Micron in Negotiations to Acquire Alberta Oil Sands Property
Wednesday February 1, 8:40 am ET

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 1, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Micron Enviro Systems, Inc. (OTC BB:MSEV.OB - News) wishes to report that it has entered into negotiations to acquire oil sands assets in Alberta, Canada. A final decision on this exciting new project is expected within 14 days.

According to the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers web site, production from Canada's vast oil sands reserves now exceeds 1 million barrels per day and is forecast to increase to 2.7 million barrels per day by 2015. Reserves exceed 175 billion barrels of economically viable oil. With current technology, Canada's oil sands are second only to Saudi Arabia in global oil reserves. Capital spending on both in situ areas (too deep to mine) and mining projects in the oil sands totaled more than $28 billion US from 1996 to 2004. Canadian companies spent close to $7 billion US on oil sands capital investment in 2005. There are close to 35 projects in the planning or expansion process.

According to a report by 60 Minutes on the Alberta Oil Sands there are 175 billion barrels of proven oil reserves here. That's second to Saudi Arabia's 260 billion but it's only what companies can get with today's technology. The estimate of how many more barrels of oil are buried deeper underground is staggering. ``We know there's much, much more there. The total estimates could be two trillion or even higher,'' says Clive Mather, Shell's Canada chief. ``This is a very, very big resource.'' Very big? That's eight times the amount of reserves in Saudi Arabia. The oil sands are buried under forests in Alberta that are the size of Florida. The oil here doesn't come gushing out of the sand the way it does in the Middle East. The oil is in the sand. It has to be dug up and processed.

Bernie McDougall, President of Micron stated, ``We feel that the Alberta Oil Sands are going to be the future of oil and gas production in North America and the best way to maximize shareholder value is for MSEV to participate in this area. Going forward we have every intention to start to acquire oil sand assets. This is a very exciting time to be an oil and gas company, with prices at near historic highs and we are pleased to be back actively looking for assets to grow MSEV.''

MSEV is an emerging oil and gas company that has both oil and gas producing properties. MSEV's goal is to become a junior oil and gas producer that focuses on the exploration, discovery and delivery of gas and oil to the North American marketplace. MSEV currently has 15 independent sources of oil and/or gas revenue. MSEV's production is from nine oil wells in Canada, and six wells producing oil and/or gas wells in Texas. MSEV is presently involved in multiple oil and gas prospects, and continues to look for additional projects that would contribute to building MSEV's market capitalization.

Micron Signs New Alberta Multi Well Drill Program
>VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 7, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Micron Enviro Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:MSEV) is extremely pleased to report that it has entered into a participation agreement to drill at least one gas well in Alberta, Canada. According to the operator, the first well on this prospect is expected to commence drilling within 14 days, barring any unforeseen issues. If the first well is successful, the operator plans to drill up to four wells per section. A well has been drilled and cased three quarters of a mile away that tested 3.4 million cubic feet of gas per day.

In other news, a decision to fund and enter into a prospective oil sands project in Alberta, Canada is expected before February 15, 2006.

According to the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers web site, production from Canada's vast oil sands reserves now exceeds 1 million barrels per day and is forecast to increase to 2.7 million barrels per day by 2015. Canadian companies spent close to $7 billion US on oil sands capital investment in 2005. There are close to 35 projects in the planning or expansion process.

Bernie McDougall, President of Micron stated, "Things are really starting to get exciting for MSEV. We have secured a new gas drill program that should be commencing operations within 2 weeks. When you couple this new exciting gas drill program with our ongoing negotiations on the Alberta Oil Sands, we feel that MSEV is now turning a corner. With oil and gas prices where they are, it is a tremendous time to be an oil and gas producing company and a great time to start new drill projects."

Micron Enviro Systems Announces Rig on Location at Alberta Gas Well

>VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 23, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Micron Enviro Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:MSEV) is pleased to report that the rig is now on location at the drill site of the Boyne Lake Prospect and that drilling is expected to commence. The drilling is expected to take approximately 7-10 days, barring any unforeseen issues. The seismic program on this prospect was comprised of three seismic lines for a total of 8.6 km. The lines tie in the neighbor's successfully tested well (3.4 million cubic feet of gas per day absolute open flow) three quarters of a mile northwest of the property and in addition, also incorporate parts of two neighboring sections along with the Boyne Prospects owned section. This prospect is approximately 45 miles away from Athabasca, Alberta.

In other news, a final decision regarding an oil sands venture in Alberta, Canada, is expected next week.

MSEV has also initiated the process of listing its shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The process is expected to be completed within 2-6 weeks. There are a large amount of junior resources companies that have listed on the Frankfurt Exchange which have received positive substantial exposure from the listing.

Bernie McDougall, President of Micron stated, "Finally things are starting to come together for MSEV. We are about to start drilling for the first time in months and we are looking at entering into an Alberta Oil Sands venture. Couple these exciting events with our upcoming Frankfurt listing and it is clear that the MSEV is turning the corner in terms of achieving our goal of becoming a mid-range oil and gas company. Considering our market cap is still barely over $15 million and other OTC stocks with exposure the Alberta Oil Sands have much larger market caps, we feel MSEV has a very bright future."

MSEV is an emerging oil and gas company that has both oil and gas producing properties. MSEV's goal is to become a junior oil and gas producer that focuses on the exploration, discovery and delivery of gas and oil to the North American marketplace. Sold at the close for a tidy 80% profit over 2 days.  Hoping to see a pullback to jump back on again!

setravis, I'm curious to see what you think about the lvl 2 action today.  VERT was slowly moving the bid up for a good part of the day and was really doing it when the price moved during the last hour or so.  How can someone use that information in trading (knowing they are preventing the price from dropping)?  Would something like this give me more reason to hold onto a stock knowing that they are there supporting it?  Thanks!

Micron Enviro Systems Completes First Alberta Oil Sands Project in Worlds Largest Oil Sands Region
Thursday March 2, 8:00 am ET

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 2, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Micron Enviro Systems, Inc. (OTC BB:MSEV.OB - News) is extremely pleased to announce it has now entered into its first Alberta Oil Sands Project through the recently formed Oil Sands partnership. This first project is located in the Athabasca Oil Sands, which is the single largest oil sands formation in the world. This new Oil Sands Project is located just south of Fort McMurray, Alberta and is in close proximity to major oil sands projects by Devon, Encana, and Cononco Philips. At a recent presentation, Encana's COO stated that Encana's Christina Lake Prospect, which is within 15 miles of MSEV's new prospect, could grow to produce 250,000 barrels per day. The closest Oil Sands Project adjacent to MSEV's new project has stated they have reserves of 1.3 billion barrels of oil in place.

The Oil Sands of Canada hold recoverable reserves of 175 billion barrels with a proven reserve life of 480 years and another 130 billion barrels of potential reserves, which is second only to Saudi Arabia's 262 billion barrels. As a comparison, the United States has only 29 billion barrels of recoverable reserves and has decreasing domestic production while their demand is increasing by 1-2% every year. Canada is in an optimal position to supply oil to the U.S. with its favorable political climate, close proximity and being one of the few non-OPEC countries which can grow its oil production.

Bernie McDougall, President of Micron stated, ``This is the biggest project that MSEV has ever been involved in. When you look at the absolute magnitude of the Alberta Oil Sands as the single largest natural resource in the world, and the fact that a company of MSEV's tiny market capitalization has exposure to it, this is the most exciting project that MSEV could be associated with at this time. There are other small companies that have recently experienced tremendous increases in shareholder value through exposure to the oil sands, and we anticipate that MSEV may achieve similar success. This is the first Oil Sands Project we have been involved in and we hope to be acquiring additional oil sands assets in the future. This is just the start for MSEV's oil sands endeavors, and we feel that shareholders should share management's enthusiasm in what this new Oil Sands Project may mean for the future growth of their company.''

MSEV has also initiated the process of listing its shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The process is expected to be completed within 2-6 six weeks. There are a large amount of junior resources companies that have listed on the Frankfurt Exchange which have received positive substantial exposure from the listing.

MSEV is an emerging oil and gas company that has both oil and gas producing properties. MSEV's goal is to become a junior oil and gas producer that focuses on the exploration, discovery and delivery of gas and oil to the North American marketplace. Hey guys, now it's set. I think msev will go up like crazy in the next few weeks. If you ask why? Micron has just added three new Alberta Oil Sands leases consisting of 4 new sections in the world-class Athabasca Oil Sands region.  Two of these new sections are within 5 miles of Micron's existing Athabasca Oil Sands Prospect.  These two new sections are close to the existing Oil Sands leases held by Connacher Oil and Gas's Great Divide Prospect, as well as to other major Oil Sands projects by Devon, Encana, and ConocoPhilips. These are pretty gooooooood news. I would say it is a buy. Furthermore it is on its supporting line at 16ish. I am in right now at 16$ and something is moving on the volume. I will be observing it more and look out for your answers and so forth. See ya  ;)

curious if anyone has read over the 10K?  i browsed thru it briefly, (bunch of fluff), but a few things stuck out at me.  In addition to them adding 4 leases to their business, they currently have not one employee, that they say they can't afford, they are not an operating company, they have 1800 s.f. office that they pay $840/mo for, and they continue to add and pay consultants w/ stocks and options (which is normal).  they've lost almost $1mill/yr consecutively.  I guess what i'm getting at, is what is it exactly do they (or him) do?  are they basically a "well find oil explorations for our stock holders to invest in"?  it sounds to me like they take stockholders money, purchase leases, pay themselves (or himself) w/ stocks, and continue to lose large amounts of money, year after year.  They did have revenues of $25,000 last year, w/ a net loss of almost $1Mill.

Can anyone explain this one to me?

On Monday, June 26, 2006, Micron will commence trading under the new symbol MENV and no longer will trade under the existing symbol of MSEV. Registered shareholders at the close of the market on June 23, 2006, will be entitled to receive the forward split shares. If you hold your shares through a brokerage house, please contact them directly for information on how the forward split will impact you. Shareholders of record will own three shares for each one share they own. For example, shareholders of record who own 25,000 shares of MSEV will subsequently hold 75,000 of the new shares with a new CUSIP number, trading under the new symbol, giving them ownership of a total of 75,000 shares of MENV.

Micron is currently undertaking a new marketing initiative to create additional awareness for the company. This plan will primarily be email-based and will target 100 percent opt-in private and institutional investors that trade stocks in Micron's price range. This new marketing initiative will be ongoing over the coming months.

Bernie McDougall, President of Micron, stated, ``Management anticipates that this split will be met with a very favorable response. After the split, we will be in a trading range much more appealing to a much larger amount of investors, and may enable new or current shareholders much greater leverage to future corporate growth. We feel that Micron has an exceptionally exciting and compelling story with excellent liquidity. When you take into account the current near all-time highs on oil prices and that the shares are trading more than 40% below the high recently set, we feel that the Micron shares may not be reflecting the current value of the company, especially since the company's current liabilities have decreased by over 75% and the current assets have increased by 10 times from December 31, 2006 to March 31, 2006. At this time, Micron is one of the smallest market capitalized companies with exposure to multiple Alberta Oil Sands prospects.''

Micron is an emerging oil and gas company that has exposure to four separate leases in the Athabasca Oil Sands of Alberta, Canada, which is the largest Oil Sands region in the world, and has production from multiple conventional oil and gas wells. Micron is one of, if not the smallest market capitalized company with exposure to multiple Alberta Oil Sands. Micron's goal is to become a junior oil and gas producer that focuses on the exploration, discovery and delivery of gas and oil to the North American marketplace. Micron currently has multiple independent sources of oil and/or gas revenue from production in Canada and Texas. Micron is presently involved in multiple oil and gas prospects, and continues to look for additional projects that would contribute to building Micron's market capitalization, including additional Oil Sands projects.
