A Possible Reverse Merger Play with ToyShare International
Marx Toys & Entertainment (OTC:MRXT) a Mark Smith owned dormant shell was reinstated.
Typically this activity has been associated with plans for a reverse merger.
Behind this move is Mark Smith, a man that has been tied with dormant shells that then file and become reinstated, reactivated and then change their resident agent.
An example of one of his recent RMs was FCNK which ran from .008 to 3.72.
Identicle as LFZA(USSE)and FCNK when shells were dormant then became reinstated, reactivated, and resident agent change.
When this happened on these is when LFZA ran from subs to over 1.00 and FCNK to 3.72!
These breakouts happened to the T after reinstatements, new president, etc.
