use, biodegradable, nontoxic, and essentially free of sulfur and aromatics.
Over 37 billion gallons of petroleum diesel are used for domestic transportation each year in the U.S. The total demand for diesel fuel approaches 50 billion gallons per year when construction, farming and other off-road uses are considered. The current production of biodiesel in the U.S is about 30 million gallons per year.
Mean Green(TM) is 51% owned by the inventor of the Technology, Cantrell Winsness Technologies, LLC ("CWT"), and 49% owned by GreenShift.
David Cantrell, chairman and chief executive officer of Mean Green(TM) explains, "We are very impressed with what GreenShift is doing and I am personally thrilled to partner with them on the birth of Mean Green BioFuels Corporation. Our technology is an innovative and unique approach that helps ethanol producers and farmers by increasing their profitability while enabling the production of a new biodiesel fuel."
David Cantrell concludes, "The Mean Green(TM) Brand shall symbolize an "In-The-Trenches" approach to seeking, extracting and capitalizing on the fuels that are otherwise discarded."
The Mean Green BioFuels(TM) process redirects an internal waste stream in dry mill ethanol facilities through Mean Green BioFuels' proprietary extraction systems where crude corn oil is extracted and then prepared for shipment offsite for further refining. Mean Green BioFuels(TM) will purchase and sell this on the basis of wholesale and retail prices, thereby stimulating near term cash flows pending the initiation of operations at its planned new biodiesel facility.
The success of the technology shall be quickly realized as the extracted oil can be sold directly into the commercial feed industry prior to the commissioning of the biodiesel conversion facility. Corn Oil has especially high feed qualities in the livestock industry that shall generate significant short-term revenue.
Kevin Kreisler, GreenShift's chairman and chief executive officer adds, "Here again is another great example of how incremental shifts can contribute to profound environmental gains. Mean Green(TM) represents the heart of GreenShift's "Natural Solutions(TM)" ideology.

GreenShift's Portfolio Company Sterling Planet and Con Edison Offer Renewable Energy Options
Business Wire - November 09, 2005 08:23
MOUNT ARLINGTON, N.J., Nov 09, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- GreenShift Corporation (OTCBB: GSHF) today announced that Sterling Planet, Inc., the nation's leading retail renewable energy provider through the sourcing and sale of renewable energy certificates ("RECs") and a GreenShift portfolio company, executed an agreement with Consolidated Edison (Con Edison) Company of New York to provide renewable energy options to Con Edison customers in its service area.
This is a new way to support clean energy from electricity generators in New York State that use wind, water and bioenergy to create electricity. Con Edison is a regulated utility that serves an area that includes New York City (except for a small area of Queens), and most of Westchester County.
For as little as $5 per month, residential and nonresidential customers alike can support cleaner renewable electricity from New York State sources - and make a difference for the environment, for energy security and independence, and for sustainability. Customers choose how "green" they want to go - buying enough to cover the electricity use of a small, medium or large house or apartment.
The new Sterling Planet initiative is called NY Clean Choice(TM) and consists of 40% new wind, 30% small hydro and 30% bioenergy. The bioenergy component is from landfill gas, the natural byproduct of organic decay. The three options or purchase levels are as follows:
-- Option 1: 400 kWh @ $5 per month
-- Option 2: 800 kWh @ $10 per month
-- Option 3: 1,200 kWh @ $15 per month
"Sterling Planet is pleased to offer a new, clean renewable energy blend exclusively from New York State sources that is affordable, geared for any size house or apartment," said Mel Jones, Sterling Planet CEO and President. "We welcome this opportunity to offer customers in the Con Edison service area as a way to support locally produced energy."
NY Clean Choice(TM) is available to all who live in the Con Edison service area, including those who do not have a Con Edison account number because their electricity costs are bundled with other utility or rental costs. Sterling Planet charges a slight premium which helps cover the difference in price between New York-based cleaner renewable power and that of more polluting non-renewable conventional generation.
NY Clean Choice(TM) meets strict environmental standards and has earned certification from the Environmental Resources Trust (www.ert.net), a nonprofit organization based in Washington, D.C.
To enroll for NY Clean Choice(TM), residential and small business customers can visit the Sterling Planet web site at www.SterlingPlanet.com or call 1-877-457-2306.
About Sterling Planet
Sterling Planet is the nation's leading retail provider of solar, wind and other clean, renewable energy through direct sales and electric utility partnerships. Sales have created environmental benefit comparable to not driving 5.7 billion miles or taking 460,000 cars off U.S. roads. Founded in 2000, Sterling Planet was the first to offer Renewable Energy Certificates to every U.S. home and business as a way to support sustainable energy production that benefits the environment, the economy and society in general. Today, Sterling Planet has 28 utility partners nationwide in Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and elsewhere. Business Outlook
"This past quarter was our second as a BDC and was a productive one for us as we continued with the consolidation of the foundational assets for our portfolio," said Kevin Kreisler, GreenShift's chairman and chief executive officer. "We completed a series of key investments, we acquired rights to a number of innovative green technologies, we helped our portfolio companies to reduce their various debts, and we initiated operations in two exciting new portfolio companies. We realized net income for our first two quarters of about $1.3 million and our net asset value was up 49% quarter over quarter. We are generally pleased with our progress to date, but there is much left to do."
Kreisler added: "The balance of fiscal 2005 is about enhancing the intrinsic value of our various holdings and continuing to consolidate our targeted foundational assets. In the case of Veridium, GreenWorks and INSEQ, this is going to be about restructuring and refinancing these holdings in ways that streamline each of their respective expenses while catalyzing growth for each company. GreenShift Industrial Design, Tornado Trash, and Mean Green BioFuels are each surgically focused on stimulating immediate term cash flows with their respective technologies, and our expectation is that they will each prove out their capabilities to our consumer markets and the investment community in the near term. We expect Ovation Products to continue to execute as disclosed as it brings its remarkable new water purifier to market, and Sterling Planet and TerraPass to continue with their impressive growth rates selling renewable energy credits and other green tags.
Finally, we expect to complete a series of technology acquisitions and investments yet this quarter in companies with innovative and commercially viable technologies in industrial fuel cells, air and water emissions control, and electronics recycling. In all, we expect continued positive results in the fourth quarter 2005 and I am personally very excited by the path forward."
Conversion to Investment Company Accounting
The Company's results of operations for 2005 were divided into two periods. The period from April 1, 2005 through September 30, 2005 reflects the Company's results of operations after filing its election to be regulated as a BDC. Accounting principles used in the preparation of the financial statements beginning April 1, 2005 are different from those used for prior periods and, therefore, the financial position and results of operations for prior periods is not directly comparable, and are presented separately in the Company's Form 10QSB for the third quarter ended September 30, 2005. The primary differences in accounting principles from prior periods relate to the carrying value of investments.
Additional Information
Please refer to the financial statements included in the Company's Form 10QSB for the third quarter ended September 30, 2005, for a more complete description of the Company's results of operations, and a complete description of the Company's results of operations from prior to the Company's initiation of operations as a BDC for the first quarter ended March 31, 2005.
Mr. Kreisler will conduct an interview with the online financial portal CEOcast, Inc. where he will discuss these results in greater detail on Tuesday, November 22nd. The interview will be available after 9 am eastern time that day at www.ceocast.com.

GreenShift Portfolio Company Mean Green BioFuels Releases Video of Proprietary New Ethanol Oil Recovery Technology in Action
Business Wire - November 21, 2005 09:24
MOUNT ARLINGTON, N.J., Nov 21, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSHF) today announced that its portfolio company, Mean Green BioFuels Corporation ("Mean Green"), released of footage today demonstrating the operation of Mean Green's new patent-pending breakthrough technology for the cost-effective conversion of corn oil into biodiesel fuels.
More than 75% of the ethanol produced in America each year is produced using a technique called dry milling. In this process, starch is recovered from corn and converted into ethanol - currently the most widely used biofuel in America. The remaining portion of the whole grain includes the fat from the corn and exits the back of the dry mill ethanol production process where it is sold to the animal livestock industry as commercial feed for only $0.01 to $0.04 per pound, or about $0.07 to $0.29 per gallon. This material is referred to as Distillers Dried Grain ("DDG").
Mean Green's new technology is capable of economically recovering up to 75% of the oil from the DDG. For a typical 40 million gallon per year corn fed ethanol facility, Mean Green's technology can recover up to 3.5 million gallon per year of corn oil with a feed market value today of about $1.10 per gallon or it can be sold for roughly $2.50 per gallon after conversion into biodiesel.
Mean Green intends to install its corn oil recovery technology in dry mill ethanol facilities at no up front cost to the ethanol facility and Mean Green plans to pay a premium price for the extracted oil. The recovered oil will be transported to one of Mean Green's planned large scale biodiesel conversion facility to maximize the potential of the innovative oil extraction technology. The total benefits to participating ethanol facilities improve their annual profits by up to 25% with no capital investment.
The released video shows the Mean Green corn oil extraction technology in operation at a confidential ethanol production facility. The video is available online in the Technology section of Mean Green's website at www.meangreenbiofuels.com.
Mean Green intends to finance, build and operate a 30 million gallon biodiesel fuel production facility on the eastern seaboard of the United States. Mean Green plans to site its new facility in the middle of a highly industrialized geography that has not historically had access to cleaner burning fossil fuel alternatives. Mean Green also plans to invest in and develop additional biofuels production facilities as well as certain types of distribution and diesel blending facilities.
GreenShift owns 49% of Mean Green and INSEQ Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: INSQ), a 70% owned GreenShift portfolio company, holds right of first refusal manufacturing rights to equipment and facilities based on the Mean Green technology.

GreenShift Consolidates Biofuels Investments
Wednesday February 1, 9:58 am ET
GreenShift's Mean Green BioFuels Converts Agricultural Wastes and Ethanol By-Products Into Biodiesel Fuel
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 1, 2006--GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSHF - News) today announced the consolidation of its various biofuels companies into a restructured Mean Green BioFuels Corporation ("Mean Green"). The consolidation is a critical part of GreenShift's ongoing implementation of its plan to streamline its portfolio of environmentally proactive companies during the first quarter 2006.
Effective today, GreenShift's investments in BioEnergy Engineering, LLC and Ethanol Oil Recovery Systems, LLC, were transferred into Mean Green along with Mean Green Biodiesel of Tennessee, Inc.
Mean Green's business model is based on the production of biodiesel out of the following sources:
soy bean oil;
animal fats procured from rendering operations;
corn oil extracted from ethanol facilities; and
animal fats derived from dissolved air flotation wastewater sludges.
Mean Green intends to finance, build and operate several biodiesel production facilities in the U.S., where it will leverage its proprietary oil recovery technologies to reduce America's dependence on foreign oil by producing high quality biodiesel fuels. With assistance as necessary from GreenShift, and at the option of participating facilities, Mean Green plans to make equity and other investments in ethanol producers and other companies that use Mean Green's innovative technologies.
Mean Green plans to aggressively invest in its brand as it promotes the use of biofuels in America with the objective of offsetting the demand for fossil fuels while reducing harmful greenhouse gas emissions directly in the trenches -- in as many diesel burning trucks, tractors, other heavy equipment and industrial facilities as possible.
Biodiesel is a clean burning alternative fuel that contains no petroleum. The current production of biodiesel in the U.S. is less than 100 million gallons per year leaving a considerable demand for the renewable fuel.
Additional information on Mean Green is available online at www.meangreenbiofuels.com. Interested parties that wish to put Mean Green's technologies into action today or who are seeking investment in their biofuels company should contact Mean Green at 888-870-9193 or

GreenShift Invests in General Hydrogen; Company is Market Leader in Hydrogen Fuel Cell-Based Power Systems
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 6, 2006-- GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSHF) today announced it is investing in General Hydrogen Corporation, a leader in battery replacement technology for electric forklifts, industrial vehicles and other off-road equipment.
General Hydrogen, based in Richmond, BC, Canada, produces high-performance Hydricity(R) Packs, which can triple electric industrial vehicle runtimes and raise productivity significantly.
General Hydrogen's business model is based on replacing conventional lead-acid batteries in centralized industrial applications with high-performance 'plug and play' power packs that contain a Ballard fuel cell. The main applications are for Class 1 forklifts and Automated Guided Vehicles.
Frank Trotter, General Hydrogen's President and Chief Executive Officer, said "General Hydrogen's Hydricity Packs are entering the industrial vehicle market in the US right now and making sales. The potential market is huge in the US where material handling industries are keenly seeking technology that can reduce operational costs and increase efficiency.
"The US installed base of electric forklifts is about 800,000 and double that in Europe with a robust infusion of new vehicles every year."
Kevin Kreisler, GreenShift's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, said "GreenShift invests in clean companies and technologies that leverage transformational environmental gains out of sustainable profits on relatively small infrastructure investments. These incremental, green shifts forward in both profit and environmental gain are at the core of our investment philosophy."
"General Hydrogen has right-sized a clearly transformative technology at a scale that enables commercially viable use of hydrogen fuel cell technology today. Their Hydricity Packs are designed to be a direct replacement for standard industrial batteries in forklifts. They capitalize effectively on existing plant infrastructure while creating a realizable economic return on an impressively short payback period for their clients. We are very excited by this investment and we plan to help General Hydrogen in its development efforts in any way we can."
Under the terms of the investment agreements, GreenShift will purchase 500,000 shares of General Hydrogen common stock and 500,000 warrants exercisable into General Hydrogen common stock for $500,000.
General Hydrogen was introduced to GreenShift by Ardour Capital Investments, LLC, an investment banking, equity research and advisory service firm for the energy technology sector.
Fuel Cell Hydricity Packs
Hydricity Packs use a fuel cell that generates electrical power through a chemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen, and produce only heat and pure water vapor in the process, so they can be used virtually everywhere, including indoors and around perishable goods.
Hydricity Pack fuel cell systems are designed to enable longer run times, operate faster than trucks with batteries, and refuel in a fraction of the time. The simple and quick fueling and minimal maintenance requirements reduce staffing and space devoted to maintaining the machines and batteries. The net result for many high-use operators is a payback period of only 2 to 4 years.
About General Hydrogen Corporation
General Hydrogen is headquartered in Richmond, British Columbia, near Vancouver. It is a private, Delaware-registered company that was started six years ago by Dr. Geoffrey Ballard and Paul Howard, the original founders of Ballard Power Systems. General Hydrogen develops and is commercializing fuel cell systems and hydrogen fueling solutions for industrial vehicles and other off-road equipment.
General Hydrogen is backed by strategic and investor relationships with leading corporations, including General Motors and Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., and is focused on gaining early market penetration, particularly in the United States. Its website is: http://www.generalhydrogen.com.

GSHF and VRDM are under heavy buying pressure, just incredible.... ;)
GSHF is the majority stockholder of VRDM and is to benefit well for this ever strengthening market for alternative fuels. Especially with the mandatory replacement of MTEB usage.
33 ethanol plants under construction.MTEB must be replaced by 5/1. MTEB additive to gasoline per FED must be replaced by 5/1. Companies scrambling to replace. GSHF and VRDM both to benefit large from this. Ethanol is real and growing.

One other thing....I've been following GSHF since middle of last week, and noticed near term resistance at $0.25, and other reistance levels at $0.30 and the 52 week high of $0.395
we broke two of those levels today at strong volume (albeit nothing likr VRDM...whose volume was truly amazing, and has been for the last few days).
the first chart (daily chart) shows what I was referring to above.
The 2nd chart (weekly chart) shows something even more fabulous and cool >:D 8) >:D
Once the 52 week high of $0.395 is broken, look where the next "resistance" level is - close to a $1.00 and even higher (around $2.00).
now...remember AOOR guys? it was a bio diesel fuel play too....remember how it ran from $0.2 levels to $2.00 + ?? :o :o (check the weekly chart of AOOR below)
not saying that will happen here...but this company is positioned pretty well for a nice run, given the technicals...the fundamentals (namely it's holding companies, Veridium, Inseq, etc.) the high gasoline prices, and the increased support for use of ethanol as alternatives/supplements with gasoline, and the general hype surrounding this sector.
and finally...gotta disclose my holdings on this one...got in at ave. $0.27 this morning.
good luck to all playing the alternative fuel sector. go GSHF! :)

Veridium Receives Order to Increase Ethanol Production Efficiencies
Thursday March 30, 12:04 pm ET
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 30, 2006--Veridium Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: VRDM - News) today announced its receipt of an order from a Wisconsin based ethanol producer for the second stage of Veridium's patent-pending Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM).
Veridium's proprietary new Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) extract high grade corn oil from an ethanol by-product called distillers dried grain ("DDG").
One Kernel, Two Fuels
Currently, the majority of ethanol production is based on a dry milling technique that utilizes more than 1 billion bushels of corn to produce 3 billion gallons per year of ethanol. The dry mill process converts the starch from the kernel of corn into sugar and then the sugar into ethanol. The balance of the corn (non-starch components) then goes through a dewatering and dehydration process where the byproduct is sold as a commercial feed ingredient called DDG. DDG contains the majority of the corn oil that was present in the kernel. Today, the 1 billion bushels of corn currently used in the dry mill ethanol process contain roughly 300 million gallons of corn oil that is currently sold for about $0.03 per pound as commercial feed. The new Veridium technology presents another option - cost effective conversion of the oil in the ethanol by-product into biodiesel.
Veridium's technology has the capability of removing up to 75% of the corn oil from within the DDG in two stages. The first stage extracts 1.2 to 1.5 million gallons per year and corresponds to about 30% of the corn oil in the DDG for a 50 million gallon per year facility. Each of Veridium's previously announced orders for its Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) are for deployments of the first stage.
The second stage of the Veridium technology recovers another 30% to 45% of the corn oil in the DDG, corresponding to another 1.2 to 2.2 million gallons of corn oil per year out of a 50 million gallon per year ethanol facility. The Wisconsin facility has ordered both stages and is expected to produce about 2.4 to 3.7 million gallons of corn oil per year when both stages are deployed later this year.
David Winsness, chief executive officer of Veridium's industrial design division, stated that "3 million gallons per year of high grade corn oil converts to 3 million gallons per year of biodiesel. This equates to a 6% increase in fuel production out of a 50 million gallon per year ethanol facility, and a significant increase in plant productivity out of the plant's existing infrastructure."
Veridium provides turn-key Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) for no up-front cost in return for long-term corn oil purchase agreements based on a fixed discount to prevailing market prices.
Increased Demand for Ethanol
Kevin Kreisler, chairman and chief executive officer of GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSHF - News), Veridium's majority shareholder, said that "the Veridium technology is very timely. We expect that demand for ethanol is going to increase markedly in the immediate future as the fuel additive MTBE is phased out and replaced with ethanol. Our belief is that this is going to result in increased demand for technologies that enhance ethanol production efficiencies and Veridium holds the rights to a number of technologies that we believe achieve this."
MTBE, or methyl tertiary butyl ether, is blended with gasoline to enhance its oxygen content and it accounts for about 10 percent of the volume of every gallon of gasoline with which it is blended. This is equal to about 1.4 percent of the nationwide supply. Many gasoline marketers are planning to eliminate their use of MTBE once the oxygenate requirement lapses on May 5 due to the fact that the Energy Policy Act of 2005 didn't protect MTBE producers from past or future groundwater contamination lawsuits. Additionally, the new Renewable Fuel Standard holds refiners to a baseline use of renewable fuels such as ethanol of 4 billion gallons in 2006 and increasing to 7.5 billion gallons by 2012. The Energy Department estimates that 130,000 barrels per day of extra ethanol will be needed beginning May 5, an amount equal to almost 50 percent of current output.
Winsness concluded: "According to the Renewable Fuels Association, the ethanol industry has been planning for this transition for some time and producers have taken the necessary steps to respond to the increased demand. We are excited and grateful for the opportunity to provide our ethanol clients with additional options to meet the increased demand in cost-effective and rapid ways."
About Veridium's Corn Oil Extraction System(TM)
Veridium's Corn Oil Extraction System(TM) offers the following compelling benefits for ethanol producers:
Low Operating Costs - the system requires less than $0.05 per gallon of corn oil produced;
High Recovery Rates - the technology is capable of recovering up to 75% of the corn oil within the DDG;
Increased Revenue - the corn oil extracted with Veridium's technology is readily amenable to refining into biodiesel fuel which creates a new revenue stream for participating ethanol facilities;
Reduces Current Operating Costs and Emissions - Veridium's technology improves the drying efficiency of the DDG which in turn reduces overall plant operating costs and emissions; and,
Low Capital Cost - Veridium's oil extraction methods have a capital cost of less than 15% of traditional corn oil extraction methods.
Pictures and video of the new Veridium technology are available online at www.meangreenbiofuels.com - this system is the first stage of the technology and it is in use today recovering corn oil from concentrated thin stillage.

The 10K was the annual report for the 12 months ending Dec. 31, 2005...i.e. the year that's gone by.
Ethanol plays are just getting started and it makes more sense to look into what'c coming up...not what happened last year.
And clearly, from the spate of PR's about high demand for Veridium's corn oil extraction system - starting Feb. 21, 2006, there have been 6 sifferent orders for use of their technology...

it's pretty clear that one should look into the future of these ethanol companies rather than what's happened in the past.
neveethless, I browsed the 10 K on edgar, and did not find anything that warrants serious consideration, considering it's the future that one ought to be looking at.
sleep tight...the chart's broken out big time...resistance at $0.395, after that, it'll cruise higher. ;)

Closed up 29% on Friday. Setravis and Elite also like this pick ;D wonder if the news will have a further positive effect on this one?...or maybe just the powers of the 2 stock gurus will put a magic spell on this guy :)

KISS ME I'M A GREENSHIFT MILLIONAIRRE!!!
Setravis....nice call in January on GSHF! And it sure did nicely take out .20...slapshot. All I need is U and Elite to give me a thumbs up on a stock its got a 95% chance of being a multi bagger. (stats off the top of my head :D).
Well..i still havent sold any yet....and I'm sure there will be a pullback soon, which will probably shake me out as usual....such a chicken I am...unless u guys can tell me to keep holding out even thru the pullbacks ;D...i need my hand held :) :-[
But, finally I'm holding a winner. ;D All the other stocks I had on possible buy lists today went up...and of course i bought none of them....silly silly girl....grrrrr.
So, alot more for GSHF to give...right? Please say yes. ;D
congrats to all the holders ;D

Julia go read G-TA , EliteG is high on GSHF. ;)
So am I .... ;D
Also go to Stocks On Fire...Read.
You think GSHF is still a good buy under .30 ?? ???
I do.... ;)
setravis...thanks for those links from earlier this evening...let's kick some "ethanol ass" this week.
Task 1: take out $0.395 tomorrow....
Task 2: take out $1.00 this week
wishful thinking?? may be...but probable?? heck yeah! >:D ;D >:D
Ok Setravis :)...I will hold longer, I know it will go up..but i have my panic moments on pullbacks and react on impulse...very bad...."Julia...step away from the computer!"....I have to say that when I see the pullbacks.
I will try to hold out for the week...should be good.
GLTA!!!
thanks Setravis! ;D

just read this on yahoo main page news...looks real good...ethanol making some serious mainstream headline news...BOOYAH!
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060417/ap_on_bi_ge/investing_in_ethanol
Some excerpts:
Experts: Ethanol Makers Have Room to Grow
Investors are betting that new energy regulations and high gas prices could lead to an earnings bonanza for companies like The Andersons, ADM and Pacific Ethanol that produce the fuel additive made from fermented corn that allows cars to run more cleanly.
"Right now making ethanol is almost like having a money machine," said Spencer Kelly, an ethanol analyst for the Oil Price Information Service in Rockville, Md. "Ethanol looks strong as long as gasoline prices stay strong and corn prices are low."
U.S. refiners are clamoring for more ethanol also due to the phaseout of a natural gas derivative called methyl tertiary butyl ether, or MTBE, that allows gasoline to burn more cleanly but also has some health risks. Refiners are stopping use of MTBE because Congress refused to grant them protection from lawsuits.
It looks like they will be profitable into the next year or year and a half," she said. "The economics of ethanol are incredibly compelling at this time."
I bought it at the high of open. 0.325. Now I dont know where I am heading down or will this come up?
I dont want this to bad trades. Havent done good lately.

5 million shares traded in first 20 minutes. I thing it was people taking profits. It went down to .27 for a minute and is currently and slowly back on the rise at .298 x.299. I think we should close green but not by much probably.
Or maybe not. Its tanking lower now. I knew I shoulda sold at .33 and rebought back in when it dropped which I thought it would. Only thing that stopped me was I didn't know how the market would react to the 10k. Hopefully it is pulling a PTSC where it dropped the day after a big gain by a large percent, but closed strong and continued into a big run.
Where is the next level of support on this? I'm looking to get in - it's currently at .255
it's been a tough morning for those holding....including me 8)
but i'm comfortable with action right now...also, support found at previous resistance of $0.25
enough shaekout has happened this morning that MM's have loaded a mighty no. of shares sold by those who sold out this morning...
up back again...but still...VRDM in green....GSHF should follow suit. ;)
VRDM is almost going to pass GSHF. Will that matter any to GSHF in stock price since they own 80%. Shouldn't GSHF stay higher than VRDM or no?
VRDM is almost same.. What a ride for a person who bought it at 0.198.. He'll be thinking himself genius...
All righty.. today was a pause day for GSHF. I added at .265 and .295 (just couldn't resist).
Now my average is at .243.
Volume is very high these days and I expect it not to drop below the breakout point (.25) but we'll find out pretty soon. The upside is absolutely huge.
I'll hold on to this one for awhile and not get distracted by pullbacks.
I'd love to see PTSC in this one.
I'm not bashing these ethanol stocks, in the least, i like them and i'm glad there implementing a little "green" energy into the mix, but, listening to Kudlow and Co. yesterday (i don't personally like Kudlow, but he has good opposing guests), and the premise seemed to be, more of a strong sentiment of these stocks will rise like crazy, til the ethanol craze eases off, or perhaps, dies down completely, then they'll all retrace back and lie dormant. I for one hope they all blow past all expectations and stay there. I'm just saying, these might not be long term plays...(and i'm not talking just the pennies on this one)

I think the break of the "G" pattern on Monday on high volume coupled with support at prior "G" resistance at $0.25 is very good indication this will continue to rise...yesterday, as you mentioned, was profit taking and a "pause" day...we have seen that candlestick pattern in several other high risers...the thing is, ppl look at a day like yesterday and sell soon, only to watch a "la PTSc" or a "la XSNX" or "la STTK" happen in no time.
Good luck! ethanol plays have long tentacles and a pretty far reach...we r getting started. ;)
Versaun, the company that's filed for an IPO yesterday, and one of the purest ethanol plays you'll get, has partnerships that are linked to GSHF thru' INSQ...look at the article below to undertand how:
http://www.greencarcongress.com/2005/08/inseq_to_manufa.html
:'( @ GSHF so far today.
stop looking at intra-day action if you want to saty calm...it's always gonna be turbulent on the penny stocks...
ethanol is the way the world's moving...and now is the time to be in these stocks...the overall trend is in only one direction...UP. >:D
good luck! ;)

Hello guys,
This is my first penny stock, already in profit from my purchse earlier on. As you guys know the chart looks very promising and the whole industry is rising.
I have a question, maybe someone can help me out. :)
Is this common for penny stocks to fluctuate in volume. We've had several millions per day for the past sessions and today is berely 1M. Is this a norm?
I seems that everytime the volume goes this low for GSHF the price goes with it retracing a big chunck.
thank you much and hope you make lots of cash in your trades, ;)

Dhiraj,
Thanks for your comments...I'm at work right now, that's why annot post detail charts like PTSC...I'll do thatsometime during lunch hours today...but if u want a quickie...here it is:
$0.25 has offered support for thr 2nd day in a row....an I see money beng pulled out of other stocks tha rose yesterday...like AOOR and STTK...don't know why...and I believe we will see some of that money moving into ethanol plays again...
yesterday's retracement was pretty normal...of course, yesterday could have been an up day too, but i'm saying it's normal and not surprising or unexpected. today will mostlikely be a low volume conslidation day...as you can already tell from the lack of the "high" volume we saw the last few days....today is the kind of day when you can forget about GSHF...and go trade other stocks if you have the moolah. GSHF is in an uptrend and intra day action should not shake you out or cause you any worries....
break of $0.295 would be very bulish (I say that from the 2 day chart...and also from yesterday' action when $0.295 was strong resistance for a while in the afternoon).
glad to know my charts are helpful to you. good luck. now, back to work! ;D
quickly...here's why $0.295 is resistance...that's where the descending trednline is...as well as, yesterday intra dasy, the stock would not break thru' $0.295 in the afternoon hours...i was watching it very closely.
good luck...we are getting some good buying and the stock is now green at HOD - $0.278
;)
GSHF (along with the other ethanol plays, vrdm, insq) very close to being "Back in Play" stocks...
nice action in the last 30 minutes...people flocking to buy some shares...
and the MM's have enough to supply them...why? because of yesterday's shake-out action.
good luck to those holding...Rock on !!! ;)
GSHF with a VERY good close. Up 20% to close at .33 >:D
Just finished work....was monitoring GSHF from time to time today, but did not have time to post any messages...
what I love about the close besides the fact that it closed at HOD, up 20% is that GSHF has a broken away from the trend that was exhibited by VRDM and INSQ, (up until yesterday, the three seemed to move pretty much in tandem).
Today, VRDM and INSQ were similar to GSHF, but not for long...that is quite a difference from the last few days of trading action and to me, that seems like a sign that the market has begun to realize the undervalued nature of GSHF, and is aptly compensating for that.
anyways...I'm glad I held instead of being lured into selling yesterday as well as this morning....(coz' I was thinking of buying either STTK or AOOR or both...and though they started well, they closed real bad...not sure what drowned AOOR after the break of $0.80- yesterday on strong volume...)
will post again after my evening tea hours. ;)
Can't believe I bought a stock that didn't immediately go down! :P
I bought first at .175, then .265 and .295 so now my average is .243.
Too bad I was too lazy to get up this morning and grab more at .255. Oh well..
This stock has a huge potential and it is slowly showing it. I see a nice cup forming on 2 year chart. It's getting fantastic volume which shows definite interest in the stock. Looking at MACD and RSI I drove lines that show previous big run tops. Both RSI and MACD show that there's plenty of room to go up.
The first resistance I see is that previous high of .395. Given the volume and interest in the stock (and gas prices and ethanol demand, and.. and..) it might blow through that resistance easily but that remains to be seen.
Possible scenarios:
1. Goes up fast in that tight range it created in the last couple of sessions
2. Creates a cup, retraces to create a cup holder and then continue. Cup target is around .70.
As I previously said, with this volume all kinds of miracles can happen (and I'm hoping for a PTSC miracle since I missed it :) )
After that .395 resistance I don't see any significant ones on a 2-year chart (some at .50 and .60) until a psyh. resistance at $1. After $1 is broken, anything between $1 and $3 is possible.
Those numbers sound very high but that's what I thought for PTSC and the train left me behind. Nothing goes straight up but this time I'm "all or nothing". I'll hold these shares for big returns, no matter how long it takes unless something horrible happens to the company in the meantime.
In 2004 this company was trading for $12!
onestock mind....kudos to you on holding onto this baby :)
lemme throw a little hint to you on why I think a big run is ahead of us...the key to that lies in MACD...pull up charts of XSNX, PTSC, SUWN etc. that had huge runs in the last 3 - 5 months and see where the MACD was when they were just getting started(of course, we did not know that then :'( ), but look at what the MACD levels are at the peaks of their runs...
I have a gut feeling it's gonna repeat here too. let the future prove me right, until then, I wait, with my shares of course! 8)
Hi Vic666, it seems to me the MCAD level on GSHF is at a equal top peak of the stocks you named which is around 0.1 or 0.2. So are you suggesting to sell now? Maybe I am just misinterpreting the data?
looks like you missed a decimal place... :o
GSHF is currently at MACD = 0.01 - 0.02 range
Oh snap!!! LOL. ::)
GSHF currently up 6.6 cents @ .396. .04 cents shy of breaking 52 week high.
And its been done. Current price @ .402. bid .40 ask .45. Someone just bought a 183,000 shares at .401. Now to $2+. (hopefully, we can all dream right)
just got out of work....could not even catch the opening action....very impressed with price and volume action and the fact that the 52 week high was taken out....
we now oficially have a target of atleast a double from current levels....rock on! 8)
We broke the 52 week high but soon after we fell down to almost .35.
3.04 pm - GSHF is awfully close to breaking the symmetric triangle on the intra-day chart, to the upside...here's a chart.
I'm just waiting to post this after the break occurs, so you can see it on the chart....i'm waitin...waitin...ok..it just broke....now i'm waiting to see some volume accompany the breakout...i'm waitin...waitin....still waitin.....the bid just moved up...vol. should come anytime now...waitin'...damn, not a single trade in over 3 minutes....i'm still waitin'... :-X
3.11 pm - my patience is wearing :-[...but i'm gonna post chart until the breakout is confirmed with volume...still waiting...YAWN!
3.15 pm - I'm still waiting...price now is $0.374, but hardly any voume :(
3.19 pm - what a ripper! i'm still waiting for volume.... >:(
3.20 pm - go baby!!! i just got the first signs of vol. kicking in...keep going...I'll post in a minute or two. ;D
3.23 pm - does this sound boring to you guys?? it is to me...waiting! hmmm...shall I just post the chart instead? ... :-\
3.25 pm - VRDM seems ready to wanna breakout of it's downtrend since morning...will that help move GSHF...we'll see...
3.26 pm - cool! now INSQ is catching on and making a move...it's about time GSHF breaks out...c'mon!!!
3.28 pm - un"friggin"believable...i'm still waiting...u guys can laugh at me all you want - >:(
3.31 pm - the upside breakout did not happen yet...here's the chart....
I'll still be watching though! good luck all! ;)
Some pretty large dumps were taken at the end of the day there.
Closed green which is always good, but was a weak close.
folks...full disclosure...I sold my position in the last few minutes...not that I did not like the general uptrend, but being a short term swing trader, I took my 20% profits (from my buy at $0.305) and decided to take other positions...
for now, I'm primarily in HOM....got 3K shares at close...
let's see how things roll out with GSHF.....close was weak as pointed by another poster...but 'll analyze more with charts and post later today.
don't take my selling as any sign of weakness... 8) it's just that my trading style does not fit the long periods of "gestation"....hope you understand that!!
I like the play by play Vic666 ;D
thanks!

GSHF looking nice today. Started slow then hit its 52 week high today. >:D
The close yesterday was really weak and today there is a lot of selling pressure. I see a lot of shares being sold and bought in big 50k 40k blocks. Idk.
That .41 was a big resistance and now it's retracing to support levels (I hope it will stop around .33).
I had a nice profit and I could take some around .40 but I decided to wait and hold. I see two scenarios: 1. on 1 year chart you see that a nice cup has been created. If it's a cup and handle play then we should see some Fib. retracement and form a handle.
2. Since ethanol is a hot thing these days, VRDM might fire a couple of more PRs and GSHF takes off with it.
I hope the 2. will happen because it would give faster return but we'll see.
I will never learn to just sell and take profit!
I agree with you OneStockMind. Today whole energy sector is getting killed.
My fav "VLO" largest oil refiner in US is down < 5% , yesterday it was <3%. I cant believe such a big company can be manipulated so much in market in a day. With all reports out today showed excess of oil so the correction became imminent today and hence energy sector is red.
I think that has brought VRDM and GSHF down today too. I entered late in GSHF so would exit with small loss if it falls below my price point @.325. I hope it doesnt go there.
- Dhiraj
hey gary, if you do learn to sell and take profits you could teach a seminar and i'll be the first to sign up. If i sold everystock i had this year that went up 30% id be up about 200% instead of being at the same point i was Jan 1st
OneStockMind, what does FIB stand for? And if it does retrace how low do you see it going?
Edit: Just watched the last few trades go though before the close and saw a 100,000 block fill at .3328 followed by a 95,000 block at .33 9 seconds later. Thats a lot of shares for one person.
Quote1. on 1 year chart you see that a nice cup has been created
yes, it is a perfect cup with increasing volume on the upside (right side of cup). that is real positive. We need the handle to from and then watch out!!!!!
hmmm, profit taking noted--do not feel this is done yet...will be looking for dip tomorrow am, if it goes .30's--.31....will consider further accumulation.....thuoghts?
All right.
Here's what I see in GSHF.
GSHF hit the resistance at .41 and now it's retracing (today's energy sector selloff helped to speed it up).
nmbr1ballr: Fib. is abbr. for Fibonacci retracement levels (You can find out more here: http://daytrading.about.com/cs/charts/a/fibonacci.htm)
On the short-term daily chart (sorry for a messy chart) I pointed out a couple of things:
Short-term trend (black steep line) which was broken today, previous high breakout point (.251) and Fib. retracement lines. 61.8% is .31 which is also close to EMA(9) .318.
That should be the first support on this downhill ride and hopefully we'll see a support soon.
50% Fib. retracement shows at .27 and hopefully we'll not have to test it but given the volatility of the stock and the markets it's entirely possible. These stocks are great for MMs becuase they can scoop up a lot of cheap shares from weak and scared hands.
Note: I took the first white candle at the bottom of the chart as the begin of the run. If you consider the beggining of the run the first big volume candle right after that one, the Fib. levels change a bit and then we have 61.8% at .32 and 50% at .29. In that case I would say that the "pain threshold" is breaking .29 support (stop loss).
I got in pretty early (first at .175 and then two more times later so my average is around .25) which gives me a luxury of seeing a drop like today with less pain (I can just lose my profit but at least have my initial investment protected which I would recommend to everybody).
As I stated above, one of the strategies (a smart one) is to buy at support and sell at resistance (in this case sell at .40) and buy again on a retracement (which we are experiencing now). No strategy is perfect so isn't this one because you can miss profit if the stock runs (I pocketed a fantastic 100% profit on PTSC but missed another 500% :)
It's a pain to watch my profit unrealized but I'm very bullish on GSHF so I decided to take a chance and not miss another PTSC. Maybe I'm wrong but I'm willing to take a chance.
On a yearly chart you can see a perfect cup formed with possible Fib. retracement levels.
Here's the link that explains cup-and-handle plays:
http://www.stockcharts.com/education/ChartAnalysis/cupHandle.html
This chart also shows .29 to be a very important point as a 61.8% Fib. retracement so I'd say it shouldn't go below that - could be used as a stop loss point.
Chart shows a lot of volume and that means - a lot of interest. It's hard to predict where the bottom of a possible handle will land (or if it will be created at all) so we'll stick around and wait it out (at least some of us).
Finally, 2-year chart shows how important is to break out of that cup because when that happens we are on the way to $1 and that's my dream. I don't think it will happen in just a few days but that's the vision for the next couple of months.
Good luck to all of us that are holding (and will hold) and let's pray stock's God to be kind to us.
OnestockMind. Applaud for your great work and analysis. I hope we move up tomorrow rather than down.
I think if this stock has to spike like PTSC, it wont take months but matter of couple of weeks to fly.
PTSC whole story happened from 0.17 - 2.25 in about 2 weeks.
- Dhiraj
Nice work Onestock! :)
I too am holding out...i thought about selling at .40...but, i don;t want to lose my position..got in at just under .20...and I also dont want to miss another PTSC....that made me sick, as so many other stocks i sold way too early.
I feel that this is just a normal pullback, its still holding up pretty well...it was a red day today, sector was down, and its wednesday...wednesdays are often down days it seems.
I also see that $1 in the future...this is the hot sector right now...so im holding out for more. I have a small position so I want the big gains and I'm willing to wait for it and not get shaken out....well, lets hope i dont get shaken out..lol :D
Who knows how this will go...dare we say $2 :)...would'nt that be special.

I am still holding too, although I came very close on selling out around .40 but with oil prices at record high the interest in alternative fuel sources has increased. In a few more years we will look back and probably say how cheap it was at the level it is now and global demand - having China in the back of my mind which continues industrialising their economy - is part of what is pushing the price higher.
My reason to hold on to this stock. All other technicals are already being discussed above and I concur. Good luck.
Cheers
Terrapass is a GSHF portfolio company. Yesterday there was a news article about Terrapass and Ford.
DETROIT, April 26 (Reuters) - Ford Motor Co. (F.N: Quote, Profile, Research) said it will give consumers concerned about harmful greenhouse emissions an opportunity to invest in clean energy projects via a new Web Site that will calculate suggested investments based on the amount of carbon dioxide produced while driving.
In a program called "Greener Miles," which is expected to be announced on Thursday, consumers can go to the Web Site to calculate the amount of carbon dioxide produced in one year of driving. The Web site will then suggest an investment linked to the cost of producing an amount of clean energy equivalent to the carbon dioxide produced.
Ford is partnering with TerraPass, a group that helps finance solar, wind and methane-driven energy projects, for the project, Niel Golightly, director of Ford's sustainable business strategies, told Reuters in an interview.
"We know that there is a growing number of customers out there that are starting to raise questions about this whole subject of climate change and energy security... and looking for things they can do to address it," Golightly said.
The consumer contributions -- ranging from $29.95 to $79.95 annually depending on the type of vehicle, amount of carbon dioxide emitted and miles traveled -- will be invested in U.S.-based projects such as wind power energy or making power from dairy farm manure.
An average car produces between 10,000 pounds and 12,000 pounds of carbon dioxide a year, Tom Arnold, TerraPass chief environmental officer, said.
The initial projects that would benefit from contributions from Ford buyers are a wind farm in Ainsworth, Nebraska, and Haubenschild Farms near Princeton, Minnesota, which converts manure into electricity, he said.
In exchange, consumers get a sticker for their windshield verifying the offset of carbon dioxide the vehicle emits.
Ford said it has no plans to run a broad-based advertising campaign for the initiative.
Instead, Ford dealers will be given brochures on the project and consumers will be directed to the Web site from several Ford product sites, Arnold said.
Arnold said it was hard to say how many consumers will participate in the project.
Ford Chairman and Chief Executive Bill Ford, great-grandson of the company founder and a lifelong environmentalist, has made efforts to portray the automaker as an environmentally aware "green" company.
But the company and Bill Ford have often been the target of environmental groups that decry the company's dismal fuel economy record.
Golightly said Ford is also working to improve the fuel-efficiency of its fleet, investing in alternative-fuel vehicles and working to reduce emissions from its factories.
The Greener Miles project "is a very incremental part of our overall climate change policy," Golightly said. "This is an opportunity for us to engage our consumers a bit more."
...impressive strength this am...looking for a buyable dip but to no avail.
I don't know about that. Volume not that great at this support level.
I think this drops soon unfortunately :-\
We're now at .315. If it drops below .31 I might sell. Many times when I see the fill price get filled its always by like 500 shares being bought and stupid crap. I am hoping to see the support at .31.
OMFG. Now I am fvcking pissed. I went out with my girlfriend somewhere come back and see I lost a sh!t load of $. I am barely up with the close we had. I can't set stop lossed on my account so I have to be here at all times to make sales. Should I sell or hold or WTF just happen? >:( >:( >:(
GSHF unreal today. I never thought we will test these levels. I got out today at .27 which erased 50% of my profit. I had to get out to protect my initial investment but I'm pissed as well.
I can't see the news but I read that VRDM increased their shares from 250 mil. to 500.
That would do it!
Another proof that you can read charts as much as you want but you can't predict dillution and things like that.
I will watch closely VRDM and GSHF tomorrow since they might bounce back (today was panic selling). I still believe that GSHF is a very good stock since ethanol is hot these days but I will not risk any loss anymore because I just simply cannot afford it anymore (lost way too much last year).
GSHF almost at 20MA which is .241. I hope .25 breakout level will hold and if not then 20MA. If it breaks that then I can see it testing 50MA which is .177 now.
That are some bad news for you buddy, but if I were you I would stay in, even the volume isn't that good for this price. Wait up tomorrow and if it drops a few cent more then rebuy to lower the average price you have paid ;) . It's up to you though, but i would stay calm and wait. I normally use this strategy for blue chips and it's called the King strategy. It's up to you if you wanna try it. Good luck buddy
that VDRM rumour about dilution is just a rumour from the trash GNBT Yahoo message board I think ???. If not, please post where else you heard it. I think GSHF is going to bounce back strongly today. Shame the 3sof stop got triggered. Luckiy I didn't listen to the advice ;) We'll be back over .3 before you know it. you can't have a 300% gain without a day of profit taking. I liked the 900k shares bought at .40 two days ago. :-*
whenever i use the "king strategy" everyone calls me the "king bagholder" lol. It takes a lot of time for the stocks to come back to break even, i prefer 5% stop limit and move on.

thanks for those links. looks like 140 million to cover outstanding warrants, etc and the rest for beer money ;D How this will affect gshf who knows. depends what kind of beer they buy. Looks like this means in the end it will own only 35 %of VRDM? ??? We are back at .3 now. fingers crossed. ;)
Nice bounce. She looks strong today.
Yes it was a nice bounce. I got out at .27 fearing it would drop lower. Figures it would rebound. Do I buy back in at a higher price is the ?.
i would put money it, that it will bounce back to .40 again..oh, I did ;)
I have taken a look at the intraday chart and saw that it had a nice u turn between 2 and 4 pm. I would wait for a drop back on Monday, because the volume, again, wasn't that great today. Sorry that you lost a lot of money, but that's how other people make their money on the stock market. Always stay calm and keep your mind clear. By the way, I had my last final exam today and I will spend some of my stock money in Europe. ;D Watching the World Cup and so on.
Cheers
She seems to be forming a handle. It is just a matter of time before she breaks out imo.
Cheers
Looks like it might be forming a symetrical triangle.... will post chart later tonite....
GSHF not looking so hot right now? Think it will reverse at all?
as long as it holds its support of ~.29 we'll be fine for now....
B
It already broke that support and went down to .272. Its now at .295 but it already broke the support.
Any take on whats going on.. still holding strong, no real reason to sell.
Does anyone have any opinions....
Thanks

biodiesel stocks started to move recently like ebof, peix...and now gshf...got some yesterday
imo gsct.ob is a better play than gshf.ob. I have played gshf once and stood watching helplessly as Gsct.ob rocketed and gshf barely moved... since then I learned my lesson, and have focused on gsct... currently breaking out.

DirectView Completes Acquisition of GS Carbon
Monday October 16, 8:30 am ET
Company Provides Update on Its New Business Model
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DirectView, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DRVW - News) today announced the completion of its acquisition of 100% of the stock of GS Carbon Trading, Inc. ("GS Carbon"), from GS Energy Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSEG - News) in return for the issuance to GS Energy of about 85% of DirectView's issued and outstanding stock.
GS Carbon is a recently formed development stage company that was founded to facilitate decarbonization in ways that cost-effectively capitalize on the evolving carbon markets.
"GS Carbon's chief goal is to affect reductions in the carbon intensity of energy consumption," said Kevin Kreisler, GS Carbon's chairman and chief executive officer. "Initially, we plan to achieve this through our investments in and ongoing support of Sterling Planet and TerraPass and their trading and sales of renewable energy certificates, energy efficiency certificates, as well as other similar attributes that represent the positive environmental attributes of reduced carbon emissions. Our expectation is that a public posture will enhance the growth and development of Sterling's trading business and GS Carbon's other planned initiatives. We are excited by this transaction and we look forward to making a significant contribution to reducing carbon emissions."
GS Carbon owns about 10% of Sterling Planet, Inc., the nation's leading retail renewable energy provider, and about 10% of TerraPass, Inc., which company provides a service that aids in eliminating personal vehicle contributions to global warming.
Sterling Planet, Inc.
Sterling has established a strong reputation as the premier market maker for renewable energy sales. Sterling has sold over 4 billion kilowatt hours of renewable energy since its inception, representing enough energy to power 350,000 homes for a full year and offset 2.6 million tons of carbon dioxide. Sterling Planet currently services an impressive array of clients including Alcoa, The Coca-Cola Company, DuPont, Delphi Corporation, Duke University, University of Utah, Nike, Pitney Bowes, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. General Services Administration, the Homeland Security Department, Western Area Power Administration, New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), the U.S. Army, Staples, Whirlpool Corporation, the World Resources Institute and over 150 other companies. Additional information on Sterling Planet is available online at www.sterlingplanet.com.
TerraPass, Inc.
By issuing a "TerraPass" to its members, TerraPass utilizes its members' contributions to promote global energy efficiency and greenhouse gas reduction through targeted projects. It is through these clean energy projects that TerraPass counterbalances pollution from its members' vehicles. TerraPass recently partnered with Ford Motor Company in a program called "Greener Miles," which allows consumers to calculate the amount of carbon dioxide produced by their car in one year of driving, and then to purchase a TerraPass linked to the cost of producing an amount of clean energy equivalent to the carbon dioxide produced. Individual purchases range from $29.95 to $79.95 annually, depending on the type of vehicle, amount of carbon dioxide emitted and miles traveled, and the funds are used to invest in U.S. based renewable energy projects. Additional information on TerraPass is available online at www.terrapass.com.
DirectView sold its videoconferencing businesses, which previously accounted for 100% of DirectView's operations, immediately prior to completion of the GS Carbon acquisition. DirectView intends to change its name to be consistent with the GS Carbon business model as soon as possible. Additional information regarding these transactions is available in DirectView's and GS Energy's Forms 8K, filed on October 13, 2006.

GS AgriFuels Provides Update on Capital Structure
Monday October 16, 8:23 am ET
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GS AgriFuels Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSGF - News) today announced the conversion by GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSHF - News), GS AgriFuels' majority shareholder, of its GS AgriFuels preferred stock into common stock.
The conversion brings GS AgriFuels' outstanding common stock to about 28 million shares, of which GreenShift holds 26 million. This amount does not include the impact of the GS AgriFuels' June 2006 financing agreements with Cornell Capital Partners, LP, pursuant to which Cornell agreed to provide GS AgriFuels with $22 million in financing to support GS AgriFuels' development efforts.
Under the relevant financing agreements, Cornell agreed to purchase $22 million in GS AgriFuels debentures that are convertible into GS AgriFuels common stock at $3.00 per share. Cornell provided an initial $5.5 million of this amount in June 2006 and agreed to provide the balance in line with GS AgriFuels satisfaction of key benchmarks in its development plans.
If fully funded and converted, the Cornell investment would equate to an additional 7,333,333 shares of GS AgriFuels common stock issuable at $3.00 per share, plus an additional 1,125,000 warrants exercisable into GS AgriFuels common stock issuable at par value. This corresponds to a total of about 36 million shares when added to GS AgriFuels' current outstanding common stock.
"Rationalizing our capital structure is an important next step in our development plans," said Kevin Kreisler, GS AgriFuels' chairman and chief executive officer. "We have been methodically executing our plans to date - we have a good deal of feedstock and offtake under contract, we have qualified a number of sites for our planned agrifuel production facilities, and we are in the process of internalizing our own infrastructure development capabilities."
Pending Acquisition
GS AgriFuels recently announced its execution of an agreement to acquire NextGen Fuel, Inc., a producer of modular, continuous-flow multi-feedstock biodiesel process equipment based on NextGen's patent-pending process intensification technology. Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, GS AgriFuels will acquire 100% of the stock of NextGen in return for about $20,000,000 in cash, about $2,000,000 of which is to be paid in line with increases in NextGen's sales. The closing of the acquisition is subject to GS AgriFuels' completion of financing and the agreement is terminable if the acquisition does not close on or before November 15, 2006.
Development of Production Facilities
GS AgriFuels is currently developing several sites for the construction of its planned agrifuel production facilities. Its planned Memphis facility is designed to have an initial nameplate capacity of 10 million gallons of biodiesel and will include a NextGen system. GS AgriFuels expects to scale this facility with a series of modular NextGen systems to in excess of 45 million gallons per year given that facility's location in a major distribution hub.
GS AgriFuels has executed agreements to purchase about 27 million gallons of hedged biodiesel feedstock to process in its planned future production facilities, about 22 million gallons of which is expected to come from GS AgriFuels' sister company, GS CleanTech Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSCT - News), during 2007 and 2008 as GS CleanTech implements its various contracts to use its technologies to extract and purchase biodiesel feedstock from the by-products of ethanol production and animal processing facilities.
About GS AgriFuels Corporation
GS AgriFuels Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSGF - News) was founded to produce and sell clean fuels from agriproducts in innovative new ways that allow producers of agriproducts, their local communities and consumers to save money, reduce pollution and contribute to energy independence.
GS AgriFuels intends to build a number of clean fuel production facilities in America under its Mean Green brand. GS AgriFuels' chief ambition is to get cleaner, greener burning fuels grown in the U.S.A. in as many engines as possible, as quickly as possible.
GS AgriFuels is about 90% owned by GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSHF - News), a company devoted to facilitating the efficient use of natural resources.

GS CleanTech Executes New Extraction Agreement with Ethanol Producer
Monday June 25, 12:33 pm ET
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GS CleanTech Corporation (OTCBB: GSCT - News) today announced its execution of an agreement to extract about 1.5 million gallons per year of crude corn oil from the distillers grain co-product from a new 50 million gallon per year dry mill ethanol plant scheduled to commence operations early next year.
GS CleanTech's patent-pending Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) have been engineered to help ethanol producers increase cash flows through the introduction of a third and novel revenue stream - corn oil. GS CleanTech provides turn-key extraction systems to participating ethanol producers at no cost to the ethanol producers in return for the long-term right to purchase the extracted corn oil at a per pound premium to its value when trapped in the distiller's grains. GS CleanTech's extraction technology also reduces overall plant emissions and utility costs by upwards of $1 million per year for a 100 million gallon per year ethanol plant that dries 100% of its distiller's grains.
In all, GS CleanTech's publicly announced corn oil contracts will produce about 31.5 million gallons per year of crude corn oil for conversion into biodiesel fuel as GS CleanTech successfully deploys the relevant corn oil extraction systems during 2007 and 2008.
GS CleanTech and its affiliated fuel production company, GS AgriFuels Corporation (OTCBB: GSGF - News), have partnered in the full scale commercialization of their technologies. GS CleanTech provides technology-centric services in return for process engineering and plant construction sales, ongoing technology royalties and selected feedstock sales. GS AgriFuels provides all of the capital for the construction of the extraction and biodiesel production facilities and generates revenues through its ownership of the biodiesel production assets. The oil extracted by this new agreement will be routed to a planned GS AgriFuels facility for conversion into biodiesel.
Focus on Ethanol Production
GS CleanTech is focused on delivering technologies and process innovations to the ethanol production industry with a view towards maximizing the yield of corn-based ethanol production. GS CleanTech's currently available offerings in its ethanol program include its:
Corn oil extraction systems;
Small-scale modular biodiesel production systems; and,
Biomass gasification for combined heat and power solutions.
GS CleanTech is also developing new technologies, such as its carbon dioxide algal bioreactor technology, for application at ethanol facilities.
Traditional ethanol processing converts each bushel of corn, which weighs about 54 pounds, into about 18 pounds of ethanol, 18 pounds of carbon dioxide, and 18 pounds of distillers dried grains, which contain about 2 pounds of fat. This corresponds to about 2.8 gallons of fuel production per bushel of corn. GS CleanTech's ambition is to increase this efficiency as much as possible by converting as co-products such as DDG and carbon dioxide into additional renewable fuels.
Pictures of a recent GS CleanTech corn oil extraction system installation can be found at http://www.gs-cleantech.com in the Multimedia & Downloads section of the Products & Services section for GS CleanTech's Corn Oil Extraction Systems (http://www.gs-cleantech.com/product_desc.php?mode=1&media=true).
About GS CleanTech Corporation
GS CleanTech Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSCT - News) provides applied engineering and technology transfer services based on clean technologies and process innovations that make it cost-effective and easy to recycle and reuse resources. Additional information on GS CleanTech's Corn Oil Extraction System and GS CleanTech's ethanol efficiency program is available online at www.gs-cleantech.com.
About GS AgriFuels Corporation
GS AgriFuels (www.gs-agrifuels.com) was founded to produce and sell clean fuels from agriproducts in innovative ways. GS AgriFuels' business model is based on the manufacturing and sales of proprietary biodiesel equipment and the use of new technologies to produce biodiesel and ethanol from non-traditional feedstocks such as corn oil and cellulosic biomass through the utilization of several new proprietary technologies, including innovative desiccation, process intensification, gasification, and catalytic technologies, synergistically at small-scales to enable the refining of many forms of biomass into clean fuels at Integrated Multi-Fuel ("IMF") production facilities.
GS CleanTech and GS AgriFuels are both majority owned by GreenShift Corporation (OTCBB: GSHF - News), a company devoted to facilitating the efficient use of natural resources.
GreenShift and GS CleanTech are party to a merger agreement pursuant to which holders of GS CleanTech common stock will receive 1 share of GreenShift common stock for each 3 shares owned in GS CleanTech.
GS AgriFuels is also party to a merger agreement with GS Energy Corporation (OTCBB: GSEG - News) pursuant to which holders of GS Energy common stock will receive 1 share of GS AgriFuels common stock for each 1,000 shares owned in GS Energy.

NEW YORK, Jun 25, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Seaway Capital, Inc. today announced it has executed amended definitive agreements to acquire GS Carbon Corp. (GSCR, Trade) from its controlling shareholder, GreenShift Corporation. The transaction is effective June 30th.
Seaway Capital, a growth equity and leveraged buyout company, has agreed to assume up to $1.2 million in GSCR's legacy debt, and GreenShift shall retain its current assets by transferring GS Carbon's current investments, intellectual properties and R&D operating subsidiaries to GS CleanTech Corporation (GSCT, Trade).
Seaway Capital (www.seawaycapital.com) was formed in 2002 as a merchant banking company and controls significant stakes in various operating companies. Shortly after the closing of the transaction, Seaway intends to merge or have acquired into GSCR several of its holdings, including that of WiseBuys Stores, Inc., ("WiseBuys") a big box retail chain it founded in 2003 with former Ames Chairman and CEO, Joe Ettore, and former BJ Wholesale executive, Joe LaChausse. WiseBuys (www.wisebuysstores.com) currently has five (5) locations representing approximately 230,000 square feet, and it has partnered with other retailers such as Payless ShoeSource, Inc. and KB Toys to expand rapidly in rural markets in primarily former Ames locations. WiseBuys has generated store revenues of over $35 million since November 2003, and, after a brief pause, is now aggressively seeking growth through acquisitions and new store development.
This Seaway acquisition of WiseBuys is subject to completion of audits of WiseBuys and is expected to close in July 2007. Seaway Capital is seeking additional debt and equity investments in media, business services, manufacturing, and technology companies.
GreenShift Chairman and CEO, Kevin Kreisler, stated "One of the goals of our planned reorganization is to reduce overhead while we simplify and rationalize our corporate structure. We feel that transferring ownership of GS Carbon's current holdings to GS CleanTech and then assisting GS Carbon in its completion of a material acquisition away from GreenShift helps to accomplish this goal in a way that enhances shareholder value for GreenShift's, GS Carbon's and GS CleanTech's shareholders. Seaway has an experienced management team with a track record for finding and cultivating successful investments and creating value for its shareholders, and we feel that their planned WiseBuys transaction and strategy moving forward have great potential."

Seaway Capital, Inc. ("SCI") was formed in 2002 and makes equity and equity-related investments in companies that require expansion capital and in companies pursuing acquisition strategies. SCI also seeks investments in leveraged buyouts and restructurings.
